Smart Pizza Rodgau in Rodgau

Ordered once, never arrived. The next time, after two hours, they said, "It's coming right away." Another hour later, the pizza finally arrived, but the pizza delivery driver didn't have any change. I sent him away right away. It was now 2 a.m.

Warning: This business shares a phone number with the neighboring "Lara Döner Pizza Rodgau"! We ordered two pizzas for delivery. However, we received two doner kebabs. When we asked the delivery driver, we were referred to the "boss," who was extremely rude on the phone when we asked him to send us the correct dishes or refund our money. He simply claimed we hadn't ordered from the pizzeria but from the doner kebab shop. As an "apology," we were repeatedly told, "The driver's gone!"; "Why shouldn't they share a phone number with Smart Pizza?!"; and "I don't care what they want!" We received neither the ordered dishes nor our money back. I recommend avoiding this place and the neighboring Lara Pizza Döner Rodgau like the plague.

The pizza has really improved, the staff is very friendly, and the decor is also very nice. The pizzeria is open until midnight, but Google says it's open until 2 a.m., which is the only thing that needs to be improved.

You can order online until 2 a.m. (as Google states), even though the store apparently closes at midnight. You even receive a confirmation email. After waiting over an hour and calling, we were told the order was never processed. Change your opening hours on Google so this doesn't happen. Now it's 2 a.m., we're hungry, and everything is closed.

So that was definitely the last time I ordered from smart pizza. Last time we ordered, we ordered several pizzas, and the seafood pizza somehow didn't have any seafood in it 🙄 The prices are different on every website. They told me on the phone that I still had an old flyer in my hands. I wanted to pick up the order, and lo and behold, the same flyers were lying strangely on the counter, but I had to pay a different amount. Well, I just let it go. Today we wanted to order there again, hoping the (chefs) were having a good day, but no, the Elvis pizza, which usually comes with hollandaise sauce and tomato sauce, tasted a bit strange, but it was good. I don't think we need to talk about the salad; it feels like it's been sitting in the fridge for days and tastes just like that. So, they've lost a good customer with us, and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone!!!!! Add to that the fact that most delivery services in Rodgau are all owned by one company (even if they have different names). Best regards

Sehr gutes essen und schnelle Lieferung

Trotz der schlechten Bewertungen hier bestelle ich sehr gerne bei smart pizza und die Pizza ist einfach jedesmal Bombe genauso wie die Pommes ich finde es sehr empfehlenswert. Und die Lieferung ist bei uns immer super zügig weiter so!

Super Essen und Preis-leistung stimmt! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

So far I have had pizza from this place and burgers and they are both great. When I order the pizza I get the diavolo, and guess what it's actually spicy.(not recommended for the average german) . When I ordered the burger I got the chili cheese with spicy aioli sauce and Wow it's spicy. I was very surprised by this because usually in germany when you ask for spicy they put black pepper on it and call it extrem scharf. I am very happy with this place and i hope they keep up the good work.😁

An sich gibt es bei euch mega leckeres Essen welches gut schmeckt.... Nur gefrorene chilli cheese nuggets zu erhalten ist schon dreist.

Just ordered a pizza from this place. I ordered a diavolo pizza with the special hot sauce.This is the first time I ordered something in germany that said it was spicy ,and it actually had some heat to it. It's got a kick that I like and it's also creamy. It's not the best pizza I have ever had but next to the other jokers on Lieferando this pizza is by far the best.

Haben schon oft dort bestellt. Bisher immer sehr lecker.

Essen um 00:00 bestellt, es kam an um 01:50. Lieferando sagte: 35 Min Lieferzeit. Haben keine Entschädigung dafür bekommen. !!Aber!! Pizza, Burger, Pommes und Tiramisu waren überraschenderweise wirklich gut. Aufgrund dessen, da es um das Wesentliche geht - das Essen - vergebe ich 4 Sterne.

Ich bestelle hier gern zum Selbst-Abholen. Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine Feinschmecker-Pizzeria, eher um ein gutes durchschnittliches Bestellrestaurant. Wer für die hier geltenden Preise noch mehr erwartet, der hat überzogene Vorstellungen. Ich habe bisher die Medium-Pizza noch nicht ganz geschafft, und das ist wirklich eine Leistung! ;-) Qualität und Quantität passen sehr gut zusammen. Sonntags darf man auch nicht die Top-Frische beim Grünzeug erwarten. Hier hilft nachdenken. Die Kommunikation passt. Einfach mal probieren. (Diese Rezension basiert auf persönlichen Erfahrungen meiner Person UND die meiner Frau. Sie ist subjektiv und NICHT verallgemeinernd. Ich äußere hier meine persönliche Meinung.)

Hab mich von den schlechten Bewertungen nicht beeinflussen lassen und wollte meine Erfahrung selbst machen. Und siehe da seit 4 Monaten Stammkunde! Top Essen, Top Personal super faire Preise.

Freundliches Personal und super Öffnungszeiten, am Wochenende bis 2:00 geöffnet. Pizza und Nudeln sind in Ordnung, aber recht teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Lieferdiensten.

Bisher war es immer gut. Bei der letzten Bestellung mussten wir leider 2 Stunden warten. Geld gab es erst durch viel Umstand zurück. Sehr Schade. Daher nur 2 Sterne.
