Seit Jahren Stammgäste, sehr gutes Essen und immer Top zufrieden ! Tolles Ambiente , sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne aus dem Frankenland angereist um uns kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen.

Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment at this price. We ordered the meat, beef fillet and rib eye steak medium rare and got it medium rare! My rib eye steak was rubbery around the edges. I would have liked to spit it out. Arranging the ingredients in bowls also has nothing to do with culinary art at this price level. If you can't get the "star" on the plate, the meat, then it's over, even if the meat comes from Namibia (see map). The ambience is good and the bar and lounge, unfortunately in a separate room, are great.

Five stars really aren't enough. The recommendations from the waiter and the manager all lived up to their promises. Very attentive and friendly staff. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect. There were four of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. We would go back anytime.

Perfect steak experience in Dresden! Estancia is an absolute must for all steak lovers! The meat is of the highest quality, cooked to perfection and simply delicious. The side dishes are fresh and flavorful, and the wine selection is outstanding. The ambience is stylish and cozy – ideal for a special evening. The service was very friendly, attentive and gave us the best advice. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here! I highly recommend this place. The service and food are top-notch! I haven't had steaks this good in a long time. The ambiance in the annex isn't ideal during the colder months. The pyramids set up for heating are far too warm, and in enclosed spaces, they consume all the oxygen; the air is simply bad. You just have to get a seat inside to enjoy the indoor grill and the live cooking. The garden is probably also very nice in the summer.

The food is delicious, whether it's surf and turf or rump steak, everything is very well prepared. The service is very attentive and professional.
