Pizza delicious! The pizzeria is inside a tipical Bavarian restaurant!

After waiting over 2.5 hours, we canceled the order. Unfortunately there was no response from the restaurant either. The order appears to have “lost”. It's a shame, but then maybe another restaurant will take care of us.

Beautiful restaurant! Highly recommended. Normal pizzas, if compared to Italy 🇮🇹 apart from the ingredients (for example the mortadella which is not like the one found in Italy, obviously!) but for being in Germany it is still very good. As for the pizzas, highly recommended! And there is also the German menu, but I only ordered from the German menu twice: once the schnitzel and the second time the pork shank, which I must say, wasn't bad either. So general review: excellent option for both pizzeria and restaurant.

Simple but strictly to the essence. I ordered from this place for around 5 or more times, it was just amazing every time. Highly recommend this place if you have gotten tired of paying for trash so far. I have never dined in the restaurant, so I can't speak for the service.

It was a good pizzeria for a cheap price. The quality of food went however down and the waitresses are always 15-20 min late to take your orders although you tell them you are in hurry. The restaurant is still clean and nice but I don’t think I will go back there in purpose after three disappointing dinners

We had a very tasty appetizer platter and two pizzas. The dough of the pizzas is nice and fluffy and the ingredients are high quality - but the taste wasn't particularly convincing. The ambience is very busy and loud. The service was attentive, but not particularly experienced in gastronomy. Overall, a nice rustic restaurant in a central location with good food.

I ordered online and the vegan Pistacchiosia pizza was amazing. One of the best, if not the best pizza I've ever had.

We had ordered something for dinner. The pizza was cold and soggy, the bruschetta was unfortunately burnt and the tiramisu was runny. The only thing that was good was the carpaccio. Once and never again.

Looking from outside in, you wouldn’t guess this would be one of the best pizzas you can find in Munich, since it’s well hidden in a very German restaurant. Service is fast and prices are fair for Munich standards. Try their specialty Strada del Goethe!

Faccio una precisazione: siamo arrivati in questo locale durante il periodo dell'Oktoberfest. Io non so se il clima all'interno del locale è sempre così o se abbiamo beccato la serata fortunata (dovuta al periodo), ma, quando passiamo di fronte al locale, la scena che ci troviamo davanti agli occhi è questa: gente che balla sui tavoli, musica dal vivo e locale pieno di birra e cibo tipico. Ci fiondiamo dentro. Dicono che i tedeschi siano freddi, ma ci hanno accolto come a casa. Il cibo è delizioso e la birra... non c'è bisogno che lo specifichi ;) Se arrivate in questo locale a ridosso delle 22:30, sappiate che la cucina sta per chiudere e vi faranno ordinare ancor prima di sedervi per offrirvi in tempo da mangiare!!

Delicious pizza and even had yummy vegan cheese! Great blend of beer hall and modern fresh food. We all enjoyed our meal!

This restaurant is amazing. The food was exceptional. The brautwurst was so tender on top of a bed sauerkraut that was succulent and flavorful. The roasted pork also tender, full of flavor, melt in your mouth good with a side of kraut and bacon bits- yummy. I ordered a side of spaetzle which came with a mushroom sauce that was to die for, yummmmmmmy. I was in heaven with every part of our meal being exceptional, along with the service- Stefanie was sweet, kind, helpful and could not be more attentive with her covering so many other tables. This was a nite to go into the record books. Cheers, Prost, and thank god for Munchener Stubn.

Really a 3* restaurant, but I’m eating it 4* because it’s great for easy dining - lunch or dinner - if you’re staying near the train station. The food is fine and the service very friendly. We had 1/4 duck, schnitzel and the kaiserschmerren. All good. No reservations necessary, as there are tons of tables.

IT WAS AMAZING. EVERYTHING. The server SHARAF was amazing. When I ordered my meatballs TODAY on the September 10th around 7pm, the Salt just felt out of my plate and he was so nice that he changed my plate for the new one. And he was so kind and gave me the best experience that I've experienced here in Munich. Thank you for everything!!! Obrigada!!! :)

Children's meals are hearty and economical. There are so many meal options. There are also a lot of seats. Adequate service staff. Right opposite Munich Station. Open late. The taste is very good. You can try it.

very tasty Neapolitan pizza in a tavern. In my opinion one of the best pizzas in Munich in terms of the dough, the consistency, the taste and the toppings. I never ate there, but ordered or picked up via Uber Eats. Always a pleasure!

Busy restaurant, authentic German food. Drinks are a little pricey

Unfortunately that was very disappointing. We ordered two pizzas for delivery and both were completely cold upon arrival. One of the pizzas had mushrooms instead of vegetables and was way too burnt. The amount of cheese substitute on both pizzas was too high.

Pizza dough looks good, but tastes like nothing. Ingredients also of poor quality. A below average Neapolitan pizza, one of the worst I've eaten, definitely not a recommendation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this restaurant, which had a very nice atmosphere. Our waiter Andreas was also brilliant and served us some great traditional Bavarian food. Vegetarian and non-German speaking relatives were also able to enjoy themselves as a result of the large range of foods on offer, translated menus and English speaking waiter. Could not find anything to complain about and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Needed a place to eat after a long day of sightseeing. We ended up in the Haptbaunhof and found this restaurant nearby. Andreas was our waiter and was super friendly and helpful. I have a gluten allergy (I know, no beer, schnitzel, or pretzels in Munich?!) and he pointed out all the items on the menu that would work for me. In English too! Andreas has a real sense of humor so don’t be surprised when he joshes with you a bit. He made the dinner fun and enjoyable.

Ho pranzato in questo ristorante prima di partire dalla stazione. Una felice esperienza. Abbiamo preso dei piatti tedeschi ma ho notato alcune bellissime pizze sugli altri tavoli. Il ristorante infatti ha un insolito connubio di specialità Italiane e Tedesche, entrambe curate. Se ho capito bene il ristorante ha infatti dei pizzaioli Napoletani. Al prossimo viaggio in treno da Monaco tornerò sicuramente. Consigliato quindi se siete in Stazione e dovete mangiare

The food here was nice, and the beer was lovely! Disappointing that the waiter (Andreas) had to be so rude. He was furious with us for ordering off the QR code provided at the table (despite no one telling us we weren’t supposed to do this or why?). It felt like such an overreaction? He delivered our beer & We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and reluctantly I carefully asked him if he knew about the food order too? His reply ‘this is not my business to know, if you don’t communicate with me, I’m not a mind reader’ before walking off, delivering our food 5 minutes later & ignoring us from then on. I see he has some good reviews on here? so I really don’t know what we did that irritated him so much, but it was so rude and so unprofessional to speak to two female customers like that, it ruined our final meal in Munich. The worst service we have experienced after travelling 3 weeks across 7 different European countries.

Food and service were fine but not great or memorable. I thought the prices were a tad on the high end for what we got. The restaurant seemed really busy, almost too busy, but it’s a convenient location and good atmosphere.

Enjoy your meal. Service indoors is relatively quick. However, sometimes it takes a very long time, especially when it comes to repeat orders. The management should increase some staff here... The dumplings when roasting pork are also very, very small.

The knuckle is heavily seasoned with thyme, which dominates the taste. Braumeisterschnitzel was very tasty as was the Kaiserschmarrn. Rustic atmosphere but very loud. Service super fast, very friendly and helpful.

Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery, which unfortunately were only lukewarm when they arrived and were simply too salty. One of them was definitely inedible. We all wondered how this could happen. Sorry, but we're out of there.

Exciting concept with two different cards. That works. We ordered from both cards. Both the Napoleonic pizza and the German ox cheeks were great. The waiters tried their best that evening, but given the large number of people there were inevitably waiting times. The tables are close together and it is quite loud.

The best pizza in Munich! What few people have mastered when it comes to Neapolitan pizza in Munich: not only the edge is crispy but also the base. The ingredients are sourced specifically from Italy and you can taste it 100%! Vegans also get their money's worth, there is a really big selection. Who would have thought that such a gem would be right next to the main train station. Keep it up :)

Great pizza, the flair of a Bavarian restaurant, polite and friendly service. The concept of Strada del Goethe is unique: two restaurants in one place. Either extremely fluffy Neapolitan pizza or classic Bavarian food. From roast pork to pizza with burrata, there isn't the largest selection, but there is more than enough to make everyone happy. Even vegan pizzas. The inside area is also huge and there are lots of seating options. The only negative points: it's right next to the main train station (easy to get to, but the area is anything but nice) and the prices are very high. €10.90 for an Aperol and €17 for a pizza. Despite all this - if you and your friends can't decide whether to have pizza or dumplings - head to Strada del Goethe.

The wait staff was friendly and welcoming! The pork knuckles were probably the popular item to order and they looked great, but to me, the smell of pork knuckles was too strong so couldn't finish the plate. it was my first and only a day trip to Germany so I can't compare it with the best of knuckles so might be just me. Beers were super, no doubt about that!

Tijdens een korte trein tussenstop hebben we hier een hapje gegeten. De bediening was onder elk niveau wat je in een restaurant zou verwachten. Toen we apart wilden afrekenen kon het wel eens heel lang gaan duren… genoegen genomen met een rekening waarop we te laat zagen dat ze ons een drankje in rekening had gebracht dat we niet gedronken hadden. Willen ze geen Nederlandse toeristen bedienen, zeg het dan vooraf of laat dat zeer onbeschofte gedrag achterwege!

Ohne Reservierung sind wir an einem Freitagabend gegen 18 Uhr dort eingetroffen und hatten nach einem Tisch gefragt. Obwohl gut besucht, wurde uns freundlich und ohne Wartezeit ein Tisch zugewiesen. Genauso ging es weiter, die Bedienung war zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Bestellung konnte zeitnah aufgegeben werden und auch die Wartezeit nach Bestellung war absolut okay. Die Qualität des Essens war hervorragend, die Suppe und der Salat vorweg lecker und gut portioniert. Der Hauptgang, Rote Beete- Gnocchi mit Chili-Kokos-Sauce und veganes Geschnetzeltes mit Basmatireis und Pilzen, war eine glatte 1 ! Sehr lecker und eine ordentliche Portion - Top! Preislich lag das Ganze im Rahmen, inkl. zweier Getränke 65,- Euro. Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! Daumen hoch...

Although the online reservation platform had screwed our table reservation (so that it did not reach the restaurant), and despite a fully booked place, the manager was able to offer us a table after a short waiting time. The service was fast and friendly, and all of us appreciated the Bavarian dishes (quantity and quality). Thank you, keep it up, we‘ll be back.

Lovely Bavarian restaurant with a side menu of Italian dishes. We loved the atmosphere here. Maria was our waitress and she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. It was my partners birthday and Maria organised a birthday treat with an impressive candle for us.

Het restaurant zag er zo te zien gezellig en Duits uit, erg druk en rumoerig. De bediende aan de tafel leek een aardige meid maar was dit echt niet Nikola NB! Ik wijs haar aan dat ik een wijntje wil die van 6,50 voor 0.2cl en bestelde een pizza 4 kazen met extra gorgonzola! Mijn man nam de Schnitzel die was 26,80 dit was een Schnitzel met een tipje gebakken aardappel, erg prijzig maar ok. Mijn Pizza mag zo niet heten dit was een pannenkoek met krokant buiten randje, pannenkoek met kwark en de gorgonzola was niet eens Te proeven, trouwens kaas helemaal niet gewoon. Ik vertelde dit de serveerster en had vrijwel alles laten staan niet te eten gewoon, ze deed hier niets aan keek of ik gek was. We vroegen de rekening maar moesten eerst betalen en kregen toen pas de rekening en wat denk je! De 2 glaasjes wijn waren geen 6,50 per stuk maar heel vals 11,60 per stuk terwijl ik toch echt die andere aangewezen had. De serveerster was gevlogen en geen aanspreekpunt, belachelijk. Ga hier dus nooit heen, eten niet te eten, bediening slecht en zeer zeer duur!

Very convenient location next to HBF but don't be put off by the location, many people reserve tables here, the food etc is good.

Receiving orders is very slow, and no matter how many times I call to make payment, it doesn't come through. I feel so ignored that I wonder if this is racism. Definitely the food didn't taste that good.

We chose this place as we heard the neapolitan pizzas were good, although this place is pretty much typical Bavarian restaurant. Not at all disappointed as the pizzas were truly awesome. Waiting time is a bit but we were there weekend so understandable. The bruschetta was fine, not awesome. The cranberry spritzer was good and the beer is very famous here. Location wise, very convenient as it's bang opposite the Munich main train station. The place has a great lively vibe and the rates are reasonable too. The restaurant is pet friendly so brownie points from me.

Quite traditional Bavarian fare (though they did have a lot of Italian specials!). Food was quite nice, well presented. Service was okay, slow on topping up drinks, but they did have several big tables

We were staying at the Aloft hotel and this restaurant was right next door and was perfect for our family dinner. So much so we went twice in our 3 night stay in Munich. Both times I went the wait was minimal for table of 4. We had plenty of room and the service was great. The staff all wore traditional Bavarian outfits and served up the beer like Oktoberfest. Most of us went for the traditional Bavarian meals and were not disappointed and they had plenty of vegetarian options which was a huge plus for my daughter. They also had an Italian food menu we did not really look at. On the 2nd night the waiter organized a special desert when he realized it was our birthday. I thought the prices were reasonable. Special shout out to our great service staff - Maria on the first night and Dejan spelling?) night 2. Thank you for helping make our Munich trip special.

Arguably one of the best pizza places in the city. Can definitely recommend pizza buffalina with cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. It's straight from heaven, and is very very addictive.

Trovandomi a Monaco per lavoro, dopo aver mangiato nei giorni precedenti stinco e kebab decido di assaggiare una pizza visto la vicinanza del mio hotel a questo ristorante trovato un po' per caso cercando tra le recensioni. A primo impatto sembra un ristorante tipico bavarese che serve piatti bavaresi con personale tedesco, ma nel menù è presente un allegato dove vengono descritti piatti napoletani. Ci sono piatti che mai ti aspetteresti di trovare a Monaco, come la pizza fritta completa, panzarotto e Montanarine. Alla fine ordino tris di Montanarine e pizza mortazza. Le montanare le ho trovate fantastiche, soffici e gustose anche se quella con il salmone e pomodoro secco l'ho apprezzata meno. La pizza come consistenza e sapore è assolutamente confrontabile con le pizzerie napoletane di livello, se devo fare un appunto la bufala troppo sfatta, immagino che se proviene dall'Italia non può essere freschissima. Comunque, ho la convinzione che lo chef sia assolutamente napoletano e che sia anche bravo. Quello che ti sorprende è che il locale non ha niente di napoletano a parte alcuni dei piatti proposti infatti il resto del menù propone i piatti tipici della tradizione bavarese. Come il titolo della recensione, questo locale è stato una fantastica sorpresa, spero che possa crescere per inculcare nelle abitudini alimentari locali il vero cibo napoletano di qualità. I'd heard Munich is a secret top spot for pizza and this did not disappoint! I was staying at a hotel nearby and wanted something quick and easy so got delivery. I was completely surprised by how delicious this pizza was! I got the capricciosa, which was generously topped with excellent quality ingredients, and the crust and base was delicious! If you're in Munich, definitely order a pizza, and this place is certainly a contender for good pizza in Munich.

Uns erwartete neben der super pünktlichen Lieferung eine tolle Auswahl bester Antipasti, wunderschön angerichtet und wirklich für jeden etwas dabei, sowie die besten riesigen Partypizzen die wir je gegessen haben. Non pensavo di mangiare una pizza Napoli cosi squisita .l impasto é leggerissimo .Non di meno si puo gustare anche la cucina Bavarese e la birra che adoro.

Die wirklich leckerste Pizza in München. So original napoletanisch, besser geht's nicht.

Sehr leckere Pizza, der Teig ist sehr fluffig. Viele verschiedene Pizza Kreationen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Das Tiramisu war auch sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, es war allerdings recht laut. Ich komme gerne wieder.

1/4 Grilled Duck da evitare, troppo secca e troppo cotta

So, nice Pizza and all. As long as you eat there. The take away simple doesnt work. My girl and i ordered 2 pizzas and a sweetdish for 48 bucks. Delivered by uber. Took 5 min to get here. So thats fine. Unfortunately the so called "pizza" indentified as chainsaw massacre. Zero integrety. U couldnt even Lift a slice. My advise is to have the Pizza there. Take away somehow, is struggeling here.
