Tradition im Glas, Barrieren im Weg – Ein Abend beim Erdinger Weißbräu ​Wer die Hallen des Erdinger Weißbräus in München betritt, findet sie sogleich: die treue, unerschütterliche Seele der bayerischen Lebensart. Die Räumlichkeiten verströmen eine einladende, tiefe Gemütlichkeit, die den Gast sanft umfängt. Doch diese wohlige Atmosphäre bleibt kein Geheimnis; dicht gedrängt sitzen die Menschen, der Gastraum ist oft bis auf den letzten Platz durchreserviert. Ein spontanes Verweilen ist hier selten vom Glück gekrönt – eine Reservierung ist der unverzichtbare Schlüssel zu diesem Refugium. ​Hat man erst einmal Platz genommen, zeigt sich das Haus von seiner kulinarisch handfesten Seite. Die Auswahl der Speisen wandelt auf rein traditionellen Pfaden. Was aus der Küche getragen wird, zeugt von hoher Qualität und einem ehrlichen, runden Geschmack. Ein Wermutstropfen bleibt für jene, die fleischlos genießen möchten: Das vegetarische Angebot präsentiert sich – wie so oft in den Festungen der Tradition – recht übersichtlich. Getragen wird der Abend jedoch von einem Service, der mit echter Freundlichkeit und feinsinniger Zuvorkommenheit agiert. ​Und doch liegt über diesem Ort ein schwerer Schatten, verborgen im Abseits. Der Weg zu den Toiletten gleicht einer kleinen, beschwerlichen Reise. Er ist nicht nur weit, sondern verlangt auch das Erklimmen und Herabsteigen zahlreicher Treppenstufen. Was für den rüstigen Gast nur ein Umweg ist, wird für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung oder Handicaps zu einer unüberwindbaren, schier unzumutbaren Barriere. Für sie schließt dieses bauliche Hindernis die Gastlichkeit des Hauses bittere Realität werdend aus. ​Ein Ort von hohem Genuss und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft, dem im Fundament die Leichtigkeit für alle fehlt. Es verbleiben glanzvolle, aber ehrliche 4 von 5 Sternen.

Bin zum wiederholten Male hier bei Besuch des Campus Großhadern vorher / nachher. Dafür ist die Lage natürlich top - für alle anderen würde ich sagen ok. Da Essen war bis dato immer qualitativ hochwertige- bis auf den abgebildeten "Sommergeillteller" der Tageskarte. Hier wäre eine etwas größere Portion Fleisch und eine höhere Temperatur dessen wünschenswert gewesen. Aber geschmacklich wieder, ähnlich dem Kaiserschmarrn, sehr klasse. Die Bedienung ist personenabhängug, von wirklich seh3 freundlich bis teilweise "genervt", was aber sicher den Temperaturen geschuldet war.

Das Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem (ja die Matratzen sind etwas härter, aber von meinem Empfinden her angenehm) und am wichtigsten: es ist wirklich sehr sauber und hygienisch. Mit der U-Bahn ist man auch relativ schnell in der Innenstadt. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und herzlich. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Das Erdinger Gasthaus in Hadern an einem Werktag besucht und es waren viele Gäste da. Preis-Leistung eben Münchner Preise unsere Speisen waren einfach wie eine leckere Bretzensuppe, und die Tiroler Knödel (die leider nicht mein Geschmack waren da alte Semmel(grau) und Käseknödel) und ein Wiener vom Kalb. Die große Überraschung war das wir ein Wasser & Alkoholfreie Weizen bestellt hatten und Weizen und Zauberwasser bekommen haben. Zauberwasser - Wasser mit Sirup absolut überhöhter Preis zu 6.9 € das 0,4 l Glas Keine Empfehlung im gesamten von uns!

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag im Erdinger Weißbräu mit 90 Personen gefeiert. Es war einfach nur PERFEKT!!! Die Organisation im Vorfeld, die Deko, der Service, das geniale Essen....es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Übernachtungsgäste waren auch begeistert von den Zimmern und dem wunderbaren Frühstück. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Malek und sein Team 😊👍👍👍

Wir waren gestern zu einer Veranstaltung im Festsaal des Gasthof und Hotel Erdinger Hof und rundum sehr zufrieden. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend – besonders unser Kellner war äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Man hat sich durchweg willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Essen hat überzeugt: Das Schnitzel war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt ein gelungener Abend in angenehmer Atmosphäre – wir kommen gerne wieder! 👍

Habe nur das Restaurant besucht-kann also zu den Zimmer/Hotel nichts sagen. Aber das Restaurant kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein Gasthaus mit gemütlicher rustikaler Einrichtung und sehr gutem traditionellen Essen. Dabei findet man auf der Speisekarte auch noch alte münchner Gerichte, die man sonst jaum noch findet - wie z.B. Milzwurst Die Preise sind für münchen mehr als human und die Portionen großzügig.

Top Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service, hervorragendes Essen, leider "nur" 4 Sterne da Beilagenänderungen grundsätzlich mit 0,80€ berechnet werden, auch wenn z.b. die Beilagen weniger Aufwand oder Wareneinsatz bedeuten. In unserem Beispiel statt Käsespätzle einfache Spätzle. Das ist Schade. Grüße Wast Reischl

Als Gast gekommen, als Freund des Hauses gegangen. Aufgrund eines Klinikaufenthalts hatten wir das Hotel zur Übernachtung gewählt, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem Kliniken Großhadern und zur UBahn (U6) Station liegt. Schon bei Ankunft (nach 19 Uhr) fühlten wir uns heimisch. Alle Mitarbeiter/innen im gesamten Hotel und Gasthaus waren bei unserem Aufenthalt (4Tage) immer sehr herzlich, nett, hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Das Familienzimmer war gut ausgestattet, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, Minibar. Alles vorhanden. Kleines Bad und extra Toilette. Ein Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Bett. Im gesamten Hotel spiegelt sich viel Holz und dies macht es warm und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist in Flur, Räumen und Zimmern toll ausgestattet. Auf viele Details wurde geachtet. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Beim Frühstück fehlte nichts, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch beim Check Out, ein paar Minuten später als 11, war kein Problem. Am ersten Abend war die Heizung sehr heiß, ein Mitarbeiter hat es sich sehr freundlich angeschaut und das Problem umgehend und schnell behoben. An allen Tagen haben wir im Gasthaus gegessen. Das Essen war stets ausgezeichnet. Frisch und lecker. Die besten Suppen (selbstgemacht), die wir je gegessen haben. Die Hauptgänge reichlich und phänomenal. Nachtisch köstlich. Gute Portionen zu fairen Preisen. Die Getränke kühl und gut. Service sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wer einmal in der Nähe ist sollte hier umbedingt zum Mittag/Abendtisch einkehren. Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Das Hotel eignet sich auch zum Städtetrip. Bis zum Marienplatz mit der U6 in ca. 20 Minuten. Auch wenn das Hotel für die Übernachtung etwas hochpreisig ist, ist der Preis gerechtfertigt, für das was man bekommt. Alles in allem fühlt man sich wie zu Hause, was an dem Hotel und seinem tollen Team liegt. Es macht Freude hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (ein ganz kleiner Verbessungsvorschlag folgt per E-Mail). Wir können das Hotel und das Gasthaus nur weiter empfehlen. Schaut gerne vorbei. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Wer hier über was meckert, sollte sich selbst hinterfragen. Wie vergeben 1A mit Sternchen für das Hotel, Gasthaus und Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Macht weiter so mit euren herzlichen Art.

We ate at the restaurant. The service was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the food was very good.

I went back with my son and was satisfied with the food. Plus, they were very child-friendly!

Everything was top-notch and perfect, a wonderful location for any occasion, a large selection of drinks and food, great service, and quiet yet centrally located.

We had a perfect stay at a hotel that left nothing to be desired. Whether it was the room, service, breakfast, food, or location: everything was top-notch! The only minor drawback is perhaps that the smell of the kitchen permeates the entire building, especially in the mornings.

I can't comment on the rooms, as we were only there for dinner. The food was delicious, typical Bavarian cuisine. The restaurant was very spacious, with several private areas where you or your group could have some time alone. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only negative experience was the smell (to put it mildly) in the restrooms. Everything looks clean and well-maintained, but inside you practically have to hold your breath for as long as possible. I suspect a problem with the drain or something similar. It would be great if this could be fixed soon; it unnecessarily detracts from the overall impression.

The food in the restaurant is truly outstanding! The separate area around the bar is particularly beautifully designed and inviting. Some of the staff seem a bit too direct for my taste. For example, when I asked if there was anything I could change about the food, I received the answer: "No, that's how we do it here." I found that a bit unfriendly. Perhaps training in friendly communication and calmly dealing with stress would be helpful. Apart from that, everything was really top-notch: cleanliness, furnishings, food, decor, and the selection on the menu. Everything was of a very high standard.

I highly recommend it! Very nice rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and a very friendly and accommodating team. Whether at reception, at breakfast, or the lovely ladies who take care of your well-being in the rooms. A big thank you to the young man at reception who rebooked four double rooms for our wedding couple and their guests, which booking.com canceled without any reason or warning two hours before check-in, and which we only learned about through reception. Thank you so much, and keep up the good work!

Restaurant - Maybe it was a mistake to order a roast beef with onions at 4 p.m. – but as we all know, hunger doesn't tell a time. Apparently, roast beef with onions means something different here. The meat was rather tough, the gravy was thick as pudding, and the fried potatoes had clearly been warmed up a few times. The onions? Well, that's a sign of the industry. Luckily, I didn't try the "homemade cheese spaetzle" as well – my imagination is more than enough. How the positive reviews came about is a mystery to me and unfortunately misled me. Personally, I stick to the conclusion: once is enough.

We visited the restaurant. The food was excellent, the waiters were sour and unsmiling.

The beer garden is nice, recommended for beer and chatting. Better not to eat. For example, the Swiss sausage salad was probably a leftover from the breakfast buffet; very little on the plate for €15. The dried-out slices of bread were asked if butter came with them. "Of course," I said, but I was then charged an additional €1. Oh well, I'll just tip a euro less. Incidentally, it wasn't much better the day before either; small portions are in fashion these days. And don't forget to keep an eye on the measuring line.

I had the Zwiebelrostbraten (onion roast beef) for €24.90 – which is almost a bargain these days. The spaetzle were fresh and really tasty, although the meat was cooked a bit more ambitiously than the medium rare I ordered. The sauce was more reminiscent of a quick packaged version than a homemade sauce – but hey, the price was fair, the beer garden was really nice, and the service was friendly and prompt. All in all: there were a few minor weaknesses in the food, but the overall package was good. I'd be happy to come back.

A great hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and delicious food. Everything is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The transport connections are excellent; there's a subway station nearby, and line 6 takes you to Marienplatz in no time. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful hotel staff once again; we'd love to come back.

Only visited the restaurant. Been here a couple of times with friends. Excellent outdoor dining but also great for indoor meet ups. Can be very busy on the weekends and would recommend making a reservation if in a large group. The order could take a while to arrive but totally worth the wait 😊

We spent two days in Munich on our way back from Italy and enjoyed wonderful meals at this inn on two evenings. Despite not having a reservation, they always found a seat for us. The service was very friendly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. If we're ever in this area again, we'll definitely come back here.

Hello, we had our wedding reception at the inn. I couldn't have imagined it being more beautiful or organized. The staff was so friendly, professional, and patient. As always, the inn impressed us with the quality and taste of its food. A big thank you to the chef and his team.

I used to live nearby and loved staying there when my child was a baby—especially because of the wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. For me, it was a precious little break from everyday life with a toddler—a real respite.

The Lobina fish filet was delicious. The service is great.

Restaurant: Erdinger doesn't even serve white sausages, and this is in Munich. But there are pushy waiters who constantly ask if everything is okay. Nothing is okay if there are no white sausages!

I'm super surprised, great. We have been to Erdingen many times and only changed hotels this year (great life partner) Undvicu has to say more than surprised. We ate twice because we wanted to try it out, but I was really surprised here. I've never had the experience of bringing back old memories with just the taste of a meal (roast with beer sauce and dumplings). Thanks to the cook for reminding me of my grandma and thanks to Angelika, super cool woman. Thanks to the recommendation, I enjoyed the festive white. I'm looking forward to seeing you again. Stayed at this hotel for almost a week. It was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. Towel heater did not work though. Breakfast was great! But we thought that was included, so were disappointed when we had to pay when we left. Restaurant was quite good. Convenient for having a drink and snack.

The fried potatoes are a disgrace, not properly fried, floury consistency inside, round whole potatoes, like from the chilled rosemary potato pack at Aldi, only without rosemary. When asked, the waiter denied that they were ready-made potatoes from the pack, but unfortunately these potatoes have the same shape, consistency and, like the ones from the pack, no taste or a very chemical taste. If you are using ready-made potatoes from the refrigerator, you should cut them in half and fry them until it is not so noticeable. ;/ Conclusion: I think it's a disgrace to be served €25 for a veal schnitzel with round, undercooked, chemical-tasting potatoes. It's better to hire more temporary help and spend €538 on peeling (especially during the run) and decent potatoes. Let's be honest, you make so much profit per month 538€ more or less doesn't make much difference but I'm not coming anymore, what a shame. The owner should really think about whether he wants to lower his quality so much just because he is looking for a little more profit. Well, I studied food technology and no one fools me so easily, but the fact that the waiter said no was the final straw for me. Honesty would take the longest and if you had been honest I wouldn't have made such a fuss and come back, but not like this.

Rating refers to the beer garden: Short but varied menu with German cuisine including meat, fish and salad dishes. When the weather is good there is a beautiful beer garden with old trees. The quality of the food was good, the service attentive and friendly.

I have rarely eaten such a great Viennese schnitzel with a fantastic potato salad. I would even say it was the best potato salad ever. Served lukewarm, perfectly seasoned - including the acidity - slightly creamy and yet still with a bit of bite. My grandma has already made a great salad but this one is a dream. And the veal schnitzel too: crispy, not greasy, tender and airy under the breading. As it should be. The 27.90 is absolutely justified. Very friendly service and also a very nice restaurant. The Kässpatzn were also very tasty. I can only recommend the inn. There is also a pretty beer garden.

A hotel I used to attend a week-long course at LMU – it was perfect from start to finish, so much so that I'm already planning my next stay! Incredibly great reception staff – dedicated and passionate about their work. I had an organizational challenge at short notice, and Nico and his team helped me incredibly! Thank you so much for that! 🩷There was a rich breakfast buffet, very clean, quiet rooms with really good room service – and very comfortable beds! I didn't try the restaurant in the evening – I thank them from the bottom of my heart and look forward to returning!

So four years ago this was a really great restaurant. But the card is really weak, especially in winter. Normally I'm happy about small cards BUT: No snack, no Obatzter, no cheese, no white sausage. 60% pork and 40% including (including offal) beef on the menu, but you still miss the onion roast and the roast pork comes without a crust... what a shame. If at all, I'll stop by again in the summer. But to be honest the quality of the food is still delicious. But there are simply no classics and basics on the menu. My tip: go to the Augustiner, 150 meters away We ate: Cordon bleu was ok, sauce was very salty Cheese spaetzle were really tasty Roast pork was ok, sauce was very salty

The review refers exclusively to the inn, we were recently at a family celebration there: The service was really excellent, the ambience would have been nice if the room hadn't been far too small for the number of people. The food tasted very good, the dishes on the daily menu were a little more unusual, the rest was home-style and everyone found something. Only the Kaiserschmarrn was unfortunately quite wrong in my opinion: the dough didn't taste good, was very similar to a ready-made product, and the pieces were too thick. This meant that it was also very doughy and, on the one hand, very light; it could have used a little more time in the pan. The plum roasters were tasty but not enough. The crowning glory was the decoration with cream, a physalis and a cheap heart ice cream waffle - that has no place on a plate of Kaiserschmarrn! If I had only rated the dessert, it would have been two stars.

We were there for dinner. First time and pleasantly surprised. The location has been beautifully renovated, the service was very friendly and the food was very good.

We are regulars at the inn because we have never been disappointed. No matter whether there were just three of us there or with the whole family, the service staff do a great job and the food is always top. If you order something like the onion roast, it is always cooked to the point you order it. Even with larger groups (family celebrations), it was never a problem that everyone got their food at the same time. Since Corona, the menu has become smaller, but the normal selection is still definitely great and a very well-filled day menu has been added. In our opinion, the ambience in the inn is also great, it reflects a modern inn where there are decorations but not too much that it is overloaded but not too little that it seems empty. We always enjoy coming here.

My visit to the ERDINGER inn Very traditional and Bavarian. Personally but a bit empty. Now about the food. The food here is very tasty. Personally, I recommend the duck, served with potato dumplings. It's a shame that this restaurant doesn't have that much of a selection of food. Vegans and vegetarians, for example, don't have it so good here either. The staff here is very nice and quick too. But the prices here are not that good when it comes to the quality and portion of the food as the food is a bit overpriced. Overall, my visit here was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Our review refers to the restaurant. We had reserved seats in the evening, and without a reservation it would probably have been tight. The ambience is exactly as you would imagine. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the tickets and the general impression was that the service wasn't that organized. That clouded our impression somewhat. Food was good, especially the onion roast was highly recommended. The service could have been a step up, otherwise we liked it.

If you're looking for good Bavarian food, you're not in good hands here in my opinion. Potato dumplings from the package and the coleslaw simply consists of white cabbage, vinegar and oil. Never again. Info: Roast pork without crust.
