Our orders were prepared very quickly, and the food tasted like any McDonald's. I deducted one star because the tables were all dirty/sticky.

Kentucky isn't what it used to be. We are really disappointed. There are no more sharp parts. The taste of sharing and coleslaw isn't what it used to be either. I feel like they changed the recipe. So Kentucky won't be seeing me again any time soon. It's a shame, because it used to be really tasty. 😢

Ich kann das Essen nicht bewerten, da ich gar nicht soweit kam. Am Drive-In-Schalter fragte ich, ob heute irgendein Burger im Angebot sei. Die Antwort war "Winnekatnana"? Ich fragte deutlicher "ist heute ein Burger im A n g e b o t?" Die Antwort erneut: "Winnekatnana"? Ich mein das nicht böse, aber ein Grundwortschatz sollte schon vorhanden sein, wenn man im Kundenkontakt arbeitet.

Paying double at the junior meal, charging 1.49 extra for the fruit nonsense even though he's there, doesn't take part in the app, didn't get a proper explanation why not. Unfriendly staff, toys forgotten after a long wait. If you have higher prices for everything like another Burger King, you can scare away customers

Employees rude, waiting time too long, order waited for over 20 minutes. Not recommended.

Catastrophe! Half portion of fries, instead of double chili cheeseburger only single. Unfortunately, I only found out after I left.

Best BurgerKing in the world! The only fast food store I know where you have the feeling that you are “being disturbed” by something when you drive through the drive-thru. You can go there 20 times a year and meet completely new staff 20 times 🤣 I don't want to know how many times I've spit on my burger 🤣🤣🤣 Clear 5 star rating!

Very, very unfriendly staff! No vouchers. There is only cold water in the bathroom, the hand dryer is broken and there aren't even any replacement towels. It's best to avoid it in a large area! 😂

There were no plant based variants. When I wanted to redeem a coupon for fries, the employee “helped” me and pressed on my cell phone. I ordered and paid for them. After waiting for a while, I asked for my fries and he said that I couldn't redeem the coupon here. And then left me alone. Incredible. Pure disappointment. I'm never coming back.

asked for famous “burger” burrgger and received a rebranded chicken royle with TOO MUCH MAYO. if that wasn’t enough i was removed from the premises JUST for voicing my concern in a CALM MANOR. 0. STARS. AVOID!!!! 😡😡😡

Ordered and payed 5 hours ago, no delivery yet. Their phone number jumps into a vodafone answer machine. They should be called Hungry & Angry, at least thats how we feel.
