Burger King in Rodgau

Very bad... cold burgers and fake burgers as if the ingredients had been scraped from the floor... now so expensive that it almost makes sense to go to a restaurant for two instead of this disgusting food. I will never stop there (Weiskirchen) again! The staff doesn't speak any/hardly any German. All in all it was just disgusting. Tip: Write to Burgerking directly... the operator's license should be revoked... that has nothing to do with what Burgerking is doing.

Very bad service!!! You won't be served at 9:35 p.m.!!! And kicked out Closing time is 10pm!!! Today on September 25th, 2024

The food is ok. The employees here are overwhelmed pretty quickly and then turn off the terminals and stop accepting customers and don't talk to customers, especially the gentleman with the glasses who has been there for a while

Really, the very last shop! You wait in line here for at least 30 minutes because the employees can't do anything, i.e. nothing at all. One at the back at the grill, one at the counter and the best part of the whole thing is that the third employee is chilling outside on a park bench. Do yourself a favor and just drive further than stopping here!

Incompetent staff, cold burgers and fries. Absolutely bad BK, I will never stop here again at the Weisskirchen rest area on the A3.

We had to wait 25 minutes for our food. An error was made when ordering (ordered too much). Due to the waiting time (and because we wanted to take something else for our son), we didn't declare the order. EVERY order picked up contained errors. Literally EVERY customer went back because something was missing. “Unfortunately” we were able to observe this well while waiting. We weren't asked about the drink when we got our menu (ordered at the counter because the self-service machines weren't working). We were also not asked whether we would like the fries to have ketchup or mayonnaise. 2 burgers were missing. The sauces for the kids boxes were wrong. The food was cold. (Except for the 2 burgers prepared later). At the same time, some of the burger sandwiches and meat were burned. The staff seemed helpless and overwhelmed. They only spoke the most necessary words to customers.

Open until 22:00 according to the sign but at 21:45 doors already didn't open. Very nice. Not.

Instead of Sprite they brought some kind of water with lemon, the burger was overcooked, there were stains on it from the stove, there was hair in the potatoes

My rating for the management: -5 stars. -- because: Last Saturday, July 20, 2024, I was there in the afternoon and ordered a cheeseburger. Waiting time: 30 minutes. The store was full but there were obviously only untrained staff there. That's not possible (Saturday, the start of the holidays, the management is probably aware of that too!!!) I feel sorry for the poor guys who have to toil at this King

Good for fastfood, enough seating, and a toilet

Worst BK ever! We just stopped for a little meal, it was an outrageous impudence in every respect. The parking lot is so full of trash that it's reminiscent of a dystopia. Everything in the BK Restaurant was also very dingy. The menu had declared about 3 out of 5 dishes as “sold out”, so we ordered two burgers and a cola with ice. The ice melted immediately, and the cola was still lukewarm and completely non-carbonated. The whopper was the worst of my life, a sad thing, sparsely topped and all the ingredients in a heap in the middle of the burger. Salad was only contained in homeopathic quantities. My friend had real bacon (!) on her veggie burger. Worst BK ever

I'm never coming back to this Burger King again. I would rather keep driving until I find a more decent place to eat. Salad is not being offered at all, it's quite busy, service is slow and they don't accept restaurant vouchers just because they don't feel like taking them. Hubby and kids are also really disappointed.

Unfortunately it was chaos, the ordering machine went on strike at the end of the order. We have observed this happening to others too. When we ordered at the counter, there were difficulties in communication. When the order finally came, fries and coke were missing (we still got them), but there was an extra cheeseburger 😄 There is room for improvement in terms of taste! It would have been better if we had gone somewhere else

It's dirty in the kitchen, there are 5 employees standing around while 2 are serving. One is constantly on the phone. Customers are loudly gossiped about. The burgers were not well made. Toppings were missing.

There is a toilet downstairs in the building, and because of this toilet there is a pungent smell in the building. In the toilets, you can't even stand near the toilet as it stinks (without a toilet bowl). Upstairs, where there are more refreshment companies, this smell mixes with burnt oil. Otherwise, the food is fast, warm, the taste is normal. But the smell is horrible. Even though it was cold outside, I had to go outside with my food. edit: 11.7.2024 today I bought some snacks and sat outside. There are 4 tables. 2 tables were full of leftovers that some people can't clean up after themselves. After a while the BurgerKing attendant came out, I thought to myself "hmm, it can be cleaned" But the attendant sat down at the other empty table. In a moment, the gentleman came out with his salary (food from BurgerKing), he had nowhere to sit (he put it on the full table and had to clear it himself so he had somewhere to eat). The waiter was playing with the phone by the empty tables. 😲🙉

Absolutely unfriendly and not customer oriented. Was yelled at at 9:43 p.m. when I was standing at the ordering terminal that it was closed and I should get out. Happened on 06/27/24

I ordered the Crispy Chicken and the fillet looked like plastic, I think it had everything except chicken, the taste was very bad, and it was nothing like the image in the advertising!

Why throw one person into a job for two? 45 minutes of waiting and then it wasn't even the right order! After making a factual complaint you will be shouted at. Drive on to mc’s.

I ordered but waited almost an hour for my food. As if everyone was here on the first day, they were hanging around as if they were about to die. Lots of people nervous and waiting for food. Well, I have never experienced such horror anywhere. I don't recommend it at all for the glued floor, you stick to the floor and when you walk your shoes squeak from something sticky, but manure.

Because we were the only customers who needed to be served, it took a long time. There was no one at the counter for 10 minutes. I almost took my food out of the warmer myself, which of course was cold when I finally got it. The staff is also extremely unfriendly.

We ordered two Big King.. we received something indefinable.. Staff couldn't speak German or the composition of the products.. simply disappointing for €22.75 😡😡😡

Unfortunately the tables were clean. Even though there was almost no one there, the preparation took a long time. And the hot blondie with ice cream was still completely frozen so you could only eat the ice cream. Not recommendable.

Got a Mayo as a gift so one star. The slowest burger king I know. The French fries man just stood there and looked around. His behavior in general is also TERRIFYINGLY CREEPY. Either totally screwed up or taking some medication. Never again. Thanks for the mayo.

There is currently no Burger King there

I was there yesterday for an ice cream, the staff said they didn't have it in the range, my look at the ice cream and shake machine told me it was a lie, ice cream cups and 4 cans of toppings (Smarties, Oreo, KitKat and another variety) were there . Then my money went to the gas station, which had a large selection of ice cream. The reputation of fast food chains is going downhill. Sad but unfortunately true.

Employee at the checkout, totally incompetent, no answer to any question, was asked about "peeping" on the fries, said they didn't have anything like that, when asked how the fries with sauce should otherwise be eaten, all they got was a shrug of the shoulder

Waited 30 minutes for a (!) children's menu, toys were forgotten and there wasn't much going on. Order was only processed after half an hour when asked. How does it work?!

The service was slow for the food, we waited 19 minutes, the food was a total nightmare, we ate in the restaurant and received everything in paper bags for the money, it didn't happen

I have never experienced anything like it. Waited 30 minutes for the food we ordered!! Ordered 2 Hamburgee planes, one was with cucumbers and bacon. The other burgers were packed completely messily, squashed, the sauce smeared everywhere. Expected something better for almost €30. We will never stop there again!!

Total chaos, an employee at the front who is unable to call out orders clearly and just mumbles to himself. You can't order side dishes individually on the order screens and you can't order them at the checkout because the employee was so overwhelmed and even after asking twice and waiting 10 minutes, nothing happened. Suitable personnel would be necessary here.

Overall not good, meat was burnt, received an incorrect order twice. No straws/wipes and a hair between my fries. The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. Received a new burger for free because the order was wrong. For us this was a bad experience.

Roadside restaurant. The chicken nuggets were very weak and we were unsure whether we got the veggie or chicken nuggets. It's not too clean. Good for a quick bite

I never write reviews, however today I wanted to mark my words down. I want to compliment the staff (2 ladies) working here today! The three if us had lunch at this Burger King on February 8th around lunch time. There were two women working during the lunch shift. Both of them were amazing! They worked fast, diligent, clean, and provided great service! Peaking into the kitchen showed that the workplace was clean and organized. The lady at the cashier was working fast and took orders as well as helping in the kitchen. A well oiled machine and a constant stream of "Vielen Dank, Guten Appetit" I personally worked in hospitality most of my career and have managed several (fast casual) restaurants. It's a tough business at times. But I can say that these two ladies deserve a good compliment for the work they do! Thank you both. You both rock! Any business is lucky to have you.

At 12 noon there wasn't much going on and I got to it straight away. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect German. The food was warm. I am happy

We waited 30 minutes till the guy collected our order. There where 2 people working we ordered a chilly burger and there was more jalapeño’s than meat. The chicken nugget burger was full of chilly sauce and 2 small chicken nuggets. The meat in the rest of the butgers felt like i was chewing on soft wood. The people wore no gloves. And his hand was litterally inside his mouth and then touched our french fries and burgers. But itherwise the guy was kind.

Super nice service, even cut our burger for us because the vegan burger is only available in large. Super Service!

Zügige Bedienung. Als wir da waren sehr wenig Betrieb kurz nach uns war schon mehr los.

Obwohl es nur halbvoll war, wurden keinerlei Tische abgewischt. Das Essen war lauwarm.

Personal war maximal unfreundlich und genervt von der Tatsache das mehr als 2 Personen vor ihm stehen. Zero Getränke gab es nicht und auf die Frage ob man einen Mehrweg Becher haben könne (dieser wird groß mit Schild beworben) wurde nur die Augenbrauen hoch gehoben und ungläubig gefragt was das denn bitte sei. War eher so ne semi gute Erfahrung hier zu rasten.

Leider nur ein Sanitär Coupon pro Bestellung einlösbar. Nervt....

Naja, ganz Okay, eine Raststelle eben. Service war aber sehr freundlich und schnell. Toiletten sehr sauber und der Sanifair Gutschein wurde sogar zu 100% bei Burger King eingelöst.

Riecht unangenehm nach altem Fett und die Burger sind auch nicht wirklich genießbar. Einrichtung wie aus 1990, alles alt und abgebrochen. Mir wurde schlecht beim Essen, alles hat mich eher angeekelt. Das Essen war wenigstens heiß.

Kleines, aber gutes Burger King Restaurant, im Raststättengebäude linke Hand gelegen. Die Burger waren frisch und heiß, die Pommes waren auch gut und auch passend gewürzt. Hier halte ich bestimmt mal wieder an.

Auf der Raststätte ist es immer speziell. Es gibt keine Coupons und es dauert. Mach ich nur wenn ich wirklich Schmacht habe.

Das Ergebnis zählt. Wir waren hier zu Gast und hatten uns eine Weile angestellt, weil sich eine britische Familie vor uns etwas schwer tat mit der Bestellung. Als wir an der Reihe waren und drei plant based Hamburger bestellen wollten, wurde uns eröffnet, dass es keine vegetarischen Pattys in der Größe gäbe. Das schien ein permanentes Problem zu sein. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte gestresst und nicht gerade freundlich und kundenorientiert. Er bot lediglich an, dass wir doch den viel teureren plant based whopper nehmen könnten. Für etwas mehr Produkt den mehr als dreifachen Preis zahlen? Das wollten wir nicht. Der Mitarbeiter wollte uns eigentlich nur noch loswerden. Ich habe mich vor allem daran gestört, dass plant based für die kleinen Produkte nicht einfach deutlich durchgestrichen war. Dann hätte ich mir die Wartezeit gespart. Deshalb war ich jetzt sauer und verlangte, dass sie doch den großen Patty auf den Hamburger machen könnten. Wenn sie uns den Überstand nicht gönnen wollten, dann könnten sie ihn abschneiden und anderweitig verwenden. Nach einiger Diskussion in der der Mitarbeiter meinte das nicht entscheiden zu können, verlangte ich den Vorgesetzten, der mir dann auch telefonisch gegeben wurde. Im Ergebnis haben wir die drei Hamburger mit übergroßen Patties bekommen. Als Entschuldigung für unsere Unannehmlichkeiten waren diese sogar komplett kostenfrei. Für mich zählt das Ergebnis und deshalb gibt es die fünf Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter haben bestimmt etwas gelernt und sind jetzt hoffentlich etwas freundlicher und kennzeichnen Produkte die temporär oder permanent nicht verfügbar sind transparent mit Abklebungen.

Bei meinem Besuch war das Personal (insgesamt drei Personen für Zubereitung, Bestellannahme, Kasse etc.) völlig überfordert. Nach ca. 20 Minuten in der gar nicht so langen Schlange bin ich zur nächsten Raststätte mit McDonald's weitergefahren.

Burger wie in einer Kette übereinstimmend. Aber es gibt weder Salat noch Desserts. Das wird dem Konzept BK und den Gästen nicht gerecht und sollte überdacht und überarbeitet werden.
