They said the food was homemade, when it was clearly supermarket-quality. When they finally admitted it, they didn’t offer any compensation for a nearly €20 dish that I had to return untouched. Terrible food, awful customer service, and completely overpriced. An experience I won’t be repeating and cannot recommend less!

This was my first time staying with you. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The sauna can be used from 5 p.m. Unfortunately, the cabin isn't in such good condition. It smells slightly of charred wood. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Parking is only available in the underground garage. It's only accessible via an elevator, which is very narrow. The parking spaces aren't any wider either. If you have a large car, it's better to look elsewhere.

The food is really tasty. The waiter was annoyed even though there were still few people in the restaurant. He even had problems implementing an order of spaetzle on French fries. Really a shame. If he doesn't enjoy his job, he should just work somewhere else.

Tamtam is a chill spot with amazing burgers, burritos and great vibes. Loved the mix of flavors and the cocktails were top notch. Service was friendly. Will be back for sure!

Super pretty hotel in a good location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with nice rooms. The breakfast is good, the shower and toilet are clean and modern.

We ate there two days in a row, rarely received such good service and the food was also really tasty. We'd love to come back again and again!

Own parking space in the rear area with the “old cellar” entrance Which is very advantageous if you are traveling in the city center. Nine euros per day fee. That's really fine. The rooms are quite nice and moderate. The breakfast was very good and the service is excellent. We felt very comfortable.

The cutlery had strong water stains. The table in the beer garden was dirty in one corner. Weeds 15 cm high in the beer garden. Portion mediocre but not special. Too expensive compared to other restaurants in Bad Staffelstein. We probably won't come again.

A unique place and a shame that it no longer exists after so many years. The Lucullus was truly the living heart of Birkenau and you were always greeted as a neighbor. I celebrated my last birthdays there in the beer garden - it was simply uncomplicated, sociable and cozy. Thank you for the great years, I think we will all miss it sorely.
