Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place. We came here several times a year with several people and were satisfied. Unfortunately, the service and food have changed for the worse. We met there again on June 7, 2025. The conditions were abysmal: a young man who was very rude, didn't take our order properly, and was very grumpy. He could only smile during his cell phone chats at the counter; anything else was too much. Instead of a Wiener Schnitzel, he brought a Lumberjack schnitzel and only grumbled and had it made again. The fries with the burger were half-raw inside, and he only grumbled and exchanged those, too. No apology, no kind word, nothing. The highlight, however, came when we wanted to order dessert and coffee after dinner. They waved us off and said we had everything we needed. Well, we just didn't order anything else. That was probably too much to ask. When we tried to complain to the older female waitress, she was already whispering and acting stupid behind the counter. So, we can do without such behavior. We, for one, will not enter this store again. If you're not wanted, you won't go there again.

Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. A plentiful and good breakfast with fresh rolls was served to our table by a friendly waitress. Special requests were also accommodated. We have not regretted our decision to stop here. You can also redeem your Sanifair vouchers here or add to your collection. Everything was very clean and up to date. We will definitely stop here again and refuel.

The waitress was very friendly, but she appeared in a stained and dirty T-shirt, which didn't exactly whet my appetite. The food (Jägerschnitzel and currywurst) was inexpensive, but it consisted entirely of convenience foods, and the taste fell far short of expectations. Considering the location is nice and clean for a rest stop, it was a shame that our expectations weren't met.

The price/performance ratio is fair, and the food quality is a B-. But you shouldn't expect too much.

Bus groups not welcome – or should I say: We're never going there again! I was there today with 19 people for lunch. I was clearly told that we couldn't be served without an appointment. I would have been happy if someone had answered the phone beforehand. Three bored-looking employees behind the counter explained to me in detail that they weren't able to get anything done in the kitchen. It's a shame, because the ambiance isn't that bad, but if guests aren't welcome, then someone else will be happy next time!

I was there late in the evening on May 15, 2025. The staff were absolutely unfriendly and aggressive. They just threw cigarettes at you on the counter. They also just slammed your food down. This is unacceptable!

We went there at 5:30pm on several Saturdays and were turned away because they were already closed, even though the kitchen's opening hours are until 6pm. That was very cheeky! The food at Rosis's is otherwise really delicious! In my opinion, just closing the kitchen early and without justification (even after repeated requests) alienates customers

Auruhof is not a bad place. It’s a pity that there aren’t many places, but it’s clean and there are no unpleasant odors. Prices remain the same: payment only in cash or card, cost - 15 euros, 10 euros for purchases, toilet - 1 euro, shower - 3.5 euros. To avoid being disturbed at night, place a piece of paper under your windshield, which they will give you at the checkout. I liked the cuisine and dishes. You will have to pay 2 euros to take food out to your car, so it is better to eat in a restaurant. The staff is polite and friendly. There are enough shops, but you have to walk a bit.

We had eaten here before and were really impressed with the large portions and good prices. The last time we were there during the regular opening hours, 1.5 hours before closing time, we were very rudely sent away by the waitress with the words: "You can't eat here anymore, I want to get off work at some point!" Apparently due to a lack of staff, shift changes, whatever. For me as a customer, it's a no go to take out your frustration on the customer, as I didn't have a nice experience with our children either. Toilets are extremely dirty. Urine everywhere on the floor, everything sticks, sink, dirty, no soap, no hand disinfection.

We weren't served for over 10 minutes - there was no waitress to be found anywhere... (we didn't have to pay for the drinks as an excuse). The curry sausage sauce would have been more suitable for a dessert, it was so pungently sweet. The fries were delicious!

I was there for the first time today and will come again. Showers (3.50) could be a bit cleaner but the facilities are very good. 👍 Food was delicious, on the table very quickly and at a fair price. So absolutely recommended.

I had a long black hair in my burger. Got a new burger, the chef said it couldn't be his, it could happen. - No excuse, sorry doesn't work at all! Burger bun not roasted, everything soggy and the lettuce leaf would have been better sorted out. The second meal, farmer's schnitzel, was good.

All prices and services have already been indicated before me, so I would like to share a short story from this autohop. The woman who works at the restaurant is an amazing person. For translating it from Russian into German, I received a free glass of beer. In addition, she passed by our table several times and was worried that not all of her colleagues had a glass of beer. She asked me what she could do to get everyone to drink a glass, and I replied that if she could cut the price in half, then of course we would take it. As you can imagine, this woman reduced the price by half. It's nice to know that some people still respect this profession. Thank you!

We were here today to have a delicious meal again. Unfortunately the quality has changed with the new chef. I had the liver cheese pan and my husband had the turkey steak with fried potatoes. My liver cheese pan was swimming in oil and it made me so sick. My husband's fried potatoes were also totally oily. But his hunger was just too great so he forced himself into it. The waitress Jacky is always an asset. Always in a good mood and sometimes has a minute to spare when there's nothing going on for a nice chat, so you'll be happy to come back. The chef then has the nerve to complain loudly about his colleagues when the restaurant is full - that's not possible.

Completely overwhelmed staff. There are no signs when refueling, everyone parks and refuels all over the place at this rest stop. Broken gas pumps are not marked as such. Toilets are so dirty that you don't even dare to wash your hands. Completely overrated. Never again!!!

Everything was great except for the showers/toilets which are no longer cleaned after 5 p.m. It's not nice. I noticed it more often in 2024 at the end of the year. Maybe something will change.

Finally a Sanifair toilet that is clean. Warm water and soap available. The restaurant area is nicely laid out, the food is really good. You won't get ripped off. You can take a break here after 5 hours on the A7. This is how I want rest stops!
