Top Burger King experience!
I was really pleasantly surprised – everything was right! The team was super friendly, the store was very clean and tidy. The order came quickly, even though there was a lot going on. The food was hot, fresh and really tasty. This is exactly how you imagine a visit to Burger King. I'd love to come back!
Ordering via the machine is as easy as in other branches. Cleanliness isn't exactly at the top of their priority list. For coffee (not to-go), they provided wooden stirrers instead of spoons. This is appropriate for paper cups, but not for cups. The food was brought to the table promptly and was hot.
During peak hours, you might have to wait 12 minutes for your McFlurry, as the order list is processed in order. It used to be different, as while the person in front of you had their burger sizzling, their milkshake was made "on the side."
If you order now, and the person in front of you is a large family, you have to wait until it's ready. Perhaps you should use the cash register for small items instead of the terminal.
Again, on the subject of cleanliness.
The restrooms smell like a highway restroom.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, has changed. changed...it felt even dirtier...there was uncleaned trash on the tables (yes, I know, that's the customer's responsibility...but...if they don't do it, who will?).
All the tables in our row were beyond greasy...the waitresses didn't care, but instead slunk through the store...and walked past the trash on the tables/floor anyway.
And when we arrived, there really wasn't much going on...
No...honestly...it's not okay.
It takes forever. There's always something missing. You get it delivered without comment, but it's annoying. And today all of a sudden the entire order receipt was gone. So we had to wait for three quarters of an hour and have to discuss things with the staff.
When the order came, it was cold. So just forgotten somewhere.
That was the last time we were there.
The staff is undoubtedly trying, but somehow poorly organized.
I never expect much from branches of this chain.
However, it should be possible to hand out the right burgers. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got to the hotel that I noticed that there was Chrispy Chicken in the package instead of the M. Right packaging, wrong burger.
By the way, when put together correctly it also looks different, the two Chrispy Chickens that I had instead of an M and a Chrispy Chicken, looked more like they were thrown together.
They absolutely didn't understand the principle of fast food. The shop is almost empty and yet you wait almost 25 minutes for two tortillas. It would probably be quicker if you went to the supermarket and prepared your own food.
The food was quite good, the curry sauce is very nice, the fries were well seasoned and crispy. The burgers were quite good, the churros were nice and greasy (even though many complain, churros have to be greasy)
Totally okay for the prices
Next time I'll try half a chicken 😉
What I had to notice last time and unfortunately also this time is that the tables were not clean... The ambience suffers as a result. I read that in a lot of reviews too. There is still something you can do.
Otherwise the service was super nice and very child-friendly.
I've been working in food production and tasting for 36 years. I really didn't expect something like that. Half a chicken. It was barely bigger than a pigeon. It was absolutely over-salted and tasted really disgusting. After a bit it ended up in the trash. The supposed burgers were really small and about 2 to 3 mm. They were supposedly meat and pressed together with two cucumbers. The fries were also over-salted €27.10 for two people. I used to enjoy eating at Kochlöffel, but what I and my wife did 04/07/2025 1:44 p.m. here at Kochlöffel we were so disgusted, it was simply unappetizing (never again) absolutely not recommended
On 04/04/2025 at 8:30 pm I placed an order and the person in charge who gave me the order did not give me the entire order and took bad care of me when I complained to him about my order, very poor attention, in addition they do not deliver the order I know, they do those who do not understand it and it is not the first time it happens to me
Terrible experience. We ordered BK through Uber Eats and they did not deliver part of our order. We complained and got no response at all. Zero respect to the client.
