There's nothing particularly bad to complain about, but it's not a must. The food tastes very good and the staff is nice, but there is no seating in the store, only standing tables, as the store is very narrow inside. It's best to eat outside or at home.

Staff in dirty clothes, not nice, speaking in an incomprehensible way and in an incomprehensible language. Very rude and doesn't know the card or the goods.

Right on target! Delicious fries and chicken pieces at good prices! Fast service, unfortunately only bar tables, but that's okay.

We ordered 2x chicken kebab box and a currywurst with rolls. Currywurst was ok. The kebab box was inedible because some of the meat was undercooked and quite fatty. The fries were also very greasy. The staff tried to be friendly and responded to requests in a very limited way. The preparation went quickly because there were no other customers there. There are only standing tables. CONCLUSION: food-wise it was a waste of money.

We had dinner there on Saturday afternoon. Well for the prices, the portions, well. What I find much worse is that there were hardly any sauces available. The employee just laughs about it and you feel totally “cheered”. The alleged chilli sauce consists of ketchup with (chilli or Tabasco). Four people work there and the entire standing area is incredibly dirty, so much so that even the pigeons gather there. Hygiene training should definitely take place here again.

Received cold, lukewarm food several times. I hate having to exchange anything with this friendly staff. Absolute coronation on November 15th, 2023. The Fried Chicken have seen the deep fryer twice, the drink for just 3 euros was already 15 days old and tasted like socks that had fallen asleep. Twister was as tender as hard bread. Stay away from this shop. I never again!

Charging 8.90 for this small amount is just audacious.... Last time... for that price I could have gotten a kebab from the best kebab shop in town

Wenn ich gewusst hätte dass der Laden soooo madig ist, hätte ich kein Foto davon gemacht, aber jetzt muss ich halt eine Bewertung schreiben, auch wenn ich nix gegessen hab, dann lese ich einfach die anderen Bewertungen, weil google maps die Bewertungen durch eine KI überwacht, die Fake-Bewertungen rausfiltert. google maps ist nämlich top seriös, nicht so wie kununu, wo Bewertungen mal einfach so verschwinden...🤥

Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so ein unfreundliches Personal getroffen. Man wird minutenlang ignoriert. Es wird weder begrüßt noch verabschiedet. Bestellungen werden nicht bis zum Ende angehört und auf die Aussage, dass man mit der Bestellung nicht fertig sei, wird pampig reagiert. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr hingehen. Danke für nichts.

Na ja, habe Chicken Wings bestellt. Es war genug da aber der Junge Mann meint ich solle auf die Frischen warten. Hat sich gelohnt ! Sonst ist es hier schon eng und hecktisch. Zeitweise lange Schlangen und Wartezeit! Durch die starke Frequenz aber immer frische Produkte. Drin ist es dunkel und eng ! Besser einfach mitnehmen HINWEIS AN DIE LEITUNG: laut Google seit ihr geschlossen!!!

Unfreundliche und nicht informierte Mitarbeiter, hören dem Kunden nicht zu und gehen nicht auf Kundenwunsch ein, habe einen Dönerbox bestellt und es wurde ohne meine Einstimmung eine Soß der Wahl vom Mitarbeiter drauf geklatscht.. meine Frage war dann „wieso fragen sie nicht ob man eine Soße drauf möchte“ ihre Antwort war „Wir machen das immer drauf!“ Nicht zu empfehlen!!

I like chicken wings and I think it reasonable prices. Good fries and Nice staff. But the packing was not that good, the Ketchup lit was open, so it a bit messy haha

Hatten 2 Dönerboxen, Fleisch war richtig kalt und nicht frisch vom Drehspieß.. Schlechteste Döner den ich je gegessen habe

Nimmt eigentlich an einer Gutscheinaktion teil (B-MY), jedoch wird sich geweigert diese einzulösen. Außerdem sind bei eigentlich vegetarischen Pommes auch mal Hähnchenstückchen dazwischen…

Essen ist schnell fertig und schmeckt wie man es erwartet. Personal geht auf wünsche ein. Einziger Kritik Punkt ist der Mangel an Sitzplätzen und ein Badezimmer ist nicht vorhanden.
