A beautiful, quiet guesthouse; the Urhmann family owners are friendly and helpful.
You get the Bad Hinderlang Plus adventure card, which also serves as a ski pass.
The food is delicious.
Everything is top-notch.
Very friendly staff.
We were there for dinner in the early evening.
The portions were large and tasty, unfortunately the fried potatoes were a bit greasy and limp.
Drink prices extremely high.
We haven't had such great accommodation for a long time. Great service, great, very friendly staff. Beautiful tastefully decorated clean rooms. We had a very good breakfast and ate very well in the restaurant and, above all, the friendliness in all areas was impressive. Simply pure relaxation
Highly recommended. Friendly and accommodating hosts. We enjoyed dinner so much that we didn't go to any other restaurant. Price and performance were right here.
I was in Neuss for professional training. Accommodation in this hotel was booked through our company. The room and especially the bathroom were in dire need of renovation. Breakfast would only have been possible from 8 a.m., which was impossible in my time frame, so without going to training. The access to the hotel via the beer garden is so poorly lit that there was a risk of accidentally stumbling.
All in all: Never again in this "hotel", absolutely not recommended. You should have read the reviews beforehand. Even one star is too much here at €139.50 per night.
Great team, great food. Price performance is completely right. The hotel is on the main street but anyone who can read has a clear advantage. So always have a good night.
Have been to many hotels, even at different times of the year, but this time it was a complete disappointment. Toilet smells like feces and bathroom is way too small. There was a lot of savings at breakfast and you always had to ask if you could get something later. The staff was nice, but you had to realize that they had no experience in the catering industry, I think
very unfortunate!! It was the first and last time sorry.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are OK. The Dzsche takes some getting used to. The food is well cooked. We stayed at the Alemannenhof for two nights, and here comes the problem! There is a menu list for all days, the same (A4 page), two different soups, a side salad, main course: Wienerschitzel with fries, the second selection is filetpfänli with spaetzli and the third selection is pasta. A third evening is not recommended otherwise the meal will repeat itself again.
Very nice, quiet house (were here in the very low season), extremely warm and caring service from Mrs. Kovacevic... a great stroke of luck for the hotel industry...
Definitely coming back
