I was there yesterday, and it was very busy. Nevertheless, the service was outstandingly responsive to our requests and seemed very focused and professional. I found that quite admirable, because you could see how much work there was to do. The food was also very delicious. So, all in all, the outstanding service completely won me over, and I will be back again. I can therefore highly recommend it.

After a long absence, we ate here again and were absolutely not disappointed! The service was super friendly (you're now served at your table and no longer have to order at the counter), the atmosphere was calm, green, and relaxed... someone had also put a lot of effort into the table decorations. And most importantly: I've rarely eaten a pizza as good as this one... the dough, the sauce, the toppings... high-quality ingredients, prepared with love, and truly unbelievably delicious! I found the prices very fair. They also have vegetarian and vegan options, which I'd like to emphasize again. :) Thank you, we'll be back soon!

We visited the restaurant for lunch, and it was perfect all around. The food was excellent, the pizzas were delicious, and the risotto was really good. The service was friendly and attentive, so we immediately felt at home. The ambiance was also perfect. We give it five out of five stars, and we would be happy to return.

We reserved a table and wanted to have lunch there for an anniversary. The atmosphere is truly harmonious, very idyllic, but the B2 might bother some people – it didn't bother us. The drinks arrived quickly, and so did the food. It took 45 minutes before we asked the waitress where the food was. The response was that due to a technical problem, the order hadn't been passed on to the kitchen. Unfortunately, this was extremely annoying, as the waitress knew we had ordered but didn't bother to ask the kitchen where the food was. We were then assured that the food would be prepared immediately. After another 30 minutes, we got up and left – partly because two other tables with guests who ordered 30 minutes later received their food before us. We were even asked to pay for the drinks, which we felt was inappropriate given the overall situation. After we complained, this was accepted. We would have liked to have been given a gift voucher or something similar as a token of appreciation to encourage us to come back again. All in all, unfortunately, a disappointing experience...we were actually very pleased.

We stopped here as a 15-person wedding party because it's within walking distance of the White House through Agra Park. Advance arrangements worked perfectly, and even last-minute requests were accommodated. Everything on the menu specially created for us was delicious. The small playground was recently reopened. I highly recommend it!

We ate here for the Wave Gotik Treffen. The waitress was very nice but also a bit overwhelmed with some of the orders. The food was delicious! The gnocchi was homemade, and you could taste it. The fact that there was only a small menu for the WGT didn't bother us. The kitchen has to be able to do its job!

We live nearby and visited for the first time since the change of management. The self-service menu was (good), and the staff was very friendly. The menu is small but fine, with some seasonal dishes. It was truly delicious! We had cod and osso buco. The side dishes and vegetables were both delicious, the fish was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth, and the osso buco was simply divine! It's great to now have such a delicious Italian restaurant nearby—we'll definitely be back.

Were there for the wgt fork breakfast, the food was good, the service was very nice, the toilet was clean, unfortunately there is a motorway which disturbs the peace a bit, unfortunately the price for the fork breakfast was too excessive, I found it too expensive, if it had been 10 euros, it would have been fair

I've never waited so long for coffee and cake! (The restaurant wasn't even full.) The tiramisu, which was served to me after 40 minutes, was the worst I've ever had (a real watery mush) and didn't deserve the name. My mother's cake didn't taste fresh either, and her coffee cup was only three-quarters full. The waitress tried to salvage some of it with kindness, but then "forgot" the offer to at least not charge us for the ruined tiramisu when she took the cash. A complete disappointment; we won't be going there again! It's a shame, because the location is very nice.

Incredibly unfriendly lady at the ice cream counter. Rude and rude to customers and other employees... The ice cream was delicious. Unfortunately, that was secondary to us.

Mother's Day with reservation. Waiters/waitresses were apparently only untrained staff. After you got the tickets yourself, you could choose from about 6 main courses. No more pizza, just penne arabiata. Asparagus with or without meat. One fish, one veal. Despite the limited selection, we waited 1.5 hours for the food. Portions were very manageable, it didn't fill you up, but it tasted good. It was better to get dessert yourself. It might work as a self-service restaurant. Unsuitable as a restaurant and just a huge disaster.

Today we were at Il Palazzo in Agra. The food was really delicious, fresh, well seasoned and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was also right, cozy, stylish and inviting. You feel completely comfortable. I would definitely like to come back!

The five of us had lunch as a family on Good Friday and found everything to be perfect - the food was delicious and the service was very friendly. My wild garlic gnocchi was surprisingly fluffy and my mom's cod was cooked perfectly. Grandma's asparagus, wild garlic soup, minestrone and osso buco were also very popular at our table. And the crème brûlée at the end was a great finish. We'd love to come back!

Today we went to II Palazzo as a family for Easter Sunday and found it wonderful. We were there for coffee and cake, everyone had a different piece of cake, and each one tasted excellent (highly recommended!). There was a small queue due to the good weather, but thanks to the friendly and committed staff you didn't have to wait long. The atmosphere was also really nice, in the middle of the park with nice weather. There was also a climbing frame for children, which I found very nice. Overall, we were very impressed and can definitely recommend it.

Everything was top-notch: Upon entering, we were greeted very warmly at the door and immediately given the menu. The room, with its murals, mirrors, carpet, and large windows, is very inviting. The food and drinks arrived quickly. The bruschetta was delicious. The server later asked if everything was okay. The value for money was good. We felt well looked after throughout.

First of all, the food was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. The service was subpar, a meal was forgotten, the table was only cleared when asked (we had all been ready for at least half an hour), empty glasses were always left standing, no question was asked if anything else was wanted. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant.

Great location and attractive atmosphere, but unfortunately not good service (only ordering on your own request, no clearing of the table...). It's also a shame when all the lemonade and juice runs out on Friday and then a musty-smelling "barrel shower" is served.

We were there on September 13th. eat here. Service was very nice. Toilet was very clean. (Important for me personally) For me personally the music was a bit too loud. We chose pizza and were not disappointed. Both were very tasty. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Leipzig. Thank you very much

The food is okay, the service no longer exists and you have to pick everything up from very rude and slow staff at a counter that looks like a slightly upscale chip shop. Unfortunately the menu has been greatly reduced and all the lovely traditional Italian dishes that once existed have disappeared. There is only medium-priced pizza and pasta. Very unfortunate

Nice cozy beer garden. In the European Championship summer, I watched every game here. The bratwurst was delicious and the drinks were well chilled. The service can still be improved.

The beer and café garden at the Parkschloss is really a little insider tip! The former restaurant is now also run by the Parkschloss and offers really delicious Italian dishes. From a variety of pasta and crispy pizza to really good ice cream, Italian desserts and coffee specialties - there is everything you could want for a relaxing afternoon. Everything is super fresh. Despite being self-service, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. The team is nice, even if they are still a bit in the training phase. But you can tell that they really make an effort to ensure that their guests have a good time. The cake in particular is really tasty - unfortunately I didn't take a photo, but believe me, it was really good. What I also liked: The garden is totally dog-friendly. There is always fresh water for the furry friends, which is super practical when you are traveling with your four-legged friend. All in all, a great place to just switch off and enjoy the evening.

We were there at every football game, the food was always very tasty and the eating conditions were always friendly and we even had a smile or a little joke. Of course, you had to expect waiting times, as the magical location was now very well attended. All in all, the ambience and feeling combined with the good food is always worth a trip.

Finally a real Italian in Leipzig. We came across the Pizzaria am Parkschloss by chance. We had bruschetta, pizza parma and spaghetti carbonara and are still absolutely thrilled. The “cherry on the cake” in the truest sense of the word was the tiramisu. Absolute recommendation.

Die Aubergine im Salat schmeckte wie Gummi mit Zucker. Wir werden eher nicht wiederkommen. Positiv: Getränkeangebot

First of all, location is great. Anyone who knows it knows how beautiful it is. But that's about it. We were here again for the first time after the renovation. Had good experiences with it. New owner and self-service (SB). SB no problem. The service staff had their first day. Of course he was very nice and friendly. We ordered our food with an extra customer request, which would have been fulfilled after consultation with the kitchen. But then, apparently, the boss came and scolded her service staff like a fury in front of us and canceled our special request. You can do it, it's your restaurant, but you don't do it in front of the customers. Even the extra request wouldn't have been a problem. But the food tasted good. Another small note: look at the toilet every now and then. Toilet paper for women would make sense. I don't think we'll be back. A pity.

Since my review from July 28, 2024 was placed on the wrong Google Business Account, here is my criticism in the right place: We were at the Parkschloss today and wanted to eat some delicious ice cream. There's no need to deny that the ice cream tastes good, but the service was very chaotic today. As instructed, we went into the shop through the left door. There was already a line waiting to go to the ice cream counter on the right. The big problem I see here is that the ice cream counter is at the right end of the room, but the entrance and the cash register are on the left side. The queue to the ice cream counter then got longer and longer and it was noticed that the service staff was unfortunately not yet fully attuned - which I completely understand, as the opening was only in July. One of the service staff then quickly started instructing the people to have the money ready. People were wildly asking who wanted how many balls, that they should have some change ready and if they didn't have any change, they should please pay with a card. That's all well and good, but when people are randomly being charged at the front and back and the service person who actually cashed out the guests suddenly disappears, everyone could have said in the end that they had already paid her. But I honestly said when we had our ice cream that we hadn't been charged yet. So I had to walk outside again and get in line from the back of the line or push my way from the back to pay for my ice cream, because due to the rush it was not possible to go back to the left to the checkout as I wanted. Not to mention the fact that I had to pay €0.50 for a maximum of 20 sprinkles (yes you could have counted them without any problems). I then wanted to discuss the previously described chaotic process with one of the service staff and waited until there were no other guests there. When I raised the problem and wanted to share my tip, I was brushed off with the words that everything had already been discussed in the team and there was no other way. It was probably only exceptionally such a high number of guests at this time (I noted that the operators had previously regularly recorded an increased number of guests at the ice cream counter at certain peak times and one should be prepared for this). The lady didn't want to get involved in any further conversation. She just thanked me with an effortful smile and a “thanks for the criticism.” I don't understand why you can't listen to tips from paying (including tipping) guests. I therefore had no choice but to write this criticism here in order to be heard here if necessary. My tip was: the entrance on the right over the side with the ice cream counter and you go left to pay. Then the problem described above would not arise. The left door would then only serve as an exit. This would be easily controlled by entry and exit signs above the doors. And the server's objection that some guests only order beer or water simply doesn't work in my opinion. Everyone has to stand in line, regardless of whether they just want beer or water or ice cream. If you don't want ice cream, you can go through the right entrance and then go straight left to the checkout.

Nice self-service cafe. There is everything from cocktails, coffee, beer to pizza, ice cream and cake. Price wise. Nice outdoor space. Great for taking a break after a walk.

This is one of the best restaurants in Leipzig and the surrounding area, actually the best :) Here you can not only enjoy incredibly delicious food, but also a wonderful atmosphere and service that you can hardly find in the city. There is plenty of space for children, a playground, and children are welcome. I am very happy that we have been visiting this restaurant for years and hope that we will continue to do so in the future. Many thanks to the entire team and especially to the manager, who contributes significantly to this great experience!

A little out of the way, but definitely worth a little searching. Very friendly service and absolutely delicious food at an appropriate level. We had a lovely evening.

Absolutely relaxed place for parents with small children who can and are allowed to move freely. The service is very child-friendly and an absolute recommendation for parents and grandparents, especially in summer, because the outdoor space in the park invites you to linger and of course play. Only the small playground is no longer as safe and up to date as it should be, that would definitely be improved and would be desirable. In general, the location could be spruced up a little more, which would be more in line with the great service. The food is delicious, the portions are sufficient and the aperitifs are worth it. Even "problem orders" such as pasta and the extra sauce (so that the child doesn't have to eat it) are no problem at all. We always enjoy coming here.

Was soll man dazu noch sagen…einfach überragend. Absolut zufrieden, egal ob Service oder Küche. Wir fühlen uns immer wohl und willkommen. Man kann essen was man möchte. Es schmeckt einfach alles. Geburtstage kann man auch wunderbar feiern und wird super vorbereitet. Danke Sonu, dass du dich für Markkleeberg entschieden hast.

Eis gibt's dort nur in Selbstbedienung. Aussenbereich nicht besonders gepflegt. Latte macciato ohne richtigen Milchschaum. Winziges Stück Erdbeerkuchen nur süß und happige 5,90 Euro. Nie wieder.

Dieses Lokal befindet sich tatsächlich neben einem Palast im Dölitzer Forst: viel Platz, vor allem draußen. Schöne waldige Umgebung, ideal für Familien. Lohnendes Ziel eines Tagesausflugs. Und das Essen ist supergut!! Bei der Selbst-Organisation der Belegschaft treten manchmal Probleme auf, vor allem, wenn man als Gast pünktlich zu Mittag kommt. Da kann es schon mal passieren, dass niemand da ist, der einen bemerkt. Doch durch die tolle Küche und die Freundlichkeit des Wirtes ist das schnell vergessen! Hier sind die Penne Arrabiata wirklich richtig scharf! Ein Besuch lohnt sich durchaus immer: geringfügige Schwierigkeiten sollten als Abenteuerprogramm verbucht werden!

Wir waren vor einer Woche zum Essen im il Palazzo im Agrapark. Was ich selten erlebt habe: es stimmte alles. Service ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen sehr gut und reichlich. Trotz Andrang immer freundlicher Service , charmant aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Sehr leckere Getränke und hervorragendes Essen. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das beste Restaurant in der Umgebung.

Das Essen ist super die Bedingung freundlich. Manchmal dauert es etwas länger. Preise sind ok und es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz

Schöner Freisitz bei bestem Wetter, Eisverkauf geöffnet, allerdings keine Eiskarte am Tisch, Eisbecher muss man sich mit viel Phantasie selbst zusammenstellen. Aperol Sprizz sehr wässrig, zwar versucht die Gläser nett zu dekorieren, aber Erdbeere und Physalis sind hier eindeutig fehl am Platz, 8,50 € sind dafür etwas fett. Ordnung auf der Damentoilette könnte besser sein, Türgriff hing am seidenen Faden, musste aufpassen, dass er nicht ganz abging.

Nachdem wir heute im Leipziger Zoo waren, suchten wir für Abends noch ein Restaurant. Wir haben uns für das Palazzo entschieden. Nachdem es einen Besitzerwechsel gab vor kurzem ist es richtig gut geworden. Wir hatten Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchte und Penne mit Hühnchen Brokkoli. Service war sehr freundlich und fleißig, das Essen hervorragend !!! Nur zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch sehr gut. ( 2 Personen 2 Speisen mit Wein 40€ ca)

Wir waren zur Buchmesse zweimal dort eingekehrt. Einmal als Familie(Mittagessen), einmal geschäftlich(Abendessen). Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen wurde zügig serviert und uns hat es geschmeckt. Die Kinder hatten Eis, es war schön angerichtet und den Kindern hat es geschmeckt. Wir saßen beide Male drinnen. Der Innenbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und passt zum Parkschloss, dass gleich anschließt. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz. Der Freisitz ist groß und mit "Spielplatz". Man ist vom Grünen umgeben und das Mitten in der Stadt. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Empfehlenswert..

Seit Jahren unverändert gut. Hinkommen und wohlfühlen. Essen schmeckt, Preise sind okay, nur ist gelegentlich der Service sehr "italienisch". Also erwartet kein Schnellrestaurant sondern freut Euch auf die italienische Lebensart und gute Küche.

Das Flair macht alles besser. Umgeben von einem tollen Schloss und Park.

Sehr guter Italiener. Wir waren hier im Biergarten an einem sonnigen Tag und das Essen war super. Wir hatten Vitello tonnato, Spaghetti al pastore und Gnocchi con pesto verde. Dazu Lugana-Weißwein. Alles sehr liebevoll angerichtet und deliziös. Danach noch ein Eis für 1,80€. Lage ist super, nur das Ambiente könnte man noch ansprechender gestalten. Wir kommen trotzdem gern wieder, weil es so lecker war.

Man merkt sofort, dass die Inhaber gewechselt haben. Der Außenbereich wurde liebevoll bepflanzt, der Eingangsbereich einladent gestaltet und die Bedienung ist super nett. Man fühlt sich als Gast wieder willkommen. Das Essen ist immernoch sehr lecker und der Aperol sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 👍

Im Sommer zieht es uns oft in den Agra Park - Das il Palazzo lädt in seinem schönen Garten zum entspannten Glas Wein oder Eis ein. Sind wir nach dem Wochenendausflug hungrig, dann erwarten uns frisch und sorgfältig zubereitete leckere italienische Speisen. Wegen Corona fiel eine Hochzeit aus. Wir beschlossen, im kleinsten Kreise schon mal im il Palazzo 'vor zu feiern'. Wir wünschten uns ein Überraschungsmenü mit Fisch. Eine kleine blumengeschmückte Festtafel erwartete uns im Garten. Das Menū war liebevoll zusammengestellt und zubereitet. Jeder Gang sowie der Wein waren wunderbar. Wir fühlten uns rundherum verwöhnt und getröstet an diesem schönen Sommerabend.

Wollten nach einem Spaziergang einen Kaffee trinken und ein Eis schleckern. Leider wurde daraus nix. Vom genervten Kellner wurde uns die Abendkarte vorgelegt. Auf die Frage, ob es eine Eiskarte gibt, hieß es, es gibt keine mehr. Bei 22 °C, 16 Uhr im Eisgarten??? Jeder Gast bekam das Angebot heruntergebetet. Wir gaben die Bestellung auf. Es kam nur ein Kaffee. Nach 30 Minuten haben wir die Lokalität verlassen. Ein Kugeleis auf die Hand tats dann auch. Schlecht organisiert und absolut unprofessionell. Verschenktes Potenzial. Schade

wir waren hier am Sonntag Nachmittag und konnten aufgrund des schönen Wetter draußen sitzen. Aber ich glaube auch in dem Innenbereich kann man sich wohl fühlen Sehr gut auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Sehr nette Bedienung und leckere kleine Snacks Anitpasto usw.
