Sehr leckeres Essen und große Portion. Kellner waren sehr freundlich und schnell, obwohl viele Gäste da waren und die Arbeit stressig war. Alles top. Sind sehr zufrieden! War sehr gut besucht, wir bekamen trotzdem ohne reservieren einen Platz

Das Essen im Restaurant Zuber war sehr lecker und qualitativ gut. Der Service könnte jedoch etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein. Das Ambiente ist insgesamt angenehm, allerdings wirkt es durch die enge Bestuhlung teilweise etwas beengt. Insgesamt ein gutes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und Verbesserungspotenzial beim Service.

Leider wurden wir zwar platziert, danach hat man uns aber 20 Min. ignoriert. Also sind wir gegangen, logischerweise.

Mittagessen am 25.05.26. Lange Wartezeit. Das Essen war furchtbar. Das Beste daran waren Salat und Wasser. Das Schnitzel war total verbrannt. Die Pommes waren mindestens einen halben Tag alt. Der Lachs war ungewürzt – nicht einmal Salz war drin! Die Karotten waren verkocht und der Salat welk! Alles war kalt. Das war das schlechteste Essen, das ich je in Deutschland hatte. Das Personal ging überhaupt nicht auf meine Kritik an der Qualität des Essens ein. Verschwenden Sie nicht Ihr Geld!

Nachdem wir vom Kellner zu unserem Platz gebracht wurden, saßen wir fast 15 Minuten ohne Speisekarte am Tisch. Irgendwann bekamen wir dann doch eine Karte und konnten unsere Bestellung direkt aufgeben. Nach einiger Zeit kamen die Getränke – ab diesem Zeitpunkt wurden wir allerdings praktisch komplett ignoriert. Der Kellner machte dabei leider den Eindruck, als wäre ihm der Service und die Anzahl der Gäste bereits zu viel. Entsprechend fühlte man sich eher störend als willkommen. Da weiterhin niemand mehr zu unserem Tisch kam, haben wir uns letztlich entschieden, das Restaurant wieder zu verlassen und woanders essen zu gehen. Zusätzlich fanden wir es bei den ohnehin schon recht hohen Preisen nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dass Kartenzahlung erst ab 20 € möglich ist. Gerade bei den doch recht hohen Preisen hätten wir einen deutlich aufmerksameren und professionelleren Service erwartet.

Wir gehen hier schon seit Jahren (manchmal denke ich zu selten) hin. Das Essen ist immer Lecker. Der Chef guckt oft persönlich auf die Terrasse ob alles in Ordnung ist. Zuletzt hatte ich Wildschwein mit Spargel. Preis Leistung ist gut.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit großer Terasse und leckeren Essen. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Ploots muß man probieren, sehr lecker, erinnert an Pinsa. Das Restaurant und die Toiletten sind nicht barrierefrei, leider. Die Preise sind dem Kurort angepasst und in Ordnung. Leider gibt es keine Sonderwünsche, wie zum Beispiel 1 Bratwurst zum probieren , hier muß man eine ganze Portion bestellen. Dies ginge garantiert auch anders.

Hier konnte man sehr lecker Essen vor allem die Fränkischen Gerichte, hat nachgelassen leider.

Ich habe nach dem Essen noch das WC aufgesucht. Dem Gedudel nach, habe ich die Kellnerin beim Handy daddeln erwischt. Sie kam dann aus ihrer Kabine, als ich mir gerade die Hände gewaschen hab. Sie ließ die Kabinentür weit offen, damit man gut auf das nicht abgespülte WC Papier schauen konnte und ging mit ungewaschenen Händen zurück in den Service. Sowas geht einfach gar nicht. Egal wie das Essen war, man wünscht sich nach so einem Erlebnis woanders gegessen zu haben.

Kann nichts über das Essen sagen aber das Personal kam erstmal gar nicht und dann voll unfreundlich wollte nicht mal hören was ich sage

Solide deutsche Küche. Die Schnitzel sind lecker und groß. Das plootz (eine Art Flammkuchen/Pizza) sollte man einmal probieren. So wie man sich ein Restaurant mit deftiger deutscher Küche wünscht.

Super Lage, super Optik, toller Service und besonders leckeres Essen! Wir kamen Samstag abends zu zweit ohne Reservierung. Der Laden war voll, was aber für die Zeit zu erwarten war. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und trotzdem für uns irgendwie ein Plätzchen gefunden, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Da waren wir schon sehr glücklich! Wir bestellten das Schweizer- und das Jägerschnitzel. Es gibt dort wirklich große Portionen, das sollte man bei der Bestellung eventuell bedenken. Optisch und geschmacklich gab es wirklich gar nichts zu meckern, wir haben alles aufgegessen, obwohl es sehr viel war; das spricht schon für sich. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich sogar am Ende dafür, dass er "so spät" käme, aber wir mussten eigentlich wirklich gar nicht lange warten. Trotz vollem Lokal hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass man allein gelassen wird :) Wir kamen auch mal beruflich mit einer Gruppe Menschen mit Behinderung und auch da war der Service wirklich sehr aufmerksam und geduldig. Alles in allem eine wirklich deutliche Empfehlung!

Top Lage am Marktplatz in Bad Kissingen. Große Portionen zu angemessen Preisen. Manche Gerichte auch geil angerichtet. Gerade die Schnitzel oder Steaks auf dem Holzbrett. Ob Krabbenchips jetzt dazu passen muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Service in Ordnung aber teilweise etwas unkoordiniert. Kann man auf jeden Fall hingehen.

Leckere 😋 Schnitzelauswahl! Essen sehr lecker mit großen Portionen. Ambiente mit Sitzaufteilung noch ausbaufähig.

Wir hatten Feuerbergburger und Jägerschnitzel und waren von der Größe sehr zufrieden. Leider waren beide Schnitzel sehr trocken, was sehr schade war. Aus meiner Erfahrung waren sie sicher nicht frisch paniert und zu bereitet. Zu Beginn war der Service gut, aber je länger wir saßen, desto weniger wurde nach gefragt ob wir noch was bestellen wollen.

Leider nur zwei von fünf Sternen. Die Raumaufteilung im Platzhirsch ist insbesondere im vorderen Bereich suboptimal. Wir saßen an einem Tisch, an dem es extrem gezogen hat. Wir haben uns daraufhin umgesetzt, allerdings hat es an dem neuen Tisch ebenfalls gezogen. Zudem wurde das eine Essen vergessen, es wurde sich nicht einmal dafür entschuldigt. Zumal kam das Personal sehr hektisch und chaotisch rüber. Das Essen war nichts besonderes.

An einem wunderschönen, sonnigen Frühlingstag plagte uns der Hunger, und so kehrten wir im Platzhirsch ein. Mitten in der Innenstadt, Bad Kissingen, ein toller Ort zum verweilen, genießen und Passanten beobachten. Der Service sehr freundlich flott und strahlt dennoch eine große Ruhe aus Kompliment an den jungen Mann Ahmad. Du machst einen tollen Service sehr souverän freundlich man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Du hast das super gemacht. Das Essen ist eine glatte zehn von zehn das Hüttenschnitzel mit Kochkäse und Röstzwiebeln. Ausgezeichnet im Geschmack, große Portionen und auch hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch das Wienerschnitzel mit Beilagen Salat sehr lecker. Hier wird auf Qualität geachtet. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Essen lecker Preise in Ordnung und noch mal besonders hervorzuheben der Service, bei dem man sich einfach wundervoll umsorgt fühlt wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir waren unendlich enttäuscht. Vor 5 Wochen reserviert, 60 Kilometer hin gefahren um dann vor verschlossener Türe zu stehen ( Schild auf der Tür zeigt Urlaub). Diesen Betriebsurlaub wusste man sicher schon vor 5 Wochen. Keine Absage etc bekommen. Habe nach dem Betriebsurlaub dort angerufen & nachgefragt wie das sein konnte. Die Antwort lautete : " haben spontan Urlaub gemacht "auf meine Frage ob wir eine gemeinsame Lösung finden kam "naja sie können ja vorbei kommen und wir können ihnen einen kaffee ausgeben" & es wurde aufgelegt . Sehr schade wie wir finden. Deshalb kann ich leider keine gute Bewertung zurück lassen.

Schönes Restaurant mit gutbürgerlicher Küche, leider kam es wegen Überfüllung nicht dazu, dass wir dort essen konnten. Eine Reservierung ist also sehr empfehlenswert.

Teile des essen waren wirklich sehr gut und ausreichend aber aber was gescharbte Käsespätzle sind sollten sie noch mal lernen.

Eine einladende Gaststätte. Es werden üppige Portionen gereicht. Das Rumpsteak war perfekt zubereitet, ebenso die Süßkartoffelpommes. Der Pilgerstoff passte hervorragend dazu. Der zum Hirschbraten gereichte Rosenkohl war nicht gewürzt. Das Personal ist serviceorientiert und teilweise freundlich.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, und dazu sind es wirklich riesige Portionen (siehe Bild, ein Schweizer Schnitzel). Das Ambiente war angenehm, nicht zu laut, bei mäßiger Besucherzahl. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist nicht all zu riesig, aber reicht völlig aus. Die Auswahl an Getränken (mit und ohne Alkohol) ist sehr groß, da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Die Preise sind auch völlig in Ordnung, da man wie bereits gesagt, riesige und leckere Portionen/Speisen dafür erhält.

Sind auf gut Glück in den Platzhirsch. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Restaurant mit sehr nettem Service, super Essen und gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Speisekarte ist wirklich sehr gut, für jeden was dabei.Zum Abschluss haben wir einen selbstgemachten Schnaps auf's Haus bekommen, eine wirklich sehr nette Geste und dazu noch super lecker! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können den Platzhirsch uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Wer sicher gehen möchte, sollte vorab einen Tisch reservieren! Danke für den netten Service! ;)

Kompakte aber völlig ausreichende Speisekarte. Gerichte waren lecker. Sehr große Portionen daher Preise definitiv gerechtfertigt.

Die vielen guten Bewertung erfolgen alle zu Recht. Insbesondere fand ich die Ideen gut, wie dieses Restaurant Gerichte mit neuen Ideen anbietet. Davon können sich andere Restaurants mal eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Der Ploatz war geschmacklich mega. Kräftige Aromen aber auch harmonisch abgerundet. Habe schon sehr sehr lange keinen so guten Ploatz gegessen. Schnitzel auch auch sehr toll geschmeckt.

Habe selten so schlechte Bratwürste mit Kraut gegessen- Unverständlich wie das fränkische Traditionsgericht so serviert wird.

Das Essen hat uns alles geschmeckt! Ein wenig blöd angerichtet, das große Schnitzel auf den Pommes und keinen Platz es anständig schneiden zu können ohne die Pommes auf dem Tisch zu verteilen. Kellner verstanden uns leider schlecht. Freunde wollten mit Visa Card bezahlen; nicht möglich. Wir wollten mit normaler holländischer ec Karte zahlen; nicht möglich! Ein Schild dass darauf hinweist wäre sinnig; dann wären wir nämlich weiter gegangen. Bei den Preisen an der Zahlfunktion sparen zu wollen ist in einem so viel besuchten Ort schon etwas schäbig!

The Hirsch restaurant impresses across the board – a cozy atmosphere, super-friendly service, and truly delicious food. The dishes are lovingly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. I particularly liked how fresh everything seemed and you can tell that quality counts here. The drinks menu is also well-thought-out, from beer to wine.

We visited the restaurant as a larger group. Our seats were outside, which was generally very nice, but due to the noise and the tables being pushed together, it was difficult to talk to everyone. Our reservation was for 7 p.m. The first drinks arrived relatively quickly; it was busy, and the waiters were quite busy. However, only one waiter took our orders... The resulting waits naturally slowed down the process until we received our food. Not ideal, especially with a toddler. We asked if at least the child's food could come a little earlier. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't understand until the third attempt. The child's food still arrived a good two minutes before ours... which meant we had another wait of about 20 minutes. So asking was pointless... Our food arrived quite late, 1.5 hours after ordering... so we were already very hungry. Unfortunately, one person was missing a side salad. This was brought out quite quickly. Due to the lack of space, I held my side salad in my hand. Additionally, all the food was placed quite close together. It was almost impossible to avoid elbowing someone else while cutting food. However, I also had nowhere to put the salad plate down after I'd finished eating. There are both good and bad reviews for the main courses. I had the Swiss schnitzel and I have to say it tasted really good. The spaetzle for the child were also very tasty. A venison dish was also ordered at our table. Unfortunately, it tasted more like an old ram... The stag was probably shot while rutting. For people who don't like that kind of taste, it's a shame about the dish and the rather expensive price. There were also occasional problems with the drinks. The waiters didn't notice when a drink was empty. Probably due to the business. Until you could then place a new order (after all, only one waiter takes it, which unfortunately we were told quite often...) The waiters were generally friendly, but you could tell they were quite stressed. This occasionally became apparent in the way they interacted with us guests. They gave rude replies, discussed the fact that only fresh meat was used here (which no one doubted with the deer, just that it was shot while rutting), sniffed drinks, and said in a rather nasty tone of voice: "It's what you ordered, it's in my order"... This and even more "kindnesses" came quite often from a waiter... All in all, I wouldn't come back, but I've experienced much nicer service. Where every guest felt like a guest, not like here, where a distinction is made between people you know (with whom you have private conversations, laugh, and always put on a nice front) and the "other guests" who are dealt with when there was time. This was the biggest negative aspect I noticed during our visit. Unfortunately, because the restaurant is beautifully located and looks really appealing from the outside. But if the friendliness is lacking, all that beautiful exterior isn't worth much...

Very good food, would love to come back again

Seven of us spontaneously arrived and found a good seat. The waitress came quickly, brought us our menus, and took our drinks. The drinks also arrived quite quickly. We waited quite a long time for the food. A side salad was missing, and my meal wasn't even brought. When we asked for it, there was nothing on the order. When we took my order, the waitress looked at me and confirmed my meal (I ordered last). The waiter asked if he should bring it, but since the first meals had already taken so long, I said no. We then asked for ketchup and mayonnaise a second time, but the waitress didn't bring them at all. After 10 minutes, we asked another waiter, who finally brought them a few minutes later. The price/performance ratio is good, but the fries with the schnitzel were a bit small and lost on the plate.

I don't give it any stars. The waiters are unfriendly; they stick their noses into the drinks and sniff them. The food arrives 1.5 hours late. I don't recommend the venison. I don't recommend it; it tastes like a rutting old ram. I wouldn't recommend it and won't go there again.

I tried Kaiserschmarrn for the first time and found it delicious. Very rich flavors, the pancakes are fluffy, and the applesauce is delicious. Thank you.

Five of us were there: my three sons, the oldest son's girlfriend, and my sweet Luna. They actually wanted pizza, but luckily they were taking a siesta! Then my sons had a really, really delicious meal. I had their house drink, "Orange Ginger Lemonade," which was very, very refreshing. We'd love to come back. Visited on the recommendation of friends. It was a good tip. You can enjoy a pleasant meal here in a quaint restaurant, either inside or outside. The service is very friendly, helpful, and always on the ball. The dishes on offer are very unique and you won't find that everywhere. Great Blooz dishes and hearty meals. The cheese spaetzle and the Rhön bratwurst with fries are highly recommended. Be sure to try the homemade bread. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was okay, service was good to very good, depending on who was able to sit at the table. The food tasted good, but there were a lot of wasps, but that's nobody's fault.

It all started well; we got a seat without a reservation. But then... it took a while for the waiter to come back and bring us a menu. The waiter came back very quickly and wanted to take our order. We hadn't even chosen our drinks and said we needed a moment. The waiter then told us that there were no more food options outside because it was supposed to rain. Like many other guests, we were sitting under umbrellas, sheltered from the elements. This argument was therefore very flimsy. We then continued on, still hungry, to the wine festival on the town hall square, where we had delicious wine and food. On the way back, the outdoor area of ​​the Platzhirsch was very full "despite the supposed rain," and people had something to eat... strange. We will definitely not be seeing the Platzhirch again.

A real stroke of luck in Bad Kissingen! We visited PlatzHirsch for lunch and immediately felt welcome. The kids were given pencils and a coloring book without even asking – simply fantastic! The food was really good and fresh: delicious vegetable spaetzle, two bratwursts with sauerkraut, Kaiserschmarrn for the little one, and schnitzel fingers with fries for the younger one – all lovingly prepared and super hearty. Value for money? Absolutely top-notch, especially considering the location! We'll definitely be back when we're in Bad Kissingen again. A definite recommendation for anyone who enjoys good food and family-friendly service.

Top food, top service, top restaurant

We came here for lunch with several people. It's very centrally located in the pedestrian zone, and you can sit outside in the summer. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Good value for money. Considering the large number of guests, everything went relatively quickly. The only drawbacks were the not-so-clean cutlery and the restrooms. Restrooms are important, actually a showcase of any restaurant, and could be cleaned better.

The food was exceptionally good, and I found the price-performance ratio to be acceptable. The service was extremely attentive. Why not a full rating? There's no credit card option, which I would expect from a restaurant like this. Who wants to use an overpriced debit card these days? Or get cash before eating.

A random recommendation turned out to be a hit. We were very satisfied, very full, and very excited. Thank you for the delicious food.

I have to say, I've never had such a bad schnitzel. My dish was the Swiss schnitzel topped with ham, cheese, and roasted onions. The schnitzel was dry and extremely thick, and there were no roasted onions to be seen. It was beautifully decorated, and I thought it tasted good, but everything else was just garbage. Even the fries looked like they'd been deep-fried a second time. The side salad was the only thing that was OK, and for over €30, I'd rather go to the restaurant with the golden M. I definitely can't recommend this restaurant.

We were really hungry, but the food was absolutely terrible. The schnitzel was tough and thick, and the fries were hard and not crispy. We also complained, but no one cared. And then it was time to pay, and after waiting forever, they even rudely treated us. Never again. Really, for that price, you'd expect something else.

We had reserved a table for eight people for a birthday party by phone six weeks in advance. We weren't aware that the Rakoczy Festival was taking place on that date. When we arrived, we discovered that due to the festival, the restaurant only had outdoor tables, along with self-service booths. When we asked about our reservation, a visibly stressed young man laughed at us, saying, "Can't be right," and left us standing there. The colleague in charge of reservations then said the same thing, even though we had personally been promised a table over the phone. She didn't believe us. We had an hour's drive. Sitting at a cramped beer table, they kindly brought us a round of schnapps to appease us. Still, it was a huge disappointment; that's not how you treat customers.

A very nice and cozy restaurant, sometimes a bit cramped, but there's plenty of outdoor seating when the weather's nice. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable.

We were disappointed with the food... schnitzel deep-frozen, tasteless. The plate was too small, so the schnitzel sat on top of the fries and couldn't be cut, as all the fries fell off the plate when we tried. Upon request, we were reluctantly given a larger plate, and lo and behold... why not do it like that? Unfortunately, the bacon in the onion and bacon pie was too salty.

Simply a disaster, don't recommend it...You can maybe drink beer in the beer garden and that's it.

We had very good food and drinks here. However, the usual problem with restaurants is that there are hardly any staff. So you have to wait a bit longer. However, the seating is very quiet in the middle of the pedestrian zone.

Das war mal eine neue Erfahrung. So einen unfreundlichen Kellner (der mit dem Dreizack unter dem linken Ohr) hatten wir bis dahin noch nicht erlebt. Es sagt nicht einmal guten Abend, Bestellungen nahm er ohne jede Reaktion entgegen, so dass man nicht einmal wusste, ob er es verstanden hatte und im Vorbeigehen schaffte er es, sechsmal gegen meinen Stuhl zu rempeln, was nicht gerade zu meinen Vorlieben gehört. Als Bekannte von ihm vorbeikamen, war er außerordentlich freundlich zu ihnen, nur Gäste mag er offenbar nicht. Im Essen meiner Frau war ein Haar, was sie sofort reklamierte. Die Neuanfertigung dauerte dann ewig. Nicht zu empfehlen!

We were there on Sunday for dinner, it was sooooooo delicious, everyone was super friendly, a tip: please reserve a table because it is always full

Wir waren heute Abend spontan, zum Essen beim Platz Hirsch. Trotz das viel los war, bekamen wir schnell einen Platz. Ich war mit meinen Mann, und unseren 2 Söhne dort. Der junge ^Hauptkellner^ hat uns sehr gut beraten, kindergerichte waren auch kein Problem. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder mit meiner Familie dort essen gehen. Ambiente 4 Service 4 Essen 4 Gäste. 0 für eine Kurstadt haben die Leute zu wenig Zeit. Mal entspannen und genießen kennen in dieser Stadt nur die wenigsten !

The venison roast was truly delicious and incredibly tender. The rump steak could have been a little less cooked (ordered medium rare, got medium at most), but it was also very tender and flavorful. We'll definitely be back!

We had reserved a specific table on-site. Unfortunately, we didn't get it. So we ended up sitting somewhere else. It's just a matter of principle. We had Swiss schnitzel and spaak plootz with onions and bacon. Unfortunately, the plootz was very dry (seems to always make it that way). The schnitzel was delicious.

The food was very good. The staff was very attentive. It won't be my last visit.

The decor, the staff, and the food are top-notch! A manageable menu with delicious dishes. A great beer selection. The best was the Plootz made from Grandma's original recipe.

Durch Zufall an das Lokal gekommen. Tolle Weine, super Beratung und auch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen gab es obwohl die Küche nicht besetzt war. Rundum ein nettes Lokal, das ich nur empfehlen kann. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch gut draußen sitzen.

The food was delicious. The service was very friendly. You can even ask for smaller portions. Unfortunately, tipping isn't possible with card payments :-( It's a shame considering the really good service.

80 minutes from ordering until the food came - if you have a lot of time you can enjoy a mediocre to good meal

The food is good and plentiful. You have to wait a little longer for the beer than for the schnapps.
