I can't comment on the rooms, as we were only there for dinner.
The food was delicious, typical Bavarian cuisine. The restaurant was very spacious, with several private areas where you or your group could have some time alone. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The only negative experience was the smell (to put it mildly) in the restrooms. Everything looks clean and well-maintained, but inside you practically have to hold your breath for as long as possible. I suspect a problem with the drain or something similar. It would be great if this could be fixed soon; it unnecessarily detracts from the overall impression.
This Subway branch is a real disappointment.
Apparently, they're neither familiar with their own terms and conditions nor do they feel obligated to adhere to them. Officially valid and clearly defined coupons are simply rejected without comment or any comprehensible explanation. Instead of customer service, you're met with nothing but shrugs and excuses.
Not adhering to your own terms and conditions is not only unprofessional, but downright disrespectful to your customers. This was definitely my last visit. There are plenty of other branches that know how to treat customers and honor their contracts.
Good burgers, but nothing extraordinary. Perfect for lunch or an evening out with friends, though.
The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. They also serve a homemade hot sauce at the table, which tastes really good.
I'll definitely come back again :)
This restaurant, nestled in the Beer Park, boasts a prime location, perfect for a date. While they primarily serve Greek cuisine, they also offer a variety of local dishes and drinks. My girlfriend and I had a cold appetizer, a hot appetizer, two main courses, and two drinks. Let me give you a brief review: The cold appetizer, Tzatziki, served with German bread, tasted like a yogurt cheese sauce and wasn't particularly impressive. The hot appetizer, Halumi, featuring goat cheese, was quite strong and might not suit those who can't handle lamb, like my girlfriend, hahahaha 😂. The chili peppers and olives were salty and appetizing, but the experience will vary. The hot dishes were particularly impressive, especially the grilled squid in the Meatloaf and Squid with Vegetables. The juicy meatloaf tasted a bit like kebab 😂, so I recommend ordering the seafood squid dish alone. You won't regret it. The grilled vegetables also retained their juiciness and were perfectly grilled. My lamb hock was also delicious. Since it was my first time eating Greek food, the tiny, bean-shaped noodles were a novelty. The tomato flavor was just right, and there was goat cheese on the side, which I personally find quite salty and strong.
Speaking of which, I have to mention the atmosphere of this restaurant. Many tables were occupied by locals, chatting and laughing. Strangers even greeted us as we left. It was a warm welcome, and it made us feel warm in this cold autumn and winter in Munich!
The two of us ended up spending 74.5 euros.
We stumbled upon this place by chance. All in all, it's a fantastic Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine, tasteful, modern, and cozy decor, and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our meal and felt completely at home.
We'll definitely stop there again on our next trip to Munich.
They say the boss buys his staff a round of sparkling wine for positive feedback... (that was obviously a joke, since there will probably only be positive feedback anyway).
Nevertheless... Enjoy the sparkling wine!
Because... it was fantastic once again. The food was good, the service was good, and... how should I put it... pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The place is naturally buzzing, with people queuing up, but you still feel welcome, without any hectic atmosphere!
Very nice!
Reservations are recommended, although sometimes people without reservations are squeezed in, but there's no guarantee!
Thank you for the lovely evening, we'd love to come again!
By the way, we had the Schäufele (pork shoulder)... delicious!
Came for lunch here because of great reviews. However, the whole experience was disappointing. We were informed that only pizza was available that day when we were entering the garden. The garden itself is beautiful. We ordered beers and one pizza. Somehow, waitresses forgot or misplaced our pizza and we were waiting for more than hour to get Margherita pizza. Felt hungry and unhappy, can’t recommend this place. The whole lunch ended up with packing pizza for takeout as we were afraid we won’t catch the train.
We were a couple dining at this restaurant and left our coats with the staff at the cloakroom. Upon leaving, one of our coats was missing. The staff's response was extremely hesitant to offer any assistance or help. Furthermore, the "No liability for lost or stolen coats" sign was unprofessional, as the coat had been actively taken by the staff.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, which we did not expect in this category. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
