In this branch, something is forgotten or packed incorrectly in roughly every second order we place (evaluation horizon 1-1.5 years).
General criticism of company policy:
As a customer, you become an employee and have to put together your order yourself using touchscreens in the entrance area and pay for it in advance. This savings plan is now also evident in other companies. This is clearly at the expense of the perception of service.
Why is table service only from 12??? You arrive a few minutes early and there is no more service. Sad or lazy, what should you call it? Two burgers and a drink cost you 20 euros, so you can probably ask for service! Anytime! One more thing.... which dishes do you recommend..... there should also be things that are available. Awkward.
Were served very unfriendly at the counter. We should probably order at the terminal. Because my son didn't immediately know what he wanted for dessert, apple pieces were forced on him because he would already consume enough unhealthy foods with Cola.
Taste was OK, but... The filet-o-fish was only topped with half or a quarter slice of cheese. The fries were lukewarm.
In general, all the employees walked around the store in a rather bad mood.

Die Becher vom Latte 1 voll, 1 ner nur halbvoll. Der Herr wollte uns klar machen, dass das die Maschine macht. Egal, die Becher müssen beide voll sein. Wenn das so bleibt, sie dieser Mc Donald nicht mehr unser. Schade!

I'll probably avoid this branch in the future. You stand in line for 20 minutes at the McColl's drive-thru. If you point this out, they laugh at you and tell you that the store is full. However, it's completely incomprehensible that two employees are idling around in the parking lot and apparently can take a break when everything's full.
And then they don't even offer a small apology if you have to wait another five minutes after ordering.
Was here after 9 p.m. to order Mc Nuggets and a Bic Mac. Ordering took a long time because all the employees were busy and helped with packing.
It also took quite a long time until the food was ready.
The result, my food was cold. I told this to an employee and criticized it. Unfortunately no reaction. Was simply ignored!
