There were 24 of us here for the team weekend. The location of the hotel is great, quite high up in the middle of nature, but also close to the city. The rooms are very clean. I especially have to praise the bed and the firm mattress. I slept incredibly well than I had in a long time. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner is ok too. The service is top! I would like to highlight the service from E.G., who was very attentive and warm and friendly. He served us really well at dinner on our last evening and left us wanting for nothing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying in this house!

I can't help but give all kinds of stars! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and immediately felt welcome. The room we booked corresponded exactly to the description and was very inviting, cozy and yet modernly furnished. All amenities are adequately provided. We were absolutely impressed by breakfast the next morning. In a somewhat unconventional but incredibly innovative way, we pre-ordered rolls, egg dishes, sausage and cheese the evening before. We think the concept of avoiding excess food that ends up in the trash is great and worth imitating. In addition to the breakfast ingredients ordered, there was a wide selection of high-quality jams, juices, cereals, etc. You can feel the commitment and attention to detail throughout the hotel. I'd love to do it again and it'll be longer next time!

Always worth a trip. When we drive from the Ruhr area to Miltenberg to spend a few days there, we only book this hotel. And that has been the case for several years. The history of this house is impressive. Very nice staff and lovingly run hotel.

We spontaneously went there with my parents for dinner and were extremely satisfied. I had the zander fillet with shrimp. It was super tender and well-cooked. My boyfriend had the grilled plate (see photo). The portion size was also just right. We were allowed to bring our dog, Bella, and she was immediately given a bowl of fresh water. Our very friendly server even asked us if Bella could have a strip of duck breast. A successful restaurant visit for us with our dog. We'd love to come back☺️

Very dated hotel. But clean, spacious rooms and excellent value for money

A bit far from the center, but it makes up for it in the peace and quiet and parking. Excellent service.

We went on a short city trip and were very happy with our choice of hotel. The location is great - just 10 minutes walk to the old town. There are many good restaurants in the area, so we didn't even have to move the car during our stay. A big plus point: There is free parking directly at the hotel, which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We would particularly like to highlight the friendly and courteous staff - high praise and many thanks! The internet was also excellent throughout the house - strong reception and a fast connection. We plan to visit Coburg again and will definitely stay at this hotel again! A small point of criticism concerns the beds: although they were comfortable and clean, we had specifically booked a room with a double bed. Instead there were two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, the resulting gap between the mattresses was a bit annoying.

Peace and relaxation at the end of the road on a mountain The hotel and restaurant are well signposted from the main roads. The house is at the end of a street. This makes it nice and quiet with a large parking lot in front of the door. We were pleasantly welcomed and enjoyed dinner first. Delicious tender boiled beef. We then moved into the large, spacious holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. Perfect for the 5 of us with three bedrooms and a large living/dining room. We used the accommodation for a day trip to Winterberg for skiing and would love to come back. Freifunk WLAN is sufficient for basic applications

We were in the house with 3 severely disabled people over Christmas 2024 and received excellent support and were treated very kindly. The whole team was extremely helpful. We were extremely satisfied and felt exceptionally comfortable.

Very friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Rooms are large and modern. Sufficient parking spaces at the hotel or opposite. The breakfast is delicious and nothing is left to be desired. Fast WiFi available in the rooms, quality 👍.
