Restaurant Blaue Ziege in Petersberg

So we've been going here very often for about 6 years. Really great at first. When everyone was closed, it was here. The food was great no matter what. Absolute zero number for 1 year! Never available during open hours. Pizza that is sometimes almost inedible - no goodwill. Orders placed 2 hours in advance by phone are still not ready after 2 hours. We're out of here. We were excited for 4 years, but that's no longer ok. We now visit other kebab shops.

Great, we will definitely visit this place several times

Best kebab in Fulda and the surrounding area

Had dinner there yesterday. I had been there many times before and was always satisfied. The evening buffet is really expensive and if you look at the other dishes on the menu, it's clear that you're literally being pushed towards the buffet. Nothing on the menu under €15. Now to the actual thing, there were 3 people there, I am a trained chef and am currently doing my master's in this profession. In the first round of the buffet I got fried mushrooms. This was a bit sour, but no acid from spices, soy sauce or the like, but the inside of the core was slightly slimy and unpleasant for rays. I thought to myself, well, I could be wrong and asked my mother to please try my second mushroom, because I can be wrong too, but I have a keen sense of taste. She spat it out immediately. When she complained, the waitress laughed and simply left. Okay, I thought I'd get a plate full of these mushrooms, said it, and then cut each one in half and smelled it. All but two of them were spoiled and sour. I then went to the {I guess the boss} with the plates. This is immediately taken to the kitchen with the plate. 10 minutes later came to my table with the plate and there were raw cut mushrooms on it that were of maximum freshness. Well, it still didn't convince me because I can tell the difference from spoiled food and it seemed like I was getting the freshest mushrooms from the cold store. There was no apology, not even a drink on the house or anything like that. I felt a bit ripped off...

Saturday evening 6 p.m. and the meat for the kebab was only available cold from the box, not even a skewer. The meat was slightly grayish in color and the lettuce was quite wilted. 🤢 Never again!
