I ordered two schnitzels today, which the phone said should be delivered in about an hour. 45 minutes after the stated time, I called and was told for some reason that I had to wait another 30-45 minutes. The food would not only be cold but also tough as leather. I then canceled the order; I don't have to put myself through that.

What a shame. €56 for an appetizer and two schnitzels...would have been okay if it had at least tasted good. The turkey schnitzel was dry. The veal schnitzel was also overcooked. The best part was the birthday juice. 🙄

We'll never order from there again!! We requested delivery, and the order and desired time were confirmed PERSONALLY over the phone. We've been waiting for an hour for the food. We called and were fobbed off with the standard "the driver is on the way" response, WITHOUT any apology. Shame!

In times when you can't even count on spontaneously going out for a hearty meal in Chemnitz, Schnizz is a comforting alternative, at least for schnitzel lovers. Although it's a chain restaurant, the seating is quite pleasant. The food comes quickly and is delicious, they offer all kinds of schnitzel, and they have lunch specials—I think it's great! I'd happily go back anytime 😀

Unfortunately, my visit to schnitzz in Chemnitz was disappointing. For a concept that's based on "fast food," I found the prices significantly too high. The food also wasn't very tasty: the schnitzel lacked flavor, and the barbecue sauce was unpleasantly sweet. The cream sauce was unfortunately inedible—I couldn't even finish the schnitzel. The fries were okay, but the few lettuce leaves, which seemed more like decoration, quickly made them soggy. I couldn't finish those either. Overall, the food was neither satisfactory in terms of taste nor price. I can't recommend schnitzz and will definitely not eat there again.

I wouldn't come again. The price/performance ratio isn't right. The schnitzel was dry and the sauce was very watery, and instead of the fried potatoes I ordered, I got fries. And the ultimate freedom is that I had to pay for disposable cutlery, which wasn't advertised anywhere!

As a big schnitzel fan, I was really looking forward to visiting "Schnizz" in Chemnitz – a restaurant that is completely dedicated to schnitzel. This made the culinary experience all the more disappointing. Precisely because the concept is so clearly focused on schnitzel, I would have expected a certain level of quality and refinement. Instead, the schnitzels unfortunately tasted only mediocre. The Wiener Schnitzel was dry and tough – a far cry from the juicy and tender classic you get in southern German restaurants. Even the sauces couldn't save the whole thing: They tasted strongly like ready-made products from a jar – no trace of homemade quality or attention to detail. The price is particularly disappointing. For a dish that impresses neither in terms of taste nor craftsmanship, you pay significantly more here than for an authentic schnitzel dish in Bavaria – and there you even get fries that don't break in your mouth. Conclusion: The idea is good, the execution leaves much to be desired. If you want a really good schnitzel, you'd better keep driving – preferably south. Or to Einerts.

The food tasted good and was delivered within a reasonable time. The staff on the phone and during delivery were friendly. The food was hot. I would order from here again or pick up something.

Compared to a few years ago, both the size of the schnitzel and the quantity and flavor of the toppings have noticeably shrunk. I think that's a real shame, because this used to be a great place to feast.

Yes, super delicious schnitzel, short wait time. A good portion, not too much, not too little. The food was so delicious that it blew me away by the end.

We've ordered or eaten in restaurants several times before and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, it wasn't so today. We're very disappointed. The delivery arrived half an hour late, and the food was completely cold. The schnitzel wasn't crispy, and the yolk of the fried egg was completely dry. We opted for turkey and veal, which is obviously a bit more expensive, but the quality of the food should be good. It's a real shame.

The schnitzels were burnt and completely dry. They were also very small, and that for 16 euros. The salad had no dressing and tasted completely stale. We didn't eat it. The pasta for our child was clumped together, and you could tell it had been cooked that morning. They were also cold. Thanks, never again.

Considering it's called a !!fast!! schnitzel restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food. 45 minutes is definitely too long! The food didn't look anything like the pictures. A carelessly thrown-together side dish and a deep-fried schnitzel. Everything tasted borderline poor, and the salad was past its best. First and last time I ate there. What a shame.

Unfortunately, the quality here has declined recently and the costs have increased. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. Far too expensive for the poor quality. For these prices, you can also go to a traditional restaurant with decent service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Very tasty food and very friendly staff. However, I received a portion for takeaway that was unfortunately not satisfactory. The packaging was really large, which only led to disappointment upon opening it. The packaging could easily have been half the size and everything would still have fit. For a schnitzel costing over €20, you'd expect much more.

I have no idea what the food is like, I just know from personal experience that the driver drives without regard for losses and then stops in the middle of the road.

The delivery service is really bad, I wait over 2 hours for my food

A very subpar chain restaurant. The menu is quite confusing, and I only noticed when I was paying that some of the schnitzels were also available in a vegetarian version. The salad was cafeteria-style and didn't come with any dressing to speak of. The hollandaise sauce that accompanied my meal came from a carton. The service was attentive but overwhelmed because they were still delivering food at the same time. It was far too expensive for what was offered. I've rarely eaten worse.

I know Schnizz from Dresden when my wallet was still very tight. Just don't eat kebab or pizza. Great quality of the food. I think our operation was very new this time but in the end everything worked out, everyone starts somewhere. Always happy

We were there for the first time today with our two children. For a fast-food schnitzel restaurant, we really ate very well. You can't complain about the price/performance ratio, the service was very friendly and the food was delivered to the table very quickly. For the kids there was an extra menu with one of three great surprises to choose from. A small children's corner was also thought of. All in all, it was a great place for us as a family to grab something quick and spontaneous, and we will definitely visit it again. I deducted one star because the dishes could have been a little warmer. Thank you and kind regards! 😊

So, there was nothing to complain about. Delivery on time, very friendly supplier. Portion was quite large, well seasoned, even the side salad tasted good and at a fair price. Keep it up!!

Were there as a group. The food was okay to good, but average in terms of both quantity and taste. The staff was very, very friendly and tried hard, unfortunately despite placing the order in writing, a few things were forgotten. The ambience is not suitable for a cozy dinner for me, but I didn't inquire about it beforehand. The selection of dishes is really great - everyone can find their own schnitzel here. My conclusion: I would come back for a lunchtime snack or a quick dinner. But no longer for a cozy special meal.

I waited almost 45 minutes for the food. Expectations were high, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. Even a frozen schnitzel would be a luminary in comparison. Oh yes: the floor felt oiled!

We ate at this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience wasn't particularly good. First, we had to wait a very long time for our food. When it finally arrived, it was partially burnt, and to our shock, we even found a piece of paper in it. There was also no cutlery on the table, so we had to ask for it. The salad wasn't very tasty either. Another problem was that we had to write down our order ourselves—but there wasn't even any paper for it. One small plus point was the ambiance, which was okay at 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, though, our visit was disappointing, and we probably won't be returning.

Waiting time too long, food was too cold and the portion was too small. I'm definitely not coming back again.

The fried potatoes were far too few and almost cold, the schnitzel was too hot and too hard. The gravy tasted like flour and there was more gravy than anything else on the plate! The portion was too small, I was still hungry afterwards and I've never had that in a restaurant! Furthermore, all the people who ordered after us got their food before us...For me it was the first and last time!

The shop is set up quite nicely, the service was also quite nice and the food came very quickly, but charging 13€ for a Wiener Schnitzel, which, given the taste, could be made for 5€ at a kiosk in some side street is a disgrace. Meat was not seasoned and schnitzel for over €10 was much too small.

Had dinner there again yesterday, great as always. I just read in Tag24 that there is currently a promotion until February 28th, 2025 where you can get a free welcome drink. Unfortunately, neither we nor the other guests noticed anything... not good advertising if you don't stick to it

Unfortunately a failure. We actually thought that there were people there who prepared a good artisanal schnitzel. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally received our food. My husband's "Dallas" was still halfway OK. I had the schnitzel with champi and received a cold meal. The service was very friendly and solution-oriented and offered me a refund. Since I didn't want that, she offered me a "quick schnitzel". After 5 minutes I received my mushroom schnitzel again. The schnitzel was actually warm. But not the twisters and the cream mushrooms. Then I left it at that. Unfortunately the quality was also poor. You can use the mushroom mat to have tiles. Disgusting. The ambience is appropriate for System Gastro. But after a good hour's stay we were frozen. Unfortunately no recommendation.

We went there on Valentine's Day without an appointment based on luck. We were told at the counter that there were no tables available. Well, we thought, let’s just take it with us. We waited at the counter for our food for 20-30 minutes. Several couples came who felt exactly the same way as us. But lo and behold, suddenly we can push and while we were waiting, 3 groups without an appointment still got a place. For me as a customer, something like that doesn't work. No matter how good the food is, I won't go there again so quickly.

You can be satisfied in everything. There could be a little more salad and the fries could be crispier. Otherwise completely ok for a fast food restaurant. Be patient, because when things are busy you have to wait a while. An offer of coffee would be worth considering. But still everything is fine, thank you.

Served for 7:30 p.m. and were allowed to sit down at 7:55 p.m.... then we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and the starter and main course finally came at the same time after an hour 🙄🙄 The food was okay, not bad but nothing great either.

Of course, you are greeted and find a large selection of delicious schnitzels that make it difficult to decide. First of all, a quick explanation... It is not a classic restaurant but a takeaway mix with self-service. If desired, the side dishes can also be varied and you can choose between chicken, pork and veal. So everyone can find the right one. The portions are large enough to fill everyone up and for the insatiable, the whole thing is available in large sizes if you wish! The ambience is similar to that of a fast food restaurant and is not intended for long-term lingering, but is cozy. However, it could use a refresher treatment!

For our spontaneous dinner somewhere else. We were very surprised by the good food and the price and the service was good and friendly. We will definitely take the route again and come back!

Worst schnitzel I've eaten in a long time. Frozen schnitzel from the Metro is quickly heated in the deep fryer. We ate the Herrenschnitzel and Schnitzel Italiano. The taste was very bad for a schnitzel restaurant. Small portions, you'll still be hungry afterwards. More of a snack bar than a restaurant. Ambiance very loud. Waldmeister Brause on tap, tastes like the chemical Illis Brause.... Really a waste of money...Only again!

Was very quiet, around 1:30 p.m. Nice service, with recommendations, and food was brought to the table. Price / quality very good. It's not a romantic restaurant, but it's actually comparable to McDonald's, Burger King or KFC, but it's cleaner and cheaper!

We had lunch at this restaurant today (October 23rd) and all my thanks go to this cashier. I arrived at this store completely stressed and annoyed and the cashier took full credit for it. She was so lovely, always smiling and really saved my day. I really thank this woman from the bottom of my heart for her kindness and her patience. And the food was delicious too, by the way. ☺️

Service and price/performance are top. Customer requests are taken into account when ordering. The employees are all friendly. We like to come back again and again. A delivery service is offered. If the weather is good you can also sit outside. One would wish for a little more respect from the guests, but the restaurant can't do anything about that.
