I ordered a Bic Mac and a Double Big Mac, I have two Big Macs but the packaging of the Double Big Mac was correct except there was a regular Big Mac inside, that joke is not funny at all, I paid for a Big Mac for a Double Bic Mac, shameful

We come here with the kids a few times a month. Only once did they mess up the order, which is a positive point. At the time of writing this review, both the outside playground and indoor playroom were blocked or not working. My biggest complaint is the sudden lack of cold coffee. Last year cold drinks were on the breakfast menu. In summer it is 30 degrees outside. Why would I want to drink hot coffee? There was also chai and iced chai on the menu earlier this year, but that wasn't properly coordinated. So customers couldn't order. Now all cold drinks and chai options are gone. If you try to order a breakfast menu that includes juice in the picture, there is no juice option to choose from, only hot coffee, tea or cocoa. Nothing cold for the summer. If you order the items separately: juice and a breakfast menu item, it will be more expensive. I'm not sure if they did this on purpose or if it's stupidity. Either way, I'm not going back until the cold coffee comes back. It was the only reason to leave.

Rat infestation in the parking lot, we stood there for 10 minutes and saw 4 rats in the bushes, we were no longer hungry.

It's just McDonald's, it tastes like any other and food is always there quickly. Fries were very fresh today and burgers were good too. Only the smoking woman next to us was annoying.

Unfortunately this has nothing to do with “fast” food. This was the second time we had to wait for our breakfast. You might think that when there are only two people sitting in the store shortly before 10, that a small order of a cappuccino and mini pancakes would be quick. Unfortunately I had to wait 15 minutes for six (!) pancakes, the cappuccino was made quickly. The staff was quite friendly and apologized for the waiting time, the food was also good but there is "almost" nothing here.

2 stars for the service. All employees were very friendly and accommodating, except for one short male employee with a side parting and glasses. Every time he gives us our order, he stares at you before he slaps the order on the counter. As soon as you walk through the door and see this man working at the front, you immediately want to turn around and leave, just an extremely unfriendly manner. It's a shame because the rest of the employees are doing a good job.

Location is good, staff are mostly friendly, but - when you order "take away" - something is always (!!) forgotten. For me today it was even 2 things: 6 piece nuggets and curly fries. And even though there wasn't much going on... unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home, very annoying

The short guy with the side parting and glasses often appeals to underage girls, i.e. women in general. He needs it so much that a few weeks ago he asked a 17 year old (my friend) for her number even though he had seen her there often enough with me. He always stares at women for a really long time so he doesn't take his eyes off the women (seen it myself + many others have said that too). A former McDonald's employee also said it himself that the guy needs it so much that he now speaks to everyone. McDonalds does something and explains to him that if he really needs it he should go to the P|_|ff!

The nuggets came out fresh straight away. They were still hot and really crispy. Absolutely delicious

All customer friendliness has been lost. People prefer to discuss things rather than put the customer at peace. I had a meal with my son for 32 euros, I ordered a menu for myself, there was supposed to be a cola, but I didn't complain about it, it was just discussed, it's a shame there was no cola. NO MORE McDonald's

I caught a gastrointestinal infection a month ago - a case for the health authorities. At least I haven't been able to look at or smell fries since!

My Coca Cola glass was missing from my take-away order.

Last but not least, for your order of €17.80 it was not possible to pay with a €200 note! I didn't have any smaller money, the shift manager said he didn't care. He is not allowed to accept this, there is no sign anywhere and a valid means of payment is not accepted. Absolute impudence. The statements from the staff were underground.

Nie wieder. Wir waren dort um zu frühstücken, mussten aber ewig warten. Es war nicht einmal Hochbetrieb. Die Bestellung kam in Etappen. Das Eiwrap fiel auseinander, war schlecht gewürzt und zu fest (nicht fluffig). Die Orangensaftflaschen klebten, echt eklig. Nächstes mal wieder zu unserem McDonald's nach Würzburg, da weiss man was man hat.

Fast food. Clean McDonald's, friendly staff. Food as you know it. It's nice that there are also vegetarian burgers. Unfortunately quite small for a hefty price. But the taste is really quite good.

The food and service are top but unfortunately the parking lot is increasingly becoming a meeting place for a*social young people who play football in the parking lot and occupy parking spaces even though they don't eat anything inside and also bother guests. Unfortunately MC doesn't do anything about it

Closed inside. Only McDrive possible. (probably temporary). This was marked at the entrance = everyone had to avoid the long queue in front of McDrive and block traffic. Food was anything but warm. A McMenu was not brought to us despite paying (only noticed during the journey). By far the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had (of course this could all just be an unfortunate coincidence but I won't be visiting this McDonalds again and wouldn't recommend it to others either)

Ordered via app. Want to pick up inside, not ready. Waited 10 minutes. There is no more service. In a hurry, you can forget about it. The joy of MC is simply no longer there. Sad but true...

Jetzt reicht es! Beim 1. mal wurden Bürger vergessen. Beim 2. mal ganzes Münü und jetzt beim 3 mal die Soßen beim Eis. Ist man nicht fähig zu zählen oder genau die Bestellung zu lesen dort? 😡

Really cool! Here you always have the feeling of being on vacation because none of the employees speak German. This is also the reason why something is wrong with every second order. I can only recommend you: Please don't stay as you are!

What a McDonalds should be like

Nice service, food prepared quickly and delicious

Absolutely dry burger bun, probably from the day before. Fries didn't arrive full either (large bag not completely filled). Another time the order was even delivered to the wrong table, a few fries were taken out and when the mistake was noticed they were brought to us at the right table (of course the stuff we had already touched!). Chicken nuggets also completely dried out and tasted old, they were more gray than "gold/yellow". For these prices it's just a disgrace what's on offer.

Above all, the employees are great and very courteous and helpful

Nice clean McDonalds. Just as you know them. There was nothing to complain about. I personally use the standard order via staff. Before I placed the order via the order column, I had already received my order there.

Normal McDonalds, had a larger order and received it relatively quickly despite some influx. I can't complain, the order was completely correct and complete.

also wenn ich die Renzensionen lese bekomme ich bisschen Kopfschmerzen das manchmal sosen vergessen werden oder was auch immer man muss wenn man die Bestellung bekommen hat nachschauen ob man alles bekommen hat wenn nicht bekommt man das noch die machen das nicht mit Absicht dort müssen die Mitarbeiter mehrere Bestellungen auf einmal machen natürlich vergisst man mal etwas.

Ein toller MC Donalds er hat einen tollen Standort sehr nettes und freundliches Personal gebe sehr gerne 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sehr Sauber auch die Toiletten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles in allem einer der schöneren McDonalds.

Es ist super, dass es gegen ein kleines Pfand auch wiederverwendbare Becher gibt und, dass man das Essen an den Tisch gebracht bekommt, wenn man möchte. Jetzt müsste man nur noch den Verpackungsmüll bei den Burgern vermeiden (die Verpackung macht meiner Meinung nach sowieso keinen Sinn, wenn man im Restaurant isst)!!! Ansonsten schmecken die Burger wie in allen anderen McDonald auch - und ich denke, das ist etwas Gutes. :)

Einer der schlechteren McDonalds. Immer mal wieder ist die Cola Zero alle, das Personal ist sichtlich gestresst und die Burger (zumindest Salat und Brötchen) liegen offensichtlich auch mal gerne länger draussen. Ist halt der einzige Laden in Kitzingen, der Nachts noch auf hat.

DasEssen war gut das Ambiente okay die Sauberkeit auf der Toilette ist noch verbesserungswürdig!

Eigentlich wie jeder McDonald's. Außer das es ein Zimmer für Kinder gibt mit Interaktivem Projektor. Leider ist der Projektor oft ausgeschaltet.

Ich war heute bei mc Donalds und war sehr positiv überrascht. Obwohl im Restaurant sehr viel los war habe im im McDrive meine Bestellung sehr schnell und warm bekommen. Vielen Dank!!

Der Hamburger Royal Käse ist mein Favorit, die Basics sind mir zu trocken, Hamburger und Cheeseburger.

Mann könnte sich bei dem Burger mehr mühe geben für die Preise die man mittlerweile zahlt.

Wie des öfteren das Essen war kalt Qualität naja fast food halt

Schnellrestaurant geht anders.service nur am rumrennen um essen an den Tisch zu bringen bestellen an der Theke wäre besser und schneller.

Guter Standort und sauber, jedoch wie überall nur noch Automaten zum Bestellen. Positiv: es werden alle Gutscheine immer akzeptiert und Essen wird zum Tisch gebracht

Sehr schön und an sich guter Service aber mit der Freundlichkeit hapert es! Auch zwischen den Mitarbeitern herrscht gedrückte Stimmung und die Schichtleiter sind sehr harsch mit den Mitarbeitern!

Das mit der Bestellung an den Säulen finde ich total überflüssig und echt dämlich. Ich steh da mot meiner komischen App und muss erstmal suchen, was ich will. Und das für jedes Ding, das ich bestellen will, wieder die App durchblättern, wieder Scannen und dann krieg ich nen Zettel, geh ich zur Kasse und zahle und krieg nochmal nen Zettel. Viel zu umständlich.

Leider total verdeckte Tische. Überall Lebensmittelreste auf den Tischen, Saucen verschmiert und am Boden auch jede Menge Abfall. Hier nur her wenn es sich nicht vermeiden lässt 🤮🤮🤮

Schlechtes Personal verstehn die Hälfte, kein gutes Klima Mac kaffe gibt es auch nicht mehr und ab 10 Uhr kein Frühstück....

Ein typischer "MAC" ? Pustekuchen ! Der Patriarch = Franchisenehmer Don ALONSO bezeichnet diese Schnell-Verkostungs-Hütte als sein "Wohnzimmer" --und wehe einer motzt.

Durchschnittliches McDonald´s Restaurant. Leider wechselt hier das Personal ständig. Parkpaltz ist am Abend oft voll geparkt von jungen Leuten, die dort ihren Treffpunkt mit ihren aufgemotzten Autos haben

Dieses McDonald's ist das beste das ich jemals in meinem Leben erlebt habe. Deshalb bin ich regelmäßig hier. Die Angestellten sind stets äußerst zuvorkommend, sehr höflich und freundlich. Es ist immer sauber und ordentlich. Man merkt dass der Kunde König ist.

Fatty French fries, too salty and sometimes cold. Unfriendly staff, smelly place makes this place to something you should avoid. There're plenty of great restaurants, why wasting money for such a nasty place? You've been warned.

Das beste an diesem Laden waren die Mitarbeiter die von diesen Konzernen auch noch ausgebeutet werden. Im Gegensatz zum Würzburger McDonalds (sowohl Stadt als auch Heidingsfeld) sehr freundliches und fähiges Personal. Essen im McDonalds gewohnt schwach, teuer und nicht zu empfehlen. Nachspeisen jedoch okay, daher 2 Sterne. Ich weiß ganz genau warum ich so selten in solchen Lokalitäten bin. Keine Empfehlung!!!!
