It couldn't be more impersonal. There have recently been terminals for ordering, there's no point in waiting at the counter as you'll be ignored. Then a number is shouted across the room and you can pick up your food. Never again. It's better to order from home or cook yourself.

It's been a year since it opened, but something is still missing. We haven't been able to buy strawberry milkshake there for over a year, and we wait a very long time for our orders. Once we waited more than 30 minutes for our order even though there were no people there.

The old grandma who was in the drive couldn't speak German and was very rude to us. I drove away without my order. She clearly said I should go to McDonald's. Sad but true

They are so slow i coul've ordered 5 times at macdonalds, my food was laying on the warm plate for 10 minutes and the cashier grabbed some food for himself while there was a line waiting. They also forgot al the sauces and gave the wrong drink. what....

Waited over 10 minutes for cold fries. Big King is exactly the same size as a normal cheeseburger, which is starting to be a disgrace - food is becoming more expensive and portions are getting smaller! Two weeks before that, you stood in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and still weren't served!

Ordered and everything was wrong. The app said 25 minutes and after 2 hours there was still no one there. No one can be reached by phone. Good thing I paid by card. Got my money back straight away

Delivered after an hour even though the BK app showed 32 minutes. The food was cold and completely unappetizing. The King Onien Rings we ordered were not delivered but rather cold limp fries. Had to be disposed of. The churros were probably fried in French fries oil because they tasted like cold French fries fat. I found fries between the churros. For €23.81 you can ask for more. After 3 hours I still have to burp what smells like old oil. I can't recommend anyone to eat here. Actually a case for the health department. For me the worst delivery service in Fulda.

I have an order for Delivery abandoned. The delivery took over 2 hours, the restaurant employees and the delivery person were incredibly unfriendly! The wrong address was noted and because I couldn't be reached by phone because I was called anonymously, the delivery person was even bolder when delivering (the restaurant employee reached me by phone and gave the delivery person the correct address). Both employees had difficulty understanding me! After spending almost €30 on the order and receiving the food, I discovered that the sauces had burst, the fries were soggy and the packaging had already oozed the grease from the contents and looked like it had been crushed . There were other unidentifiable stains on the boxes. In order to avoid any risk of a gastrointestinal infection, the €30 simply went into the trash. Never again!

Waited over two hours for my delivery which wasn't a big one. Food arrived cold. The phone is constantly busy so you can't even reach the people where the food is. Is the receiver simply placed next to it? It's a wonder to me that the store is still standing despite so many bad reviews.

Einfach nur ungenügend und alles andere als gut ,was auch immer,nie wieder nieeeeee wieder....,,???????!.????!!???...????.?.

The food was fresh and prepared as specified. The tables weren't wiped down and receipts were flying around on the floor. After eating I wanted to take a shake to go with me but the self order machine kept complaining that it couldn't carry out the process. I made sure the machine actually worked for a change. The employee didn't ask if he could help me, but pointed me to Self Order. I say it's not possible but he showed no further interest in me as a guest because he was serving Drive Inn at the same time and his friends were waiting. I then left without ordering any further. Don't think I'll go there again.

This time the visit was ok, but sometimes not everything is correct in this branch. It is used as a test object for price increases and sometimes there are only two meats on an Xtralong... But there should be 3 meats... If you check the order everything is usually ok

Unfortunately I can only give one point. We were at Burger King Petersberg last night. I stood at the front of the checkout for probably 10 minutes and no one asked me if they could help me. two cash registers and a “cash register closed” sign. I only had to order at the terminal when I asked... Then the food was still lukewarm and the bacon wasn't fried well! We don't even want to talk about the cleanliness, the tables were all dirty and the push cart for the trash was so full that my bag of trash didn't even end up on the top of the trash heap! Unfortunately, I have to say that this branch is the biggest disaster I have experienced so far.

Our order was forgotten under the heat lamp, put together after 15 minutes when asked and then half of it was forgotten. The burgers and fries were then cold. All this even though nothing was going on. Sorry it doesn't work at all...

Have it your way can no longer be their motto. I find it impossible to pay 40 cents if you order a tomato after you have canceled the salad. This Burger King has been renovated and is modern, but the taste of the products has not improved. I won't be a Burger King customer any time soon.

A disaster. Yesterday I just wanted to get a small french fry and chicken nuggets for my grandson. So I go to the drive in. 2 cars ahead, ohh that'll be quick I thought. Aha puff cake. We waited 30 minutes, 30 minutes for a small order. At the checkout there is a person who serves the customers in the restaurant and at the same time takes the drive-thru order. There are 3 employees in the kitchen and a completely overwhelmed “branch manager” in the middle. For me personally, a beginner, a would-be boss or something like that. He can be anything but not a boss, sorry. I wanted to talk to him and ask if it was normal to wait that long. Then I was made to feel stupid. I would throw the man out on the spot without any ifs or buts. He should look for another job, e.g. parking lamp. Hope someone in charge at Burger King reads this.

Absolut Frechheit. Ich stande bald eine Stunde im Drive in,bei 5 Autos. Das Essen war kalt und nur so dahingeklatscht. Mein Getränk war auch nur halb voll…nie wieder

Essen war relativ in ordnung. Schöne Sitzplätze aber das Essen war kein bisschen wie auf der Werbung. Ich fand es nicht so toll aber es ist Ansichtssache.

Bedienung bzw Bestellung an der Theke/Kasse- Keine Chance,als wäre man Luft.Nicht jeder will an diesen Automaten bestellen,wer es nicht macht,wird nicht bedient oder beachtet.Nur weiter so,ich kann auch zur Konkurrenz gehen,unmöglich sowas

Ich finde es richtig unhöflich, dass meine Anrufe blockiert werden, obwohl ich jetzt dreimal angerufen habe und auf mein Getränk warte, dass 3,60 € gekostet hat. Also, wenn mein Getränk heute nicht ankommen wird, werde ich bei Lieferando eine Beschwerde eingehen und die werden mir das Geld zurück erstatten!!!

Eben was bestellt zum liefern! Lieferzeit eineinhalb Stunden die Burger 🍔 waren schon kalt, haben die halt in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht geschmeckt hat es trotzdem 🤣 wenn der Hunger treibt

Essen sehr gut, frisch zubereitet und alles noch warm. Schöne moderne und bequeme Stühle und Bänke. In den 45 Minuten wo ich da war wurden die Tische leider nicht gewischt, obwohl sie schmutzig waren. Das Tablett paßte leider nicht mehr in den Wagen, beide voll und auch die wurden nicht geleert. Aber dafür sehr freundliche und schnelle Mitarbeiter, Fazit: benutzt den Drive Inn.

Der Hunger treibt es rein, sauber nicht wirklich WC Anlagen gehen gar nicht. Sitzplätze und Tische könnte man auch abwischen.

Nachdem sich die Schlange im Drive-In fast eine halbe Stunde! so gut wie gar nicht bewegt hat, sind wir und andere Autos wieder rückwärts rausgefahren.

Beim letzten Besuch 11/23 sage und schreibe 40 min auf das Essen gewartet. Personal völlig überfordert. Die anderen wartenden waren auch nicht sehr begeistert. Essen war dann ok bis auf die Wunsch Zutaten beim Burger.. (ohne Zwiebeln usw.. aber ganz normal mit Zwiebeln bekommen... Erstmal nicht wieder.

Das Essen ist nicht mehr so gut wie es einmal war. Ich bekomme jedesmal den flotten Otto wenn ich dort etwas gegessen habe. Von Hygiene halten die dort auch nicht viel. Keine Handschuhe werden vom Service getragen. Das ist eklig. Beim anrichten von Lebensmitteln sollte das ein Muss sein. Das ist in der Gastronomie so üblich auch das man nicht in Straßen Klamotten in der Küche herum läuft. HYGIENE wird dort nicht beachtet, obwohl es Uniformen gibt, tragen sie nicht alle. Deshalb gibt es den Tag über fast keine Gäste mehr zu bedienen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch waren es gerade mal Leute. Ändert euer Verhalten, oder ihr geht ein..

I am very excited! One of the cleanest and most perfectly positioned fast food restaurants in Petersberg / Fulda. The staff is always very friendly and fast.

Wartezeiten variieren hier immer mal. Ist aber alles im Rahmen. Essen ist ok. Könnte manchmal etwas wärmer sein.

Hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr freundlich und lustig,.Wir gehen wieder dort hin.

Wir haben online bestellt und haben nicht 1 Sache erhalten. Und als wir anriefen, sagten sie uns, dass wir beschäftigt sind und jetzt nichts tun können; sie waren sehr unhöflich.

Das Geschäft war drinnen und draußen sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Menü war frisch, heiß und unglaublich lecker, komme gerne wieder.

Alles ging fix und das Essen war mega, das Interieur und die Atmosphäre war super :D!

Burger. Macht satt. War zufrieden. Komm sicher mal wieder rum.

Delicious food. This is my favourite restaurant fast food. The cheese from the cheese onions and chilli fries are random... You may get more or less depending on the employee...But the rest it's top!

Sehr freundliches Team, frisch zubereitete Produkte erhalten. Aktuell finden noch Umbauarbeiten statt, trotzdem sieht es ordentlich aus.

Das Restaurant könnte sehr schön sein, jedoch wird es durch eine chaotische Belegschaft und dreckiger Inneneinrichtung zu einem nicht so schönen Erlebnis. Bis jetzt war jedesmal absolutes Chaos angesagt, wenn ich da war. Die Mitarbeiter sind maßlos überfordert.

die Mitarbeiter sind eigentlich sehr Freundlich, manchmal überfördert aber sie zeigen trotzdem super motivation zur Arbeiten. Ich komme mal wieder and kann nur weiterempfehlen.
