Restaurant calls me and says he couldn't deliver the order because the distance was too far (ordered via Lieferando) wanted 7€ extra so I put it in the hands of the supplier instead of 35.50 he wanted 42.50! I find this dubious criminal tactic absolutely unacceptable! Of course I expect my money back immediately (since I paid online) and it's best that no one orders here to avoid the pointless stress with this strange restaurant!

I've been going to this McDonald's on the A45 for many years so far everything has been generally good... In the future I will avoid this shop completely. I tried to complain about an order to exchange a burger... (of course I wanted to pay the difference) The manager (young blonde guy with very short hair) explained to me that this wasn't possible because otherwise he would make a loss... I could order an additional burger... and throw away the one you ordered incorrectly when asked… The bill for two people of just under €30 was apparently not enough for him to make a plus… It's not possible... every restaurant can cancel a receipt... and refund money if necessary... In addition, the men's toilet... a urinal covered by two was out of order and the floor was floating... great... MC Donalds as an American corporate concept that puts service and quality above all else....arrived in the service desert of Germany...and the blonde guy represents this global corporation... Mr. Briol the owner apparently no longer needs it and can afford employees who scare away long-time guests... There is also a McDonald's in Freudenberg... which will be my point of contact in the future... maybe for other travelers too... then no customers who want to complain about something will bother you... Good luck with the idiots who put up with this kind of behavior towards customers... For maybe 3.50 euros, you scare away a customer who has already left hundreds of euros there for over 20 years in the past (real arithmetic artist, the guy 🤣) Avoid the store... then the store can close due to wealth….

Before an order is even processed, the staff spends 10 minutes on their cell phones. Food tastes like it has already been chewed twice by the residents of the next building. And it's an absolute disgrace to demand money for these toilets with urinals that are arranged so that two people touch each other's bottoms.

Buttered Brezel…must be days old. Rock hard, and as i am already on a train, the only option is to bin it. Definitely avoid

RE-EDIT: just got a rock hard/cold BigMac again EDIT: Only hamburgers/cheesburgers are pre-produced. Therefore this point of criticism is omitted! I've just received a BigMac for the third time in a row that I could have used to drive nails into the wall... There's too much pre-production that's obviously lying around forever.

Greasy, tasted like nothing and hardly any vegetables in the sauce. Never again!
