Waited half an hour and didn't even order.

Toilet is under water. Hygiene terrible. Self-Order has no paper and is out of service. Even though it wasn't busy (4 other customers), I had to wait 15 minutes for churros. March 14, 2025 4:00 p.m

This is my first Google review, but after the shocking treatment I received on 3/2/25, I feel compelled to do so. After a long day and travel, I went to this McDonald's with my boyfriend and a friend for a quick bite to eat. We were tired and ordered at the order terminal. My friend wanted a McFlurry with Smarties, but the terminal only showed the plain version. I was distracted and thought he took it anyway. Additionally, the terminal did not print our order ticket. Later, my friend saw that other guests had a McFlurry with Smarties and asked me to ask when picking up the food. At the checkout I explained to the employee that we had chosen the wrong option and wanted the Smarties-McFlurry. She seemed helpful at first, but then realized that the McFlurry wasn't even on our order (my friend had changed his mind). Instead of remaining objective, she began to ridicule me in front of her colleague and imply that I was lying. When I calmly explained to her that it was a misunderstanding and that I was willing to pay, she became loud and accused me of deliberately lying to get the McFlurry for free. I tried to explain to her that it would be absurd to order two menus for €12 each and then cheat for €3, but she continued to yell at me in front of other customers. I ended up leaving the store without the McFlurry and feeling bad. I am an honest person and I don't like to be portrayed as a fraud for no reason. I hope a manager checks this behavior. Maybe the employee had bad experiences with other customers, but you can't treat people that way - especially when they apologize and want to pay. Sad and completely unprofessional.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Extremely loud acoustics, crooked, wobbly tables, ordering only possible at the checkout and long waiting times because only one checkout was occupied. Then Coke Zero and Diet Coke were not available and exchanging for mineral water was not possible. I definitely won't eat here again.

I was just at this McDonald's, which could win the award for worst in the world. A dingy atmosphere, no seating, food is handed out in a bag without being asked (presumably to pocket the difference in VAT), and the rudest staff imaginable.

I don't understand why they don't cut the pizza even if you write it down. Really frustrating... Ordered 3 times but never again

My boyfriend and I ordered an ice cream, it was only half full, so I asked the staff if that was right, they laughed at me and the boss who made the ice cream said that that was the right amount, in every other McDonald's you get a full ice cream!! 😡

What can you say...Mc Donald has...everything OK The only thing I “complain” about here is that, like all “small” branches, they don’t have everything on offer. Sorely miss my beloved McRib 🤷🏻‍♂️

I tried and ordered the online menu coupons there with my family. Super tasty at a good price. Service and cleanliness are good. This Burger King branch is recommended.

Either the food is cold, or you have to check when you're at the car counter to make sure everything you ordered and paid for is in the bag. I ordered two cheeseburgers, fries and nuggets 30 minutes ago. But there was only 1 burger in it even though I paid for 2. Those responsible should ensure that the staff can speak German, read and count.

Disgusting place, how can you serve breakfast cold, never go here
