Unfreundlich, aber vor allem sehr dreckig. Lange Wartezeit und die Mitarbeiter verstehen nur 30%. Alles in allem, ein richtiger Drecksladen.

The McDonald's in Freilassing definitely stands out from other McDonald's branches in terms of quality. Service and speed as well as preparation of the burgers are always top here!

Coffee was very good, quiet atmosphere, clean, comfortable tables, nice service, all in all very great and a good infrastructure for loading 😌

I ordered a King Sundae. To my dismay, the already small cup was only half filled with ice cream, what a shame. I've ordered ice cream there several times and unfortunately this happens again and again. Never again. Edit: The ice cream has gotten better.

Don't know what was going on with the others, but my fried noodles and spring rolls arrived very quickly for a Friday evening (25 minutes) and both were delicious, just a bit expensive for the portion. The noodles could use a little more soy sauce, but that's a matter of taste.

Always everything to the best of your satisfaction. The home delivery service works excellently. All branches are in excellent condition. We have been a satisfied customer for many years...

I came to the shop to get a quick bite. The service girl attitude is very rude. I ordered small coffee but she gave me large coffee. I didn't request to change because it's just a little higher. She turned back and complain that I order in English, but not in german. She said in German but I can make out for her face look and her tone. I won't recommend u this cafe if you are tourist. Food is normal, plus the bad attitude, that's a bad impression u will have for Munich

I was in the McDrive from this branch 20 minutes before closing time and my experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that it can be inconvenient to work close to closing time, but I was there within opening hours and expected a professional service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. At first I wanted to order a McFlurry, but the employee said the machine was “broken”. It was obvious that this was not true and the machine had probably been cleaned ahead of time in order to close earlier. This is a clear lack of respect for customers. I then ordered a McMenu Der M MM and two additional plant-based burger patties (just the patties). I repeated this twice and confirmed with the employee that these were plant-based products. When I checked my order outside McDrive, I noticed that the burgers were not plant-based patties, but regular ones. I had to drive back to complain about the error. Although the employee exchanged the burgers, he showed an indifferent attitude, did not apologize and simply said: “Try it now”. As a vegetarian, I find this mistake extremely serious. Failure to follow specific orders can be problematic for people with ethical, religious, or health dietary needs. I hope that the service will be improved and that customers' concerns will be taken seriously. I cannot recommend this branch.

The food was great, except the carts were stacked high with used trays. I like that they still have straws; they're not plastic!

The employees seemed quite rushed, which was also due to the fact that the restaurant was packed. The toy was forgotten at the HappyMeal but after being pointed out, it was handed over.

They are not friendly and rude to customers.
