Just one of the best dining experiences you can have. You are coming for an experience more than a meal. Andreas and Andreas are masters at what they do and are a great team. Andreas Lutz, the sommelier, was great to talk to and joke around with. He provided excellent wine pairings for us and customized them to what we were eating as well as what he knew about us. The seating starts at 7pm and there was maybe 14 people in total. They call it a 5 course dinner but it is more like 11 courses if you include everything they give you. In traditional Michelin guidance, we left feeling like we really got a good deal for all the effort that went into providing us with a fantastic experience. We opted for a white truffle addition as well as the full wine pairing and would do this again. It was so nice to sit back and go along for the ride - with no other decisions to be made, just letting the courses come to you. At the end, they provide you with the menu of the food that you ate as well as the wines you drank for future reference which I thought was a great touch. 10 out of 10.

At the weekend I took part in the “Festive Kitchen 2” cooking course. As soon as I got there, I immersed myself in warming, pleasant smells. There were many inspiring suggestions. We cooked together in a relaxed, calm atmosphere where questions were welcome at any time. Of course, at the end there was a banquet with excellent wine accompaniment and what shouldn't go unmentioned: we didn't have to clean up the kitchen. The next day I cooked a recipe and placed an order for fish and meat. Now I'm looking forward to treating others to these treats. Uli

It's absolutely crazy what a mix of food and service is offered here. I wished I could eat in a restaurant like this once in my life and my expectations were more than fulfilled. I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone. Absolute top class

Classic orangery/winter garden feeling with the warmest service. The newly introduced dishes such as tartare or crepe suzette at the table are real highlights. Ms. Gulisano and Mr. Wieczorek in particular made this day very special and acted with sensational hospitality that is rarely experienced today. I'll be back!

WOW - just WOW! Arrived in the shadow book and it was love at first sight. We were warmly welcomed by Christian Marz and from the first moment it was more like a visit to old friends than a dinner in a star restaurant. There is such a relaxed atmosphere here and the team manages to be highly professional and relaxed at the same time. The passion for good food comes to the table here. We had a wonderful evening with excellent service and a 6-course menu from another star. A special experience that will be remembered for a long time.

Everything was perfect here. The menus were innovative. The wine pairing was sensational. The service is impeccable.

We spent a really great New Year's Eve here. We were warmly welcomed and immediately provided with drinks. The 6 course menu was very well thought out and perfectly coordinated. A true work of art. Service was always attentive. We were able to get to know Mr. Fauster when we said goodbye - a few minutes were taken for each guest when we said goodbye. We would definitely come again. Thanks for the special evening!

We were there for the Christmas party On December 6th, 2024 The starter was perfect, unfortunately there wasn't the main course that was announced, the parsed meat wasn't as tasty as advertised, the pear slices were hard, the sauce was ok and the buttons were also ok, the dessert could have been decorated more attractively, but it was yummy.
