I've been a regular guest there for a few years now—and I'm sure I'll continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended!

I'm actually reluctant to go to a restaurant serving American cuisine in Bavaria 😂. But here, I was guided by many good reviews, overcame my fear, and was absolutely not disappointed. Great atmosphere, attentive and genuinely friendly service, and the food was simply delicious. The ribs were juicy, tender, and deliciously seasoned. I didn't hear the other guests complaining about their steaks either. There was also a nightcap on the house. And that was delicious, too. I would actually overcame my fear and eat American food in Bavaria again. But here, then!

Exotic steaks, specialty varieties and cuts, an exquisite selection. The daily specials are always charmingly presented with wit by the chef. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive—and, eye-to-eye—on hand. Prices are reasonable, but still affordable! Here, you get something you'd otherwise spend a long time searching for...

Unfortunately, the food wasn't what I'd expect from a restaurant like this. The appetizer was excellent. But the main course, the surprise platter, was not at all. Bison was excellent, but the kangaroo and elk were unfortunately cold and both raw, which I hadn't ordered.

In August, we were on vacation at Königssee and happened upon the steakhouse in Bad Reichenhall one Sunday afternoon. We had coffee and ice cream there, and struck up a conversation with the staff and manager. We then reserved a table for the next day and were greeted warmly again. In short, the food and service were excellent. We felt very comfortable there. It's a shame it's so far away. We're from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Highly recommended. Typical 306 American style. Be careful after the first left turn when entering the "Crocodile"! The usual confident, friendly service, with a shot of schnapps as you leave 😉. A suggestion for the crew: the steak on a wooden board. I'd be happy to go again.

Very friendly staff and great service! There are always special, unusual steaks that are presented raw beforehand – truly impressive. A little tip: Don't go for a steak that's too small; the larger ones are much more tender and have fewer fibers. Overall, a fantastic experience for steak lovers!

I have only positive things to say. The food is, as promised, delicious, 100% true to the description, and you get exactly what you order. Friendly small talk. The staff knows what they're doing. Their recommendations are very good and relevant. You can tell that the place is run with passion. Reservations are easy and necessary, as it's very busy. Despite the tables being full, there were no long waits. The quality is top-notch! The price is definitely justified. We had a platter for two people, two drinks each, and a dessert. If our commute weren't so far, we would definitely come more often. Keep it up! My wife also clearly recommends it. Portions are generous, see pictures.

Top address for steak, staff very professional and friendly.

Eating here is an absolute highlight! Everything tastes incredibly good, but unfortunately, your stomach does get full after a while. Then there's the relaxed staff. Even though it was full, we felt like they were there just for us. I've rarely experienced that. We were so impressed that we immediately made another reservation for the day after tomorrow. Please keep it up. See you the day after tomorrow.

The steaks here are presented to perfection. The service is consistent and clearly passionate about meat. The ambiance is unobtrusive and unpretentious; only the scent in the restroom takes some getting used to. I've experienced some excellent steakhouses internationally—often with more show and more impressive design, more sophisticated starter, side, and dessert options, wine pairings, etc. But when it comes to the essence of the meat—and that's exactly what a steak restaurant is all about—these guys can clearly compete with the best.

The best steak restaurant I've ever been to. The host is passionate about his work and loves the whole steak and meat culture. Just explaining the different types makes your mouth water. The flank steak is incredible, tender, and flavorful. I want to go back, and I will soon. Highly recommended. The location is also authentic.

Five stars aren't really enough! I had an incredibly good meal – absolutely everything was perfect. The steak was cooked to perfection, the side dishes were super delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic overall. I'd especially like to highlight the staff: so incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming – I haven't experienced anything like it in ages! And best of all: they're incredibly child-friendly! We were there for the first time and celebrated our wedding anniversary. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our table. Everyone was knowledgeable and congratulated us. The steak consultation was amazing... It's rare to see such enthusiasm in the explanation. The steaks lived up to the young man's promise. Everything was simply top-notch. The service, food, and staff, as well as the ambiance, were perfect. A definite recommendation; we'd love to come back!

It was another wonderful, cozy evening yesterday at the Schlössl, the new location of the "B 306" restaurant! Delicious steak, cooked to perfection, with a side dish! The spare ribs were super tender, and the sauce was simply delicious 😋 The garlic and herb bread is highly recommended, as are the grilled corn on the cob! The new ambiance and the new rooms are truly cozy, especially the indirect lighting. The menu is very extensive, with a great selection! Not to mention the service = top-notch! All in all, a perfect evening – thank you 👍😁

Great food, great service, little parking. Be sure to reserve. If you like and love steak, this is the place for you. This time I decided on a burger. However, I was disappointed with that; Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. So next time it will be steak again.

We have often been to the old restaurant in the city (very satisfied) but today at the new location it was really disappointing. The restaurant and the terrace were nice. The service staff was really bottom drawer today. After ordering (3 drinks), not everyone came to the table... despite being ordered by the waiter and despite asking, they didn't receive a bonus. The main course had the wrong side dish, which you can usually complain about, but none of the waiters were interested. For a full 40 minutes, no one showed up on the terrace or near our table.. neither asked if everything was ok, nor asked for new drinks that had been empty for a long time, and when we were serving them, they didn't ask if everything was ok.. very bad mood in the team! When paying I asked if you are always so understaffed and don't care, the answer wasn't even an apology, it was blamed on the kitchen because someone was sick, BUT IT WASN'T the kitchen, it was good, it was the poor SERVICE. After 5 years of B306 it was definitely the last time..

We come from near Bayreuth, drive an extra 333 kilometers, sleep one night in Bad Reichenhall and drive back home just to be able to eat in this great restaurant! The steaks in the restaurant are very good, as are the fries, wadges or side tables. We can also only recommend the ambience. The staff is usually very friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately, we caught a very unfriendly colleague who gave our reserved table to another group and then made fun of the disappointment several times and didn't stop. I also had to hear that we drank while waiting outside, even though everyone only drank one beer or one wine. That was a far cry from King Customer. At least all the other colleagues were very nice and service-oriented.

Went there for the first time at the weekend and was really impressed. Service was very busy and there were corresponding waiting times, but this was openly communicated and apologized for by the boss, who was always involved and gave a strong hand. The quality of the food was very good, everything was fresh and tasty, no frozen goods. The highlight was the candy floss topping that decorated the desserts. We'll definitely be back ☺️

My son celebrated his 18th birthday there. It was very nice. He had the Wagyu steak and I had the flat iron steak medium rare. We were both thrilled. There were 9 of us in total. The couple's platter was also very well received and was really cheap with two free side dishes. The beans with bacon also had a pleasant smoky aroma.

The whole thing is really well designed and very authentic. You are warmly welcomed and feel very valued and in good hands as a guest. The service was really first class, very quick and extremely polite. The menu leaves nothing to be desired and offers something for everyone. The meat selection is quite large and varied. In addition, the quality of the meat is very good and the product served is convincing across the board. The selection of side dishes and drinks is also very extensive, and there is something for every taste and hunger. If the main course isn't enough to fill you up, you should definitely try the desserts. Large selection of great desserts that are presented in a very interesting way. It should be noted here that the desserts are really very sweet. It was perfectly fine for us, but others were a little surprised by the intense flavors. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is perfectly fine for the overall package you get here. The bottom line is that we can simply recommend this restaurant. The only thing that isn't quite as ideal is the parking situation. It's a bit difficult. But if you allow a few minutes more for the outward journey, you can still get your meal on time. It's really worth it.

Top selection of different types of meat. From local beef to really tasty American Black Angus and Japanese Wagyu. This is what you want from a steak restaurant. In addition, the quality, price and preparation of the steaks are also right. Easy 5 stars for price/performance! You just have to have some patience. There is always a lot going on and it can take up to 45 minutes for the food to be served. But the atmosphere is very successful.

The restaurant manager or boss who welcomed us was very warm and unfortunately the only one that evening who really cared that we got something. Service could definitely be better. What we didn't like at all were the small baked onion rings.. that could definitely be better.. unfortunately we also didn't like the garlic baguette at all.. there's still room for improvement there too.. "For me, the B306 is the undisputed number one when it comes to steaks. The steaks are of outstanding quality and are prepared absolutely professionally to exactly the desired cooking point - it couldn't be better! In terms of taste, they are a real highlight that I still have I haven't experienced it anywhere else. The prices are also more than fair compared to the quality. My personal tip: try the black pepper sauce with the steak - an absolute delight that rounds off the experience perfectly. If you love first-class steaks, you should definitely visit B306!

The food was not only very tasty, but also something completely new - simply amazing! A little tip: Since it is very busy, you should definitely reserve in advance. The parking situation can be a bit challenging, so it's better to arrive a little earlier. All in all, a wonderful evening - yes, it's a little more expensive, but absolutely worth it.
