Probably the fastest MC Donald in Germany. I thought it would take forever because there were still 8 orders on the screen before me. 3 minutes and I had my citizen, which was also really tasty. Respect for the performance!

Das Essen war gewohnt McDonalds und frisch, Der Kinderbereich war nicht aufgeräumt und es lagen viele Luftbalonhalter herum, was nicht schlimm war, Die Toiletten waren aber sehr dreckig und bei beiden Männer Sitztoiletten war es rund um die Schüsseln sehr nass. Auch den Toilettenbürsten konnte man ansehen, dass sie sehr dreckig sind. Hoffe, dass die Sauberkeit der Küche nicht dem der Toiletten gleicht.

From 10 times MC Drive, 9 times bankrupt. Either something is forgotten or flimsy, or cold and old. By far the worst of the McDonald's I've visited recently. Certainly not again any time soon. Unfortunately.

Better stay hungry or eat somewhere else, but don't enter this store. Some of the staff are very unprofessional, disrespectful and uncultured!

This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly staff in my life. The waitress only said two things to me during the entire ordering process: "Eat here or take away, "cash or card". No "Hello", "please" or "thank you" or anything else. And with these few words She interrupted me. Instead, it was more important for her to speak to her colleague - in a different language - during the ordering process. Later I was able to watch the two waitresses dancing behind the counter This wasn't obvious when I ordered because they also wore headphones for the drive-thru. Given this absolutely unprofessional behavior, it is of course not surprising that the order was incomplete. A burger and all sauces were missing. So the service staff definitely needs to be worked on here. It can't work like that. In addition, the women's toilet was completely broken and the men's toilet was blocked and unusable. I then tried to tell the other waitress (not the one who served me) this. Since she didn't quite speak the German language, this was a bit difficult at first, but then it worked. However, the problem was not resolved by the end of my visit.

Haben uns heute für 36 Euro was zum Abendessen geholt..gaaanz schlechter unfreundlicher service,das komplette Essen war nicht mal lauwarm,der Käse auf den Burger nicht mal zerlaufen.. unterste Schublade,auch die pommes und Mac Nuggets kalt,eine Frechheit diesen Frass für so viel geld....nicht noch einmal.....kenne einige Filialen aber so katastrophal war es noch nirgends.....eigentlich müsste man sein Geld zurück bekommen....

0/5 I wanted to order and guess what, none of the ordering machines functioned, I had to wait for 15 minutes when the employees just ignored me the whole time. When I finally had a "pleasure" to speak with the employees, they got my order wrong and understandably I didn't want to pay whatever I didn't want to. And the employee said they can't cancel one product and send me away. "Than go! Don't get anything". Awful

Anything but friendly. A child has a little wish! Unfortunately, a gentleman said... anyone can come! The focus here is obviously on the Provit and not the customer! Very outdated structures!

Newest McDonald’s in Munich always eat fresh and everything is very clean

The service via the Mc Drive is very bad, the employees are incompetent to process an order correctly (I was there three times and got the wrong thing each time)

A CASE OF FRAUD! You order number 211 via the app - 2x Long Chicken 1x large Cola 1x fries - the price for this is €10.99 - I paid €12.99 - check your bills and the food unfortunately this doesn't look good either!
