One worker was quite rude and he didn’t even understand what we ordered, they also got one simple menu wrong in 3 ways: wrong fries, no salad and tomatoes in the burger, and also packed the order even though we asked for the dine-in version.

We're on vacation at this hotel and ordered the "Dinner for 2" menu and a Coke Zero. After a long wait, the delivery lady came and brought us our order. We noticed that one of the "Fat Friends" fries and the Coke Zero were missing. When we asked the lady about it, she said in a very rude tone, "We should write to Lieferando customer service." There was no solution. The burgers weren't topped, they were just spit out. The burger didn't really taste like real burgers, and the one portion of "Fat Friends" was meager.

The fries were very tasty, but I have to say that almost €5 for a simple fries is too much, especially since the quantity isn't worth the price. The only plus point, in my opinion, is that you can choose any sauce you want, no matter how much you want!

I actually got stale fries and currywurst. I was still hoping that the three men, who had personal problems and were arguing with each other the whole time, would prepare my food fresh, but no, I got lukewarm, stale food.

I used to be a regular, but it seems this place isn't the same anymore. The employees argue, insult each other, the food is cold, and the behavior is rude. A big no-no. The worst experience.

I had a very bad experience with them. I had to wait 30 minutes for fries to be served, plain fries that were already there and just needed to be cooked. Their employee served the others when the new customers came by instead of me. I had already paid the €6.45 with my card. I was fed up with waiting any longer and told their employee that I would like my money back. They replied that they didn't have any cash and couldn't give it to me, and they brushed me off disrespectfully. This kind of customer behavior is unacceptable. This is fraud, and you can count on it. I'll never come back to them again.

The food is okay for fast food, but the employees don't understand a word. I hate to write this, but they don't even read the orders properly; questions are asked in broken German, and they don't understand the answers either. The language barrier is too high.

Ordering took 30 minutes, then the burgers were wrong and the sweet potato fries were missing. Truly the worst of all the branches ever. A real shame. (For the prices, I would have at least expected something decent.)

Quite disappointed.. the place looked amazing but it was definitely not. The food was a mixture of cooked and cold. The fries were all over the place. The place was a mess, like nobody had cleaned up in ages. It wasn't busy when I arrived but also noticed the sexism of the staff. Mostly to men. Any women had their meal trays taken to them, they had their drinks opened (they're bottles) whereas I had to figure out myself and when I asked I got just pointed at to a bottle opener hidden on the counter. Was definitely not a great experience.

The burger was okay, nothing special. The cheese sauce was a complete disappointment.

The price-performance ratio is just bad. The taste is just about the same, but not for the price. Anyone expecting something better than listless fast food will definitely be disappointed. We're definitely not coming back.

Incredibly delicious – an absolute insider tip! After work we spontaneously went to Fries Friends – and what can I say: the Smatch BBQ Burger was simply outstanding! I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The store has real addictive potential! In addition, there is extremely friendly and attentive service that is rarely experienced these days. All around great – everything is just right here. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the burgers were really not worth their price, from cold buns to unidentifiable pieces in the veggie patty, the eating experience at Fries Friends was poor. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone and wouldn't eat there again.

The service isn't getting the orders right. The numbers aren't called out or displayed. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got two single cheeseburgers. I was supposed to put them together. I complained and got everything.

I was here on Tuesday March 18th. for lunch, I have to say, getting a currywurst and fries "sizzled" properly in Germany is quite an art... the sausage was 1/2 fried, the fries 1/2 deep fried... rarely seen such amateurs at work. It's a shame that you can't give MINUS stars here. I can only advise against eating there for the CLASSIC currywurst fries...

I've never seen a shop like this!! Employees cannot speak German! The beef sausage is burnt!! Mayo is empty and no one is filling it up, the tables are full of the tablets from the previous ones! Not recommended at all, a shame for such a business!

Waiting times really too long for a fast food restaurant. A normal menu with few additions comes at really high prices and the food is much worse than the average fast food restaurant. For me, the first time I couldn't finish what I ordered at a fast food restaurant.

Well, I completely understand that employees want to get off work on time, but the fact that they are visibly annoyed when a customer orders another currywurst 35 minutes before closing time is exaggerated in my opinion. The gentlemen immediately after me were not allowed to order anything... not even to take away... Otherwise the lady was simply rude. I know it's "just" a chip shop but good gastronomy is something else...

I agree with many of the reviews: Cold fries, cold cheese sauce, spring onions instead of jalapeños, endless waiting times even though you wanted to eat on site, drinks were forgotten, the sauce dispenser for fries was empty. Good ideas with vegan variants, implementation catastrophic. Apparently these problems have existed for a long time without any improvement.

Very, very disrespectful, I ordered the wrong burger and it arrived because the employee didn't understand me, even though I repeated myself a lot. He gave an annoyed look and when my girlfriend wanted to order after me, he busied himself with his cell phone and told her to just order from the self-ordering cash register instead of from him.

Imagine you order 1 order and the staff manages to make 7 mistakes in one order, how can you have employees like that? We ordered the deal 2x currywurst, 2x fries, 2x ketchups, 2x mayonnaise. Now it's coming. 1. At first everything was cold because the paper cups were not wrapped in aluminum or paper. 2. The paid 2x mayo was missing 3. The 2x ketchup we paid for was missing 4. Instead of 1x paid fat friends, and 1x paid 1 thin friends, there were 2x thin friends, there were 2 times thin friends. 5. There was no cutlery or at least fries/sausage pieks. Should we eat the currywurst by hand or what? 6. Of course, napkins were also missing. Why? 7. Delayed delivery because the driver had to wait for the food... I won't even go into the tiny portions, but... How can you be so bad? Who is responsible for such employees!? It was a single order, one menu. How do you achieve that? I've never experienced anything like it and we go out to eat very often and order a lot. Almost every day. We have never had such a high error rate. Fun fact. The 2 fries + 2 currywurst cost €20.

Staff are simply unwilling to work. First I had to wait 10 minutes, even though they saw me and there was nothing else to do. I was just about to leave when someone asked me what I wanted. First question but cash or card…. When using cards, others were later directed to ATMs, even though card payments were also possible. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for my currywurst with fries. The quality of which wasn't the best. This is probably the last time you'll see me here

Unfortunately it was truly the worst food we have ever eaten. Two burger menus for €30 and everything is way too crowded there. The employees work in slow motion. The food wasn't fresh. The fries were cold and not tasty. The portions are simply too expensive for the price. First and last visit! It's best to just keep walking past the store. Any McDonalds or Burger King is better than here.

Unfortunately, fries and burgers were only served when they were already very cold. Drinks were forgotten. The sauce dispenser was broken, so none of the sauce for the fries was accessible. The shop actually has potential with unusual, good burgers and the many variations of fries. Unfortunately, the implementation was not successful due to visibly very inexperienced staff. Infinitely long waiting times in a fast food restaurant! The gentlemen behind the counter gave the impression that they were simply doing nothing for 20 minutes, while ten orders were now waiting. When our fries were ready after just over 25 minutes, the chili was still frozen.

After waiting far too long, we received lukewarm fries and frozen chili. All after long discussions, because we had cinema tickets, had already waited 25 minutes and had already paid for the food. It wasn't possible to cancel, there were many others waiting ahead of us and the deep fryers weren't even on yet. Never again!

Here the word “underground” has a new dimension. Waiting time without other guests: 25 minutes for chili cheese fries. After 25 minutes you were offered cold fries - only without chili. Apparently not there right now. A minute later: But there, found in the freezer. So after 30 minutes we got cold fries with a dollop of frozen chili. We simply ordered fries and it took the workers 30 minutes to make them. There was two employees, a hardworking black man and an incredibly lazy Indian or Arab man, we visited on November 27. The Indian man was lazy, kept leaving, messed up multiple orders and looked as though he hated his job. A horrible experience

we ordered BBQ Bacons Burger and double cheese Burger , thing is it’s confusing when you order the menu or ( Combo ) so I thought the extra money is for fries and cola , but then they asked me for extra money for cola . So I believe when you choose the menu means add fries only or what I don’t know . Also my fries were not what I ordered for but was very hungry and didn’t knew until we ate half of it . Other than this the Burger is so so Good 😍, you can also order Halal patties, staff is nice place a bit crowded mostly because of the amazing Burger, but you will have to eat fast and leave because it’s not like a quiet place to set and chat 😃🙏

I had chili cheese fries (fat friends) and a chili cheese burger in the menu. All the fun cost me €17. When I got my order I immediately noticed that I got thin fries instead of the thick fries I had selected. The employee then quickly prepared the thick fries for me again and I was allowed to keep the thin fries. The food itself is very tasty and I'm impressed by the fries, both thin and thick. The burger was also really tasty. However, none of the food was remotely spicy. So I ask myself why do they call it chili when there is no chili in it? This was not a small portion of the price/performance ratio. Without the other fries I got with it, I wouldn't have been full. In general the food is delicious, but I wouldn't visit again.

They changed the portion of fries and recipes and 1. it now tastes bad 2. the portion is WAY too small for their price. 10€ for a burger that was way too small and tasted bad. A burger at McDonalds is a thousand times better and cheaper Just go to Mcs and you'll get more of your money

Not quite the experience i expected, i don’t know what is going on with the people serving here but very sure they don’t like their job. Service was bad and very rude towards customers. They missed half of my menu and i waited like 20 minutes to get it done. Really disappointed!

Terrible. Two employees got into a fight out of nowhere. I stood there with my mother and she was very afraid that she would immediately become very sick. What kind of people work here? THIS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! You should be fired for such behavior.

We had 2 plant based chicken burgers and fries. I've eaten a lot of different veggie burgers, but I've never encountered anything so disgusting. The patty tasted extremely strange and was full of thick white waxy lumps. No idea what those lumps were, maybe hydrogenated coconut oil? I've never really seen anything like this in a veggie patty. In any case, we found it so unappetizing and it tasted so strange that neither of us could even eat half of it. The fries were absolutely nothing special. In addition, the staff seemed quite overwhelmed and wasn't particularly friendly.

Well, for the fact that they call themselves “french fries”, the fries are really nothing special, not to say bad. For normal fries 5€ (!), the sauces used to be free and you could take them yourself, now they cost 2€ extra. So €7 for bad fries with ketchup. I have no idea how the store can still survive...

I ordered together with my girlfriend (on one invoice, at the same time) Her food came 15 minutes early. Staff unfriendly, food cold.

In the picture you can see 2 of the double cheeseburgers that can be ordered. Service is very fast and friendly, the selection of sauces is large, varied and tasty. Burgers are soft, warm, flavorful and juicy. The chairs wobble a bit, but otherwise this shop can only be recommended!

We waited 35 minutes for a portion of fries. Team completely overwhelmed. Number system didn't work either.

The workers are completely overwhelmed and, despite the large grill plate, can only make one order and then the next one comes. You get the fries 30 minutes before the burgers - it takes forever, the sauce dispensers are mostly empty and all the guests are in a bad mood. A little tip - the order on the input wall should not accommodate more orders than the 2 people can process. You won't see me again.

On August 23rd At around 12:30 my wife and I visited your restaurant for lunch. We were happy with the quality of the food - the burgers were tasty and the fries were freshly made. Unfortunately, our impression was clouded by the behavior of an employee. The young lady in a black headscarf who served us was extremely rude and made us feel like we weren't welcome. We very much regret that this incident had a negative impact on the overall impression of our visit. Although the food was good, this experience made us refrain from further visits in the future. I understand the other recessions 100% and don't understand how someone like that is allowed to work in the catering industry.

The fries were good, one of the sauces on offer was empty but the hamburger was dripping with fat, apparently made in the deep fryer, not going to be done again so quickly and for such an inferior menu at 15 euros, Burgerking is better when it comes to the hamburger and not recommended.

This attitude was frustrating and unprofessional. The food quality was just okay, but the poor service really overshadowed any positives. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, as a friendly and helpful staff is just as important as the food itself. Avoid if you expect decent customer service.

Food that was explicitly declared gluten-free still contained gluten, which for a person suffering from celiac disease means direct, irreversible physical damage, not to mention the staff, who were extremely overwhelmed, and the 15 (!) minute waiting time for a tiny portion of fries with sauce. When food is declared gluten-free, getting something containing gluten is tantamount to bodily harm. The operators are walking on very thin ice here.

The food was fine, but the service simply incompetent. First, they randomly take a break at 6 pm for 30 minutes. Second, they forget people's orders and serve others first (maybe their friends?). And finally, the fridge took a break too as my Coke was warm. The Currywurst is good, the fries just like grocery store fare and not crunchy. Avoid this place, it is not worth it.

On the upper floor (4th floor) next to many other small food providers we found the narrow shop “French Friends” in the MyZeil. Everything is very cramped and really not inviting. Food in the menu (2x different fries with sauces, 2 burgers, 2 drinks) for 30€!!!!! Unfortunately, the portions were so small - really not a highlight. The burgers were juicy and very tasty. For the fact that you give yourself such a name and then the fries are so poor... the Five Guys would have been around the corner, I would have preferred to go there - unfortunately I can't recommend fries friends so easily 😞

Eat good. Sometimes very narrow and crowded. Please note: a deposit will be charged on bottles. However, there is no reference to the return of a deposit, but rather the return of dishes and bottles. It doesn't work at all!

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this store at all. The service staff seem completely demotivated, leave you standing at the counter for a long time and shout to each other that the other should take care of us. Instead of giving us a choice between thick and thin fries or toppings on the currywurst, we were simply presented with the standard menu of currywurst and fries without comment, which tasted very average and wasn't convincing in terms of quantity. The only plus point was the self-service with the various sauces. We won't be coming back again due to the unfriendly service and the price-performance ratio.
