Ich kann absolut nichts negatives zu diesem Steak Haus sagen!! Das Essen, der Service, das Ambiente… - alles Weltklasse ! Was schön wäre, wenn man auch am Mittag dort essen könnte… :)

Heute Abend haben wir dieses Steakhaus besucht und sind rundum begeistert. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants fühlten wir uns willkommen – die Bedienung war von Anfang an äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Genau so stellt man sich einen gelungenen Restaurantbesuch vor. Das Herzstück des Abends war natürlich das Steak – und was soll man sagen: Es war schlicht perfekt. Auf den Punkt gebraten, genau wie gewünscht, zart, saftig und voller Geschmack. Man merkt, dass hier Handwerk und Leidenschaft hinter jedem Gericht stecken. Wer ein richtig gutes Steak sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Klare Empfehlung und eine verdiente 5-Sterne-Bewertung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Essen und das Ambiente sind erste Sahne.Alles wirklich sehr gut und auf sehr hohem Niveau..Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend..gehen immer sehr gerne dort essen..

Zunächst das Wichtigste: Die Steaks, die wir hier gegessen haben waren wirklich fantastisch ! Ein USDA Prime Ribeye und ein Dry Aged Ribeye waren von bester Qualität, sehr geschmackvoll, butterzart und genau auf den Punkt gegrillt. Die Beilagen (Pommes Frites, Rosmarinkartoffeln, Wildkräutersalat und sautierte Pilze) waren ebenfalls frisch und lecker. Nach unserem Geschmack passte die Darbietung und Dekoration der Vorspeisen allerdings überhaupt nicht zum Konzept und hat uns irritiert, denn das mutete eher wie der Versuch an, französisches Fine-Dining zu imitieren. Auch der "Gruss aus der Küche" (Spargelterrine) passte nicht zum Konzept. In einem schicken Steakhouse hätte rustikaler und schlichter besser gepasst (und wäre ja auch billiger für das Haus). Der Service wiederum war Spitzenklasse, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr gelungen, die Lage im Shoppingcenter natürlich eher bedrückend und trist. Insgesamt würden wir dennoch jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Es war einfach alles perfekt – von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde. Mein Steak wurde genau auf den Punkt medium rare zubereitet. Ich hatte ein empfohlenes Wagyu-Steak und die Empfehlung war absolut richtig. Geschmack, Qualität und Zubereitung waren wirklich hervorragend.

Klare Empfehlung! Wer im schönen Ambiente ein erstklassiges Steak essen möchte, bekommt hier definitiv was er sucht. Qualität und Zubereitung eine 11 von 10, werde definitiv nicht das letzte mal da gewesen sein.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem familiengeführten Steakhouse. Das Fleisch hatte eine extrem gute Qualität und der gewünschte Garpunkt wurde perfekt getroffen, besser geht es kaum. Alles war sehr gut gewürzt und geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns positiv überrascht. Für die Qualität und die Portionen ist der Preis mehr als fair. Besonders schön fanden wir außerdem die herzliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt sofort, dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und rundum gut umsorgt gefühlt. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Update 2026: Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung wieder mal ein pures Erlebnis! Die Speisen optisch sowie geschmacklich perfekt -ich habe nirgends ein besseres Steak gegessen.Der Service kompetent, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Tisch online für 3 Personen für 20 Uhr um 18:52 Uhr reserviert. Bestätigung erhalten. Um 19:15 Uhr losgefahren da wir ca 30 km entfernt wohnen. Um 19:22 Uhr wurde die Reservierung vom Steakhaus storniert angeblich wegen zu wenig Platz. Dies haben wir jedoch erst vor Ort erfahren da wir ja schon unterwegs waren. Wir haben auch nicht damit gerechnet das eine Reservierung Seitens des Betreibers storniert wird. Somit sind wir umsonst nach Siegen gefahren und es wurde auch nicht versucht eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen. Es wurde nur auf ein fehlerhaftes Buchungssystem verwiesen. Was ja nicht unsere Schuld ist. Wir werden aus Prinzip dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen.

Es ist ein schönes Restaurant, jedoch ist das Personal äußerst unfreundlich! Wir haben für 20 Uhr reserviert um 18:52 Uhr reserviert und haben einen Stornierung um 19:20 Uhr bekommen . Wir sind also umsonst eine halbe Stunde gefahren weil wir dort am Ende nicht essen durften .

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Alles war sehr lecker, und das freundliche, aufmerksame Personal hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns willkommen gefühlt haben. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Update 2025: Auch nach so vielen Jahren, einfach die beste Adresse in Siegen und Umgebung. Wer nicht zu Sebastians kommt und eine anderes Steak-Haus wählt, ist selber schuld. Hier ist der Gast wirklich noch im Mittelpunkt. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich - zuvorkommend, höflich, bodenständig. Das Essen von so viel Detailverliebtheit und Raffinesse, einfach eine Wucht und bislang in all den Jahren ohne jegliche Enttäuschung! Mir würde nicht einfallen, was es zu verbessern gäbe - außer vielleicht ein größere Location und noch mehr glückliche Gäste 🤩 Sebastian und Team - Bitte immer weiter so! Version 2017: Erstklassige Steaks, hervorragend zubereitet. Für einen besonderen Anlass oder einfach zum Verwöhnen eine top Anlaufstelle. Gibt keine besseren Steaks in Siegen und Umgebung!

Ein rundum perfekter Abend! Das Dry Aged Steak war schlicht hervorragend – auf den Punkt genau gegart, genauso wie ich es mir gewünscht habe, und geschmacklich absolute Spitzenklasse. Schon die Vorspeise, das Carpaccio, war ein echtes Highlight. Und der Schokokuchen zum Abschluss war dann das i-Tüpfelchen dieses vollumfänglich gelungenen kulinarischen Abends. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Service: äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell – der Kellner hat einen klasse Job gemacht. Selten habe ich ein so stimmiges Gesamtpaket erlebt. Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Preislich ist das Restaurant schon teuerer als andere Steakhäuser in Siegen, aber für die Leistung völlig gerechtfertigt. Es war ein schöner Abend.

Schöne Atmosphäre und das beste Fleisch, das man in der Stadt bekommen kann!

In einem schönen Ambiente kann man hier qualitativ hochwertige Steaks und mehr essen. Als Vorspeise kann ich das Carpaccio sowohl vom Rind, als auch vom Thunfisch empfehlen. Das US Filetsteak war gut, das Flanksteak hat noch Potential nach oben.

Super leckeres Essen an Silvester. Auch der Service, toll. Freundliche Kellner, die immer zu einem Scherz aufgelegt waren.

Update 2026! Nochmal nachgelegt und wieder begeistert! Rundherum perfekt. Kein Nachlassen bei Freundlichkeit, Service, Ambiente, Qualität usw. Wieder einmal klare Empfehlung! Hier stimmt einfach alles! An der Tür wird man sehr freundlich, aber auch unaufgeregt empfangen. Länger nicht erlebt, dass einem die Garderobe abgenommen wird. Wohlfühlambiente durch und durch. Trotz vieler Menschen war es leise, kein Besteckklappern, kein Tür auf, Tür zu und hektisches hin und her rasen. Es wird immer gefragt, ob man etwas benötigt, ob es schmeckt, aber total unaufdringlich. Es wird empfohlen, beraten. Der Service ist einfach perfekt. Alle Speisen waren von bester Qualität und frisch und ein Geschmackserlebnis. Jeder Gang war mega. So oft hab ich das noch nie gesagt und die haben sich noch richtig gefreut!!! Wir waren jetzt in den letzten 2-3 Jahren ein paar mal da und sind nie enttäuscht worden. Ganz im Gegenteil! Die Speisen egal ob Fleisch oder Beilagen sind qualitativ top und liebevoll angerichtet. Der Service war immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Preise sind etwas höher als gewöhnlich aber es lohnt sich!

Ich war mit meiner Familie den Geburtstag meines Bruders feiern und wir waren von allem sehr begeistert. Erstens: Dass wir unseren eigenen Geburtstagskuchen mitbringen durften, war sehr nett und zeigt große Gastfreundlichkeit seitens des Restaurants. Zweitens: Der Service war einfach 10/10 ..sehr professionell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war super lecker. Das Fleisch war sowieso der Hammer, aber ich darf auch die gebackenen Kartoffeln mit Sauerrahm nicht vergessen zu erwähnen. Das war der leckerste baked potato, den ich je gegessen habe - sehr weich und er ist im Mund wie Butter geschmolzen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I was here two years ago and again yesterday – the food was excellent, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant. A huge compliment to the whole team!

A visit to Sebastian's Steakhouse is something special. Many would still expect steaks like you wouldn't get anywhere else. But that's not all. The quality of the food is consistently fantastic, whether it's the "Beef Tea" (the beef broth), which even soup haters will win over, or the dessert, where even those who don't like berries will enjoy them. And the quality of the service is just as good as the quality of the food. Friendly, witty, attentive but not intrusive, just the way I like it. I can't say much about the drinks, because we only had water with our meal, simply to savor the flavors more. What I can recommend is the whiskey menu and the advice that goes with it. All in all, it's not something you'd expect every day (the prices, however fair, are too high for my income), but for that special treat, I'll probably come back often.

Three of us visited the steakhouse. We all had a starter, main course, and dessert. Our visit to Sebastian's was very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was really delicious and among the best you can get in Siegen. The steak was a bit overcooked, but it still tasted great :) The waiters are all very friendly, uncomplicated, attentive, and courteous. They think carefully about the selection and the number of staff needed! We'd love to go back!

The steaks were delicious, juicy, and tender, and the service was excellent. The owner can also arrange halal Australian steaks if you request them at the time of booking.

The quality of the meat is really good, but unfortunately, despite the waiter's promise, the execution wasn't perfect, and the side dishes were rather mediocre. Ordered fillet rare and got medium. Ordered entrecote extra 100g larger and medium, and it was just barely meaty in the middle. The kitchen definitely needs some catching up here. I find coffee from the inexpensive fully automatic machine just as difficult if you think you're serving fine dining. The atmosphere in a cinema complex is counterproductive to the concept, but this can be compensated for if everything else is right and the smell of the cooking doesn't overwhelm the dining room.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Sebastian's. The perfect steak was accompanied by good wines at reasonable prices. Our trainee waiter was super friendly, always present, and extremely competent. Bottom line: We'll be back!

My first visit to Sebastian's Steakhouse was a great experience. In detail: - The food The menu is relatively small, which was one of the reasons I chose Sebastian's Steakhouse. And it was as expected: those who have small cards are often better at preparing them than restaurants with cards that are too large and that's exactly what we were able to experience here. We chose different steaks and were particularly impressed by the “catch of the day” because we got an offer here (hanging tender in USDA prime quality) that you don't normally find in Germany. The steaks were excellently prepared. The degree of doneness could have been photographed for a textbook. Exactly according to our wishes. The side dishes were also excellent. The portions were well sized. If there was anything we would have wanted, it might have been steakhouse fries or potato wedges. I would particularly like to highlight the fresh bread with cream cheese that was served before the main course. You know this from many restaurants, but here it was really an extraordinary taste experience. - The drinks You can really only say positive things here. The selection was large and the prices were fair. Of course, the prices range widely, from water in a 0.75l bottle to spirits, but each price is completely acceptable on its own and the ratio is also fair. - The service Here you can argue forever about what perfect service is and how often the waitress should come to the table and you will never find a common denominator. In Sebastian's Steakhouse the waitresses are on the more active side, which we didn't like 100%. But the friendliness and professionalism are absolutely at the top and therefore it would be unfair to deduct a star for a question of taste.

THE steakhouse far and wide! There's just one thing you should know before you go to Sebastian's: Afterwards you'll want to go back there again and again and nowhere else will a steak taste as good as it does there! We've been going there every month for 7 years now, sometimes more often, and we haven't found anything that comes close to this quality and taste (although we eat out very often). The service is also unique! See you next time! We're looking forward to it!
