Awesome service and awesome food. The restaurant is very accomodative.

I had the BEST pan pizza here two weeks ago. That should say enough that it’s been two weeks and I’m still thinking about how amazing the crust was, but what really got me to leave this review was the excellent service I received while dining in the restaurant. I can’t remember the name of the young man who was serving us (I think he is called Georgie) but I was blown away at the level of service he provided. He check on us several times during our visit and this is something I am not used to seeing in Germany. Top tier “American style” customer service. I highly recommend this particular location to any US natives who are feeling homesick or missing that warm and attentive service we are used to back home!

Anyone who eats at an American franchise pizzeria shouldn't complain that it doesn't taste like an authentic Italian pizza, so I won't even start with that. The homemade lemonades are the best choice of drinks in terms of value for money and are generally the most creative choice among drinks. Otherwise, you get what you'd expect from Pizza Hut: everything a bit greasier than it is healthy and a whole lot of melted cheese, seasoned with a bit too much garlic. If you like that, like me, you can leave satisfied with a full stomach.

We were able to order something from the friendly service at 10:15 p.m., which was also very good. Pan pizza is always a pleasure.

Pizza was ok, but the cheese crust is bad, I still have nightmares about that cheese crust, it was bottomless and I would never order it again. The cheese rim discount was tough bait!!!

Food was very tasty and came quickly. Unfortunately, the waitress told us that there is no pizza with cheese on the edge. At that moment, the table next door gets exactly this pizza. Actually, that was the only reason we went there to eat. There was no apology and the waitress tried to avoid the conflict. Too bad.

I ate there because of the vegan offer and it was really good. The service was also good, but when paying I found it a bit strange that the payment process took place with an EC card directly at the dining table. I'm not used to that from Pizza Hut. In addition, the cashier first held out the card reader and then suddenly placed it on the table right next to the plate during the payment process. I don't think that's right for customers... I'd rather pay straight up front and save myself something like that... The vegan offer was okay, although not cheap

Service was terrible, the personal was unfriendly. Food was delivered later than other customers with similar order. Was overall bad experience. I don’t recommend this place!

The service is down. After the order was paid, we were no longer treated as customers. Additionally, our order was mixed up. Of course this can happen to anyone, but there was no excuse - as if it had been our fault. This is how you lose customers. Never again!

As always, everything is great. You receive a very friendly welcome and are shown to your table. Special requests are handled superbly, like a pizza with two different toppings. I'd be happy to come back, and I especially recommend the cheesy crust. The decor is also inviting, a kind of diner like you'd find in America.

The sign at the entrance is completely out of fashion: You will be seated! The restaurant was also almost empty. We were assigned a table for two next to the toilet, my request to move to another table was rudely rejected. Reason the other tables are for 4 people. As I said, the restaurant was only moderately busy. The same thing happened to a couple, who then left. The service itself was mediocre. The food lacked spice. The only bright spot was the clerk, nice and always with a smile. The service ladies were probably only there to order and collect, the abandoned tables around us weren't cleared for ages. Unfortunately not recommended, especially because the price/performance ratio is not right.

Actually, it's only there for the Cheesy Crust. It's a shame Pizza Hut doesn't even have sharpeners for the pencils...

So I don't know if this is supposed to be Pizza Hut's concept but...: For the price of around €17 I received a medium chicken supreme pan pizza. The toppings (mushrooms, chicken, peppers, salami, onions) are thinner than any pizzeria and the chicken was a joke at maybe 15 grams. So I'm really disappointed. Does the pan pizza only thrive on the greasy dough or why was the topping so bad??? Especially for the price? Service was as it should be, ambience was rather standard.

03/09/2025 - I was in this pizzeria for the first time, on Sunday evening. There weren't many customers, but there were a lot of free tables. Waiters don't speak English well❗️ It is written on the website and in the Google map (here) that they provide Wi-FI for free. It is there, but Wi-FI is only for employees, even after ordering for ~13€, they didn’t give it to me.😤 I needed it and I came here for it, but they never gave it to me 😡 And free Wi-Fi Dresden doesn’t work in the pizzeria, but if you go outside, it’s there. Regarding food: 1) salad - it wasn’t very good; 2) brownie - was very dry, small (4.50€) and cold - not recommended! 3) Pepsi - it was ordinary.

Very tasty, I liked it as always. I can recommend the Bolognese Bites, the BBQ Pizza (Pan) and the Chicken Broccoli Pizza (Pan). Me and my friends really enjoyed it! Sometimes it is very crowded but is still highly recommended. It's very American in style but absolutely delicious, I think. I always enjoy coming back. (You can also combine it with a visit to the cinema.)

The tastiest pizza I've ever eaten in my life. It's cozy and the service is very friendly and we also ask if there's anything wrong or if we need anything else. The best pizza in Dresden. I can only recommend it 👍

We ordered chicken and beef pizza but they brought us something completely different with awful smell When we pointed it out, the staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing to fix the mistake. The service was extremely slow, and the food we received was nothing like what was described on the menu. Definitely not worth the time or money. We won’t be coming back.

Very pleasant service. You could see that they are used to the Czech Republic. I can recommend it. The pizza was more like fried langoustine. It was all about the pizza.😄😄

At some point the oil just needs to be changed. Ideally before it reminds you of garlic. Pizza Hut is actually one of the good fast food chains in terms of taste. Unfortunately this time the taste was worse than ever before 😢

Unfortunately it's no longer good anymore. The dough used to be really thick and fluffy and somehow soaked in oil 😂 but it was really delicious. Not only is the dough now like any other pizzeria, today we were treated extremely rudely. At first there was no clean table because there were still dirty dishes on 5-6 tables and we were politely told to wait, even though I just squeezed myself into a corner to make room for the waiter. Then the waiter kept rubbing his eyes while talking to us? And in the end we were sent away because we had just gotten coffee at Starbucks and it wasn't yet empty. So in principle I understand this approach, but in the middle of the city, where you are surrounded by other restaurateurs, you have to expect something like that. And Pizza Hut doesn't count as a restaurant for me either, so if I go to a Greek restaurant in the evening, it's still something different because I'm usually not surrounded by numerous other options. If two people in the city want to eat something between shopping, it can happen that they get something from two different restaurateurs. But today we would have had two large pizzas with cheese crust and soft drinks, so you can calculate what we would have paid.

Good place to have a nice slice of pizza, caesar salad, perfect for lunch - today we had Margherita, Tuna Pizza and Salad & an excellent service provided by Nicole! Just perfect!

Often there and rarely disappointed. Food always tastes good, I haven't had any bad experiences so far. Homemade lemonade is also worth its increased price. Staff is friendly and always tries to hurry up. Tables are very close to each other, little privacy. Decoration and furnishings, however, were very accommodating 👍

We ordered a pepperoni and they precided to give us a cheese pizza with jalapeños.

Since the change in ownership, the beer has always been room temperature. Been there 3 times and always pointed it out, nothing has changed. The menu has been thinned out and many great pizzas like mac'n cheese are no longer available...

I was always completely satisfied with the food, service was great and always clean! However, since “all you can eat” is history, I don’t see any reason to come anymore. Therefore only 3 stars.

The food is really very good and tastes absolutely great, but the prices are very high and the service is more than slow and not really attentive. Otherwise, the store is centrally located on a shopping street where there are a lot of very dubious people and you feel rather uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the same applies to some of the visitors to the pizzeria.

The pizzas and the food in general are very American - not a typical Italian pizza, but fluffy dough from the pan. The service staff was very courteous and friendly. There were painting supplies for the children and the waiting time was pleasant. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, 1 star is already too much here. We wanted to grab a bite to eat at Pizza Hut after our visit to the cinema, but after ONE hour we still didn't have any food, so we left. I understand if the place was super full but it wasn't. As I said, we will avoid this store now.

We ordered potato wedges that were labeled vegan. These came with a side salad. When we asked whether the dressing on it was vegan, we were told in the kitchen that it wasn't. Then a lady came to us from the kitchen, we thought to apologize. Instead, she accused us of asking us to explicitly say in the future that we wanted vegan potato wedges(!). The kitchen can't smell that. Mind you, we both only ordered vegan dishes (pizza, salad). That couldn't be surpassed in terms of audacity. Otherwise: Pizza was good as always. The vegan salad for €13 was not good. Too much thin (hopefully vegan...) dressing and therefore soggy.

Food is delicious, waiters are friendly, and window seats are available. There are seats with a couch. Can be used well to go on dates.

Food and drinks very tasty and not a long wait

The pizza was very greasy, but we still liked it. The service was friendly and we were seated quickly. When we wanted to pay, we were very shocked at the amount that came up. Over 50 euros for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks and the lasagna bites. We assumed that the prices on the menu were final prices, as they already charge 3.40 for a small amount of water (perhaps the price is excluding tax?). In any case, we were very upset and will definitely not come back under these circumstances.

Charging 4.90 for that is really ridiculous! Are cold and muddy.

We ate at Pizza Hut again after many years. Unfortunately it can no longer be compared with around 6 years ago. Were always there at least once a month, usually for all you can eat. The pizzas and the staff were great. But this time, pizza was cold and the dough was definitely not what it used to be. Staff had no idea of ​​anything and were unfriendly, and even had an unwanted side dish of meat in the salad. And the salad was supposed to be a main course, but somehow very little. After the meal we were not asked how we liked it, whether it tasted good or whether everything was OK. Maybe you already know why. Among other things, the range of food and drinks on the menu has decreased significantly. We are definitely NOT coming back.

The food was good and I don't have much to complain about. Unfortunately the starter was cold and the service could be better. I had to wait 35 minutes for my pizza. That wouldn't be a bad thing if the place was full, but the place was almost empty and it took forever to get your food served. And a customer who was sitting next to us had ordered Schwipp Schwapp and instead received a Miranda and was told that it should be used up, even though this is a completely different drink. And unfortunately you have to say that the shop is very understaffed, but you still have to say that the pizza tasted good.

Staff very unfriendly towards guests who want to take their food with them. Sour cream = completely normal quark without any taste! However, it costs €2.20 per 80ml! Potato wedges and the rest on the Image tastes like nothing.

The pizza is very good. The Lasagna Bites are not recommended. Some of the noodles are still raw at the top. Probably because of the way it was prepared. In terms of taste, they have nothing to do with lasagna. ATTENTION: Hidden costs. The tax is only added at the end and is not included in the prices on the cards.

Ate really tasty, the dishes on the menu are variable, for example I don't like garlic, garlic sauce was directly replaced with cheese sauce. The service was very friendly and the food was on the table quickly. Once we're back in Dresden, we'll have to visit pizzahut again.

Visited them a few times and every time had a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. It has various options from crispy to soft dough. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. Overall, the experience was satisfying.

Very bad and rude service. We ordered a pizza and asked normally whether the Wednesday offer was still available. The woman with shorter hair responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Afterwards we wanted to sit outside and were sent away by another employee... We've never experienced anything like that before. The other guests also wondered why they sent us away. We had ordered the pizza to take away but then we wanted to eat there. So we sat down outside and were immediately sent away. This has nothing to do with friendly service. It's a shame, we lost our appetite.

I was there on July 10, 2024 in the early evening and sat outside. Waiter Marius gave me very nice advice. Of course the pan pizza is a bit greasy, but that is known. A Dornfelder red wine at a fair price rounded off my pizza. While we were eating, Marius came and asked if everything tasted good... I was amazed and very pleased by this request; I don't have it in other very expensive restaurants. Thank you!!! and until next summer 2025

Delicious food, as expected at a Pizza Hut

Really great restaurant. The service was super friendly, the food and drinks were very tasty. It was busy, so we had to wait a little longer, but that didn't bother us at all. The food was super fresh and delicious. The homemade lemonade was also really good, you should definitely try it. I think I'll stop by there again.

First time ever at Pizza Hut although I was very skeptical. But all prejudices were quickly erased. Very nice reception and a table was quickly prepared for my son and I. There were pens and sheets of paper for the little one to paint with. I really liked the recommendation that instead of the children's menu we should not take it but if I order a pizza the children's pizza is free 👍🏼. But it should be max. up to 6. It was just enough for my little one 🙈. I was really impressed with the taste and the price-performance ratio was reasonable.
