This kebab shop is very nice. I recently got a Gladiator XXXL for €17 but it was very big. I know the owner's son and he's a really nice, nice boy. Last night I ordered a Choco bag and the Halloween Fanta for 300 points. I got a Choco bag that tasted burnt and a Lipton Sparkle iced tea that tasted stale. Nevertheless, I have to say that the ambience at the place next to McDrive was excellent. It was cozy and warm there for the two of us and yet because the drive-in lady was constantly walking past, we still got a cool draft every time we slammed the door shut. Once she even left the door open and the temptation was so great and at some point it was no longer bearable that we stepped in for her. The flower at the table was also a nice gift from the lady. That brightened the evening a bit.

Worst experience – Burnt patty and then meat instead of plant-based! I ordered a plant-based burger here and it was an absolute disaster. First the burger came with a completely burnt patty - black, dry and simply inedible. I complained immediately and the staff was friendly enough to bring me a new burger. But then the shock: On the second attempt, there was suddenly a meat patty in it, even though I had clearly ordered a plant-based burger! How can you make such a bad mistake, especially after I asked about the burnt patty? For someone on a plant-based diet, this is simply unforgivable. Once burnt, then the wrong patty - that's simply unacceptable. This store will definitely never see me again!

Waiting in a fast food restaurant for over 20 minutes for an order, and then arguing with the servant that she had already called my number several times while I was standing 2 meters from the counter the whole time.... Never again

It's a shame that something is always missing. Today the toy is missing from the HappyMeal which caused tears. Other times the fries or curly fries were missing. Other times no sauce or the wrong sauces. Please pay more attention to the little things. McDonald's is not cheap, everything should always be right.

At a Bahnhofs Burger King, I expect my food to be served quickly. Waiting at least 20 minutes every time, nothing like a quick burger on the trip when you're hungry. The highlight was reached yesterday with an announced waiting time of 1 hour after ordering!!! Cancellation and money back was not possible! We had to get to the train and gave away our order so that at least the burgers wouldn't end up in the trash... In addition, the store smelled unbelievably of old fat and cheese...
