Placing orders via the terminal was quick and easy. Wait times were relatively long for fast food. The burgers were very tasty, fresh, and hot. The lattice potatoes, on the other hand, lacked any bite and were barely crispy. The ambiance is very dated – the leather on the seating is peeling or entire sections are missing, revealing the foam.
Staff are unfriendly and slow. Stopping here is not recommended, especially with bus groups! If your timing is right, consider another rest stop, such as Frankenwald. Bus groups are always welcome there, and service is friendly and fast!
06.02.25 14:00 This is how every McDonald's should be. Fast and friendly service, the food ordered via the mobile app and the stand-up tablet in the restaurant was brought to the table within 2 minutes. Everyone looks friendly and the restaurant is clean. In the end, she took the trash from me while I was running and threw it away. Very accommodating thank you
Unfortunately not recommended, burger was simply thrown together and the extra patties were missing.
Fries were cold.
The employees stand behind the counter and leisurely eat fries and keep putting their fingers into the bowl from which the fries are picked up for the guests.
Well, I entered my order, but then the system crashed. Unfortunately, no information about it...
Then I drove into town and got more than €3 off the same order!!
I've been there several times now. Either before or after a train journey, which is always a good option, but almost every time something was missing from my order. Today I went to McDonald's again with my boyfriend and then went straight to our train. On the train, we looked in the bag and something was missing again, even though we had paid for it. This time it was the fries, which I always look forward to the most!! That was the last time I'll ever see that place. I want my stupid fries!
Everything tasted good, but the prices are now ridiculously expensive. The app and the ordering terminals in McDonald's are now running, let's wonder how long. The toilets are still dirty and the soap dispenser is always empty. There were no paper towels to dry your hands.
Was in transit.
It was packed, but I was still able to get a seat.
Despite the crowd, the food came pretty quickly. Everything was hot.
It should be the same in a fast food restaurant.
That was just too much today. I like BK, especially because they have a great selection of vegetarian products, some of which taste better than the "original" such as the long chicken. The shop in Trudering was renovated some time ago. Soon you won't see any of that anymore. The toilets have always been avoidable and are still the case today, and it doesn't smell good either. I just dare to wash my hands with my foot in the door. The rest of the cleanliness like the tables themselves leave a lot to be desired. It's very rare to see someone walking around and wiping during their day-to-day operations. The tray trolleys tend to be overcrowded, leaving a lot of things on the tables. The mess with the fries and the drink was already on the floor when I entered the store, which just had a few people in the ordering pipeline. When I finished eating it was still there. It was cleaned shortly before I left. The poster from February is still hanging outside where the really tasty king rib can be seen, but it's just not available. The television has been broken for over a year and shows the skin colors of people like those in the Blueman Group, i.e. blue, and at some point your brain becomes wishy-washy. This can also be done without a broken flicker box, but with the broken color it is significantly faster. Unfortunately, the staff is often too few as soon as more customers come in and, in my opinion, is neither well trained nor well-coordinated. I almost feel sorry for them. When ordering in the store or at home, it often happens that you get something different or something is missing. I can't even say who to be mad at. On BK himself or the Frenchiser who probably also runs the (at least at that time) terrible BK at the nearby Olympia shopping center, because he had the same handwriting as the one in Trudering.
Oh God please change something. McD is no longer a real competition for you. It's like FC Bayern Munich and 1860. (Be careful, I'm in the 60s). Some can, others would like to.
