Average McD Restaurant. Good to grab a coffee

The service and food were good McDonald's standards but the toilet facilities could easily be among the worst maintained McDonald's toilet facilities in Germany. It smells super unpleasant and the toilets/sinks are simply dirty and not maintained. You can do better!!!

Drive through employees loudly insult the customers, only stupid when the customers understand him. Rarely have I experienced such impudence!

We were here for the second time today and were disappointed both times. Some of the burgers were cold and everything tasted old (especially the bread). Additionally, the staff failed to complete the order correctly. The toilets were extremely dirty - both the men's room and the disabled and toddler toilets. If you feel like going to McDonald’s, I recommend going to another location.

Just a snapshot, but today the toilets were very dirty and didn't flush. The smell was breathtaking.

Typical Mecces. Fairly clean, staff always nice, food as usual expensive cardboard box. Cheap fast food. Unfortunately, the prices are no longer cheap either.

We, a family of 5, always went there 2-3 times a year on our vacations and were able to follow the deterioration of this branch. But the crowning moment was January 3rd, 2025. When ordering from our app, we liked 2 McChicken, 6 chicken nuggets and a Happy Meal gift. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the second McChicken was missing until later and had to go to the counter the second time and complain. An employee actually accused me of fraud! With a little loud discussion I got the McChicken, but the mood was gone. Instead of accusing the customer of fraud, it is better to check how it can happen that so many things are missing from the order!!! In addition, everything was really lukewarm to cold. That was probably the last time we stopped here.

Unfortunately the coffee was absolutely undrinkable. I had an ICE coffee and there was only a strange liquid and three ice cubes in it. No coffee detected.

They told us to stand up for no reason and we are regular customers. Really sad.

Food came to the table about 1 minute after ordering, so you can imagine how fresh the food was. Curly fries had to be complained about because they were probably 20 minutes old. Toilet smells extremely like urine.

Ordered VegiBurger and got burger with meat. It doesn't work at all!!! Please check first whether you are really getting a veggie burger.

Biggest juice shop ever. You should really reconsider the service staff if they aren't even able to pack an order properly. Out of 10 things ordered, 3 were wrong and 2 were not packed at all. Now you could say “It could happen!” No. This shouldn't happen for the third time in a row. No hello, please, thank you or goodbye and then 2 things completely forgotten and 3 things wrong.

It's MC stupid and I don't expect much but every order is missing something..... we've been going once a month with the 3 children for a year, first to the swimming pool then to MD.... but the apple turnovers with a slightly frozen one To give out the core and after the complaint to get the 3 next ones in the refrigerator temperature... that's the height - btw there wasn't the Super Mario car (advertising) either, just the books 📚 which the kids already had in 3 copies have- will go out for kebab in the future

Well-kept McDonalds with friendly staff

The food is good, typical for McDonald's. The employees in Drive-in are extremely unfriendly: feels like they're in a hurry even in the middle of a weekend, when there is no queue. They hear the order incorrectly, pick almost random options right away without trying to understand, what's being said, correcting it back and forth and then not even showing, what you've ordered, leading to a "surprise", when you receive your receipt (and when it's too late to change anything). So, unless your order is longer or harder than "hamburger and fries", it's better to go inside and order on the machine - it feels way more friendly and understanding.

Got a fish menu. The burger and fries were very fresh and hot 🔥 tasted really good

The cappuccino was a disaster for the third time in a row... burnt flavors, even though there is a portafilter machine it is not used to make coffee 🤔Always seems to be a filter coffee. And I think paying 4.39 euros for it is completely unjustified!! There definitely won't be a fourth time here.

The McDonald's was very clean. And the food was very tasty 😋.

I particularly like that the doors open automatically. This is much more hygienic if hundreds of people don't have to touch the same door handle.

Things are getting worse and worse in terms of personnel

Went there three times to get burgers, ordering went through the display quite quickly and was completed. Ate there once. Gladly again.

What really annoys me is that the fries in the MC Drive are only filled half full... This just keeps getting worse...

Catastrophe every time I'm there my order isn't complete. There's always something missing, it's just annoying. I will avoid this store in the future!!! If I worked like that, my boss would fire me without notice. Abyssal creeps.

With the cheese toast, the cheese is everywhere except between the buns. I ordered twelve mini pancakes and unfortunately only received six when I got home. Real cheek, paid twice as much for the smaller portion and there was only one other person there besides me, so you really can't speak of stress.

Unfortunately, food at these McDonald's is really complete for the bin.... Fries are always soggy and taste like old fat.... Burgers slapped together incorrectly and without much effort, usually cold and not enough sauce.... At MC Drive, half of it is always missing and ice cream is almost never available... MC Cafe is rarely occupied otherwise you have to wait forever... Staff relatively friendly... Unfortunately, the employees are exactly the opposite... Totally unfriendly, bitchy and superficial... Unfortunately, we don't have a plan and we're stuck there for the most part. If there were 0 stars then 0 Then it's better to go to fn at the train station<3 there's love in it... Best double chilli cheese

And again... You order, go to the Mc Drive, drive home (3 minutes), realize that once again you forgot the burger, the fries were all cold, the cheeseburger was totally messed up, almost inedible, etc. It was worlds better a few years ago. You won't even be understood at the counter, knowledge of German should also be available at the counter! We're avoiding McDonald's from now on.

The employee prepares the menus by hand without gloves. Although we gave us an order code, the employee made a lot of mistakes (everything was easy with the code, just entered it, everything was selected beforehand) In the end we got the wrong menu, and a lot of things felt wrong, some of which we gave up because we didn't have hours to get the right menu. In the end we ate but the system doesn't work well here. There was a piece of wood in my hamburger!! The employees didn't know what it was either. The manager was helpful but everyone else had no idea how it was supposed to work.

Girls who don't call the numbers, don't make the right coffees and don't use the right machine because they clearly didn't feel like it, after ordering an espresso, make an American one, claiming that that was the small one. Happened on September 24th at 8.20pm-8.30pm.

Just had a coffee, it wasn't good

I actually never go to a fast food restaurant. Mostly out of necessity because of being on the road or peer pressure. Now it was that time again. Well, the stuff tastes pretty good. Maybe lasts you an hour. Not more. What is really an absolute no-go: prices. The big Mac individually 6 euros! Are you crazy? Menu offerings are so-so OK. But individual orders? Never ever in this life. I think I'll refuse to visit next time. Oh yes, I admire everyone who spends a lot of money here. Shoot inferior foodstuffs at overpriced prices. And often several times a week. Respect. I hope none of these people complain about electricity prices, inflation or anything else.

They don't have gluten free food. I could only drink coffee. The rest of the family was satisfied with his gender-free meal.

We were passing through and stopped at this McDonald's. There are plenty of parking spaces. The ambience inside is very nice. The food was prepared very quickly, everything was hot and tasted good. The coffee I ordered later was made with a portafilter machine and was also very good. But one thing in particular caught my attention. The staff at this McDonald was different. I don't know exactly what it was, but I've never experienced such a nice, harmonious team in a McDonalds. Well located, very close to the highway and close to the Austrian border. Food/drink good... just typical McDonald. Facility good. Nice outdoor area, some street noise. Parking lot usually big enough. McDrive available, also McCafe. Go there every now and then. Update: now, like almost everywhere, with touchscreens for ordering. Works well. Furnishings modernized, looks good.

Stopped here to recharge and eat. Very practical in the station wagon. The rest is a normal McDonald's as you know it. The toilets could be cleaner

Compared to Switzerland, food was a complete disaster. Burger meat, bread, everything had no real fast food taste, tasted like old oil. Outside the restaurant it tastes as if the sewer system is overflowing.

Abysmal bad! The employees hardly work and give you meat if you order plant-based!! I came forward with the meat nugget and they said very rudely, no, that can't be right, it's 100% vegan. Yes, exactly... one of the chicken's veins was sticking out. Then shortly afterwards I went to another employee. She was visibly embarrassed by the incident and gave me fresh nuggets. The McDonald's in Lindau is always worth a stop. Many terminals for ordering, friendly employees. The reusable cup for coffee comes with a lid and a misunderstanding with oat milk was quickly resolved. Service on site works well here. Only the plant-based products are terrible (like everywhere at McDonald's). When it comes to meat-free products, Burger King is far ahead in terms of concept and quality.

Despite being busy, everything went smoothly. Finally good burgers at McDonalds again. Nice staff. Can only be recommended.

Nothing unusual. If you know what McDonald's is like in central Europe, you'll get exactly that. This one is pretty big, it's on the main highway connecting Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The offer is as usual. Fine expect the beef to be anything better. It might be local fed and grown, but the patty is just the same too much well done. At least the fries, ice cream and coffee are very good. I can recommend the chicken wrap.

Staff very nice, mostly good service👍McDonald's is our regular McDonald's and unfortunately out of 10 orders out of 9 orders the fries are always cold. Something urgently needs to change here. Mc do offers reusable cups and has no idea about it. If I want to return my used reusable one and take a new one with me, they don't know what to do. So the principle of reusable cups, so swapping them, is not understood
