One of the best steaks within a 50-mile radius. Perfect. Everything. Cooked to perfection. Medium, of course. A definite recommendation. Go there. It's a fantastic restaurant. And dessert is amazing. I can't stop praising it.

It was a celebration for us again! The service staff are simply incredible. Even with a large number of guests, they always checked to see if the glasses were still full. If not, they immediately refilled them. A huge thank you for that! The food was, as always, simply magnificent. The steaks melted in the mouth. The side dishes were fantastic. The kitchen deserves a huge compliment. The ambiance is very appealing, which is why we feel very comfortable there. We are already looking forward to our next visit. My first visit to Sebastian's Steakhouse was a great experience. In detail: - The food The menu is relatively small, which was one of the reasons I chose Sebastian's Steakhouse. And it was as expected: those who have small cards are often better at preparing them than restaurants with cards that are too large and that's exactly what we were able to experience here. We chose different steaks and were particularly impressed by the “catch of the day” because we got an offer here (hanging tender in USDA prime quality) that you don't normally find in Germany. The steaks were excellently prepared. The degree of doneness could have been photographed for a textbook. Exactly according to our wishes. The side dishes were also excellent. The portions were well sized. If there was anything we would have wanted, it might have been steakhouse fries or potato wedges. I would particularly like to highlight the fresh bread with cream cheese that was served before the main course. You know this from many restaurants, but here it was really an extraordinary taste experience. - The drinks You can really only say positive things here. The selection was large and the prices were fair. Of course, the prices range widely, from water in a 0.75l bottle to spirits, but each price is completely acceptable on its own and the ratio is also fair. - The service Here you can argue forever about what perfect service is and how often the waitress should come to the table and you will never find a common denominator. In Sebastian's Steakhouse the waitresses are on the more active side, which we didn't like 100%. But the friendliness and professionalism are absolutely at the top and therefore it would be unfair to deduct a star for a question of taste.

The meat is perfect. All other dishes such as “greetings from the kitchen” and dessert are also very good. Entire cuisine at star level. The entire team is always friendly and you feel at home. All the best. Eichenauer

THE steakhouse far and wide! There's just one thing you should know before you go to Sebastian's: Afterwards you'll want to go back there again and again and nowhere else will a steak taste as good as it does there! We've been going there every month for 7 years now, sometimes more often, and we haven't found anything that comes close to this quality and taste (although we eat out very often). The service is also unique! See you next time! We're looking forward to it!

We reserved a table online and to check whether it worked we called back again. The lady on the phone said if it didn't work she would call back. But that didn't happen. We wanted to celebrate my birthday and were very disappointed. When asked if you could set a table that was still free, just shake your head!!!

The Sebastian Steakhouse in Siegen is a real highlight! The crustacean soup is simply deliciously creamy and full of flavor. The service is very attentive and ensures that you feel completely comfortable. The huge selection of steaks from different countries such as Australia, Ireland and America is particularly impressive. You can tell that every steak is of high quality and of course our steaks were perfectly prepared. Absolutely recommended!

The steaks, the service, the ambience, wow. My steak was juicy like no other and PERFECT medium-rare. We are sure it was the best steak we have had to date. And the cheesecake was, without a doubt, the best I've had to date. Price-performance is really something on point. And the service was very courteous, friendly and attentive; we never had to wait long. We'll definitely be back!

We had a very nice evening here as part of our Christmas party. The friendly and fast service is second to none here and no glass remained empty for long and the special requests for the menu were also implemented perfectly. The meat (in my case striploin) was unique and had a nice, juicy edge of fat that melted in your mouth. The various side dishes were all very tasty and I have rarely eaten “simple” beans with so much flavor. We will definitely stop here again privately and enjoy a lovely evening.

The employees are simply top. The two of them rocked the whole place without seeming stressed. The food at a very high level. We are repeat offenders many times over and will remain so.

We were there for the second time. Every time was just beautiful. The first time, when we entered, there was a small, somewhat depressing encounter with an older lady who was probably instructing the tables and was a bit unfriendly. That was different this time. Both when making the reservation and on the phone because of the delay, you felt treated in a totally hospitable and courteous manner. The ambience is always really dignified, fine and quiet. Perfect. The service was very discreet and perfect. The food is also a real pleasure every time. We would definitely like to come back. It was great to find this little spot.

I've been lucky enough to try a few meals in my travels around the world, and do enjoy a good steak now and again. Given i was out here on work, and saw this place being recommeneded, I'd thought i'd give it a try. I am at a loss for words still having had one of , if not the **Best** prepared steaks i have ever had the chance to enjoy. The texture was amazing, the flavour was intense and succulent and this was the Irish sirlone steak.. If you are in the area and you enjoy your steak.. go here, you will not be disappointed, it is worth the price.

Sebastian's Steakhouse; how do I start...? There were four of us and we had very high expectations due to the very good reviews and my previous experiences. I think you could say that these have been surpassed! The friendly welcome at the entrance from Mrs. Mama as well as an explanation given by the chef and owner about the different types of meat, marbling of the meat and the ways in which animals are kept and fed in different countries... ...and you could feel that there was enthusiasm for the high quality meat that was processed in this steakhouse. It's not just a restaurant or a steakhouse; it is pure identification! We tasted it and we were able to experience it. Thank you!

It's a steakhouse... of course the food here is a little more expensive but the quality is more than convincing. The ambience is incredibly beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and clearly enjoys their work. But you should always reserve a table as this restaurant is very busy. You can park right next door in the parking garage. We'd love to come back.

Years ago we had “the evening”. The most expensive restaurant visit, but you don't eat Wagyu beef every day. Especially when it wasn't even on the menu. We visited many steakhouses in North Rhine-Westphalia but none of the steaks came close to the quality and mouthgasm. If steak then at Sebastians. On many of our visits the service was excellent. In the exceptions we were also disappointed, but we were able to narrow it down to certain service staff who no longer work there. If you want to treat yourself and like meat: go to Sebastians!

In my opinion, Sebastians is the best restaurant far and wide. Eating is a poem. The service is reverence class, there is virtually nowhere better or nicer. We also like to spend a little more here! The only reason for criticism is the location, this run-down mall simply doesn't do justice to Sebastian's.

Best meat quality and preparation for me in Siegen. Prices are on the high end but the quality is therefore acceptable for me. Operation and service friendly and attentive. Location is very central to the city center. Ambiance is cozy rustic. Parking spaces right around the corner in the parking garage. Good selection of meats, also available dry aged. Good selection of side dishes but cost extra. There is always a small, delicious starter on the house with changing ingredients. Also have a bread basket with a spread in advance. So we'd love to come back. Table reservation/pre-order is definitely necessary!
