The very last thing I can't think of that's different right now is I waited almost 1.5 hours for the food then the stuff arrives ice cold and the best thing is two of the dishes are wrong, no one can be reached by phone, beef sausage from the deep fryer, not even my dog ate it absolute hammer

Good McDonalds close to the highway, staff OK, relatively clean. I got normal nuggets instead of spicy nuggets and the employee didn't apologize when they exchanged them and simply threw the old ones away (could they have offered us?) and handed them new ones without comment.

Completely crazy staff booked vouchers incorrectly. I didn't feel like complaining in real time because explanatory communication was probably only possible with hand and foot signals.

Warnung: Ekelhaft, vergammelt. Komplett weggeworfen. So ist die über 1 Stunde. Verspätete bei Lieferando bestellte Lieferung knapp umschrieben. Die Bezeichnung skandalös ist untertrieben. Nachdem die Lieferung zum angekündigten Zeitpunkt nicht kam, wurde vergeblich versucht, über die offizielle Telefonnummer die Niederlassung von McDonald’s in Hanau telefonisch zu erreichen. Niemand hob auch beim dritten Versuch ab. Daraufhin wurde der Franchise – Nehmer identifiziert und angerufen. Auch eher reagierte nicht. Über 1 Stunde verspätet traf dann die Lieferung ein. Begründet wurde die Verzögerung damit, der Boote und seine Kollegen seien erkrankt. Wahrscheinlich haben sie selbst an den so genannten Lebensmitteln genippt, für deren Auslieferung sie verantwortlich sind. Die Lieferung war komplett kalt. Die Platten, feinkörnig, kalten Fleischpads rochen muffig. Der Salat auf den Fleisch – Hamburger war ebenso verwelkt, wie auf einem Burger mit Huhn und einem mit Fisch. Angekündigte Saucen waren nur in homöopathischen Dosen feststellbar, die Kartoffeln weich, ölig und ebenfalls ungenießbar. Nachdem wir die Lieferung nach essbaren Teilen vergeblich durchsucht haben, haben wir sie komplett der Mülltonne anvertraut. Unsere Nasen meinen, dass wir vielleicht einen Fall für das örtliche Gesundheitsamt vorliegen haben, nicht aber für Essensbestellungen.

We have never been treated so disrespectfully! It says "please wait to be seated" at the entrance. We waited there for 10 minutes, the waitress looked at us several times but ignored us completely. Meanwhile, the last table was occupied by someone else who didn't follow the rules and simply bypassed the sign at the entrance. For this reason, we went to the waitress to ask what was going on, i.e. why they made us stand there for 10 minutes and instead served the guests who simply walked past the sign. She then said that the board is just there and if there is no space for it, she doesn't care, it doesn't interest her. I have never experienced such incompetent and disrespectful service. No apologies, just cheeky answers. And that's only because we stuck to the sign they put up. Really outrageous!

I ate at Burger King and my experience was really bad. The service was really disastrous and rude. I was there for an hour and they turned away half the customers. They didn't take orders at all and said to only order through the machine.

Very bad... cold burgers and fake burgers as if the ingredients had been scraped from the floor... now so expensive that it almost makes sense to go to a restaurant for two instead of this disgusting food. I will never stop there (Weiskirchen) again! The staff doesn't speak any/hardly any German. All in all it was just disgusting. Tip: Write to Burgerking directly... the operator's license should be revoked... that has nothing to do with what Burgerking is doing.
