It was very tasty and we would love to come back when we are in Chemnitz

The fried potatoes were far too few and almost cold, the schnitzel was too hot and too hard. The gravy tasted like flour and there was more gravy than anything else on the plate! The portion was too small, I was still hungry afterwards and I've never had that in a restaurant! Furthermore, all the people who ordered after us got their food before us...For me it was the first and last time!

Waiting time too long, food was too cold and the portion was too small. I'm definitely not coming back again.

The shop is set up quite nicely, the service was also quite nice and the food came very quickly, but charging 13€ for a Wiener Schnitzel, which, given the taste, could be made for 5€ at a kiosk in some side street is a disgrace. Meat was not seasoned and schnitzel for over €10 was much too small.

Had dinner there again yesterday, great as always. I just read in Tag24 that there is currently a promotion until February 28th, 2025 where you can get a free welcome drink. Unfortunately, neither we nor the other guests noticed anything... not good advertising if you don't stick to it

Unfortunately a failure. We actually thought that there were people there who prepared a good artisanal schnitzel. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally received our food. My husband's "Dallas" was still halfway OK. I had the schnitzel with champi and received a cold meal. The service was very friendly and solution-oriented and offered me a refund. Since I didn't want that, she offered me a "quick schnitzel". After 5 minutes I received my mushroom schnitzel again. The schnitzel was actually warm. But not the twisters and the cream mushrooms. Then I left it at that. Unfortunately the quality was also poor. You can use the mushroom mat to have tiles. Disgusting. The ambience is appropriate for System Gastro. But after a good hour's stay we were frozen. Unfortunately no recommendation.

We went there on Valentine's Day without an appointment based on luck. We were told at the counter that there were no tables available. Well, we thought, let’s just take it with us. We waited at the counter for our food for 20-30 minutes. Several couples came who felt exactly the same way as us. But lo and behold, suddenly we can push and while we were waiting, 3 groups without an appointment still got a place. For me as a customer, something like that doesn't work. No matter how good the food is, I won't go there again so quickly.

You can be satisfied in everything. There could be a little more salad and the fries could be crispier. Otherwise completely ok for a fast food restaurant. Be patient, because when things are busy you have to wait a while. An offer of coffee would be worth considering. But still everything is fine, thank you.

Served for 7:30 p.m. and were allowed to sit down at 7:55 p.m.... then we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and the starter and main course finally came at the same time after an hour 🙄🙄 The food was okay, not bad but nothing great either.

I have to say I can't give any stars. The service was good, very nice service 👍. I ordered a gentleman's schnitzel... really bad :(( the sauce was only soy sauce

Of course, you are greeted and find a large selection of delicious schnitzels that make it difficult to decide. First of all, a quick explanation... It is not a classic restaurant but a takeaway mix with self-service. If desired, the side dishes can also be varied and you can choose between chicken, pork and veal. So everyone can find the right one. The portions are large enough to fill everyone up and for the insatiable, the whole thing is available in large sizes if you wish! The ambience is similar to that of a fast food restaurant and is not intended for long-term lingering, but is cozy. However, it could use a refresher treatment!

For our spontaneous dinner somewhere else. We were very surprised by the good food and the price and the service was good and friendly. We will definitely take the route again and come back!

We were there again a few days ago and were completely satisfied. We were served very friendly and our food was absolutely delicious and well made, there was nothing to complain about 👌 we always like to come back, there is also a small play area 🤗 The only thing that always makes me suspicious is the cable from the hand dryer in the women's toilet, I think that needs to be covered up, it makes you feel uneasy standing over a plug in the socket with dripping hands 🫣

Worst schnitzel I've eaten in a long time. Frozen schnitzel from the Metro is quickly heated in the deep fryer. We ate the Herrenschnitzel and Schnitzel Italiano. The taste was very bad for a schnitzel restaurant. Small portions, you'll still be hungry afterwards. More of a snack bar than a restaurant. Ambiance very loud. Waldmeister Brause on tap, tastes like the chemical Illis Brause.... Really a waste of money...Only again!

The entire menu consists of ready-made convenience products, which can be found cheaply in any supermarket. Even the salad is particularly boring and bland. But the prices are even more outrageous. This somehow has nothing to do with schnitzel...

Was very quiet, around 1:30 p.m. Nice service, with recommendations, and food was brought to the table. Price / quality very good. It's not a romantic restaurant, but it's actually comparable to McDonald's, Burger King or KFC, but it's cleaner and cheaper!

We had lunch at this restaurant today (October 23rd) and all my thanks go to this cashier. I arrived at this store completely stressed and annoyed and the cashier took full credit for it. She was so lovely, always smiling and really saved my day. I really thank this woman from the bottom of my heart for her kindness and her patience. And the food was delicious too, by the way. ☺️

We expected more. Dishes tasted like they had just been bought in Kaufland, not recommended (paid €40 for two) isn't exactly cheap either

Food was good, unfortunately the sauce, which cost extra money, was cold. The price is quite expensive for self-service without service.

You can eat it BUT since it is a restaurant purely for or with schnitzels you can really expect more :( everything tasted like it was frozen or ready-made.... I was pretty disappointed and won't be coming back again However, you can't complain about the service etc.

Highly recommended for a quick schnitzel in between! Gladly again.

I had a veal bacon schnitzel and it had the most amazing taste in my mouth for a long time. I found the salad a little lean without dressing and such. The fries were also great

Service and price/performance are top. Customer requests are taken into account when ordering. The employees are all friendly. We like to come back again and again. A delivery service is offered. If the weather is good you can also sit outside. One would wish for a little more respect from the guests, but the restaurant can't do anything about that.

The food was okay, although the fries could have been a little warmer. But today I got a total shock when I looked at the bill again... I was charged for a completely different table!!! I paid over €20 more... Sure, I should have checked, but I didn't know that the staff was so incompetent! Sorry, but I definitely won't go there again!

Advertise asparagus schnitzel on the website and then have none there. And then all the other mistakes. Never this place again!

We have been using the delivery service for 5 years and have always been satisfied...But today we were very disappointed...We had the Schnitzel Hungary, as we have often done before, only the portion was comparable to a children's plate and the so-called Letscho!? ...was more of a pepper soup...That was our last order because the standard and quality were lost within a short time...

A quick dinner on the way home. Everything was freshly prepared so there was a reasonable waiting time. The drinks were brought quickly. The food was of great quality, we had the Herrenschnitzel and the Schnitzel Champions.

Fast food restaurant. Schnitzel in all variations. Order at the counter, fast service at the table. Everything very clean. The non-alcoholic beer was the worst I've had to drink so far (change of provider recommended). Our schnitzels were very tasty and we can recommend the restaurant.

The schnitzels themselves are very tasty and there are many variations. Of course a bit poor for vegetarians. But it's clear.

Delicious schnitzel dishes and salads. Centrally located and the prices are more than reasonable. However, I would like to point out one small criticism...the clothing of the staff is more reminiscent of work clothes or the jogging suit from the sofa. But the food is super delicious 😋

We were there in December and even though the kitchen was only open for 5 minutes, we were allowed to order (4 meals) what we wanted and got everything very quickly. We also liked it and the service staff was also very nice. I know a few restaurants where you can Ordered and paid for in advance so it's not really unusual as is often complained about here. If we come back this year we will go to Schnizz again.

I always thought it was a low quality fast food restaurant, but then I gave it a try and was more than pleasantly surprised. We were served extremely warmly and quickly provided with delicious, fresh schnitzels. We'll definitely be back!

Plenty of selection of schnitzel with everything you can think of on, under or in the schnitzel.🤗 Super delicious!😋 For lunch there is a lunch schnitzel for just €7.5 as a menu with a drink + €1.5👍🏻, really good👍🏻 The shortage of workers is also noticeable here, unfortunately no service, so self-service, more of a snack feeling and quite fresh too.❄️ But well attended, the staff friendly... Schnitzel was okay, nothing more but nothing less either. You have to pay €2 for sauce for the Wiener Schnitzel?!? My daughter wanted some ketchup with her dry Swiss schnitzel and had to pay extra for it. So the bag of ketchup, nothing homemade. This place is nothing more than a snack bar, which is relatively time-consuming and expensive. The operation is nice, but can't get out of its given structure. Something like this could also be solved differently. The atmosphere is also not very inviting. So everything fits into the overall picture.

Geschmacklich Top und das Mittagsmenü mit 6,50 € ist auch in Ordnung. 1,50 extra für 0,33l Getränk aus der Flasche ist schon grenzwertig, aber extra für eine Portion Ketchup oder Mayo zu bezahlen finde ich persönlich daneben... Die sonstigen Preise sind schon recht deftig, v.a. im Vergleich mit gemütlichen/klassischen Restaurants. Es gibt eine schöne Spielecke, wo aber leider der Bildschirm nicht mehr richtig geht und man die Sprache nicht ändern kann. Mit Wickeltisch im Behindertenklo

Heute schon zum wieder holten male bei zwei Essen Pute bestellt und Schwein bekommen. Ist ja auch ein Preisproblem. Die denken wohl immer beim abholen können Sie machen was Sie wollen. Werden jetzt immer erst eine Kontrolle bei Abholung im Geschäft machen. Wurden aber auch noch darauf hingewiesen das es schon öfter passiert ist und das es Pute sein soll.🤔

Toll, endlich ein Schnitzelhaus gefunden zu haben, dass fast alle Gerichte auch vegetarisch anbietet. Ja, auch als Vegetarier mag ich trotzdem Schnitzel! Wir waren zu 3. Hatten je 1 Getränk und 1 Speise. Der Preis knapp 50€. Die Bedienung recht nett, das Essen kam nach ca 20 Minuten, das Schnitzel war zu trocken, die Bratkartoffeln waren sehr hell und zu salzig, die Soße und die Möhren am Salat waren mit Zucker gewürzt, was man auch geschmeckt hat. War unser erster und auch letzter Besuch.

Wir waren gestern zu einer Familienfeier Essen ,das Essen war gut nicht zu fettig. Die Portionen etwas zu klein. Ansonsten hat es geschmeckt wir waren positiv überrascht. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente ist für dieses Restaurant angemessen es war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wir waren heute zum erstenmal hier und empfanden das Angebot recht umfangreich und in Ordnung. Ich bin mir allerdings tatsächlich unsicher mit meiner Bewertung, den eigentlich war es okay. Aber nicht mehr. Die Bedienung war nett und freundlich im Umgang, wirkte aber in Wartephasen etwas gelangweilt. Das Fleisch war durch und nicht zäh. Allerdings nicht geklopft. Auch wirkten beide Gerichte etwas trocken. Ich kann nicht behaupten das es nicht geschmeckt hat, es war in Ordnung. Aber für 21€ hätte ich mir tatsächlich etwas mehr gewünscht. Das Ambiente wirkt modern und sauber.

Schnizz is a no-frills, fast food type restaurant where you order at the counter, and you have to pay extra for your condiments (ketchup, mayo, etc)! When we went there on a Thu eve, the place was pretty empty. We ordered 5 different Schnitzels, and while they tasted fresh, the trimmings (like champions, pineapple, and peaches) came straight from the tin 😕
