Hasn't improved Old post: The fries were soft pale and not great. They probably could have done something else. There is too much smoke flavor in the new veggiburger, the old one was better. The way to the upper floor was difficult: the railing stuck almost more than the floor. The toilets matched - disgusting. I haven't seen something like this at McDonald's in a long time.

Never again – disappointing experience across the board Unfortunately, my visit to the Burger King Peine branch (Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 27) on April 12, 2025 was a bitter disappointment. The taste of the burgers was absolutely inedible - dry, carelessly prepared and the bite felt like you were biting into a cardboard box. The onion rings were soft and mushy, completely lacking in bite or freshness. The waiting time was particularly frustrating: despite only one order for four people, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took far too long for us to receive our food. Overall, I had the impression that neither quality nor customer service was a priority here. This was definitely the last visit to this branch for me. It's a shame about the time and money.

The guy at the reception with black curley hair was really calm and friendly and really handle the crowd well.The Pommes was really good and crunchy. The burger buns were fresh and delicious.

This is terrible. Every time I order something, disasters happen. They constantly forget to add sauce or potatoes to the order, or they bring melted ice cream. And today, they took the order at 6:47 PM, and I received it at 7:31 PM. I asked twice where my order was, but no one paid attention. All orders are removed from the order screen as if they had been delivered, but this is fraud. When the girl took the order, she was neither happy nor friendly. And it's always like this. Incredibly unfriendly shop. The staff treats customers like they are a nuisance. Zero service, zero friendliness - you're more likely to be shouted at than given advice. If you like to be treated badly, this is the place for you. For everyone else: it's better to give it a wide berth.

Thank you very much, the food actually tasted quite good but appearances can be deceiving. I didn't order the intestinal cleansing, but if anyone has problems with purification, this shop would be recommended.

A snack bar near the Uhu Castle, simply cool surroundings. Price, performance and food are ok. The service is very friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, my visit was anything but satisfactory. The burger sauce was spread all over the packaging - neither appetizing nor neatly packaged. Even worse: several employees stood smoking right at the entrance door in their work clothes. Shortly afterwards, I saw the same people in the kitchen preparing burgers - with no apparent hygiene measures in between. I placed my order directly in the tray return cart. Employees who saw this didn't even say anything. Overall a very disappointing experience that desperately needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and staff training.
