This man is incapable of running McDonald's. The reviews of the individual branches speak volumes. Systematic customer fraud.

I've been going to this McDonald's on the A45 for many years, and so far, everything has been generally good... In the future, I will avoid this place completely. I tried to complain about an order to exchange a burger... (I wanted to pay the difference, of course). The manager (a young blond guy with very short hair) explained to me that this wasn't possible because otherwise he would lose money... I could order an additional burger... and throw away the incorrect one upon request... The bill for two people of just under €30 was apparently too low for him to make a profit... That's completely unacceptable... any restaurant can cancel a receipt... and refund money if necessary... Additionally, the men's restroom... one of the two urinals was covered and out of order, and the floor was leaking... great.... McDonald's is an American business concept that prioritizes service and quality above all else... arrived in the service desert of Germany... and the blond guy represents this global corporation... Mr. Briol, the owner, apparently no longer needs it and can afford employees who drive away long-time customers... There's also a McDonald's in Freudenberg... which will be my go-to place in the future... maybe for other travelers too... then customers who want to complain won't bother me... Good luck with the idiots who tolerate this kind of behavior towards customers... For maybe €3.50, they drive away a customer who has already left hundreds of euros there over 20 years in the past (that guy is a real math whiz 🤣) Stay away from that store... then the store can close for wealth...

I thought the hygiene concept at this McDonald's was great, but the cappuccino wasn't worth the price of the cup it came in. €3.39 for a large cup of lukewarm milk? I wasn't even sure if there was any coffee in it. I travel a lot and often get coffee from McDonald's, but the quality varies as much as the franchisees. Sometimes it's excellent, but here it's unfortunately extremely disappointing, not to say abysmal. The one star is for the product, not for the excellent hygiene concept.
