I've been going to this McDonald's on the A45 for many years so far everything has been generally good... In the future I will avoid this shop completely. I tried to complain about an order to exchange a burger... (of course I wanted to pay the difference) The manager (young blonde guy with very short hair) explained to me that this wasn't possible because otherwise he would make a loss... I could order an additional burger... and throw away the one you ordered incorrectly when asked… The bill for two people of just under €30 was apparently not enough for him to make a plus… It's not possible... every restaurant can cancel a receipt... and refund money if necessary... In addition, the men's toilet... a urinal covered by two was out of order and the floor was floating... great... MC Donalds as an American corporate concept that puts service and quality above all else....arrived in the service desert of Germany...and the blonde guy represents this global corporation... Mr. Briol the owner apparently no longer needs it and can afford employees who scare away long-time guests... There is also a McDonald's in Freudenberg... which will be my point of contact in the future... maybe for other travelers too... then no customers who want to complain about something will bother you... Good luck with the idiots who put up with this kind of behavior towards customers... For maybe 3.50 euros, you scare away a customer who has already left hundreds of euros there for over 20 years in the past (real arithmetic artist, the guy 🤣) Avoid the store... then the store can close due to wealth….

I thought the hygiene concept was great at this McDonald's, but the cappuccino wasn't worth the money for the cup it was in. 3.39 for a large mug of lukewarm milk? I wasn't even sure if there was any coffee in it. I travel a lot and often get coffee from McDonald's but the quality is as different as the franchisees. Sometimes excellent, here unfortunately extremely disappointing, not to say substandard. The one star is for the product, not for the great hygiene concept.

Had a menu, curly fries were too salty and the long chicken was only luke warm. Drinks ok Service staff very accommodating. Nevertheless, I won't stop there again.

There was a person who bullied me out because she couldn't get along with me. I was also supposed to complete 5 tasks at the same time. That means: While I'm collecting, I should, among other things, get more fries, use the deep fryer so that people have the meat available for the burgers, and at the same time have the balloons ready for the customers. Should keep the path clean and also make sure that the drink supply was right. All in exactly the same time. It doesn't surprise me at all that colleagues came and went there. Management as it was held there is usually handled differently. However, of course everyone may have a different hand. However, in my opinion, many aspects did not agree with the employees' statements or with what I thought was the logic. But I recommend everyone to take his or her own picture. However, I definitely won't go there again. It also said: actually never work for more than 3 days in a row. Then it turned into 6 days. However, I left the bullying voluntarily. Especially since salaries are often messed up. I received less for my work. If it actually goes to court, it doesn't matter how good the lawyers there are. For my part, I have informed everyone who needs to know. So I'm 100% protected.
