Very cool but the prices for drinks were a bit expensive and the mayonnaise was a bit strange but otherwise everything was great and the prices were okay too

This is one of the nicer Halal Fast Food options in Frankfurt.

The food was a disaster and hard as stones! It was probably fried twice and then put in the microwave after a while. How anyone can sell something like that is a wonder to me!

One of the best places I've ever eaten. Very highly recommended.

The food is always good but lately the crispys have been really lean

I went there last year passing through Frankfurt and I had a good time. This year they even got the sandwiches wrong.... the staff at the checkout should listen better to requests and not do it hastily.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. Even though I never ordered anything, I waited 20 minutes for my food. When the food was finally ready, it looked unintentional and was completely unappetizing. It was completely burned and a real disaster. When I complained about it, the employees just grinned and didn't take my concerns seriously. I've never experienced anything like this and I definitely won't be coming back. This store doesn't even deserve one star. I hope that food inspectors will visit the store and inspect it.

Disappointing experience at Rooster's Chicken in Frankfurt (Konstablerwache) I recently visited Rooster's Chicken in Frankfurt at Konstablerwache and was unfortunately very disappointed. I was looking forward to a spicy burger as I am a big fan of spicy food. Unfortunately the burger didn't live up to expectations at all. The supposedly spicy burger wasn't even remotely spicy and had no particular taste. In addition, the waiting time was extremely long. Even though the store wasn't overly busy, I had to wait much longer than expected. When I finally received the burger, it was "okay" at best. The taste was average and definitely didn't justify the long wait. Overall, my experience at Rooster's Chicken was disappointing. The non-spicy spicy burger and the long wait for a mediocre meal left me very dissatisfied. I hope the service and food quality will be improved in the future.

I ordered a wrap today. There were actually supposed to be chicken breast strips as well... unfortunately the chicken breast strips were not promised when we ordered because “the grill is off”. It's strange when the line is long and the time should actually be right. Waiting time for the wrap was almost 15 minutes. About the food: it tasted fresh, but the portion was really very small. The wrap was thin and there was relatively little chicken in it. For a whopping seven euros you definitely won't get enough here and there is a lack of content.

Though the ambience is good, the fried chicken here is too oily and had a bad experience with the guy at the counter.

Tiramisu has alcohol and its should be halal restaurant its a joke

We ordered spicy chicken burger and spicy wings. Our kids like fried chicken and we are regular rooster fried chicken customers. Wings were ok but chicken burger was not good. Looks like burger maker knowingly put way more than extra red chilies ( no idea why). We just ordered normal spicy chicken burger and what we got does not look like a normal spicy chicken burger. Overall this branch of rooster chicken is very low than average and food is not good here .

Ordered and paid for crispy menu from menu card. Burger, 6 crispies, fries, soda and hot sauce. Burger was missing, then complained. With the reason that it would be on the menu, but if it wasn't there, I was fobbed off here. Unlucky. The employees then blacked out the burger on all the cards with Sharpie, but they agreed with me and called the boss. He was unreasonable and aggressive. The demand to give me the burger was answered with no, these were bad times. I could call the police and he would also ban me from the house... Guys, what's going on. That's not how you treat paying customers, I don't need to be banned from the house, I won't be coming back anyway

The menu we ordered was shown on the menu with more items, but a burger was missing from the order at the end. The staff did not show any willingness to deliver the ordered menu as shown on the menu. The managing director showed no intention of solving the problem in an accommodating manner and issued a ban from the premises. Hard to believe. Therefore a warning against visiting this restaurant. Disastrous manner bordering on fraud.

I only ever get a large portion of wings and I've never been disappointed. Good wings at a cheap price. I got delivery once before and never again, took too long to arrive and food didn't travel well.

I am so disappointed it wasn’t like this before. We order chicken pieces and chicken burgers and the chicken served is so terrible. It was a scam.

Service is definitely A LOT better than the KFC around the corner but food not so much as the chicken was very dry. But perhaps that was just bad luck, and I may try Rooster again one of these days. Edit: I went again and this time it was a lot better!

Very rude and disrespectful to the customer. I was there on January 1st, 2024 at around 4 p.m. The chicken shop across the street was closed and I thought I would try Rooster. When ordering, the young man looked at the ceiling and didn't even look at the customer. The words “please, thank you, goodbye” were a foreign word. The food came on a tablet with no packaging. It was spread out on the tray. That's unhygienic for me. The worst thing I found was the guy at the checkout who was so rude. My first and last visit with them.

Their delivery service is a real horror! Not only does it take 1 hour hypothetically to be delivered (in the event that you actually receive your order) but on top of that if you don't receive your order it's your fault and they won't even bother trying to deliver to you again! Plus when you call them they hang up on you saying “don’t order from us anymore”! an incredible lack of professionalism!

The burger was okay, the wings were unfortunately very dry and pretty inedible. But what tasted really good were the BBQ wings. But I still wouldn't come again.

Rude service First they call me that my delivery is at my door. No one was there though. I called again to be told that my order has been cancelled long time ago but no one told me until that moment and told me to never order at there place again and hung up on me.

We've been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for our food, which we ordered home. Service says 2-3 minutes each time you call. Never again, what am I paying for??🤪

not recommendable!! We have been regular customers to this day and have ordered at least once a week. We have often been dissatisfied with small things, but today was the highlight. After an hour of waiting, the food came incomplete, after I called and was held up on the phone for 10 minutes, they simply cheekily hung up on the missing item Of course, no food was delivered

Ich habe heute über Lieferando um 0:54 das Essen bei Ihnen bestellt, laut der Seite stand eine Lieferzeit von 20-45 min, habe mein Essen um 01:56 erhalten. Sprich über eine Stunde darauf gewartet, was an sich nicht schlimm wäre, wenn das Essen wenigstens warm oder lauwarm gewesen wäre damit man es direkt essen kann. Aber mein Essen war komplett kalt die Burger die Wings sowie die Pommes. Jetzt darf ich alles nochmal neu erwärmen. Sehr schade an sich da ich es in Erinnerung besser kenne.

Ich war im Zoo bis zum Mittag und hatte dann auch Hunger und auf dem Weg in mein Hotel kam ich dann an diesem RFC Chicken Restaurant vorbei.. Man konnte draußen sitzen also eine bestellte ich mir eine große Chicken Nuggets packung ... Die Nuggets wandern super knusprig saftig und genau das was ich zwischendurch brauchte

Der Laden war mal Besser. Hatte eine Zeit einen Hype und es scheint leider von diesem sich blenden zu lassen, Essen ist schlechter als zuvor. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, redet lieber mit Freunden am Tresen und lässt mich als Kunden zu lange warten für einen Chicken Wrap (30min). Das Ambiente ist Schick und Neu gestaltet allerdings aufgrund des mangeldem Service nicht das sauberste gewesen.

Hier könnte der Colonel in der Hauptwache dazulernen! Sehr sauberes Restaurant mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Service. Das von mir bestellte Menü mexikanischer Art hat hervorragend geschmeckt und war reichlich. Ich werde wiederkommen!

Lecker chicken wings und chicken burger. Immer frisch und saftig ! 3 mal bis jetzt dort gewesen zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten, immer frische Produkte erhalten.

Best crispy chicken burger in town. Tried the chicken breast fillet and double decker and both taste amazing. Fries is also really crispy and delicious. Crispys are a bit small if you’re looking for large ones but they still taste very good. I think this franchise is better than the other one.

Normalerweise gehe ich zur berühmten Kette mit den 3 Buchstaben, aber jetzt nicht mehr... ROOSTER IST RICHTIG LECKER !! Haben zwei Menüs bestellt und einen Pieper bekommen zum abholen. Es hat ca. 12 Minuten gedauert, aber es lohnt sich richtig. Frisch zubereitetes Hähnchen, krosse Pommes. Die Hähnchenteile richtig saftig. War super. Krautsalat war auch gut. Die Karte lässt Leine wünsche übrig, Gegrilltes , jede Menge Burger und Wraps gibt es auch. Hotwings sehr empfehlenswert! Man sollte am besten vor Ort essen. Dann schmeckt es am besten.

Bestellung über Lieferando, nach 1,5 Stunden angerufen, Bestellung wurde wohl vergessen. Nach weiteren 1,5 Stunden geliefert, telefonisch ist niemand mehr rangegangen. Geschmacklich gut, hätte euch gerne mehr Sterne gegeben

Sehr sehr lecker habe mehrmals dort etwas zu essen gekauft. Einer der besten Restaurants in Frankfurt. Sowohl die Burger als auch die Wings und sogar die Pommes frittes waren einer der besten die ich je gegessen habe. Zudem auch was Preis Leistung angeht perfekt.
