Bitte unternehmen Sie etwas gegen die Fliegenplage. Das ist eine Frage der grundlegenden Hygiene. NACHTRAG: Knapp ein Jahr nach diesem Kommentar hat sich die Fliegenplage noch verschlimmert.

Habe noch nie so schlechte Qualität in einem Mc Donald‘s bekommen. Waren mit acht Personen und haben nicht wenig Geld liegen gelassen. Dafür haben wir dann gummiartige, kalte Pommes bekommen. Die Burger waren kalt. Mich hat es hinterher geärgert dass wir das ganze Zeug aus Höflichkeit nicht zurückgeben haben. Meine viel zu freundliches Feedback wurde mangels Sprachkenntnisse mit einem Lächeln zur Kenntnis genommen.

Hell, modernes Ambiente. Viel Raum. Freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Aus irgendeinem Grund behaupten die Mitarbeiter von MacCaffe, die Kaffeemaschine sei dort defekt, wenn man tagsüber Kaffee bestellt, und geben einem stattdessen einen Espresso aus dem Automaten. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Die schlechtesten McDonalds Burger ever! Kalt, trocken, eigentlich eine Frechheit wenn man weiß wie es woanders ist.

Der Laden war voller Fliegen. Sie haben einige unserer bestellten Artikel vergessen. Die Kassiererin hat meine Tochter angeschrien, weil sie nicht wusste, wo sie stehen sollte.

Schreckliche Pommes, schwarz, trocken und selbst die größte Portion war zu wenig – einfach nur widerlich.

Wir holen regelmäßig Essen bei McDonald’s Lindau und leider gibt es bei fast jeder Bestellung Probleme. Es fehlt nahezu jedes Mal mindestens ein oder sogar mehrere Artikel, sodass man die Bestellung ständig kontrollieren muss. Vor ein paar Wochen hatten wir drei Donuts bestellt, die offensichtlich nicht mehr frisch waren. Sie waren steinhart und praktisch ungenießbar. Der heutige Besuch hat das Ganze allerdings noch übertroffen: Im Getränkehalter klebte ein benutzter Kaugummi! Das ist einfach nur ekelhaft und aus hygienischer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Leider zieht sich die mangelnde Sorgfalt und Qualität seit Langem durch unsere Erfahrungen mit diesem Standort. Positive Erlebnisse sind schon lange ausgeblieben. Vollständige Bestellungen, frische Produkte und ein Mindestmaß an Hygiene sollten selbstverständlich sein. Unter diesen Umständen können wir diesen Standort leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

es wird da immer schlimmer personalmässig. Heute beispielsweise wird meine Nummer als "abholbereit" wird angezeigt, werde aber mit einem barschen "nix für sie" weggeschickt. Dann passiert zehn Minuten gar nichts bis sie merken, dass sie eine Bestellung vergessen haben. Genervt wird dann meine Nummer aufgerufen. Dieser McD hatte über Jahre ein angenehmes Team. Wo sind die alle hin?

Sehr sehr schmutzige WC's Es stinkt abnormal dort nach URIN! War jetzt zum 5ten mal da,es wird immer was falsch gebracht am tisch(bei reklamation sind sie denoch sehr freundlich) aber sonst hygiene bedänklich!

So einen schlechten Burger habe ich noch nirgends bekommen. Außerdem war das WC schlimmer beinander als auf jeder Autobahn. Das war ein schlechter Eindruck vom Zwischenstop in Lindau.

Wenn das Essen warm kommt, ist es wie immer lecker

Ich habe zwei Cappuccinos bestellt mit zwei Zuckern. Leider war ein Cappuccino nicht lecker und der zweite war vielleicht ohne Kaffee, nur mit Milch. Das Serviceneveau ist hässlich.

Chickenburger war leider nicht durch. Von außen schön knusprig aber von innen noch fast roh. Konnte leider nicht gegessen werden.

Essen ist wie überall bei McD, Tische schmutzig und Toiletten besonders schmutzig. Die Preise sind eigentlich nicht hinnehmbar, viel zu teuer.

Es fehlt immer was das ist nicht gut

Die Lokation ist in einem sehr modernen Stiel eingerichtet, der Service sehr freundlich und zügig, aber das Essen bosher nie richtig fertig gekocht. Meine burger waren bisher immer kalt und der Käse auf dem Fleisch schmilzt nich annährend, so wie es sich für einen ansrändigen Burger in dieser Preisklasse gehört, trotz das es schnelles fast food ist ! Die Pommes sund auch je nsch filliale mal mehr mal weniger durchfrittiert, zu 99% bekommt man sie eher ala richtung halb roh aus dem gefrierpunkt rausgeholt im blubbernden Fett und darin eunmal geschüttelt und leicht erwärmt serviert. Was diese Mitarbeiter verstehen sollten, ich bezahle nun fast sonvuel wie in einem Restaurant für ein Pappbechermenü, das einzige was ich dabei verlange ist das mein Essen geniesbar ist und auch dementsprechend mit der nötigen Mühe und Liebe zubereitet wird !!!

Die Bestell-Terminals gingen nicht und die Mitarbeiterin hat nur sehr unfreundlich gesagt: geht gerade nicht. Ja das stand da konnte ich auch lesen, aber Auskunft, wann, wo man bestellen kann konnte sie nicht geben. Also keine gute Erfahrung mit dieser Filiale...

Richtige Bestellung, schnell und warm erhalten. Man kann gut drinnen und draußen sitzen.

Obwohl der Ort direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist die Anfahrt mit dem Auto nicht einfach.

Die Pommes waren etwas lahm und beim Cheeseburger Royal hat der Käse gefehlt. Bis ich einen neuen hatte, waren dann die Pommes kalt

Hallo, Essen war fast kalt. Falsche Bürger wurden an den Tisch gebracht. Trinken war nicht kalt und fast ohne Kohlensäure. Ich werde da nicht mehr hingehen.

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Seit dem Umbau haben viele, darunter auch ich, nach dem Essen Magenbeschwerden. Beim ersten mal dachte ich es ist Zufall, was sich jedoch nicht bestätigte. Bei anderen Filialen passiert nichts, weshalb eine allgemeine Unverträglichkeit auch unwahrscheinlich ist. Demnach liegt die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr hoch, dass es an dieser Filiale liegt… Deshalb werde ich dort nicht mehr etwas Essen.

Wie waren im Mc Drive. Super Personal, hatten schnell alles aufgegeben und unsere Bestellung erhalten

Die Mehlspeisen aus der Café-Vitrine waren leider alt und trocken.... noch nie so etwas schlechtes bei McD gegessen....

Hygiene und Service sind unterirdisch. Als ich meine Bestellung bekam, war die Hülle des Wraps bereits verschmutzt, und das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass mir so eine verschmutzte Hülle serviert wurde. Ich frage mich, wie der Wrap in der Küche zubereitet werden soll, wenn die Hülle schon so dreckig ist. Nie wieder bei diesem McDonald's!

Sehr lange Wartezeiten am Drive in, Im Restaurant dreckig, es wurden nicht alle Produkte ausgehändigt erst auf mehrfachen rückfrage, extreme warte Zeit Eis war schon halb verschmolzen Fanta lauwarm und mit wenig Kohlensäure

Sorry Leute! Ihr habt zuerst meine Getränke im happy meal vergessen dann habt ihr das Spielzeug vergessen.! Der Mitarbeiter bei der Ausgabe sah sehr inkompetent und verwirrt aus. Sogar wo ich mein Getränk abgeholt hab, hat der Mitarbeiter wieder bei jemand anderen was vergessen. Mein Kind sagte sie mag kein Happy Meal mehr von mc donald mehr.

Meine Sprite war völlig kohlensäurefrei, mein Big Mac kalt und trocken, und ich habe gerade ein winziges Insekt in meiner Chicken-Nuggets-Tüte entdeckt. Wahrscheinlich das schlimmste McDonald's-Erlebnis, das ich je hatte.

Jedes mal die falsche bestellung

Also, werde niemals mehr diesen Restaurant besuchen. Ein Arbeiter der seine Finger in den Nase steckt und danach auf seine Hose, gleich danach der gleiche sein Arsch kratzt und dann das Essen nimmt auf den tablet tut. Am Samstag den 16.05.2026 gegen 18-19uhr. Ich glaube die müssen alle noch einmal vielleicht sogar jede Monat 2-3x geschult werden. Ich bin stink sauer !!

McD ist sehr sauber, nettes Personal, Essen wie bei allen Filialen. Passt

Essen ist teilweise kalt oder die Burger unvollständig ! Die Toiletten sind eine Katastrophe es stinkt deutlich nach Urin !

Zum mitnehmen bestellt, Burger wurden nicht nach Wunsch bestückt. Konnte es dann wegschmeißen wegen einer Allergie!!!

Wir lieben dieses Mak und machen oft Halt auf dem Weg nach Mailand oder zurück. Freundliches, lächelndes Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre und gute Preise. Weiter so!

McDonald's ist, wenn es spätabends ist oder schnell gehen muss meine Meinung nach einer der besten. Fast Restaurants, die es im Moment gibt. Wenn man aber auf Qualität setzen will oder mit seinem Partner und oder Freunden was essen gehen will, ist McDonald's nicht die beste Wahl. Das Essen ist sehr preiswert und auch schnell zubereitet, sodass man nicht lang warten muss aber die Qualitat ist hier nicht wie im Restaurant.

Kreative Speisekarte mit lila BBQ-Burgern und exzellentem Matcha Latte, was ich von einem Schnellrestaurant nicht erwartet hatte.

Der bestellte Cheeseburger sah aus,als wäre jemand drauf gesessen, hatte am Fleisch eine Abbruchstelle, wurde mir aber anstandslos ersetzt. Der Chickenburger schmeckte auch etwas seltsam und äusserlich auch wie als wenn eine Dampfwalze drüber gegangen wäre. Die Pommes von mir und meiner Begleitung waren alles andere als frisch. Schmeckten auch alt und untypisch. Das Personal vor und hinter der Kasse wirkte etwas orientierungslos und nicht wirklich motiviert. Getränke wurden trotz direkter Bestellung am Desk ohne Eiswürfel, dann mit Eiswürfel herausgegeben. Heute, einen Tag danach ist mir immer noch etwas schlecht von dem Essen. Ich werde diese Filiale von nun an nicht mehr besuchen!! Sogar einen Tag danach habe ich ein fldue

The food was standard, perfectly fine. The service, however, was abysmal. I'm not one for collecting promotional codes, but when several people receive packages with expired codes, it's simply outrageous. And the drink I was given was only 0.4 liters instead of 0.5. Employing a couple of clowns would improve this store. After ordering and paying a double beef classic I’ve been given at 50 g piece of vegan crap very well hidden in the bag, and when I realised it a mile away on the road it was too late.

They serve raw and cold food(both the wrap and mcplant nuggets) and they tell that it is meant to be raw. This made be to never visit McDonald’s again!!!

A solid fast-food experience: Burgers and fries are fresh and tasty, as usual. Service is friendly and usually quick, and the restaurant is clean. It can get a bit chaotic when it's busy, but overall it's a reliable place for a quick meal.

They forgot to put the toy into Happy meal! My kid was really upset. Because we ordered in McDrive, we found that out on the way and had to decide whether return back and loose a lot of time, or accept it and calm down the child. Very frustrating!

It was loud and stressful there. The café was unmanned. We stood at the counter for a few minutes, hoping someone would come. When we asked, we were told to go to the regular counter (where they serve burgers, etc.). The decaf cappuccino tasted awful and had a strange, fake milk foam, which was surely because it was made in the burger section. That can't be right; what's the point of MacCafé, which is supposed to be known for good and affordable coffee? Maybe the staff are just too lazy... In any case, not a good experience, and I don't need to go back.

I went to McDonald's in Lindau to get some food. When I returned, I found spit on my car window. I asked the staff, who told me there were no cameras in the McDonald's parking lot. I wanted to speak to the manager, but he wasn't there. There's no security in the parking lot. I've never experienced anything like this before. Maybe next time someone will smash my car window.

A typical McDonald's with a sufficiently large and car-friendly drive-thru, finally, after so many years. The entrance to the drive-thru before was a real disaster. This McDonald's is relatively large and located directly on the main road. The building and the interior are relatively clean and well-maintained. The parking lot is also large and relatively clean. There's a large patio. The employees are always very friendly. Despite the praise, the cleanliness, as mentioned, leaves much to be desired, especially at night. Additionally, the burgers in the boxes looked like they'd been thrown in. For that price, I expect something different! A major highlight, however, is that this McDonald's is open until very late at night. The trash cans in the parking lot should be emptied more often. The screens are a complete disaster. They're constantly broken, and the software is faulty and unintuitive. Let's see if things improve.

I had to change my originally positive review of this place. They now implement complete video surveillance of every car that enters the drive thru or parking. They track everyone. We immediately turned around through the drive thru but still got into the system. Don't go near this place if you don't want McDonalds to scan your license plate and track you.

McDonald's is always good, sure. Clean restrooms, but very cold. People were sitting there eating in their winter coats. Who wants to sit in that longer than necessary, maybe even for a coffee? Perhaps the heating was just broken? What always annoys me about McDonald's, though, is the dirty tables and benches – they really could improve that.

Unfortunately, this wasn't a good experience. It was very loud and crowded. While our order was taken quickly and arrived promptly, the table wasn't clean. The cashier seemed unsure of himself and took a very long time. The cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and it was completely inedible. The fries were also stale and no longer warm. The Coke wasn't even poured full. Paying over €15 for two cheeseburgers, large fries, and a small drink seems quite expensive to me—especially considering the quality.

I've rarely seen such a bad McDonald's. A slightly soggy burger is fine, but these were so soggy it was unacceptable. I was really worried the order was going to be a complete disaster; the server didn't understand me, and I didn't understand her. We asked for more sauce, but unfortunately, it was met with some grumbling. We then had to gather napkins from various dispensers in the restaurant. All in all, I'm glad our local McDonald's is a bit more pleasant and inviting. It was okay for a quick burger on vacation.

In the middle of town, overwhelmed staff forget half the order but are cooperative and provide the rest without any problems.

McDonald's dies without veggie food

The food was cold. They couldn't even put a topping on a Big Mac. The top two halves of the sandwich were empty. The sauce was missing. About 10 pickles. And last but not least, a nice hair. Puke.

I just waited over 10 minutes after taking my order, because all the sauces for the nuggets, the salad dressing, and the lattice fries were missing. And it was cold, too. The place was practically empty, otherwise I'd have some understanding. Absolutely outrageous, JUICE SHOP.

Very nice ambiance with a good location right next to the highway. The food was delicious and there were no shortages. However, what I found odd was that all the chairs were already up by about 12:30 AM, even though the restaurant's website says it's open until 2 AM.

The fries here are almost always cold and soggy. Why they don't use cups for coffee anymore, but instead use either reusable plastic cups or disposable paper cups, is beyond me. The burgers are usually not hot, but lukewarm and hard. Only to be used as a "restaurant" in an emergency.

After a long journey we took advantage of the proximity of this branch to the highway. We arrived for coffee. McCafé was closed and it was written to order at the bar. So we ordered coffee at the bar from the worker, saying that we wanted coffee from a lever coffee machine with a ceramic mug, if that was possible. He replied that there was no problem. We got coffee in a paper package and from the machine. They also managed to put milk in another coffee and on the contrary leave a large coffee without milk... Insider tip: For those on a tight budget, go to the bathroom before ordering. I've never experienced such a smell of urine. Then you can go straight back out and save.

When I order a coffee in a café, I expect a proper cup, not a paper cup that's called a cup. I also ordered a piece of chocolate cake. When I expressed my surprise, I would have at least appreciated an apology and a brief explanation—not incomprehensible noises in response. That doesn't correspond to my understanding of service.

Great for charging electric cars, but offering French fries (not even with salad) as the only food option for people with gluten intolerance is simply not acceptable. Therefore, we couldn't eat there.

Unfortunately, the employees at the McDonough Drive-Thru have been 80% unfriendly and don't speak German. On the positive side, however, they haven't forgotten to pack anything in my orders. Their texture shifted from delicately crisp to the realm of heroically hardened—a mouthfeel as if nibbling on philosophy itself. And yet, oh miracle: the taste was a triumph, an orchestral crunch sustained by golden spice. No The food there doesn't taste like McDonald's. The nuggets tasted of old grease and like they came from a microwave. Reheated. The burgers weren't anything special either; they were all cold. It's a good thing this McDonald's isn't in my town.

19.08.25 My McWrap was less-than-half filled. To a very hungry me, it was enraging.

I had to pay a €40 parking ticket even though I was in the restaurant the whole time. Never again!!!

The food was pretty good, typical McDonald's. The employees were fast, but there's not much more to say, since even fish talk more. So much for the positives, and now for the negatives. The restrooms are a fantastic destination for germs of all kinds. Brown and yellow stains on the walls and doors of the stalls make you wonder if an artist made a mistake in their choice of materials, and the smell is more reminiscent of eau de toilette than Chanel. Bottom line: If you're not afraid of germs and don't mind unpleasant smells, you can get pretty good fast food there, but this was our first and last time there.

Service and delivery time were okay. Everything was fine. The fries were undercooked.

It was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. How can the Department of Health not shut this place down? The products were old, and there was a hair in my hamburger. The money is one thing, but health-wise, this place is really bad.
