Neuberts - Das Restaurant in Crimmitschau

Nach meinem Geburtstag war ich mit meiner Mutter und meinem Bruder bei Neuberts essen. Ich hatte ein Hähnchenschnitzel mit Sauce Hollandaise, das wirklich sehr lecker war. Auch der Gruß aus der Küche war eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit. Leider war der Service jedoch eine große Enttäuschung. In den ersten 10 bis 15 Minuten kam niemand an unseren Tisch, sodass wir schon dachten, man hätte uns vergessen – obwohl mehrere Kellner direkt an der Bar neben unserem Tisch standen. Zudem dauerte es von unserer Ankunft bis zum Servieren des Essens über eine Stunde. Das empfinde ich trotz des Grußes aus der Küche als deutlich zu lange. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ leider von Anfang an zu wünschen übrig. Wer über schlechten Service hinwegsehen kann und dem dieser nicht so wichtig ist, wird das leckere Essen sicherlich genießen. Für mich gehört ein guter Service jedoch zu einem Restaurantbesuch dazu. Deshalb werde ich das Restaurant trotz des guten Essens nicht noch einmal besuchen und kann leider nur 2 Sterne geben.

Das Essen ist super lecker. Die Jungs und Mädels sind total aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Das beste Restaurant hier in der Gegend! Das Rinderfilet ist extravagant!

Wir waren in den vergangenen Jahren mehrfach Gäste im Neuberts und haben das Restaurant immer gern besucht. Nach unserem letzten Besuch sehen wir uns jedoch veranlasst, unsere bisherige Bewertung zu korrigieren. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir zunächst die Küche. Das Steak war hervorragend zubereitet, auf den Punkt gebraten und geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch die übrigen Speisen waren insgesamt gelungen- das Salatdressing war leider etwas lasch. Leider steht die Qualität der Speisen für uns inzwischen nicht mehr in einem angemessenen Verhältnis zu den aufgerufenen Preisen. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Ofenpommes. Für 9 Euro erwarten wir eine deutlich bessere Qualität. Die Pommes waren trocken, hart und ungesalzen und auch nicht heiß. Ebenso wenig nachvollziehbar war für uns die Berechnung einer Spargelbeilage für 11 Euro. Wir hatten keine zusätzliche Beilage bestellt, sondern lediglich darum gebeten, die bereits zum Gericht unseres Sohnes gehörende Beilage separat auf einem Teller zu servieren. Die zusätzliche Berechnung empfanden wir daher als unangemessen und haben das beim Kellner auch angesprochen. Noch mehr enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der Service. Wer gehobene Preise verlangt, sollte auch einen entsprechend aufmerksamen und professionellen Service bieten. Gestern war mein Geburtstag, und ich hatte im Vorfeld darum gebeten, den Tisch etwas freundlicher einzudecken. Die Umsetzung beschränkte sich auf etwas Geschenkräuselband und einige abgeschnittene Efeublätter. Eine liebevolle oder festliche Gestaltung konnten wir darin nicht erkennen. Gerade bei einem angekündigten Geburtstag hätten wir uns etwas mehr Mühe und Wertschätzung gewünscht. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir außerdem nicht gefragt, ob wir weitere Getränke wünschen, obwohl unsere Gläser über längere Zeit leer waren, die Bedienung lief mehrfach an uns vorbei. Als unangemessen empfanden wir zudem die ungefragte Ansprache per Du. Formulierungen wie „Ist alles in Ordnung bei euch?“ mögen für manche Gäste passend sein. Wir erwarten jedoch in einem Restaurant grundsätzlich eine höfliche Ansprache mit „Sie“, sofern nichts anderes gewünscht wird. Auch die Platzsituation auf der Terrasse hat unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt. Die Tische standen so dicht beieinander, dass Gespräche der Nachbartische zwangsläufig mitgehört werden konnten. Zusätzlich wurde direkt neben uns stark geraucht. Besonders ungünstig war die Platzierung einer größeren Gruppe auf einem erhöhten Podest unmittelbar neben unserem Tisch. Da wir deutlich tiefer saßen, fiel der Blick während des Essens zwangsläufig auf die nackten Füße und teilweise auch auf die Gesäße der dort sitzenden Gäste. Gleichzeitig war ein sehr intensiver Parfümgeruch wahrnehmbar, der uns den Genuss der Speisen zusätzlich vermieste. Selbstverständlich können die Betreiber nichts für die persönlichen Vorlieben ihrer Gäste. Die Anordnung der Sitzplätze liegt jedoch in ihrer Verantwortung. Hier würden mehr Abstand und eine durchdachtere Platzierung deutlich zu einem angenehmeren Aufenthalt beitragen. Besonders schade finden wir, dass das Neuberts über die Jahre deutlich nachgelassen hat. Frühere Besuche haben wir wesentlich positiver in Erinnerung. Damals stimmten für uns Qualität, Service und Atmosphäre deutlich besser überein. Insgesamt ärgere ich mich darüber, dass ich meinen Geburtstag nicht so genießen konnte, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Gerade an einem besonderen Tag erwartet man ein stimmiges Gesamterlebnis. Dieses Gefühl hat sich bei unserem Besuch leider nicht eingestellt. Es war eher das Gefühl gehetzt sein Essen innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeit essen zu müssen. Unser Fazit: Die Küche liefert weiterhin gute Speisen, das Gesamterlebnis wird dem Preisniveau jedoch nicht mehr gerecht. Aus diesem Grund werden wir das Restaurant künftig nicht mehr besuchen.

Ich durfte mit meiner Frau am 22.05.2026 ihren Geburtstag bei einem niveauvollen Essen ausklingen lassen. 5 Sterne rundum verdient, leider lässt Google nicht mehr zu. Ihr seit jede Empfehlung wert. Danke das wir bei Euch zu Gast sein durften.

Ein außerordentlich gutes Esserlebnis Eine angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre und das freundliche und zuvorkommend Personal sorgen für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Bereits die Speisekarte verrät die gehobene Küche, wobei die Realität die Erwartungen noch übertrifft. Das Essen ist von herausragender Qualität und eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion. Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal bei „Neubert’s“. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service war den ganzen Abend super. Das Essen hat vom „Gruß aus der Küche“, zum Hauptgang bis hin zum Dessert überaus lecker geschmeckt. Wer in der Region eine kulinarische Besonderheit sucht, ist bei „Neubert’s“ genau richtig.

Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert ein Genuss. Im Moment das beste Restaurant im Umkreis. Großes Lob an die Küche, einfach fantastisch, schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Personal super freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Restaurant verdient eigentlich 10 Sterne. Nicht nur die Qualität der Speisen ist exzellent, sondern auch der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter überzeugen vollends! Uns haben Bruschetta, Rumpsteak und Lachs sowie Erdbeersorbet köstlich geschmeckt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Essen: sehr schön, das man sich auf wenige Gerichte konzentriert, muss man vorher Wissen. Aber die absolute Empfehlung sind die Rinder-Steaks. Deshalb kommen wir wieder. Service: sehr aufmerksam, schnell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ambiente: sehr schöne rustikale Gaststube, die Dielen knarren etwas aber das passt dazu. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen - man sitzt teilweise etwas beengt, aber wirklich schlimm ist das nicht, bei mir dennoch einen Stern weniger, meine aktuelle Empfindung. Aber bald kann man ja wieder draußen sitzen;)

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr netter Empfang mit freundlicher aufmerksamer Bedienung. Das Essen war von der Zusammenstellung sowie der Portionsgröße optimal. Auch das Ambiente fand ich sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Absolut Top Restaurant. Sehr freundliche und gute Bedienung, wir wurden oft nach Zufriedenheit und Getränkewünschen gefragt. Das Essen war wirklich überragend, besser lässt es sich nicht beschreiben. Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele Restaurants besucht, aber hatte bis jetzt noch keine so positive und geschmacksvolle Erfahrung gemacht. 1. Die 200g Garnelen in Öl mit Brot serviert, atemberaubend. Auf den Punkt, spitze. 2. Das 300g light Rumpsteak, ich hatte bis zu meinem Besuch anscheinend keine Ahnung wie gut ein Stück Fleisch sein kann. Unglaublich saftig und reich an Fleischgeschmack. Einfach allererste Klasse. 3. Das selbstgemachte Eis - Vanille. Cremig, ideale Temperatur, zergeht auf der Zunge. Ein Glückstag für den Gaumen. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung, die Preise sind definitiv gerechtfertigt!

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend im Neubert's zu Gast und wir waren soooo begeistert. Das Restaurant ist stilvoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein gemütliches Ambiente, freundliche Bedienung und ein schmackhaftes Essen. Jedoch sehr preisintensiv.

Wir waren heute das zweite mal bei Neuberts und haben uns bewusst für den Sonntag entschieden. Wir betrachten das Restaurant und wurden mit einem ziemlich lauten Ton gebeten an der Tür zu warten. Ich kam nicht mal dazu, zu erwähnen, das ich reserviert hatte. Nach ein paar Sekunden, wurden wir an unseren Tisch gebracht und da saßen wir nun, mit Speise und Getränke Karte. Die Kellnerin ist mindestens 8 Mal an uns vorbei gelaufen und hat uns keines Blickes gewürdigt. Irgendwann, so nach einer viertel Stunde, wurden wir nach unserem Getränkewunsch gefragt. Das fand ich nicht so toll und weiß, das es besser geht. Das ist aber meine einzige Kritik, denn das Essen war vorzüglich und auch das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Ich gebe dem Serviceteam die Chance, es beim nächsten Mal besser zu machen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend im Restaurant Neubert’s! Das Essen war hervorragend. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Mein Hund wurde auch direkt mit einer Wasserschale versorgt, sehr aufmerksam. Ein rundum perfekter Abend – wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Neubert’s uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Komme sehr gerne hier her da der Service sehr gut ist und ich das Essen selber so nicht nachkochen kann. Einziges was ich ändern würde wäre die Tische etwas höher setzen da wenn man relativ groß ist mit den Knien den Tisch anheben könnte aber das ist nur nörgeln im hohen Niveau.

Wie immer alles erstklassig und super lecker, ich esse Rinderfilet seit vielen Jahren nur noch hier und in keinem anderen Restaurant. Lob auch an die nette Bedienung!

I enjoyed my visit here, but next time I will call ahead to make a reservation, as the restaurant seems to be quite popular. Everything I tried was good. The only thing is that the day before, I had the same steak at a different restaurant. It was also very tasty, the salad was good as well, and the price was quite a bit lower. Still, I don’t mind paying more for a good dinner. As I visit different restaurants more and more often, I pay closer attention to details. There are some places where waitresses approach you in the middle of your meal and ask if you like the dish. I wonder if they are forced to do this by their manager. Sometimes it feels quite uncomfortable, especially when they ask while you are still chewing.

Overall, a lovely rustic atmosphere, fast young service, and tasty food. My venison with gnocchi and gravy was very good, my wife's dish, goose breast with special dumplings, was unfortunately a bit dry, but still good overall. A little too pricey for us, but otherwise everything was fine.

We were extremely satisfied with the food! The beef fillet with spicy noodles was really well prepared and tasted amazing. The pork schnitzel was also absolutely amazing. The prices aren't cheap, but they're absolutely reasonable for the quality. Overall, a very successful visit – we'd love to come back!

We were there for my birthday. 5 adults and 2 children. The welcome was very pleasant and friendly. The waitress was very attentive, and we felt welcome at all times. There was a special menu and an activity for the kids. Requests and requests regarding food and drinks were promptly fulfilled. The quality of the food and drinks was perfect. The desserts were also unique and definitely homemade. So if you want good food and a great atmosphere, this is the place for you.

We weren't back in the restaurant until Sunday. For us it is and always will be something special. It's upscale but you get really great food. We always treat ourselves to the beef fillet. If you want to go out for a fancy and expensive meal, you should treat yourself to it. You get really good quality food.

A real culinary delight that perfectly rounded off an already great evening. The team was extremely friendly and accommodating, which contributed significantly to the pleasant atmosphere. The girls felt welcome and well looked after right from the start. As far as the price-performance ratio is concerned, everyone was more than satisfied. Conclusion: The Steakhaus Neuberts is the perfect place for a girls' night or any other gathering where you want to enjoy first-class food in a cozy atmosphere. The quality of the meat is outstanding and the preparation leaves nothing to be desired. I've visited many steakhouses in the region, but nothing comes close to Neuberts. The price-performance ratio is impressively fair. For the quality offered and the excellent service you pay a more than reasonable price here. You really get a lot of value for your money. Speaking of service: The team is simply fantastic! Friendly, attentive and very competent. You feel welcome and well advised from the first second. The employees are always there with a smile, without seeming intrusive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting. The rustic ambience creates a warm, cozy atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. It's the perfect place for a relaxing evening with delicious food. In summary: If you are looking for first-class steaks, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere, Steakhaus Neuberts is the right place for you. Discovered and tried out during a short visit to Crimmitschau. Mega we wanted a table for 7 people at short notice and they promptly implemented it. The service was just so friendly that we will be making a second visit. The food was super tasty. Everything together was just really great. Thanks to you from the service and thanks to the kitchen for such a great meal. 10 points for everyone.

I've been living in Crimmitschau for over 20 years and finally managed to get in Food first class, will definitely come back. In Crimmitschau the best place to visit if you can eat a nice steak, the chef knows his craft!!!

Table far too small for 6 people. There were no dishes offered on the menu. I've also eaten oven fries better. All in all I was disappointed.

We had our Christmas party there with 25 people. The location itself is very cozy and rustic, which I like very much. So the ambience was great. Space is more of a problem here. It's quite cramped, some colleagues were positioned really stupidly at the table so that they had table legs between their own legs. Could have been solved differently. The staff was very friendly and often asked for drinks and food. Unfortunately, a few dishes were mixed up, but that can happen given the number of orders. In the end we solved it. The food is simply great. My steak came exactly how I wanted it and tasted amazing! However, you shouldn't underestimate the portions, because we all ordered side dishes that we could barely finish. Nevertheless, a colleague and I shared dessert and we don't regret it. It was exceptional in its composition and tasted really great! We'd love to come by again

Wow, it was really awesome. They took great care of you... The restaurant has a rustic, older appearance and is at the same time very modern in terms of plumbing, for example. The prices seem quite high at the beginning, but for the food that is on offer, the price is completely justified. Definitely take a look at it.

I ended up unexpectedly in the town of Crimmitschau. The food here is exquisite, not that cheap for the area, but the culinary reward is unparalleled. Everything inside is also very nice and cozy. All in all more than very good!

Probably the best beef fillet I've ever had! Went on a company trip over the weekend and the first clue was the Neuberts restaurant! It's a shame we didn't continue to eat there for another few days! It certainly wasn't the first and last time! Thank you so much everyone for this great experience!
