The food was standard, perfectly fine. The service, however, was abysmal. I'm not one for collecting promotional codes, but when several people receive packages with expired codes, it's simply outrageous. And the drink I was given was only 0.4 liters instead of 0.5. Coincidence? If you don't complain, it's your own fault, right?

Employing a couple of clowns would improve this store. After ordering and paying a double beef classic I’ve been given at 50 g piece of vegan crap very well hidden in the bag, and when I realised it a mile away on the road it was too late.

They serve raw and cold food(both the wrap and mcplant nuggets) and they tell that it is meant to be raw. This made be to never visit McDonald’s again!!!

This McDonald's is relatively large and located directly on the main road. The building and the interior are relatively clean and well-maintained. The parking lot is also large and relatively clean. A major highlight, however, is that this McDonald's is open until very late at night. The trash cans in the parking lot should be emptied more often. The screens are a complete disaster. I had to change my originally positive review of this place. They now implement complete video surveillance of every car that enters the drive thru or parking. They track everyone. We immediately turned around through the drive thru but still got into the system. Don't go near this place if you don't want McDonalds to scan your license plate and track you.

McDonald's is always good, sure. Clean restrooms, but very cold. People were sitting there eating in their winter coats. Who wants to sit in that longer than necessary, maybe even for a coffee? Perhaps the heating was just broken? What always annoys me about McDonald's, though, is the dirty tables and benches – they really could improve that.

Unfortunately, this wasn't a good experience. It was very loud and crowded. While our order was taken quickly and arrived promptly, the table wasn't clean. The cashier seemed unsure of himself and took a very long time. The cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and it was completely inedible. The fries were also stale and no longer warm. The Coke wasn't even poured full. Paying over €15 for two cheeseburgers, large fries, and a small drink seems quite expensive to me—especially considering the quality.

We asked for more sauce, but unfortunately, it was met with some grumbling. We then had to gather napkins from various dispensers in the restaurant. All in all, I'm glad our local McDonald's is a bit more pleasant and inviting. It was okay for a quick burger on vacation.

I just waited over 10 minutes after taking my order, because all the sauces for the nuggets, the salad dressing, and the lattice fries were missing. And it was cold, too. The place was practically empty, otherwise I'd have some understanding. Absolutely outrageous, JUICE SHOP.

Very nice ambiance with a good location right next to the highway. The food was delicious and there were no shortages. However, what I found odd was that all the chairs were already up by about 12:30 AM, even though the restaurant's website says it's open until 2 AM.

The fries here are almost always cold and soggy. Why they don't use cups for coffee anymore, but instead use either reusable plastic cups or disposable paper cups, is beyond me. The burgers are usually not hot, but lukewarm and hard. Only to be used as a "restaurant" in an emergency.

After a long journey we took advantage of the proximity of this branch to the highway. We arrived for coffee. McCafé was closed and it was written to order at the bar. So we ordered coffee at the bar from the worker, saying that we wanted coffee from a lever coffee machine with a ceramic mug, if that was possible. He replied that there was no problem. We got coffee in a paper package and from the machine. They also managed to put milk in another coffee and on the contrary leave a large coffee without milk... When complaining, the worker in question said that we have coffee, so where is the problem... Free toilets and it looks like that. I do not recommend, never again.

When I order a coffee in a café, I expect a proper cup, not a paper cup that's called a cup. I also ordered a piece of chocolate cake. When I expressed my surprise, I would have at least appreciated an apology and a brief explanation—not incomprehensible noises in response. That doesn't correspond to my understanding of service.

No The food there doesn't taste like McDonald's. The nuggets tasted of old grease and like they came from a microwave. Reheated. The burgers weren't anything special either; they were all cold. It's a good thing this McDonald's isn't in my town.

The restrooms are a fantastic destination for germs of all kinds. Brown and yellow stains on the walls and doors of the stalls make you wonder if an artist made a mistake in their choice of materials, and the smell is more reminiscent of eau de toilette than Chanel. Bottom line: If you're not afraid of germs and don't mind unpleasant smells, you can get pretty good fast food there, but this was our first and last time there.

Disaster! We visited McDonald's in Lindau yesterday evening, July 16th. We had to walk through the branch for 5 minutes because almost all the tables and seats were very dirty. There wasn't a single table that was completely clean, and most of the seats and floor were also dirty. It wasn't busy around 10:00 PM, which made the disastrous condition of the branch all the more incomprehensible. Staff were not friendly. No greeting. Not a word or expression of regret that the order wasn't even halfway complete. On top of that, half the order was missing. It can happen, but the same thing happened at the next table. It's incomprehensible that the branch manager tolerates something like this! There's an urgent need for action! Never again!

Standard McDonald’s restaurant with McCafe, large outdoor area and plenty of parking. This location is frequented by travelers and one-time visitors and is one of the locations with the most sales due to vicinity to highway and main north-south border crossing from Germany to Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Italy. Despite some renovations, extensions and updates the restaurant is also on the outdated path of the lifecycle. After the ownership was transferred some time ago the mostly new team is lacking the same professionalism and commitment as the original team. The service is ok, but since most visitors are one-time only visitors, the overall willingness to go the extra mile is very limited. Also the quality of the food is on the lower side of the expected range. I had a wrap menu with salad and drink. The preparation of the food items clearly shows the emphasis on speed and not on quality and craftsmanship. Also the food items in the salad were served without further care on quality or size of the chunks. I got the inner bitter parts of the greens as well as two big chunks of a rather crude cucumber only. Also the tomato was cut weirdly. The prize, quality and also commitment to serve has clearly taken the wrong turn. But I guess there is still money to squeeze out from this location due to the high frequency of first and most likely last time visitors. I was regular customer of this location for more than 20 years. It is really sad to see that development to the current state.

Watch out for the prices! Very expensive compared to other McDs. And a rip-off. Regular cappuccino costs €4.39 and a small cappuccino costs €2, more than double. And it still only contains one shot of coffee. The toilets were backed up in the morning because one of the two was broken.

But the worst thing was: I ordered the regular chicken nuggets with meat and got the McPlant nuggets instead – and they just don't taste good to me. It's not that they're vegetarian, it's that they just don't taste good at all. The bottom line is, I could have thrown almost everything away. I was really looking forward to the meal – and in the end, it was just a waste of money.

I ordered at the McDrive. Two of my five items were missing. No one answers the phone there either.

A horrible, dirty place—disgusting! The food is cold and old. I don't understand how no one monitors it. This place should be closed immediately! The back is crawling with rats, and the inside is full of mosquitoes and flies. I really don't understand it—it's just disgusting. Don't come here under any circumstances!!
