Wie man sich halt einen McDonald’s so vorstellt

Schöne, saubere Filiale mit einer freundlichen Crew. Wir haben kleine Appetizer der neuen Produkte bekommen, was ich klasse finde. Sie waren auch sehr lecker.

Über mehrere Tage hinweg war ich drei mal dort, um den WM-Burger zu probieren. Aber jedes Mal war der Deutschlandburger "Nicht verfügbar". Und das obwohl dieser ganz gross unter "Highlights" angepriesen wird.

Also 10 von 10 Bestellungen haben immer wieder Fehler Entweder fehlt etwas gänzlich Oder falsch ausgegeben Ich kann es mir nicht erklären, wie schwer kann es sein Dinge von einem Bildschirm abzulesen und zu bearbeiten. Und kommt mir nicht mit die haben Stress. In München oder in Dachau beim McDonald’s sind die Monitore immer voll bis zur Unkenntlichkeit und dort kriegen sie es auch hin. Heute habe ich alte Gitterkartoffeln ihr kennt des die vom Vortag. Richtig eklig. Vom kurzen fehlt entweder das Spielzeug oder es ist das falsche Da er der mc Donalds neben unserer Haustür ist werden wir wohl weiter hier bestellen aber aufregen tut es mich dennoch

Ich war heute im McDonald’s in Olching und war ehrlich gesagt erschrocken über das, was ich beobachten konnte. Während ich auf meine Bestellung gewartet habe, habe ich gesehen, wie zwei Mitarbeiter einen Burger zubereitet haben. Dabei haben beide ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet und sowohl den Patty als auch den Salat mit den bloßen Händen angefasst. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat den Patty sogar direkt in die Hand genommen. Mir ist bewusst, dass Handschuhe nicht in jeder Situation vorgeschrieben sind, jedoch hat dieser Umgang auf mich einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck gemacht. Als Gast erwarte ich bei der Zubereitung von Lebensmitteln ein hohes Maß an Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Dieses Erlebnis hat mein Vertrauen in die Filiale leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Ich hoffe, dass die Hygienestandards in dieser Filiale überprüft und gegebenenfalls verbessert werden.

Leider war der Besuch hier sehr enttäuschend. Die Damen waren unfreundluch und restlos überfordert 2 Menüs und ein Happymeal zusammenzustellen. Strohhalme fehlten und die Burger sahen aus als hätte man mit der Schachtel Fussball gespielt. Das totale Chaos und eher ein Unfall als Burger. So macht das Burgeressen leider keinen Spass.

Gutes Essen, schneller Service, sehr sauber. War positiv überrascht & komme definitiv wieder. 👍

War jemand am 03.06.26 hier essen den ich und ein Kollege landeten nach dem Verzehr im Krankenhaus mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung ich hatte einen Double Royal käse und Nuggets zudem Gitterkartoffeln. Wenn es weitere betroffene gibt gerne melden den ich werde hiergegen vorgehen das darf und kann nicht sein !!!!

Mc Sundae ist einfach nur ein Klecks

Die Bewertung wird auf „Basis eines Fastfood-Niveau“ getroffen: Liegt super geschickt an der Autobahn A8 und ist eine sehr gute Alternative zu einem Rasthof. Es ist nicht überlaufen, es ist sauber gewesen, das Personal freundlich, das Essen kam schnell. Die Burger frisch, die Nuggets und die Pommes haben auch sehr gut geschleckt (nicht wie nach altem Fett) McDonald‘s, wie es sein soll.

Habe nur kurz was im Mc Drive geholt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Normales McDonalds Essen, nichts besonderes. Fast good halt.

Hab heute ein Mc Flurry gegessen, es kam nur halb voll. Nachdem ich es reklamiert habe hat die Vorgesetzte gesagt das es so von der Chefin gesagt wurde und abgewogen wird. Keine Ahnung was dieser Mc Donald für Waagen hat, aber in mehreren anderen Mc‘s sind die Mc Flurry Becher voll mit Eis, hier hat locker die Hälfte gefehlt. Absolute Frechheit!

Ausgezeichneter Ort zum Essen und Arbeiten, die Leute sind sehr freundlich.

Wenn es Minuspunkte geben würde, dann würde ich die geben. Personal und Ambiente sind gut, aber scheinbar nimmt man es mit der Hygiene nicht so genau. Essen sorgt für Magenverstimmung und Durchfall. Lieben Dank, dadurch ist nun mein Wochenende auch gelaufen. 🤒

Meine Erfahrung in dieser Filiale war leider in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuschend. Bereits beim Betreten fiel der insgesamt unzureichende Hygienestandard auf; sowohl der Gastraum als auch die Tische wirkten nicht angemessen gereinigt. Hinzu kam, dass die bestellten Speisen nicht die erwartete Qualität aufwiesen. Insbesondere wurde das Essen lediglich lauwarm serviert, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigte. Darüber hinaus war die Bestellung unvollständig, da mehrere bestellte Artikel fehlten. Insgesamt entspricht der Service sowie die Qualität der Speisen nicht den üblichen Erwartungen. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf, insbesondere in den Bereichen Sauberkeit, Sorgfalt bei der Bestellabwicklung und Einhaltung grundlegender Qualitätsstandards. Hier ist eine realistische und glaubwürdige Bewertung: --- ★★★☆☆ – Durchschnittlich, aber unbeständig Ich war bei McDonald's und der Besuch war insgesamt durchschnittlich. Die Lage ist praktisch, mit Parkplatz und Drive-In, ideal also, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist oder schnell etwas essen möchte. Das Essen ist typisch McDonald's: Standardqualität und in der Regel schnell zubereitet. Der Service ist jedoch unbeständig. Bei meinem Besuch fielen mir recht lange Wartezeiten und einige Unordnung bei den Bestellungen auf. Die Sauberkeit der Filiale könnte verbessert werden, insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten. Kurz gesagt: Es erfüllt seinen Zweck, wenn man schnell etwas essen möchte, aber es ist nicht eine der effizientesten oder am besten gepflegten Filialen.

Das Essen war top ich habe in keinem anderen Restaurant so ein exellentes Fastfood gehabt. Top weiter so, empfehle ich nur weiter.

Anliegen wurde professionell gelöst vielen Dank an Mukki, gerne wieder sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich war nach der Arbeit mit zwei Kollegen bei diesem „MC“. Als wir hineingingen, konnten wir wegen der lauten Balkanmusik nicht einmal grüßen, und die Mitarbeiter sahen uns sehr unfreundlich an – überhaupt nicht so, wie man es erwarten würde. Wir haben an den Bestellterminals bestellt und angegeben, dass wir im Restaurant essen möchten und das Essen nicht mitnehmen. Als unsere Bestellungen fertig waren, haben dieselben Mitarbeiter sie uns einfach verpackt auf den Tresen gestellt und gesagt, dass wir nicht im Restaurant essen dürfen, da gleich geschlossen wird. ACHTUNG ⚠️ Es war 00:47 Uhr. Ich habe gefragt, warum uns das nicht von Anfang an oder zumindest während der Bestellung mitgeteilt wurde und warum die Bestellterminals noch die Option anbieten, im Restaurant zu essen. Darauf habe ich eine Antwort bekommen, die ich hier nicht wiedergeben kann. Warum müssen wir für unser eigenes Geld so respektlos behandelt werden? Wie lange müssen wir noch solches Verhalten ertragen, bis sich etwas ändert?

Schon wieder haben sie das Essen in meiner Bestellung vergessen. Es gibt keine einfache Möglichkeit, eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten oder die falsche Bestellung zu reklamieren. Ich fahre doch nicht 30 Minuten für 5 Euro, und das wissen sie auch. Das wirkt fast schon absichtlich.

Der Mac Donalds in Olching ist bei der Jugend sehr beliebt. Ich gehe öfters mit meinen Enkeln hin. Ich selbst liebe den Kaffee im Mac Café. Super lecker und preiswert.

Leider wurden wir erneut von diesem mc Donalds enttäuscht und kommt nun wirklich absolut nicht mehr in Frage für uns. Wir kamen um 23:30uhr zum vor Ort essen. Anfangs alles gut bestellt Essen bekommen ok top ABER es wurde ständig durchs halbe Lokal in die Küche auf albanisch lautstark kommuniziert. Um klarzustellen es geht nicht um die Sprache sondern darum dass man es egal in welcher Sprache einfach nicht macht wenn es was zu besprechen gibt dann so das die Kunden nichts davon mitbekommen. Während wir aßen fing dann eine Dame an die Stühle im ganzen Lokal hochzustellen !!! LAUT! Und eben das Gebrülle dazu….. geht gar nicht WIR SIND AM ESSEN!! Übrigens wurde dann das Licht im Halben Laden bereits ausgeschaltet… naja 🫤 was soll man hier noch sagen .. ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN WAREN BIS 1 Uhr um Mitternacht war die Bude dicht !! Auf Google bereits auf geschlossen gestellt. Menschen fahren in Drive in und werden ignoriert. Aber dazu hatte ich bereits eine andere Bewertung Anfang September 2025 geschrieben. Gang und gebe einfach nach Lust und Laune den Laden VOR DEN ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN zu schließen. Wenn die Leute keinen Bock haben dann soll der Laden endlich dicht gemacht werden weil das ist einfach nur noch lächerlich was da passiert! Ein anderes Mal fehlten bei unsere VORBESTELLUNG 4 Artikel das wird auch gerne dort gemacht wie ich mehrmals erlebt habe und auch mittlerweile aus anderen Bewertungen lese.. ABZOCKE !! 🥲 @MC DONALDS gibt den Standort einfach ab bitte oder schmeißt die Leute alle raus und gibt wem anderen ne Chance da was draus zu machen weil die Lage hat Potenzial !!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by this McDonald's again, and it's absolutely out of the question for us now. We arrived at 11:30 PM to eat in. Initially, everything went well, and the food was okay, great. BUT there was constant loud communication in Albanian across half the restaurant to the kitchen. To be clear, it's not about the language, but about the fact that, regardless of the language, if there's something to discuss, it shouldn't be done in a way that the customers can't hear. While we were eating, a woman started putting up chairs throughout the entire restaurant!!! LOUDLY! And the shouting at the same time... absolutely unacceptable! WE'RE EATING!! By the way, the lights in half the restaurant were already turned off... well 🫤 what more can you say... OPENING HOURS WERE UNTIL 1 AM, but the place was closed at midnight!! It's already listed as closed on Google. People drive into the drive-thru and are ignored. But I already wrote another review about that in early September 2025. It's common practice to simply close the store before opening hours whenever they feel like it. If people don't want to be there, then the store should finally be shut down because what's going on there is just ridiculous! Another time, four items were missing from our pre-order. This is something they like to do there, as I've experienced several times and have also read in other reviews... RIP-OFF!! 🥲 @MC DONALD'S, please just give up the location or fire everyone and give someone else a chance to do something with it because the location has potential!!

Waited 10 minutes for two coffees at the drive-thru. No other customers. Unacceptable. The older lady at the register was very friendly, but the staff at the counter seemed bored.

This is definitely not "fast" food. I've ordered two or more meals several times now, and the wait times are abysmal... you wait over 10 minutes (regardless of whether you order in advance via the app or use the QR code at the machine). Instead of my own order (whose number is now displayed at the top of the pickup screen), orders behind me with the same burgers are simply served first. This is absolutely not what I consider a "system" restaurant...

I went there again after a long time. One Big Mac meal + one McRib (otherwise I wouldn't be full). €18! I could just as easily go to a proper restaurant for that price instead of fast food. I'm starting to feel pessimistic about you guys. I won't be back anytime soon…

A Journey Through Pain, Loss, and French Fry Grease I walked into the McDonald's full of hope, full of dreams, full of anticipation for that one moment that holds my life together time and time again: the Big Rösti. But what awaited me? A sentence that shattered my heart into a thousand greasy pieces: "Sorry, the Big Rösti is sold out." Sold out. OUT. SOLD. I stood there like a rusted griddle. My soul murmured a soft "Why?" while my stomach let out an angry growl that even silenced the beverage dispenser for a moment. The Big Rösti isn't just a burger. It's my emotional anchor. My culinary soulmate. The crispy rösti patty is to me what Romeo was to Juliet—only without the drama (well, at least until now). Instead, I had to eat a Big Mac. A Big Mac! It's like giving a kid a pair of hiking socks for Christmas instead of a PlayStation. They'll keep you warm, sure… but they're not my Big Rösti. I left the restaurant. Outside, the wind blew through my limp paper bag, as if whispering to me, "If you'd ordered yesterday…" I'll be back. And I pray the Big Rösti will be back. Because without it… I'm just a person. With a hole in my heart. And in my stomach.

Unfortunately, consistently disappointing. On several occasions, special requests made directly with the order were completely ignored – even allergies were disregarded. Additionally, ordered extra meat was omitted, and sometimes even the wrong burgers were sent. Cold fries and cold nuggets are also not uncommon here. Other branches manage this without any problems, only this McDonald's doesn't. In the future, I'll go to Fürstenfeldbruck instead. If you have the option of going to a different branch and want to get your food reliably and hot, I highly recommend it.

The food is OK. But sorry, the prices are becoming outrageous and you're not going to be satisfied.

1. Hardly anyone there understands me. (German) 2. I tried to pay with a €200 note and was refused. It's difficult when you're not familiar with German laws. 3. Half of the card wasn't valid.

Order delivered incorrectly and then reorder rudely refused

I will never visit this McDonald's again because, with the new parking system, even with receipts, you're no longer allowed to eat for longer than an hour; otherwise, you have to pay €30. We went for breakfast and ordered another coffee. After an hour, we received a ticket. When we spoke to the manager, he simply told us we had to contact the parking system company. Despite having receipts, we still had to pay – an absolute outrage!

Since this has happened more often, or almost always, I have documented everything that has been handed out as incorrect and, above all, missing items. I have also asked other guests about this. In my opinion, this is a deliberate withholding of items. In some cases, entire meals were missing from larger orders. The amount of this withheld from guests in this branch can be calculated to be in the mid-six-figure range per year. I personally don't eat there anymore, but I also find it unacceptable to support this kind of thing, and even less to accept such lame excuses from staff and shift management like "oops" or "sorry, it was a mistake."

It's a McDonald's, a standalone restaurant in a commercial area. Plenty of parking—otherwise, everything's fine.

I went to the drive-thru today and ordered a McSmart meal, which, as you know, consists of two burgers, a Coke, and fries. Since my order was large, I counted it after receiving it to see if I had everything. Then I noticed that instead of two cheeseburgers, I only got one in the McSmart meal. When I pointed it out, they rudely replied that there was only one burger in the McSmart meal! That's completely wrong. As a result, I didn't get my second missing burger and had to accept that I only got one! What a shame!

After a 15-hour drive home, we ordered via the app 30 minutes before closing time for pickup at the drive-thru. We arrived at 12:50 a.m. and were ignored at the counter until we had to honk to get attention. Two women, a dark-haired woman with glasses and a red-haired woman with glasses, gestured to us that the store was already closed. It was 10 minutes before closing time... I showed them our order and they said they were closed!!! We told them we had ordered, but their response was that they weren't interested and that it was already closed. Thanks for nothing!!!

Simply not good. It's a real shame about the place. It actually has so much potential, but in my opinion the staff are the main problem. What they cook up is simply bad, regardless of the time of day. Okay, luckily I only had cold food 2-3 times, but even when the food is served reasonably warm, it just doesn't taste good. Far too often the food is handed to you in a limp manner. On top of that, the environment is always dirty, no matter what you say. It's just no fun being here. As mentioned above, the staff contribute significantly to the discomfort. They are aggressive and unfriendly when there are complaints. Communication is still a problem. You often don't understand the simplest questions. Furthermore, there are unnecessary "cost-cutting measures". The size of the burgers is ridiculously small for the relatively high price anyway, and to make matters worse, the counter with the napkins has been abolished. Absolutely ridiculous. They chronically give you too few napkins anyway, and then you have to ask the extremely service-oriented employees if you're "allowed" to have napkins. Then you're given exactly two napkins for four people. Yeah... what else can I say? It's just a shame... I don't know of a good McDonald's in the entire Munich area anyway, and I wouldn't be surprised if McDonald's weren't even in Munich anymore... So I wouldn't recommend eating here. Drinks...? Well, to a certain extent...

Customer service is something else entirely. Whether it's the cashier or the manager of the establishment. First, a simple order is forgotten, with the note "sorry, we forgot" (no apology or small compensation), and then the quality is poor (ice coffee feels like only milk, and warm, too...).

I am deeply shocked and disappointed by this McDonald's branch. What was planned as a long-awaited meeting with a friend after many months ended in an unexpected and outrageous expense. We chose the branch as a meeting point during my one-hour trip so we could have a quiet chat. Since we hadn't seen each other in a while, we spent almost five hours there. Of course, we also consumed something during this time and didn't just sit there. The surprise came in the form of a €50 parking violation notice because we exceeded the two-hour limit. The reason given was that this was based on "common parking violations." I find it unbelievable that you are not allowed to linger in a restaurant, which is also supposed to serve as a meeting place, without risking a fine. After I contacted the branch to explain the situation—a meeting after a long time, consuming food on-site—there was no concession whatsoever. I was simply told that the parking rules were clearly posted. That may be true, but the amount of the fine and the lack of goodwill are, in my opinion, absolutely unacceptable. If we had known that we would be threatened with a bill of over €100 (€50 for my girlfriend + €50 for my fine) for a leisurely afternoon, we would have gone to a proper restaurant and treated ourselves there. Conclusion: Never overstay your parking time when visiting this branch! A leisurely afternoon can be very expensive here. I will never set foot in this branch again.

Update on July 25: The order went well, everything was there despite the crowd. The staff are now very child-friendly and friendly. Update: I gave it another chance in January 25, but the order was wrong again. The place really wasn't busy, so no stress. They were nicely charged €2 for two extra patties, and of course, what was missing? The two patties in the burger. Seriously, how difficult can it be to take and prepare an order correctly? Unfortunately, I still can't give it more stars. Old review: Unprofessional, they should focus on ordering and preparing the food instead of hi-hi and ha-ha. Not the first time an order has been forgotten.

Abysmal service – from poor hygiene to physical assault. I've rarely left a restaurant so stunned. My order was simple: two burgers without onions. What was delivered was two burgers without onions and without pickles. Trying to correct this small mistake turned into a shocking experience. First, I tried to explain the problem to a colleague. After the fifth attempt, she still didn't understand, but in the meantime, she had touched one of the burgers several times with her bare hands. A second colleague then came over, whose unfriendly manner was immediately noticeable. She simply handed me the missing pickles in a separate package. I calmly pointed out to her that the burger was no longer edible for hygiene reasons after her colleague had touched it and asked for a new one. She snatched both burgers from me so violently that she scratched my hand. This transgression is beyond disrespectful. That's no way to treat customers—or people in general. Really, find an alternative; any other store is better than this one.

The simplest orders are processed incorrectly. I ordered a cheeseburger and a double beef classic. I got a chicken burger and a double cheeseburger. Absolutely incompetent, and I paid more for what I got.

Cell phone reception wasn't ideal for using the McDonald's app. The branch was clean. There were still plenty of free seats.

Once again, I didn't get what I ordered via the app. Please hire employees who can actually read orders. Half of them are missing, and the other half is incorrect. You can't drive off at a McDrive in good faith; you have to check every single burger/fries/Happy Meal individually. DON'T JUST DRIVE OFF!

I don’t understand why is it so difficult to put the burger straight together…especially if it is the more expensive one.

It's absolutely incomprehensible why I should pay €30 for parking even though I was at McDonald's for two hours. Unfortunately, no goodwill or other concessions were offered. They insisted on a €30 penalty, even though I was at the restaurant the entire time.

We came here specifically for the glasses. At the drive-in we weren't asked which glass we wanted, we were afraid we'd get the ugly glasses - but no, we didn't get any glasses (,: I understand if that sounds completely stupid, but if it weren't for the glasses, we honestly wouldn't have come here. The terminal even listed 1x CocaCola glass per menu. I'll go to another Mc's for my glasses in the future..

"Fast good" - yes, waiting time is 30 minutes. Drive in

I ordered the snack salad because the Caesar salad was no longer available. I thought okay, then just the snack salad. The box was already very small anyway, but well, it's just a snack salad. When I got home I opened the box and saw 3 pieces of lettuce leaf. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake with chocolate sauce. The sauce was also forgotten. The fact that you have to pay for something like this almost borders on theft.

Unfortunately not recommended, burger was simply thrown together and the extra patties were missing. Fries were cold. The employees stand behind the counter and leisurely eat fries and keep putting their fingers into the bowl from which the fries are picked up for the guests.

I ordered a McSmart menu here. Positive, very clean, staff very friendly and in a good mood. Negative, my order was lukewarm, including fries!!! The nice employees in the kitchen don't wear gloves, as you could see in the restaurant. I don't think it's hygienic! Kind regards.

You just wait 40 minutes for a small order

It's pretty disgusting now, the floor is sticky and leftover food is already crusted over. Tables are not cleaned even upon request. Upholstery extremely worn out, some even with holes and covering is flaking off...

So I've never been treated so badly before, the supposed management first shouted at me and Dan insulted how stupid I was, so that's really going too far and then the order was wrong and when I complained about it she asked for the receipt which unfortunately I no longer had. She said that if I had a problem I could leave

The store has been bad for years! You can't eat cheeseburgers, cola always tastes strange, etc. etc... For some reason you're supposed to wait at the front of the drive, regardless of whether you're alone or not!

Food is served cold and if there is a question you don't get a proper answer.

The service is incredibly slow and the staff is very unmotivated. No matter if you eat in the restaurant, order at the drive through or pre-order via app, the waiting times are ridiculous. Also, the burgers have to be reassembled before eating, they are put together so badly. Cannot recommend.

The gas station is really good. However, it's really not funny anymore with all the half-strong car posers. In some cases you can only drive in or out with disabilities. Too bad!!!

I was there on January 22nd. 2025 at around 1:45 p.m. at MC-Drive in Olching. Although I had to wait for my order, the Mc-Ripp was not edible and was thrown headfirst into the bag so that everything was smeared and leaked out. MC Ripp box not closed and heavily smeared. It's not the first time, it's already standard at Mc Ripp! The fries were cold, the Mc Crispy and Hamburger Royal TS didn't look much better. It's not possible to eat them in the car. You've got everything dirty there. Does it have to be that way? I'll think about buying something else next time. Greetings to the operator! Have a good meal!

Unfortunately, I had to notice that the common burgers (e.g. hamburgers, cheeseburgers) are not always fresh.

I ordered my order online today and paid via Paypal. At the drive in counter the employee said I hadn't paid and had to pay cash for the order. I did this even though I had confirmation from PayPal and also showed it to the employee. He leaned out of the window and cheekily said that I should just pay and understand that no payment had arrived. When I looked at my account 5 minutes later I went back. The boss was provocative and repeatedly emphasized in the store "they didn't pay" and asked me to show my bank statement. So, Paypal and Sparkasse showed that it had been paid. Still he shouted "you don't get any money from me, write an email" Too dishonorable to confess and admit the mistake/mistake. Suddenly it was a technical problem! All the guests looked at us like I couldn't pay!! No Go, this “boss” and the male colleague!! Absolutely incompetent as a branch manager!!

Fries were fresh and very tasty, as were the burgers. There is plenty of parking space, I really liked it here.

Update 2 01/01/2025:16 p.m. We looked stupid when we ordered menus with so-called coupons. Cheap at first glance, but when you look at the tray you're shocked: NO fries!! All menus in the app without fries. Paper coupons come with fries, but expensive. The M menu large without coupons as a normal price is cheaper than with app or paper coupons... When greed wins. Update. Ordered 2 filet a fish with milkshake. Milkshake tastes as always, delicious, BUT the fish burgers, zero taste! What's going on at McDonald's that makes almost everything taste worse?! Except for the ice cream, burgers, fries, McRib and McNuggets without any taste or unseasoned. Tables totally dirty. No recommendation. Big Mac. Better.New recipe. All lies. It doesn't taste like anything anymore. Only interesting for people who didn't like the taste of the old big Mac.

Extremely disappointing! The employees in this McDonald's branch are completely overwhelmed and the service is simply catastrophic. There is no table service and if you ask for it you are literally brushed off. The tables were dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. Friendliness towards customers? None! You don't feel welcome or well served here. Absolutely not recommended!

After I have placed and paid for my order, I discovered that an item was missing from the order. When I called the restaurant, I was offered the opportunity to go back and pick up the missing item. If I was offered the opportunity to pick up the missing product, the restaurant was probably aware that something was missing. When I told the employee on the phone that I would rather have my money back, I was told that this was not possible. I'm wondering why it's not possible to return ill-gotten money for a product that wasn't sold??? Unfortunately, something was often missing in this branch, I have never complained, but this time the time has come and the branch shows no insight and insists on illegally collected money that you are not entitled to. It's not just about the money for me, but about the audacity with which people enrich themselves here. Anyone who wants to spend money and only receive half of their order is well served here.

A visit to this McDonald's restaurant was extremely disappointing. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired as the restaurant was perceived as “very dirty”. This is particularly unacceptable in a catering establishment. Orders often appear to be delivered incomplete, indicating a lack of care and quality control. The staff's reaction to complaints is particularly frustrating: instead of showing understanding and helpfulness, the employees react by rolling their eyes and groaning, which is completely unprofessional. Communication is generally extremely difficult because the staff apparently doesn't speak any German. In a German fast food restaurant you should be able to expect that at least basic language skills are available in order to be able to process orders and customer requests efficiently. Instead, you have to communicate with your hands and feet, which significantly affects the customer experience. Overall, this McDonald’s restaurant provides unacceptable service. The combination of lack of cleanliness, incomplete orders, unfriendly staff and language barriers make a visit here a frustrating experience. Significant improvement in all areas is urgently needed.
