A pure experience. We were there as part of a large group and were thrilled. The food smelled delicious as soon as we walked in, and when it arrived, it enchanted our palate. Our waitress, Joelle Antonio, rounded off the evening. He attended to our every need, always on the lookout for any requests the girls might have. The ambiance made us feel like we were in Little Italy. Kudos to the kitchen. There were over 30 of us, and we all got our food almost at the same time. And a very special thank you to our waitress, Joelle Antonio.

All I can say is that the food is excellent! I had a salami pizza, and it was very, very tasty. I also heard from others who had the pasta that they enjoyed it, so I can't complain. It was also on a quiet alley, which made the atmosphere better, but the interior design is also quite nice.

A perfect evening with a relatively large group (approx. 30 people): Great ambiance with an open kitchen and cozy and interesting decor (there's something to discover everywhere), a grand piano in the restaurant (which can also be played), the food was delicious and very lovingly prepared, a large selection of non-alcoholic drinks, and the service and the entire staff were first-class and very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back.

A very quiet restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and truly delicious food! I've rarely eaten such a great pizza, and the sea bream and pumpkin soup were also outstanding! I found the service to be very attentive and well-organized, and all waiting times were extremely reasonable. The only downside is that the scribbled stalls in the restrooms are a bit of a shame – but that's definitely not the restaurant's fault; that's more likely due to the clientele. All in all, though, a truly lovely restaurant and a thoroughly satisfying meal :)

We stopped here for a drink in the afternoon. The main male waiter is very friendly and excellent at his job. We walked by later that Saturday night and there were a few outside tables. We decided to stay and have pizza and beer. Service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed our food.

Very good restaurant, with friendly staff

Andria is an Italian restaurant in Leipzig with a very beautiful and unique interior. They also have outdoor seating along the street. The homemade lasagna was tasty, though a bit different from what we expected. One portion is enough for one person. Worth trying at least once.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. It has a lovely atmosphere and the food was amazing, very tasty 😋 There was no wait; all our requests were fulfilled. Very friendly staff, everything is done with love and a smile. Alessandro was a great inspiration to me; he served our table, always with a smile. Delicious food and unpretentious service. Not overbearing, but welcoming. The portions are generous. The food is delicious. A fantastic location. It's large, but the layout makes it feel like nothing.

We sat outside in beautiful weather, and the food was delicious. After my partner finished eating, the waitress wanted my plate, even though it wasn't empty yet. After that, we waited forever to pay. Employees kept coming out to smoke, but all six of them ignored us. When we were finally allowed to pay, we left quickly.

They tricked us into paying tips before we had time to react. Also, there were quite a few cockroaches in the restaurant.

Their food is delicious and the staff is respectful and polite.

Would not recommend, we wanted a nice pizza-italian meal, so we ordered a margarita pizza, the staff were amazing however once the food arrived and we started eating we realised that they had used cheddar on the pizza instead of mozzarella and we couldn't face more than 2 slices of it. Seems like they are trying to minimise production cost to maximise profit from tourists, seems rather scummy.

The service was remarkably friendly and attentive, the food arrived quickly and tasted excellent. We'd be happy to go back!

We sat in the courtyard on a hot summer evening. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We had dinner there twice in a row because we were so pleased. The service was very friendly, we didn't have to wait long for the food, and it was also very good. I had a pasta dish once and pizza the other time, and I can highly recommend both!

The service was efficient, and we were seated very quickly, even though many tables were already occupied. Let's just say the dishes can be made the same way at home, but when you go to a restaurant, you want to eat something you can't easily make at home.

An average experience with bright spots. Our visit to the Andria restaurant for a table of 5 left a mixed impression. Unfortunately, the reservation for 5 people wasn't correctly executed, so we initially had to sit at a table for 4. Only after requesting it was an additional chair added without any complications, but this didn't completely alleviate the somewhat cramped feeling. The appetizers, feta cheese rolls and roasted pepperoni, didn't fully meet our taste expectations and were rather average. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the main courses. Both the Pizza Trattional Bianconeve and the Margarita were very well prepared and tasty. The kitchen clearly demonstrated its skills here. We found the restaurant's ambiance to be appropriate and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. In summary, the Andria restaurant offered both highlights and downsides. While the main courses were convincing and the ambiance was harmonious, the initial difficulties with the reservation and the mediocre appetizers marred the overall experience. We would recommend the restaurant with 4 out of 5 stars, but advise you to confirm your reservation in advance.

I dined there with three friends on August 8, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:55 PM. The friendly Mario served us. We were very happy with the hospitality and can highly recommend Andria with Mario. Mario is the best man. The limoncello was also very good. We thank Mario and look forward to more evenings in this wonderful restaurant.

The food was good, the portions were decent. The staff was very friendly, and you could even joke around with the waiter.

A truly lovely, authentic restaurant with very friendly, polite service. Even without a reservation, we found a seat on the outdoor patio in the pedestrian zone on a weekday. The pizzas were very good, and every special request was accommodated. I also recommend the fresh garlic oil ☺️ All in all, it was really great; we'll definitely be back.

We were visiting Leipzig and came here for dinner on Monday, July 28, 2025. We had bruschetta as a starter, then a pizza and a burger, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious, and the service was very friendly and quick. We'd love to come back next year!

The service was good and the waiter was very nice. I ordered the homemade lasagna — it was delicious, but we didn’t like the other pasta as much. My only complaint is that the food was not aesthetically pleasing and didn’t seem like much effort was put into its presentation.

It's gone downhill considerably. We used to like it better. We ordered medium beef fillet with a baked potato for €32. The steak was medium rare and lukewarm. On top of that, I considered ordering another pizza afterward. The portion size is very manageable, in my opinion. My wife thought it was sufficient.

Open kitchen, very interesting. Everything is homemade, and you can taste it. The staffing ratio is good, which is also noticeable.

We went there once and my child and I were thrilled. The food is delicious, praise to the kitchen :) We ate there twice more, but then unfortunately the holiday was over. We've never eaten as well as we did there. Definitely worth a visit :)

I ordered pasta with chicken and spinach and I specified very clearly that I did not want pepper added. However, the food had pepper and I could not eat it. Even though I did not eat any of it, I had to pay for it because the waiter claimed that he had passed on my request (no pepper) to the chef. The conclusion is that the food is semi-prepared (not cooked on the spot) with poor quality sauces from the supermarket. The fries are in old and rancid oil (horrible squid). I can't give it less than one star. It doesn't even deserve one. Avoid this restaurant!!!

The atmosphere is great, but there are huge differences in the quality of the food. Much of it is fresh and delicious, while others look like they've been reheated. The finesse or Italian spirit is simply missing. Even when the restaurant is super busy, things move extremely quickly. The staff is also mixed. Some are super friendly, while others are just doing their job.

I was moved several times because I was in an inconvenient place, the mojito was godawful, the prices were terrible, and I was made to feel like a nuisance for asking to pay by card. I was then overcharged €2 so the guy could round up the cost on the card reader. Do not come here. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in my week in Leipzig.

The food was OK. The service was abysmal. Initially, a rather unfriendly greeting and order-taking process. But the payment process was a real disappointment! When we asked to pay, the waitress said she'd come right away. We politely explained that we were in a hurry to pay because of an appointment. After 15 minutes of serving other tables, taking orders, and clearing the table, she finally returned with another unfriendly tone. PLEASE improve!!!!!

We ate here for lunch and I was a little disappointed with the Italian appetizer: the tomatoes in oil were a little mushy (didn't seem homemade) and the salami had a strange flavor. Otherwise everything was very good. Fast service and very friendly and kind staff.

We know the restaurant from Hanover, and it's great. Here in Leipzig, they have a waiter who's a "marriage counselor." My wife ordered green tea, and he thought that if a woman orders tea, the man isn't hot enough. They also know each other from the driving school industry, and despite repeated reminders that we just wanted to be served, he tried to impose his political views on us. Top restaurant - waiter ?????. Aggressive and loud demeanor.

After a tiring day at the trade fair, we wanted to satisfy our hunger near our hotel. We were really lucky that there was still a table for two available, as the restaurant was packed. To be honest, many of the surrounding restaurants were full, so it would generally be advisable to make a reservation (especially during the trade fair). The service was very friendly and humorous and even taught us a little Italian grammar. The food was also very tasty and beautifully presented. We would come again!

We arrived around 9:15 p.m. without a reservation, which wasn't a problem that evening. The place was rather quiet, and we got a seat without any problems. The welcome was friendly, the staff attentive and quick. We didn't have to wait long for either our drinks or our food. A pleasant plus, especially at this late hour. The overall ambiance is cozy. The decor has a slightly rustic feel, in the best sense: simple, charming, without over-the-top staging. However, if you sit right at the bar, you can also hear a bit of what's going on inside. You may like that or not, depending on your mood. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness. Both the dining room and the restaurant as a whole made a very well-kept impression. We both had the Tagliatelle Carbonara Rosata con Pollo, a pasta dish with creamy tomato and cream sauce and chicken strips. The food was served hot, beautifully presented, and delicious. A grater of Parmesan cheese is provided, so you can help yourself to whatever you like. A small gesture that delights Parmesan fans. The only thing I was missing from the dish were the advertised onions. I searched in vain for them. It still tasted good, and not a little bit. At €14.90 per portion, this dish is priced in the upper mid-range. It also came with a freshly served orange juice (0.4 l) for €4.90. However, for the freshness, flavor, and generous portions, the price is completely justified. Not a bargain, but by no means excessive either. In our opinion, a fair offer for a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Those who come during the day also have the option of sitting outside. A nice option in good weather. Conclusion: A good Italian restaurant with reliable service, a pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy Italian food in a relaxed setting, whether spontaneously in the evening or during lunch on the patio.

The food was exceptionally good, with a fantastic starter platter (a bit of everything), followed by fillet steak and pasta with truffles, and a delicious grappa moscoto to finish. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Another lovely evening at Andria Restaurant I ate at Andria Pizza again today – as always, a real highlight! The pizza was fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious – just what you'd expect from a real Italian pizzeria. The server was, as always, very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You simply feel welcome and in good hands there. Andria Restaurant has become a regular meeting place for me and my friends – we always enjoy coming back. A spontaneous decision to eat there. The restaurant is very large but very cozy and well-designed. You can look into the kitchen and see how many people are preparing a wonderful meal, which is then brought to your table by a well-functioning service. Orders are taken, and drinks and food are brought promptly.

Very nice place. The food was interesting, I ordered the lasagna salmone with spinach: surprised how good it combined. Very patient personnel, I got and issue with my card payment and got blocked for online payments, they waited me until I reached an ATM in order to pay in cash.
