Our regular restaurant when it comes to the perfect steak. No matter which dish you choose, it's always perfectly prepared and worth every penny. We come here almost every week because the quality is simply top-notch.

It was my first time here and I was completely impressed. The steak was cooked to perfection, super tasty, and of really good quality. The service was attentive, helpful, and professional. You immediately feel at home. Overall, a truly wonderful restaurant experience in Friedrichshagen. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants a really good steak.

The ambiance was pleasant. Service was a bit uncoordinated. The dishes were mixed up and mixed (the wrong patty was on the wrong burger), and the meat was very stringy. The drink selection was good.

I actually intended to give the restaurant a really bad review. It's all well and good when you can easily shell out €100 for a meal. But you don't have to. A 200-gram sirloin steak costs just under €16. Then you get fried mushrooms and fried potatoes. That each costs €6 (rounded). That makes almost €28. We chose our meal from a collection of stapled together pieces of paper. No wrapping, nothing. That was supposed to be the menu. The chicken skewer was tasty, but both sirloin steaks were so tough that it was difficult to cut them with a steak knife. My mother-in-law (83) couldn't eat the meat because it was so tough. The reason was quickly apparent, as the meat was cut with the grain. The waiter simply said: it's your own fault; you should have ordered fillet (200g/€34). The fried potatoes were just fried potato slices: no onions, no bacon, just bland. The mushrooms were delicious. Very commendable: My mother-in-law got a decent piece of fillet for free – free, to try, but also with some instructive advice. The restaurant made a rather gloomy (too dark) impression to me. The accessible restroom was poorly lit and in a dirty condition. There was an additional charge for the air-conditioned terrace. My conclusion: Too expensive, too dark, the "cheapest" food was poor quality – tried it once, thanks, but definitely not again.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Burnt sweet potato fries, greasy corn on the cob, and dry chicken nuggets. The rest of the steak was mediocre. The service never once came to ask if anyone wanted a drink or if everything was okay. What was "kindly" deducted from the bill? The corn on the cob. Not really satisfactory. We won't be coming back for a while. It's a shame.

I ordered the Wagyu fillet steak (300g) yesterday – price: €150. Unfortunately, I have to say that I wasn't impressed by the taste. The meat was prepared correctly, but the taste was very ordinary and lacked any special flavor that would justify the high price. I think the price doesn't match the quality. A comparable steak with side dishes can be had at Block House, for example, for around €50, and there's no noticeable difference in taste. Since I've eaten at this restaurant several times, I know that the food is generally good – many other dishes are much more recommendable than the Wagyu. Conclusion: I definitely wouldn't order the Wagyu again – especially since it's German Wagyu and not the original Japanese.

The burgers were very tasty, but the fries were unfortunately not crispy. The garlic bread was just a burger bun, not crispy and barely seasoned.

We were guests here three times during our week in Berlin for a trade fair! The menu and the delicious dishes were so extensive that we enjoyed every evening here. The atmosphere in the winter garden was unique and the friendly service staff was more than accommodating. One evening we were there 5 minutes before 10 p.m. because of our job. I called quickly beforehand! Although the selection of dishes was only made after the kitchen had actually closed, we received 4 wonderful meals and first-class service without any ifs or buts. When we are back in Berlin, we would love to come back! Great class, keep it up, other restaurants should follow your example when it comes to service!

We've been here at least a dozen times, and, based on a great first-time experience, we keep coming back hoping for that same quality of food and service that we had back in 2020. Unfortunately, it just seems to get worse and more weird every time. The quality of the food seems to go down every time. We've had overcooked burgers, undercooked chicken, overcooked steak, and a time where we ordered a vegan burger and it came with cheese. They took the order back, simply peeled off the cheese and tried to pass it off like they had remade it. The person with us had a dairy allergy, so obviously this was an issue. It also seems like every time we go, the staff hates the fact that we're there, like it isn't their job to ask our orders and bring the food. The last time we were there, it seemed like our initial waiter just didn't want to deal with us since we wanted to eat outside and he passed it off to another waiter. Then, we caught him lurking inside and staring at us during the meal. We're no louder than any of the other guests, we're polite when ordering, and don't make any special requests. It was just a really odd experience. This last time, one of the people in our party ordered chicken and it was just riddled with gristle and seemed borderline undercooked. This is really unacceptable for a place that supposedly specialises in meat. Thankfully, he didn't get sick, but it was a really poor eating experience. Wish the place was a lot better, it's one of the only places in the area that has options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Additionally, the prices have really gone up (although I recognise this has happened a lot of places), but they love to add on a TEN EURO "Divers Küche" fee for the slightest of alterations. They even added this on this last visit when we hadn't made any additional requests. I don't like feeling like someone is stealing my money.

Die nette Location, der unaufdringliche und professionelle Service und v. a. die qualitativ hochwertigen, auf den Punkt zubereiteten Produkte sind immer einen Besuch wert. Wenn man Lust auf ein gutes Steak oder sonstiges Fleischgericht hat, gibt es in Köpenick und Umgebung nichts Besseres! Prädikat: Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. Unfortunately the steak wasn't medium rare at all but very much over dry and burnt. The side dishes were very tasty, but to be honest, quite expensive. The service was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately we sat in front of our empty plates for ages. All in all it was a nice evening, but we probably won't come back again.

Had half a kilo of sirloin steak. It was okay but not kissed by the flames. If you want, you can actually leave some money there. Fancy meat is offered. The waiter was nice. Huge menu.

I can highly recommend the place. Service and food are top! I haven't eaten such good steaks in a long time. Only the atmosphere in the cultivation is not good during the cold season. The pyramids set up for heating are far too warm and in closed rooms they use up all the oxygen, the air was just bad. You just have to get a seat inside to enjoy the indoor grill and live cooking. The garden is certainly very beautiful in summer too.

Very cool shop, Modern and elegant ambience, friendly service, Large selection at very fair prices! However, the burger is much too dry and you should probably use a real burger bun as a bun! The garlic bread doesn't live up to its name and could use more of everything, it was almost just dry bread!

The non plus ultra for meat lovers! It's nice that the upscale gastronomy from the city has made it to the "outskirts"... A real highlight.

A great steakhouse with first class service and a welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the meat is outstanding, the dishes are not only delicious in terms of taste, but also visually appealing. The decor impresses with its rustic charm with an open fire, which creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Our dogs were also welcome and were well looked after with blankets and water. An all-round successful evening with excellent food and exquisite drinks. The only downside: Parking in the area is difficult - but that's typical for Berlin.

What can I say? It was a wonderful evening with great food, good atmosphere and fair prices. Unfortunately, the food did not come complete and to all guests at the table at the same time. Our waiter also needs to be a little more attentive when it comes to reordering drinks. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend the Steakschmiede.

The steak factory. An absolutely delicious restaurant where meat lovers will definitely get their money's worth, from Argentinian premium sirloin steak to Wagyu. The burgers are also highly recommended. It's a culinary delight every time.

Well, the steaks weren't that great and the sole had a lot of bones...in general, prices are already high and every sidedish drives them up even higher...unfortunately not a recommendation...but the garlic bread was delicious🫣

Went there unannounced today - but we were still perfectly placed. The service was prompt. The two sirloin steaks were medium, perfectly grilled on the punt. The meat had an excellent consistency.

The freshly squeezed orange juice, advertised as a winter drink for €5.90, was heavily mixed with water; the only thing that was reminiscent of orange juice was the pulp. That's pretty cheeky. However, the food (steak) was very good and is recommended.

On the positive side: The food was very tasty and seemed to be of high quality, and the service was also very nice. What was annoying was the general volume in the restaurant, you couldn't have a conversation because it was so loud. The prices on the menu online no longer match those in the restaurant. Example: Chicken instead of 14.50 euros on the Internet it is currently 22.50 The restaurant can only do so much for that, but some guests were simply very out of it in their behavior, very loud and I moved in.

Wir hatten Chateaubriand mit diversen Beilagen und eine Flasche Zinfandel. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war angemessen und die Qualität ausgezeichnet. Wir haben schon den nächsten Termin reserviert. Beim Dessert würde ich mir noch Sorbet wünschen und ggf. ein Parfait. Und auch gerne "süsse Kleinigkeiten". Ich hätte gerne noch etwas Süsses gehabt, aber die angebotenen Nachspeisen waren einfach zuviel nach dem Hauptgang.

We had the 1.18 m meat skewer with side dishes. Four men were well fed. The meat was super tender. The service and the grill master were very nice despite the store being full.

The steaks were perfectly cooked. Staff were super friendly, and prices were fair. I loved the options on the menu, mainly because you can mix and match the curs with perfect side dishes. Card payments fully accepted. Will definitely come back soon!

WOW I recently ate in this restaurant for the second time and really loved it! The steaks are simply fantastic and cooked to perfection. The drinks menu is also great - the staff gives great recommendations and helps with the selection. You immediately feel at home here and the audience is really pleasant. For all steak and cocktail lovers, a visit here is an absolute must!

Amazing steak house, definitely worth it!

Was a guest there twice, both times the food was really very good. The steaks were cooked to perfection, side dishes as well as starters and desserts were also great. Prices are certainly not cheap, but reasonable. Service also very competent and friendly. The only suggestion for improvement: The very extensive menu would have deserved a nicer presentation. Seemed a bit like a careless pile of paper.

We were absolutely thrilled. The staff and especially the boss were incredibly friendly and gave us excellent advice on the choice of dishes with a lot of detailed knowledge. The meat was perfect. In addition, the restaurant has such a good and excellent selection of various types of meat that it lives up to its name as a steakhouse. We will definitely come back.

We were there as a large group for our birthday from 5 p.m., unfortunately it was quite cool inside due to the old building and we were freezing. The decor is very tasteful, rustic both inside and outside. The service was friendly and nice. We ordered a variety of dishes, some of which came a little lukewarm. In addition, the price-performance ratio was right for us with two dishes out of 6. We wouldn't choose the burgers and the fillet steak again because there was no wow effect. Since the side dishes ordered were partly dry (baked potatoes) and the beans in bacon and asparagus (5 sticks for 7-8€) were very little for the high price, I would avoid them in the future. We can recommend the chicken skewer and the lamb, as you can watch some of them being prepared on the grill. The selection of drinks and prices are okay, so the overall value for money is a recommendation for every now and then. The food is also available to take away, but I can't recommend it.

The service is more than just accommodating, the meat is ON POINT, and of course cut at the table if the number of grams is large and by the chef himself. Excellent drinks selection from good to more than just very good. I've actually been to almost all of the renowned steak houses in the city, and this can easily be considered one of the top 3 in Berlin. 10 out of 10...keep it up

Very good steakhouse in the east of Berlin. The only point of criticism: In my opinion, smoking should also be banned in the open pavilion. The restaurant offers nice places for smokers in the entrance area of ​​the garden. It's just not nice when, as a non-smoker, you enjoy your expensive steak and use all your senses and then cigarette smoke wafts over from the next table. Yesterday we were in the restaurant with 13 people and we were all very satisfied. The food was really perfect and the steaks were fantastic. We'll be back.

I recently went there for dinner with a friend. The service is top! The range of food, both meat and everything else too. Unfortunately my friend had to have her fillet returned twice. She wanted medium and unfortunately it was really completely raw. The second attempt didn't really make it any better. That was a real shame in terms of craftsmanship. You won't get a piece of meat like this medium if you fry it super hot again. Then another new piece came that was straight to the point. The quality of the meat was also great. There was no discussion at all from the waiter! I think that's important in a case like this. I don't think something like that happens there regularly. But if so, that's exactly how you should deal with it. We'll definitely be back! There were so many great dishes on the menu. I would like to try some more!

By far one of the best steak restaurants I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely competent and welcoming, as is the ambience of the store In the middle there is a fountain that bubbles in a relaxed manner, away from the noisy city life. The meat!!!! Not comparable, incredibly good and the type of preparation really more than corresponds to your own feelings. Anyone who likes a good piece of meat cannot ignore the forge.

Very bad experience. The conditions were very unsympathetic and not particularly professional. We had to wait almost 2 hours for the main courses. My husband's steak was only warm and consisted of 1/4 fat which had to be trimmed off. The vegetables in my burger were completely burnt. Overall, very bad food for not very cheap prices.
