Food doesn't fill you up. Of the desserts, all ice cream flavors and milkshakes are not available, which is a real energy booster for my small children after a long flight. Everything is dirty from the tables to the sticky floor. Waiting times for food always vary from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

The absolute favorite are the French fries special XL / mayo x onions Every now and then there are small outliers when it comes to the degree of doneness, as the fry is sometimes not completely cooked through and sometimes has been in the heat for a little too long. But overall recommended. I'm happy to take a portion with you if the queue isn't too long

I would like to share an unfortunate experience I had at this branch on November 1st around 9pm. My visit, which was supposed to be pleasant, was severely affected by the behavior of one of your employees. I ordered a McFlurry and discovered that there was very little sauce in it - barely visible and not particularly satisfying. So I politely turned to an employee (she had a rose tattoo on her neck) and asked for a little more sauce. She explained to me that there was only one serving of sauce, and when I pointed out that there was actually hardly any sauce, she literally threw the McFlurry on the counter and made me a whole new one as if I was a nuisance. The meaning behind it must also be questioned. The way she handed me the new McFlurry was very disrespectful. It felt like she was taking her frustration out on me even though I was just asking for a small touch-up. I then politely asked her to treat me with respect. When I asked her her name, she replied that she wasn't allowed to reveal it. At this point another employee came along and apparently tried to mediate. Although she seemed nice, I had the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and the disrespectful treatment was not addressed. I find it very disappointing that this kind of treatment occurs in a restaurant where hospitality and respect should be fundamental. Every guest has the right to be treated with kindness and respect, and I expect your employees to implement this in their daily work. No one is forced to work in the restaurant industry if they don't enjoy what they do. I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the situation. It would be unfortunate if other guests had to have similar experiences.

If you could give negative stars I would immediately start. Our experience today was beneath all dignity. We ordered through Lieferando, so I've only now seen the other reviews. The money was collected, a confirmation of delivery was sent and then nothing came. After 2 hours the order was shown as delivered. But we didn't receive anything. How outrageous it actually is. Why was a children's menu ordered? Our guests then went somewhere else with the hungry children. Thanks for that
