Super delicious food, friendly service, and really great homemade lemonade...

The service took a while to arrive. But the cocktails are excellent. I can't say anything about the food, only that it looked very tasty at the neighboring table.

Unfortunately I have to start with the bad. The service was very bad - there were two of us here, on a different Thursday. The terrace is moderately full (13 occupied tables), everything inside was empty - there were three of them in service & I think it should be more than feasible. After our meal/empty glasses, we waited half an hour until we were somehow in sight of the service again. Unfortunately, it seemed as if both of them were more than overwhelmed. The food was average ok. Unfortunately not next time!

Was looked after by David. He is super attentive, friendly and helpful. Rarely have we experienced such attentive treatment of guests in the restaurant here in Nuremberg. The breakfast was delicious and the location was very cozy. My dog ​​was immediately offered and brought water. I felt really comfortable. Many thanks to David and the entire Mischbar team.

Last night, I went to Mischbar with my girlfriend for a bite to eat and a drink, and I have to say that I haven't had such a bad restaurant/bar/café experience in a LONG time. We both ordered spring soup. Firstly, the soup had absolutely no seasoning, and secondly, it was neither pureed nor unpureed; it was half-pureed (which looked very unappetizing). Secondly, the fresh herbs weren't chopped, so every spoonful felt like an entire tree in your mouth, and it wasn't even chewable. All in all, the taste was really poor. Furthermore, the soup was only lukewarm when we got it, and we had to wait over half an hour. I can't imagine the soup was freshly prepared at that moment. Therefore, I think the wait time for soup was too long. What annoyed me even more, though, was the service. We were served by a young man who seemed to have absolutely no enthusiasm for his job, which I always find very unfortunate when people work in service and have no idea how to serve. For example, I would have liked extra salt for my soup, but not once during the meal was I asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We would also have liked more than one drink, but the server completely ignored us. The young man only came to take our order and bring us the food and then never came to our table again. Our half-empty soup bowls were still in front of us until we left and had not been cleared away. I even tried several times to get attention, but was completely ignored. Then, because we wanted to pay, I got up and went to the bar to say that I would like to pay, and he didn't even look at me. He just said, "Pay to the colleague at the bar." We weren't even asked if everything was okay, if we were satisfied, nothing. Even paying at the bar would have been fine for me if someone had politely said, "Sorry, we're very busy right now. Could you please pay the lady at the bar for an exception? I'm really stressed right now." But the way we were treated was disgusting. Is it normal for a guest to be ignored like that? Do they have to run to the bar if they want to reorder drinks or pay their bill? When I pointed out that the food wasn't good and we left half the soup, all they said was "sorry." I'm absolutely shocked at how they can treat guests like that, even when they communicate openly and honestly, instead of quietly leaving and never coming back. I'm from Nuremberg myself, and I can honestly say that I will never set foot in this Mischbar again and strongly advise our server to find another job.

Went on a short vacation to Nuremberg over the weekend. We ate there twice in 3 days and loved it 🤩 very fresh food and super friendly service. We'd love to come back!

Fine breakfast, was very tasty. The service staff wasn't very present and you had to wait longer every now and then, which was a bit strange after 11 a.m. on a Friday, as there was hardly anything going on.

I actually really like the mix bar, but an extra charge of 50ct for oat or soy milk is really no longer appropriate.

Fantastic café in the old town of Nuremberg directly on the Pegnitz. I was expecting prices to rise accordingly. But value for money is absolutely ok. And my meal, a late breakfast, absolutely exceeded my expectations: mango porridge = warm porridge with mango puree, kiwi, banana, mango coconut flakes and chia seeds. Like a picture, delicious and very filling too. Absolutely recommended.

I was there spontaneously for lunch and ordered the winter bowl. The taste of the bowl was ok, but unfortunately it was only lukewarm and not very seasoned. The service was friendly. Overall it's pretty average for me and it'll probably stay with this one visit.

First time in a very long time and really enjoyed the visit. Lots of things on the menu I wanted to try, the planted pulled BBQ wrap was fresh and tasty and a very generous portion for the price. It gets busy and quite warm inside, so if you're a party of 2 or more, best to reserve especially on the weekend. Service is friendly and efficient, the wait doesn't get too long. Magazines available too.

We just wanted to have one of the free tables outside (6:20 p.m.). Since it is relatively cold, we asked whether we could turn on the heater (they were also on at three other tables that were already occupied). The visibly annoyed lady's answer was “not anymore”. Apparently too late... our mistake... then we'll just spend our money somewhere else :)

Hey hey, We wanted to go out to eat and looked at the menu. A few things spoke to us. Where the food came, it didn't look fresh and all the vegetables were simply overcooked and tasted like a school canteen. The Brussels sprouts are almost brown and cauliflower can be delicious. Were totally disappointed with the dishes. We tried about 2 spoonfuls of it and then called service, he tried to talk to the manager to get the food taken back. But somehow it didn't work out and we had to pay for both dishes. He wanted to give us some tea on the house, but we were hungry. It hurts to have a place like this that can't make the guests happy. I wish this “restaurant” continued success. I will advise everyone I know not to eat there. Anyone who knows anything about food will see it in the pictures. It's a shame about the good food

12月上旬に行きました。とにかく野菜が食べたくてチキンのサラダボウルを頼んだのですが、かなりのボリュームでした。味は大変美味しかったです。 お散歩していて、たまたま見つけて入ったのですが、11時すぎで6-7割ぐらいの席が埋まっている感じでした。かなり小柄な女子と2人で行きましたが、4人がけテーブル席につこうとしたらそこは2人ではダメと言われ、少し狭い席に座りました。これからランチタイムだしねと納得して座っていたのですが、後から来た予約してない感じの2人組の欧米人女性たちはそこに案内されていて、あれれ？となりました。ただまぁ体も大きそうな2人でしたし、我々は小さいからこの席でも十分だけどねーと話していましたが、なんか微妙にモヤっとはしましたw。 お店の方の対応は特に可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。 欧米をまわっているとアジア人は被害妄想に陥りやすいので、あまり深く考えないようにして、ご飯美味しかったー！と満足して出てきました。

Food was okay but overpriced in my opinion. Staff very friendly. There's still something you can do about the furnishings, it's all very close together. When it's full, the comfort is gone, but everyone has their own way.

Food and drinks delicious. A big point of criticism is that you can't get a small glass of tap water with your coffee. It simply doesn't exist. It has to be purchased separately. A no go! You eat and drink various things for a lot of money. This service should be a given.

Today I had a small meal here with a friend. We have been here several times and always feel right at home. The waitress this evening was really great! She made you feel really appreciative and welcome from the moment you entered the restaurant until you left. In general, I think it's great that so many young service staff work there. What we really thought was great was the winter garden, which is completely made of glass and therefore creates a real feel-good atmosphere. Unfortunately there was no free space there anymore :( , but it's self-explanatory why. We also thought the balloons that hung from the ceiling were really nice, which totally harmonized with the vibe of the winter garden. I think it's such a shame that they were It seems a bit inconspicuous from the outside. After all, the food is really tasty and the drink can't complain about the price either, because you can taste the quality, whether it's a bowl, curry or cake. It's also huge! Selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes is offered. Everything is really great! Really just recommended!
