We were there to eat and had reserved the table. The store was full, a good sign we thought. We waited 20 minutes for the drinks. Then the food order was taken, the high smile was missing. The food came after 75 minutes. There were seven of us, three of us had cold food, one was mediocre and the remaining three were hot. Anyone who was thirsty had bad cards. We weren't asked if anyone wanted anything; we were only served after asking several times. If you're hungry, you should eat something beforehand because the portions are quite small. I will not try again and cannot recommend this property.

Mega great food, one of the best things I've ever eaten!!! The boss is awesome! Super nice, warm, family-friendly and accommodating! He knows how to give a family a wonderful and perfect evening! In addition, the restaurant has its own jetty where you can even dock your boat!

We visited the Seglerheim restaurant with our ten-person tour group and were thrilled. All dishes were absolutely delicious and the plates were very well filled. But above all, the service was great! All in all a very successful evening - we say thank you very much!

We spontaneously went to the restaurant without a reservation and still got a table without any problems. The first impression was very positive – a cozy and nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly. The wait for the food was a little longer, but that was absolutely fine as the dishes were freshly prepared. You can tell that quality is important here. The prices were also appropriate for the region and absolutely fair. Another plus point is the free parking spaces right in front of the door - this makes the visit particularly convenient. All in all, a recommendable restaurant that we would love to come back to!

What a great location, right on the water. We were warmly welcomed and seated on the beautiful terrace. The restaurant would also have been very nice, there is also a beautiful winter garden. As a welcome there was a champagne on the house. There is something for everyone on the menu. Great service and the support and operation were very, very friendly and attentive. The food was really delicious and, above all, very large portions. The children's meals here also have a very large portion. I can only confirm GK's description. We waited over 1.5 hours from Essen. When we asked, the landlord rudely approached us and told us that if we didn't like it, we could go to McDonald's. As a customer who enjoys and experiences traveling, I have never encountered such interaction with guests - especially foreign ones. The food was OK, but not everything was fresh and individually prepared. Not recommended and not a good calling card for this area.

Restaurant only: Registration through our hotel (Müritz Terrassen👍) full house, few, obviously overworked staff. Waiting time for drinks: 20 minutes, main course: 70 minutes. Without information to guests, when asked (50 minutes): “Food is coming straight away, after all I have ordered it, if I’m in a hurry I have to go to MD”. The whole thing was so loud that the other guests on the terrace were unintentionally involved. Well, there was no applause for this embarrassing appearance this time, but “cleaning up” guests seems to be a tradition for this crew. We had enough time to read reviews (unfortunately too late). And of course the obligatory sign: …you will be placed! Some things probably never change. My tip: either order directly from the chef (food was good) and take the cucumber group to the Rostock Hotel and Business School for a crash course. Or explore the other beautiful and friendly restaurants in Röbel and the surrounding area. It's worth it.

We were immediately drawn to the outdoor area. With a great view of the harbor and the pleasant warmth of the evening sun, we were greeted in a very friendly and cheerful manner and had a lively conversation with the boss for a moment. We drank very good Croatian wine in a very nice atmosphere with fairy lights. We were impressed by the wide selection of dishes! We were also impressed by the vegetarian dishes. Both our food and that at the surrounding tables looked good and were very tasty in large portions. When we said goodbye, we were also told that we could take the boat directly to the restaurant. We would love to come back and take advantage of this offer!

We were so bitterly disappointed. It was supposed to be an unforgettable evening. We had to experience the opposite. As locals, we had reserved this beautiful location for a larger event. How this event should take place was discussed several times, with a DJ and everything else. When the day came, with full anticipation and the DJ wanted to set up, they apparently no longer knew that the celebration should have music. In a crowded restaurant, tension was simmering among the employees. With 30 people, we shared two small tables, although the agreement was that we would be allowed to use the cordoned off area. We have known the operators for several years. We already had a company party in this atmosphere and really enjoyed eating there. We then decided to rent this beautiful location for a big birthday. "And then came the rude awakening..." We were no longer received with love. “Like usual. “At 10 p.m. the music had to be turned down and at exactly 12 a.m. we were literally swept out with the whole company. Although it was agreed that we could celebrate until 1 a.m. It was no longer served either. I can't complain about the food at all, it was so delicious and unique, just like we agreed. I can only agree with other previous speakers. This restaurant cannot be recommended!!!!!! We waited 1.5 hours for our food. We told our son, 13 years old - a diabetic - that he should inject himself with insulin. He shouldn't have done that because he had hypoglycemia after such a long wait!!!! When I asked the waitress after an hour how much longer the food would take, she answered snidely that we would be next. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. My meal (gnocchi with cocktail tomatoes) wasn't that tasty, and I was also looking for the cocktail tomatoes that were declared as pureed tomatoes. My husband ordered chicken schnitzel WITHOUT parsley because he has an allergic reaction. What arrived was a full plate with parsley sprinkled on top. When my husband commented on this, she took the plate and brought it 2 minutes later. You can't fry a new piece of meat that quickly!!! No, they just scraped off the parsley, they probably didn't do a clean job... It's not possible!!!!! Not if you say beforehand that you have an allergy! When we paid we were humiliated in a way that I have never experienced before. I asked the waitress about the bad reviews and that not everyone was wrong in their assessments. The waitress was beside herself and shouted loudly that we should leave the restaurant. Her husband, also a waiter, also directed us outside. The climax had not yet been reached: She went to her regular tables and shouted loudly to her “followers” ​​that everyone here was happy. She clapped and the other guests clapped too. We have never experienced anything like this!!!!! Reflecting on yourself is probably not in your interest!!!!!! Never again, go somewhere else on your vacation!!!!!

Went for lunch during a bike ride and found everything to our liking. Especially sitting on the terrace you get a nice view of the lake. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

We had dinner at the sailing home at the end of our vacation. excellent service. When the weather is nice, the lakeside terrace is highly recommended. Nice hosts. The menu is great. The food is good. The prices are a bit touristy, but adapted to the local service area. The landlord is also friendly towards our little dog. We will be back.

Five of us ate here yesterday and despite the restaurant being full they tried to get us a table. The food was delicious 😋 and the service was very friendly and accommodating. If we go on holiday near here again we will 100% come back there.

Everything is freshly prepared, so it takes a while, but that's okay. In addition to fish, you can also eat delicious meat there. There are also a few dishes for the little ones. We were there at Easter, there was a lot of activity there, but it was a bit too loud to entertain. We parked a little further away for a fee because everything in front of it was already occupied. I can't say anything about the rooms, we were only there to eat.

*We count rooms as food!! Since we only dined there. The waitress was extremely unfriendly at the beginning, sometimes forgot about us and when we asked she was rude and said we were the last ones. That's not true, we were the first big group. The waitress had been alone, which was extremely stressful for her as it was full. But that doesn't work. So after waiting 30 minutes for a drink order, we immediately ordered food. Then she sometimes no longer knew what she had written down. Food then arrived. Of seven meals, three were cold. But since we didn't want to wait any longer, we settled for it. Food would have been a 4/5 star if it had been hot. The restaurant slowly became empty, which relaxed the waitress. She was then friendly and more competent. But for us it was the flop of the holiday.

The staff is very friendly and tries hard to keep them happy, even when there are a lot of guests. But unfortunately with little success. The fish soup was more of a vegetable broth with added remains of fish crumbs. The main course - potatoes, perch and dill sauce - well, potatoes cold, the perch had tons of scales and bones, so it had to be complained about and returned after 3 bites. Overall very disappointing...

Even though it was very full, seven of us still managed to get a table. Of course, the host also looked after our dog. The dishes sound simple, we didn't have high expectations. The quality of the food was excellent and really surprised us. From the schnitzel to the Mediterranean vegetable pan to the salmon, everything was on point, refined and very tasty. Unconditional recommendation and many thanks to the service team!

Tolles Restaurant, wunderbar appetitlich angerichtetes Essen mit tollem Geschmack, ein sehr gemütlicher Gastraum mit toller, kleiner Außenterasse und herzliches, super freundliches Personal. Grade in den aktuellen Zeiten, in denen man für Restaurantbesuche tiefer in die Tasche greifen muss als zuvor, hat man hier jeden Euro sehr gut investiert, so macht Essen gehen Spaß. Ein dickes Lob von uns!!!

Wir haben heute den Abend in großer Gruppe zu Abend gegessen. Ich habe selten so gut zu moderaten Preisen gegessen. Das Ambiente ist wunderbar und die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Abend.

Erstklassig! Wir haben spontan einen Tisch für 2 Personen abends reserviert. Dies war schon mit Augenzudrücken. Abends gesellte sich spontan noch ein befreundetes Pärchen dazu... Die Gaststube brechend voll, aber das Unmögliche wurde möglich gemacht. In einer kleinen Ecke, für uns sehr passend gewesen, wurde kurzerhand der "Besprechungstisch" zum Gasttisch umdekoriert. Wir wurden super nett und sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Inhaberehepaar nimmt sich auch Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Das Essen ließ nicht lange auf sich warten, man hörte sogar in der Küche den Koch die Schnitzel frisch klopfen- herrlich. Die Portionen sind "Männerportionen", sehr reichaltig und nicht überteuert. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Röbel sind, kehren wir garantiert wieder ein. Macht weiter so liebes Team!

Moin moin, also ich kann hier die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren heute Abend zu meinem Geburtstag hier. Hatten voher reserviert und ich muss sagen, es war ein rundum schöner Abend. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, es gab ein Prosecco zur Begrüßung und immer mit einem locker witzigen Spruch. Service war top. Ein Schnaps noch zum Abschluss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich sag immer so wie es reinschallt kommt es auch zurück. Ich war auch lange in der Gastro tätig. Wir waren während unseres Sommer-Urlaubs in der Region. In der Region um die Müritz ist man auf der Suche nach einem Lokal zum Abendessen verloren und verlassen!!! Es tut mir leid um die Region und den Tourismus. Da steckt so viel Potenzial drin und dann sowas... Meck´Pomm soll hier nicht meckern - man hat es doch selber in der Hand - aber so wie es aktuell "gelebt" wird, gewinnt man keine Urlauber für sich! Das Dorf Röbel ist da keine Ausnahme. Ab 19 Uhr während der Hochsaison sowas von tot - Abendessen in Röbel??? Dortige Kneipen und Restaurants sind - oder machen - alle frühzeitig dicht, einzig das Seglerheim hatte am Sonntag um 19:20 Uhr noch offen und etwas warmes zu bieten. Positiv: - hat(te) noch offen - das Ambiente sieht schick aus - fast schon "Premium" (Standort 5 Sterne) - das Personal ist bemüht dem "optischen" Anspruch zu genügen - die Portionen der Speisen sind ausreichend, schmackhaft und lecker. - Preise sind passabel, Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Negativ: - das lange Warten bis man überhaupt bedient wurde... (wir saßen 20 Minuten (!) auf unserem (vom "Chef") zugewiesenen Platz) - das lange Warten auf Speisen und Getränke...! - erst weitere 35/40 Minuten nach unser Bestellung war das Essen endlich da...! (Und es waren noch viele Plätze frei - wie läuft das wenn die Hütte voll ist???) Was uns sehr verärgerte: Knapp eine Stunde bis drei Gäste das Essen (und je ein Getränk) bekommen!? Das lange Warten geht gar nicht! Der Knaller: Wir haben um 20:40 Uhr nichts mehr nachbestellen können: Die Bedienung sagte: "das geht nicht mehr, wir schließen um 21:00 Uhr" Ok- da hatten wir gerade einmal 30 Minuten unser Essen, es wären noch 20 Minuten für drei Getränke = das wird verweigert? "Dann möchten wir bitte jetzt zahlen, wo Sie schon mal hier sind...!" Es dauerte dennoch wieder ewig, kurz vor "Lokalschluss" wurde es dennoch! Während dieser (Warte-)Zeit hätte man noch was trinken können! Um 21:10 saßen wir im Auto = unser Fazit war gefallen: Weiterer Besuch? Nein! Sorry - So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. 2 Sterne dafür mehr als genug.

Haben auf das Essen 2 Stunden gewartet. Völlig überfordert. Essen war gut aber mehr nicht. Der ältere Herr,ob Inhaber?, keine Ahnung, war extrem Unfreundlich bzw. es war schon frech. So redet man nicht mit seinen Gästen. Die beiden Damen im Service waren auch überfordert, haben sich aber Mühe gegeben.Der Besuch im Restaurant sollte schön werden, war aber die Vollkatastrophe . Es gibt bedeutend bessere Restaurants in diesem Ort. Da sind Gäste noch Gäste und nicht ein Übel was nur akzeptiert wird.

„Wenn du bei mehreren Restaurants wählen musst, nimm das mit den meisten Gästen!“ So ist das auch hier. Wir sind empfangen worden, mit dem Spruch: „Wir sind ausgebucht, weil wir das beste Essen in Mecklenburg anbieten!“ Und was soll ich sagen, es ist so. Die Kombination aus Betreiber/Inhaber, frechen Sprüchen, Essen und dem Ambiente lässt den Wunsch aufkommen, nach Röbel an die Müritz zu ziehen, nur um einmal öfter hier zu Essen. Fünf Stermen und immer wieder gerne dort anhalten und Speisen.

Wir hatten am 9.9. 23 ein Klassentreffen im Seglerheim. Es war noch ein Klassentreffen da. Es ist ja verständlich das nicht alle gleichzeitig bedient werden können. Aber wir würden alle satt und haben gut getrunken. Sie waren bemüht,trotz vollem Restaurant. Mein Essen war auch gut, nur zu viel für mich. Wir waren bis 23Uhr da, obwohl das Restaurant nur bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Danke für die Bewirtung.

Im Rahmen eines Klassentreffens wurde ein Separee in diesem Lokal reserviert. Die hohen Außentemperaturen an diesem Tage waren nicht vorhersehbar, dennoch saßen wir ca. 45 Minuten transpirierend , auf unsere Getränke wartend in diesem Raum und fragten uns, ob eine Mitnahme derselben von außerhalb möglicherweise nicht besser gewesen wäre. Nachbestellungen kamen nur unwesentlich schneller zu unseren Plätzen, so dass wir z.T. dazu übergingen, unser Gläser direkt an der Theke auffüllen zu lassen. Mit dem Servieren des Essens hatte man zeitlich, zumindest empfand ich es so, weniger Probleme. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, Kritik läßt man abprallen, worüber sich auch einige meiner Klassenkameraden beschwerten. Mit der Annahme eines möglichen Trinkgeldes hatte es sicher keine Probleme. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht, man gab sich jedoch absolut überfordert mit der Anzahl von Gästen. Mein Essen war absolut fad, sowohl mein 17jähriger Sohn, als auch ich, kochten, wohlgemerkt als Laien, das von mir bestellte Gericht in der heimischen Küche weitaus besser. Angemerkt sei, dass meine Frau ähnliche Erfahrungen im Seglerheim machen durfte und mich im Vorfeld förmlich warnte, dort einzukehren... Wir werden definitiv beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Restaurant besuchen und sind durchaus bereit, auch ein paar Euro mehr, vorausgesetzt Service und Qualität passen, zu bezahlen.

Wir hatten nicht reserviert, aber Glück das gerade 2 Plätze frei wurden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, es war der Chef persönlich, welcher eine wunderbare freundliche Mentalität hat. Das Essen ging verhältnismäßig sehr schnell, obwohl das Restaurant probevoll war. Viele mussten gehen, weil einfach kein Platz da war. Als das Essen kam, war auch klar warum. Es hat wirklich super geschmeckt. Mein Schnitzel hab ich schon in der Küche gehört, es wurde frisch geklopft 😊. Einziges Manko, durch die vielen Leute kann es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen bzw ist es manchmal unruhig. Geschmacklich jedoch sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr leckeres Essen. Direkt an der Müritz gelegen. Leider war es bei unserem letzten Besuch sehr voll und so kam es zu sehr langen Wartezeiten bei der Bestellung und servieren unserer Getränke und Essen (4 Personen) Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Leider waren bei uns 5 erwachsenen Personen alle Gerichte sehr mäßig im Geschmack, dazu waren die Bratkartoffeln weiche aufgewärmte Kartoffelsstücken,die nicht die Bezeichnung Bratkartoffeln verdient haben. Der Matjes war in der Konsistenz so zerfallen und grau, dass er nicht aufgegessen wurde. Da der Inhaber ungefragt mit sehr vielen Worten über vermeintliche Auszeichnungen und Ehrungen eine hohe Erwartungshaltung bei uns geweckt hatte,fanden wir es besonders schade und sind sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr schön gelegenes gemütliches Restaurant mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, hat die Chefin uns einen Tisch gegeben. Das Essen war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Preise waren absolut ok !!

Eng, überfüllt, ohne Belüftung , 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit und obendrein äußerst unfreundlich. Das Essen maximal mittelmäßig. Minussterne gibt es leider nicht…
