Recommended for a short stop for a snack in the middle.

Small but nice. There are still nice staff there 👍

We probably won't go to this restaurant again. The first impression was bad. You could skate on the ground even without ice. The tables, toilet and doors were dirty. The staff unfriendly. At least the food was McDonald's standard.

Quite okay for a fast food shop

The worst thing ever. You order something and they say it will come soon. 2 hours later you call them several times and no one answers. This is the dirtiest and most disgusting Burger King in all of Germany

The food was very tasty, but the atmosphere wasn't that great for a first visit. An employee was bullied and scolded by his superior for what were actually quite small and unproblematic mistakes. One of the employees already feels sorry for you and so the work is definitely no fun (which of course also leads to mistakes)

We have ordered from Mama Pizza & Hot Wok almost every week for years, but our last order was a disaster!!! First of all, half of the order was delivered incorrectly, which didn't bother me that much (humanly anything can happen). But even what was supposedly delivered correctly didn't even bear any resemblance to the dishes we usually had. Apparently the chef has changed so the food looks completely different now. Apart from the appearance, it doesn't taste good at all anymore. For example, egg rice (you can't really go wrong) tastes absolutely nothing like cardboard. So we definitely won't be ordering anymore. The most blatant thing I found was the statement from the employee on the phone that "every chef cooks differently". Yes, I completely agree with that. But the current chef definitely can't cook. Maybe the old chef should be hired again.

Always everything to the best of your satisfaction. The home delivery service works excellently. All branches are in excellent condition. We have been a satisfied customer for many years...

I came to the shop to get a quick bite. The service girl attitude is very rude. I ordered small coffee but she gave me large coffee. I didn't request to change because it's just a little higher. She turned back and complain that I order in English, but not in german. She said in German but I can make out for her face look and her tone. I won't recommend u this cafe if you are tourist. Food is normal, plus the bad attitude, that's a bad impression u will have for Munich

Ordered take-away food four times on site and discovered three times at home that something was missing. Really underground

Overpriced and if you take a moment to look at the employees as they work from the inside, there were fries and oil all over the floor

Edit: It was good for exactly two months, now it's almost as bad as with the old operator. At the drive-in you are asked if you would like to sell your car, the speakers are broken, the kitchen is understaffed, and when you get a menu you are asked straight after “Big?” asked, without context, hoping that extra meat can be charged. Whether the staff speaks any Central European language is again a matter of luck. It's completely strange why BK's reputation is so bad.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed again on my last visit. There wasn't the right patty on my Whopper Junior, but apparently a hamburger patty - see picture attached. During the previous purchase, the small hamburger patty was used twice on a Whopper instead of the original Whopper meat. Unfortunately, you only notice such errors when you get home, which is particularly annoying if you use the drive-thru. In addition, the waiting time at the drive-in was unusually long despite the short line. If the quality of the order is not correct, that is very disappointing. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. There is competition right nearby where you get consistently good quality - and you don't have the feeling of being taken for a ride. Care and service should be urgently improved here.

It used to be a good McDonald's. It's now run down, the people who work there don't want it, every order is missing something, if you don't always leave out an ingredient when ordering you get cold burgers from the fat chute. I've been disappointed again and again the last 15 times I've ordered something there.

They are not friendly and rude to customers.
