The employees are simply top. The two of them rocked the whole place without seeming stressed. The food at a very high level. We are repeat offenders many times over and will remain so.

We were there for the second time. Every time was just beautiful. The first time, when we entered, there was a small, somewhat depressing encounter with an older lady who was probably instructing the tables and was a bit unfriendly. That was different this time. Both when making the reservation and on the phone because of the delay, you felt treated in a totally hospitable and courteous manner. The ambience is always really dignified, fine and quiet. Perfect. The service was very discreet and perfect. The food is also a real pleasure every time. We would definitely like to come back. It was great to find this little spot.

I've been lucky enough to try a few meals in my travels around the world, and do enjoy a good steak now and again. Given i was out here on work, and saw this place being recommeneded, I'd thought i'd give it a try. I am at a loss for words still having had one of , if not the **Best** prepared steaks i have ever had the chance to enjoy. The texture was amazing, the flavour was intense and succulent and this was the Irish sirlone steak.. If you are in the area and you enjoy your steak.. go here, you will not be disappointed, it is worth the price.

From the amuse gueule to the dessert, enjoyment at a very high level. And all of this in very tasteful surroundings and with very friendly service. Even a long journey is worth it! Conclusion: Great!

The greeting of the house, like the octopus aspic mega. I am perfect at cooking steak and you always have to top me. Today was much better. As meat lovers, we can only say: mega/top super class. Sebastian's Steakhouse; how do I start...? There were four of us and we had very high expectations due to the very good reviews and my previous experiences. I think you could say that these have been surpassed! The friendly welcome at the entrance from Mrs. Mama as well as an explanation given by the chef and owner about the different types of meat, marbling of the meat and the ways in which animals are kept and fed in different countries... ...and you could feel that there was enthusiasm for the high quality meat that was processed in this steakhouse. It's not just a restaurant or a steakhouse; it is pure identification! We tasted it and we were able to experience it. Thank you!

We were at Sebastians Steakhouse today on the occasion of our 1st wedding anniversary and spent the evening in a beautiful atmosphere and with very tasty food. Everything perfect!

It's a steakhouse... of course the food here is a little more expensive but the quality is more than convincing. The ambience is incredibly beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and clearly enjoys their work. But you should always reserve a table as this restaurant is very busy. You can park right next door in the parking garage. We'd love to come back.

Years ago we had “the evening”. The most expensive restaurant visit, but you don't eat Wagyu beef every day. Especially when it wasn't even on the menu. We visited many steakhouses in North Rhine-Westphalia but none of the steaks came close to the quality and mouthgasm. If steak then at Sebastians. On many of our visits the service was excellent. In the exceptions we were also disappointed, but we were able to narrow it down to certain service staff who no longer work there. If you want to treat yourself and like meat: go to Sebastians!

In my opinion, Sebastians is the best restaurant far and wide. Eating is a poem. The service is reverence class, there is virtually nowhere better or nicer. We also like to spend a little more here! The only reason for criticism is the location, this run-down mall simply doesn't do justice to Sebastian's.

After a long period of abstinence, we recently visited Sebastian's again with friends and everyone was thrilled! The casual but competent service, the food, the ambience and also the relatives. I and my guests really enjoyed the good selection of wines, and now I'm going to Sebastian's again more often.

Best meat quality and preparation for me in Siegen. Prices are on the high end but the quality is therefore acceptable for me. Operation and service friendly and attentive. Location is very central to the city center. Ambiance is cozy rustic. Parking spaces right around the corner in the parking garage. Good selection of meats, also available dry aged. Good selection of side dishes but cost extra. There is always a small, delicious starter on the house with changing ingredients. Also have a bread basket with a spread in advance. So we'd love to come back. Table reservation/pre-order is definitely necessary!

Waren dort letztens zum Essen. Das Lokal ist gut erreichbar und für einige Personen ausgelegt. Die Bedienung ist recht freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kommt schnell an den Tisch und sieht sehr gut aus. Die Beilagen müssen einzeln dazu bestellt werden. Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Portionen sind üppig. Ich kann das Lokal sehr empfehlen, wenn man mal ein sehr gutes Steak essen möchte. Preis / Leistung stimmt hier überein und man kann hier gerne noch mal essen.

Wir waren, wie bei jedem unserer Besuche, sehr zufrieden

Wir sind schon seit Jahren regelmäßige Gäste und sind mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Die Steaks sind sehr lecker und perfekt gegart, auch die Beilagen schmecken super. Die Getränke sind jedoch mittlerweile sehr teuer. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 20 Uhr reserviert, das Essen und die Getränke kamen sehr schnell- zu schnell für unseren Geschmack. Man sitzt ja im Restaurant nicht um schnell das Essen reinzuschaufeln und dann nach Hause zu gehen. Man will sich unterhalten, etwas trinken, das Ambiente genießen. All das ist unserer Meinung nach im Sebastians Steakhaus nicht möglich. Ab 21 Uhr wird angefangen sauber (Besen und Schaufel) zu machen und die Tische werden für den nächsten Tag eingedeckt, während man am Tisch nebenan sitzt und noch speist - so was geht gar nicht. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man sich beeilen und schnell verschwinden soll. Auch wurde ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr nach Getränken gefragt. Leider trübt das das Gesamterlebnis und wir werden erstmal nicht mehr vorbeikommen.

Obwohl wir 'nur' das 'Standard' ripeye hatten, war es eins der besten seit langer Zeit. Unser Wunsch nach Medium rare wurde Auch perfekt erfüllt, Beilagen waren auch super (fand nur die Bohnen mit Speck etwas zu bissfest und etwas speckarm, das ist aber Jammern auf höchstem Niveau! 🤗) der Service war super. Wenn es für einen Düsseldorfer nicht so weit weg wäre, kämen wir öfters.. Das alles hat natürlich seinen Preis😜
