Smart Pizza Rodgau in Rodgau

Ordered once, never arrived. Next time I ordered, after 2 hours they said "yes, it's coming soon", an hour later the pizza finally arrived, but the pizza driver didn't have any change with him. Then I sent him away again straight away. It was now 2 a.m.

Attention, this shop shares a telephone number with the neighboring “Lara Döner Pizza Rodgau”! We ordered two pizzas to our home here. However, two kebab plates arrived. When we asked the delivery driver, we were referred to the “boss”, who responded extremely rudely to our request over the phone to deliver the dishes we ordered or to refund our money. He simply claimed we didn't order from the pizzeria but from the kebab shop. As an “excuse” we were greeted one after the other with “The driver is gone!”; “Why shouldn’t you share a number with Smart Pizza?!” and “It doesn’t matter what they want!” We didn't get the dishes we ordered or our money back. I recommend giving this shop and the neighboring Lara Pizza Döner Rodgau a wide berth.

The pizza has really improved and the staff are very nice. The decoration is also very nice. The pizzeria is open until 12:00 a.m. but Google says it's open until 2 a.m. That's the only thing that needs to be improved

You can order online until 2am (as stated on Google), although the branch apparently closes at 12am. You even receive a confirmation email. After waiting and calling for over an hour, we were told that the order had never been processed. Change your opening hours on Google so that this doesn't happen. Now it's 2 a.m., we're hungry and everything is closed.

So that was definitely the last time I ordered from smart pizza. The last time I ordered, I ordered several pizzas and the seafood pizza was somehow without seafood 🙄 the prices are different on each site, they said on the phone that I still had an old flyer in my hands, I wanted to pick up the order and lo and behold, on the There are the same strange flyers at the counter but I have to pay a different amount, Well, I just let that pass. Today we wanted to order there again with the hope that the (chefs) would have a good day today, but no, the Pizza Elvis, which comes everywhere else with hollandaise sauce and tomato sauce, tastes a bit strange but good. I don't think we all need to talk about the salad, it feels like it's been in the fridge for days and tastes just as good. So with us they have lost a good customer and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone!!!!! . In addition, most of the delivery services in Rodgau all belong together (even if they have different names). Kind regards

Sehr gutes essen und schnelle Lieferung

Trotz der schlechten Bewertungen hier bestelle ich sehr gerne bei smart pizza und die Pizza ist einfach jedesmal Bombe genauso wie die Pommes ich finde es sehr empfehlenswert. Und die Lieferung ist bei uns immer super zügig weiter so!

Super Essen und Preis-leistung stimmt! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

So far I have had pizza from this place and burgers and they are both great. When I order the pizza I get the diavolo, and guess what it's actually spicy.(not recommended for the average german) . When I ordered the burger I got the chili cheese with spicy aioli sauce and Wow it's spicy. I was very surprised by this because usually in germany when you ask for spicy they put black pepper on it and call it extrem scharf. I am very happy with this place and i hope they keep up the good work.😁

An sich gibt es bei euch mega leckeres Essen welches gut schmeckt.... Nur gefrorene chilli cheese nuggets zu erhalten ist schon dreist.

Just ordered a pizza from this place. I ordered a diavolo pizza with the special hot sauce.This is the first time I ordered something in germany that said it was spicy ,and it actually had some heat to it. It's got a kick that I like and it's also creamy. It's not the best pizza I have ever had but next to the other jokers on Lieferando this pizza is by far the best.

Haben schon oft dort bestellt. Bisher immer sehr lecker.

Essen um 00:00 bestellt, es kam an um 01:50. Lieferando sagte: 35 Min Lieferzeit. Haben keine Entschädigung dafür bekommen. !!Aber!! Pizza, Burger, Pommes und Tiramisu waren überraschenderweise wirklich gut. Aufgrund dessen, da es um das Wesentliche geht - das Essen - vergebe ich 4 Sterne.

Ich bestelle hier gern zum Selbst-Abholen. Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine Feinschmecker-Pizzeria, eher um ein gutes durchschnittliches Bestellrestaurant. Wer für die hier geltenden Preise noch mehr erwartet, der hat überzogene Vorstellungen. Ich habe bisher die Medium-Pizza noch nicht ganz geschafft, und das ist wirklich eine Leistung! ;-) Qualität und Quantität passen sehr gut zusammen. Sonntags darf man auch nicht die Top-Frische beim Grünzeug erwarten. Hier hilft nachdenken. Die Kommunikation passt. Einfach mal probieren. (Diese Rezension basiert auf persönlichen Erfahrungen meiner Person UND die meiner Frau. Sie ist subjektiv und NICHT verallgemeinernd. Ich äußere hier meine persönliche Meinung.)

Hab mich von den schlechten Bewertungen nicht beeinflussen lassen und wollte meine Erfahrung selbst machen. Und siehe da seit 4 Monaten Stammkunde! Top Essen, Top Personal super faire Preise.

Freundliches Personal und super Öffnungszeiten, am Wochenende bis 2:00 geöffnet. Pizza und Nudeln sind in Ordnung, aber recht teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Lieferdiensten.

Bisher war es immer gut. Bei der letzten Bestellung mussten wir leider 2 Stunden warten. Geld gab es erst durch viel Umstand zurück. Sehr Schade. Daher nur 2 Sterne.
