Highly recommended. Right in the center, everything within walking distance or you can take the bus. The stop is right in front of the hotel. We'd love to come back.

A very nice hotel in a pleasant area, not right in the city center but within walking distance, and the surrounding streets are also charming. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. We had a family room that met all our needs. The breakfast was also good, and the restaurant is very good.

We can't comment on the hotel, but we can on the inn: The food was mediocre, but on the higher end. The interior is very dated; they don't even replace broken lightbulbs. It looks great from the outside, but the quality drops significantly inside.

Restaurant (not hotel): We were lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant after 1 p.m. when we originally wanted to have lunch a little further down the street at the renowned Fraundorfer (which doesn't open until 5 p.m.). Traditional dishes well served and absolutely charming service. Fairly reasonable prices and very decent food. Great atmosphere. Frequented by regulars and a few passing customers.

A traditional hotel in the beautiful old town center of Partenkirchen. The rooms are modernized, beautifully furnished, and very clean. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent, and the service staff is equally friendly and helpful. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired for an inn. We definitely recommend it, and we'll be happy to return.

I had originally considered booking here – the location and amenities made a good impression. However, the hotel name really bothered me and ultimately made me reconsider. I hope that tradition and contemporary thinking will find a better balance in the future. Guest diversity deserves openness, including in the name.

Fabulous. 9 people ate for under €200 with tip. Excellent everything. Biergarten. Very reasonably prices. Reserve for inside. Closed wed and thurs. Ate their many times over past 5 years.

The pike-perch was delicious. The waiter was quick. The atmosphere was okay, so it's worth it. We were only there for dinner. I can't rate the room.

A quick stopover, the staff is friendly, and we received excellent service. The apple strudel and walnut cup are excellent.

We stayed there for two nights. A lovely room with a balcony. Everything was great!

We only went to the beer garden and had food and drinks from the daily menu. The drinks were completely overpriced. From €3.90 for 250ml of still water to €4.90 for a light beer. Both had cost less at the Zugspitzplatt. The food was of average quality but also very expensive. About €17.50 for Kässpätzle. The side salad cost another €6.90 and had obviously been sitting out for a long time. The leaves were wilted. When we complained about the quality of the salad, our complaint was received in a friendly manner. But nothing more. No refund and the full bill was charged. Once for dinner and never again. We can only advise against it and recommend the other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

This review is for the restaurant which was good and a fun dining experience. We enjoyed our meal of traditional Bavarian food and the outdoor dining area was lively. Our server was also very friendly.

For us as a family, it was the ideal hotel for three nights. The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the children felt welcome too. The service was excellent, both at breakfast and in the evening in the beer garden, etc.

This delightful hotel gasthof is situated in the centre of the old part of Garmisch. Walking distance to the shops and railway station. We had a junior suite with balcony and views towards the old Olympic ski jump ski runs and the Zugspitze. A spacious room and shower room. Breakfast is varied with plenty of choice. Other meals are served either outside on the square or inside the character dining room. Staff are all really helpful and friendly. There is no air con, so a fan in the bedroom would be welcome on very hot days.

Great room with a view of the Zugspitze, great location! I stayed for two nights and was able to store my bike safely without any problems. The food in the beer garden was also great!

Astonishingly fast service. Big portions. The food is local, so don't expect high cuisine but still tastes great.

It's a good hotel with decent rooms. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh.

The liver dumpling soup for lunch was simply awful! And despite immediately complaining, the soup was charged at the normal price. That's really cheeky! A little tip for the chef: You should definitely try the liver dumpling soup at the Wildschütz in Garmisch; it's the way it should be!

Was there for a total of 3 nights. Single room was small but nice. I felt very comfortable! I had a beautiful view from the balcony! Very friendly staff! Rich breakfast buffet and you can eat very tasty food there! Another good thing is the free parking spaces. I can fully recommend this hotel and I would take it again!

We always go to the restaurant several times when we are in Partenkirchen. The service is consistently very good, the portions are sometimes more than sufficient :-) and the prices are very fair. Thank you very much - we will definitely come by more often!

Great location in Partenkirchen. Outside seat with great view. If you have to local "gästekarte" you can take the bus just in front of this place.

Beautiful, traditional Bavarian hotel with lots of wood. Was there for 5 days over New Year's Eve. Clean room with balcony, free parking space at the house subject to availability, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet! Village bus stops right in front of the house. Gladly again! Thank you!

We felt comfortable. New Year's Day, after the 4 ski jumps tour we wanted to have a cup of coffee and spontaneously decided on this house. After we were made aware that they wanted to wish us a happy new year (they were right), we got a table straight away. We spontaneously ordered Kaiserschmarrn, which we shared between the two of us. Even with two of us, we couldn't quite manage this large portion. The taste was very good, and the dishes on the neighboring tables also looked good. We were served by two nice waiters who also had a casual saying on their lips. We would go there again.

I would have liked to rate the food but we didn't get any because the waitress didn't pay attention to us or even serve us. We sat there for 15 minutes. The rating is therefore only for the service and not for the food.

Very centrally located in Partenkirchen, very beautiful hikes and excursions can be experienced right there. Parking is possible directly at the hotel in its own parking lot, and if there is no parking available, there is a very inexpensive underground car park within walking distance of even 5 minutes. The hotel has a very good breakfast that is included in the price, and the evening menu and the daily menu also have delicious delicacies

Room was nice, hopefully you can get one that isn’t below an elephant stampede. Between all the windows that look out onto the square and the neighbor upstairs it was not a quiet room. However, it was very clean, felt new and the breakfast was great.

I only ate at the restaurant, but the service was great, food was delicious, and the beer was flowing cold.

We were there for dinner. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. We were immediately given a menu and shortly afterwards we were able to order the drinks. When the drinks came, the food was taken and it came promptly. Portions could be a bit larger, but the taste is okay.

Affordable prices if you book early enough (with us 100 per room). Good cuisine, good outdoor area, good staff and convenient location in terms of transport. You can forgive the limited space in the bathrooms. Would come again.

I can't understand the good reviews. As soon as we came in the hallway...the smell of sweat...so unpleasant! Then the ambience inside... anything but nice. And the food was a complete disappointment. The Reibedachi were not homemade but ready-made. And the salad with supposedly fried peach wedges... there were canned peaches in it... it doesn't work at all! Actually it doesn't even deserve one star!

WOW! Very bad experience.. will have to talk to the chef.. I grew up in this city.. Einheimische und Tradition used to be welcome here.. not anymore I guess.. I’m sorry, but what is the Kellner thinking in approaching us at the table outside and starting a discussion that “we have no manners because we have our hats on”… Buddy, we are outside and only drinking beer. For eating we bavarians take off the hat, not for drinking beer.. and even if, as a server you should never start a discussion like that and then you even threatened to fight us!! (Kellner mit Brille.. kann nicht mal richtig deutsch.. aber einheimische belehren versuchen… vielleicht weniger Schnaps auf der Arbeit…) The owner should get rid of this guy quickly.. looking at other reviews, this seems to be common.. You don’t like your work? Nobody is forcing you.. you are welcome to leave!

DON'T GO!!! We wanted to eat there but the staff was very rude and after an hour they still didn't bring us a menu even though it was empty and they waved at us when we said we needed a menu. Just don't go.

Strange experience given other great reviews. It’s a public holiday and I reckon the staff are not happy at having to work or serve tourists. The service is dreadful, people on other tables clearly not happy and we are being ignored. Eventually we get a drink but we decided not to eat because of the attitude of the staff. Their loss. It takes forever to pay and leave - no surpise.

Terrible service on the terrace, ignored by all but one waiter whom we managed to call over eventually. One waiter walked directly past our table five times serving tables all around but had obviously decided we were not to be served.

We had a good meal at the inn! The outside area is very nicely designed. We were served very well and we also enjoyed the food very much. What we were particularly happy about was the consistently hot food and the normal prices. We'd love to come back!

The most attentive small hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff are friendly and attentive, and every corner of the hotel is carefully decorated. The breakfast is delicious, even the bread is toasted, and the hard-boiled eggs are cooked just right, not overcooked. The balcony looks out to the Alps, and the view is great.

The room is modest but everything is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good since public transport runs very close. Breakfast is spectacular!!!! What stood out most about the hotel is its breakfast and its service. Those who serve are all very friendly!!!!

Really nice hotel, spacious and very welcoming room. The strong point is the staff, of great professionalism, kindness and friendliness. The hotel is a little far from the Garmisch shopping center (we weren't interested) but it is in a very nice street with nice shops, nice clubs and a beautiful church. Parking is convenient. We had dinner eating very well prepared typical cuisine. Breakfast was also good, complete and varied. I absolutely recommend it also for the excellent quality/price ratio

The hotel is in the centre part of Garmisch Partenkirchen. The rooms are typically german styled, we stayed at the top level, which was very hot on a summer night. They serve a very nice breakfast and the staff is very friendly.

From the outside, the Drei Mohren looks a bit old at first, but you shouldn't let that put you off. The rooms are very clean, large and comfortably furnished. You can start the day with the rich breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, salmon, various sausages and cheese, muesli, yoghurt, fruit, etc.). If you have any questions, the friendly staff at reception will help. There is a sufficient number of free parking spaces, somewhat hidden, directly behind the house. I'll be happy to come back.

Were here for lunch. It was very tasty and the portion was quite large to fill you up. Dishes from €15 and up. Service ok.
