The food was really good, but the overall price was too high because every little thing cost extra. I've never seen such unfriendly staff.

I've never seen such a bad and unfriendly employee! He wanted to keep our change and became very aggressive and snarky when we asked for it. I can only recommend this store once that employee (I think his name was Hassan) no longer works there.

Cold food, super late service, Dirty place, unhygienic and above all they treat you badly. I saw employees shouting and verbally fighting while completing order.

For a place with that name, the quality was abysmal. Every fast-food joint has better fries. They were so hard and dry the skewer broke, so short you couldn't dip your fingers in them, and they clearly hadn't been salted or seasoned. The currywurst sauce was watery, and the chili cheese sauce had already separated.

I would give zero stars if I could, because the man on the phone was so rude and refused to take my order. He behaved unprofessionally and didn't explain anything at all. A complete disappointment!

I ordered a currywurst with fries, completely unaware that the place had a large HELAL logo on it. We had specifically asked beforehand if everything was really halal, including the currywurst. They assured us it was, but when I received my order and started eating the sausage, I realized it definitely wasn't halal meat. We went back to them to ask if everything was halal for sure, and they said no… Afterwards, there were countless apologies. Everyone makes mistakes, but since I'm also allergic to pork, it could have ended badly!

We ate there recently and, to be honest, it tasted absolutely awful. The burger was rather carelessly assembled, just one patty with very little sauce, and the currywurst with fries was a bit cold considering it had just been prepared. Furthermore, it should be noted that the staff were constantly arguing amongst themselves, and the atmosphere was noticeably tense.

We simply ordered fries and it took the workers 30 minutes to make them. There was two employees, a hardworking man and another incredibly lazy man, we visited on November 27. The second man was lazy, kept leaving, messed up multiple orders and looked as though he hated his job. A horrible experience

When we ordered, we first received the bottled fries. They also tried to hide the four sausage pieces in my currywurst portion under the fries to cover up how little there was. They forgot the second dip. All in all, it was okay, but very annoying and stressful.

One of my absolute favorite snack bars/restaurants in Frankfurt. The burgers are incredibly delicious and the fries are top-notch. The great selection of self-service sauces is the perfect finishing touch. Depending on the time of day, you might have to wait a while for a free table, and then you end up standing close together. But nevertheless, I always enjoy going there.

Today I ordered a hamburger meal for €13.45. The hamburger consisted of two halves of a bun, sauce, and a patty. That was it. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no onions, nothing. I was the only customer and had to wait three minutes at the counter before an employee finally showed up and acknowledged me, and even then, they weren't exactly friendly. Honestly, for the price, the service was terrible, and the burger looked as pathetic as could be. At least the fries were tasty. They didn't give me a glass for the Coke; I should have just bought one at Rewe.

I actually like you guys; you have a good selection and really delicious food. But today I wanted to order, and I placed my order an hour before closing time and again 10 minutes after closing time. After waiting over an hour for my food, I got a cancellation. That's really cheeky when you have to wait that long. Tsk tsk tsk

My honest opinion as someone who enjoys trying different burger joints: 🍔 The burger tasted good – 9/10. 💬 The sauces are tasty, but at €2 extra, they're a bit too expensive in my opinion. 💸 The meal deal (burger, drink, and fries) is borderline overpriced. Conclusion: Overall, a bit too expensive for the portion size. With sauce, an average meal deal comes to almost €20. Great taste, but the price could be better.

I have to say, getting a currywurst and fries that aren't properly "sizzled" in Germany is quite an art... the sausage was half-cooked, the fries half-fried... I've rarely seen such amateurs at work. The restaurant is one of the restaurants we are used to in the markets, but it is distinguished by being halal, especially since the meat is slaughtered halal, which is difficult to find. The staff's treatment, generosity, and kindness are what keep me coming back, especially Mahdi, Jovan, and a third employee whose name I don't know.

We're on vacation at this hotel and ordered the "Dinner for 2" menu and a Coke Zero. After a long wait, the delivery lady came and brought us our order. We noticed that one of the "Fat Friends" fries and the Coke Zero were missing. When we asked the lady about it, she said in a very rude tone, "We should write to Lieferando customer service." There was no solution. The burgers weren't topped, they were just spit out. The burger didn't really taste like real burgers, and the one portion of "Fat Friends" was meager.

The fries were very tasty, but I have to say that almost €5 for a simple fries is too much, especially since the quantity isn't worth the price. The only plus point, in my opinion, is that you can choose any sauce you want, no matter how much you want!

One worker was quite rude and he didn’t even understand what we ordered, they also got one simple menu wrong in 3 ways: wrong fries, no salad and tomatoes in the burger, and also packed the order even though we asked for the dine-in version.

Quite disappointed.. the place looked amazing but it was definitely not. The food was a mixture of cooked and cold. The fries were all over the place. The place was a mess, like nobody had cleaned up in ages. It wasn't busy when I arrived but also noticed the sexism of the staff. Mostly to men. Any women had their meal trays taken to them, they had their drinks opened (they're bottles) whereas I had to figure out myself and when I asked I got just pointed at to a bottle opener hidden on the counter. Incredibly delicious – an absolute insider tip! After work we spontaneously went to Fries Friends – and what can I say: the Smatch BBQ Burger was simply outstanding! I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The store has real addictive potential! In addition, there is extremely friendly and attentive service that is rarely experienced these days. All around great – everything is just right here. I'll definitely be back!

The service isn't getting the orders right. The numbers aren't called out or displayed. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got two single cheeseburgers. I was supposed to put them together. I complained and got everything.

Waiting times really too long for a fast food restaurant. A normal menu with few additions comes at really high prices and the food is much worse than the average fast food restaurant. For me, the first time I couldn't finish what I ordered at a fast food restaurant.

Well, I completely understand that employees want to get off work on time, but the fact that they are visibly annoyed when a customer orders another currywurst 35 minutes before closing time is exaggerated in my opinion. I agree with many of the reviews: Cold fries, cold cheese sauce, spring onions instead of jalapeños, endless waiting times even though you wanted to eat on site, drinks were forgotten, the sauce dispenser for fries was empty. Good ideas with vegan variants, implementation catastrophic. Apparently these problems have existed for a long time without any improvement.

Very, very disrespectful, I ordered the wrong burger and it arrived because the employee didn't understand me, even though I repeated myself a lot. Now it's coming. 1. At first everything was cold because the paper cups were not wrapped in aluminum or paper. 2. The paid 2x mayo was missing 3. The 2x ketchup we paid for was missing 4. Instead of 1x paid fat friends, and 1x paid 1 thin friends, there were 2x thin friends, there were 2 times thin friends. 5. There was no cutlery or at least fries/sausage pieks. Should we eat the currywurst by hand or what? 6. Of course, napkins were also missing. Why? 7. Delayed delivery because the driver had to wait for the food... I won't even go into the tiny portions, but... How can you be so bad? Who is responsible for such employees!? It was a single order, one menu. How do you achieve that? I've never experienced anything like it and we go out to eat very often and order a lot. Almost every day. We have never had such a high error rate. Fun fact. The 2 fries + 2 currywurst cost €20.

Staff are simply unwilling to work. First I had to wait 10 minutes, even though they saw me and there was nothing else to do. I was just about to leave when someone asked me what I wanted. First question but cash or card…. When using cards, others were later directed to ATMs, even though card payments were also possible. Unfortunately it was truly the worst food we have ever eaten. Two burger menus for €30 and everything is way too crowded there. The employees work in slow motion. The food wasn't fresh. The fries were cold and not tasty. The portions are simply too expensive for the price. First and last visit! It's best to just keep walking past the store. Any McDonalds or Burger King is better than here.

Juice shop, unfriendly staff and totally uncoordinated. We had to wait over 40 minutes for a burger and a hot dog. When you get to the hotel you notice that the hot dog has become a currywurst with old fries without a fork. And all for a very hefty price. Anything but recommended.

we ordered BBQ Bacons Burger and double cheese Burger , thing is it’s confusing when you order the menu or ( Combo ) so I thought the extra money is for fries and cola , but then they asked me for extra money for cola . So I believe when you choose the menu means add fries only or what I don’t know . Also my fries were not what I ordered for but was very hungry and didn’t knew until we ate half of it . I had chili cheese fries (fat friends) and a chili cheese burger in the menu. All the fun cost me €17. When I got my order I immediately noticed that I got thin fries instead of the thick fries I had selected. The employee then quickly prepared the thick fries for me again and I was allowed to keep the thin fries. The food itself is very tasty and I'm impressed by the fries, both thin and thick. The burger was also really tasty. However, none of the food was remotely spicy. So I ask myself why do they call it chili when there is no chili in it? This was not a small portion of the price/performance ratio. Without the other fries I got with it, I wouldn't have been full. In general the food is delicious, but I wouldn't visit again.

We had 2 plant based chicken burgers and fries. I've eaten a lot of different veggie burgers, but I've never encountered anything so disgusting. The patty tasted extremely strange and was full of thick white waxy lumps. No idea what those lumps were, maybe hydrogenated coconut oil? I've never really seen anything like this in a veggie patty. In any case, we found it so unappetizing and it tasted so strange that neither of us could even eat half of it. The fries were absolutely nothing special. In addition, the staff seemed quite overwhelmed and wasn't particularly friendly.

Well, for the fact that they call themselves “french fries”, the fries are really nothing special, not to say bad. For normal fries 5€ (!), the sauces used to be free and you could take them yourself, now they cost 2€ extra. So €7 for bad fries with ketchup. I have no idea how the store can still survive...

In the picture you can see 2 of the double cheeseburgers that can be ordered. Service is very fast and friendly, the selection of sauces is large, varied and tasty. Burgers are soft, warm, flavorful and juicy. The chairs wobble a bit, but otherwise this shop can only be recommended!
