A unique place and a shame that it no longer exists after so many years. The Lucullus was truly the living heart of Birkenau and you were always greeted as a neighbor. I celebrated my last birthdays there in the beer garden - it was simply uncomplicated, sociable and cozy. Thank you for the great years, I think we will all miss it sorely.

I love this restaurant. Excellent Russian coffee or Irish coffee. The service is very pleasant. Every time I'm in Passau, I stop by.

Falsches Essen bekommen, weil der unfreundliche Kellner nicht richtig zugehört hat. Essen ist außerdem nicht besonderes, sondern Convenient—Ware. Nie wieder.

Got a seat without a reservation, received the food quickly, there wasn't enough sauce/bread in the salad for me, reordered and received it. Sorry, I think the portion is more generous in the Prinz, but I could be wrong. Overall it was good and tasted good.

UPDATE 2024: we did indeed return again! Still excellent, and we loved the special book with pictures and the english terms. Extremely kind staff, amazing food :D 2023: Lovely little restaurant, food was amazing, and the waitress we had was very kind as we butchered the German language! She helpfully spoke English for us too. We will definitely go back again.

Bedienung war leicht überfordert, war aber insgesamt kein Problem, sehr freundlich. Essen: super! Gewaltige Portionen, schmeckte sehr gut. Quasi keine Wartezeit. Preise total in Ordnung, angesichts der Portionsgrößen eher als günstig anzusehen. Insgesamt auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert!

The environment wasn't that nice because one waitress wasn't friendly at all and she didn't listen and we waited an hour and a half for our food

An excellent Greek restaurant for its price range 👌 Finely furnished on different levels, top service and always very friendly 👍 Nice outdoor seating in good weather, a little affected by car and train traffic - but the quality of the offering more than makes up for it 🙏 Finer and more varied Lunch at good prices. Fine Greek desserts and Greek mocha round off every stay in the best possible way. We'd love to come back again and again 👨‍👩‍👧
