McDonald's in Füssen

I got the new “I like it out loud!” Ordered from the menu, the extra ear protection was not available although I needed it because of my girlfriend's snoring and I had to assemble my burger myself because the bacon was next to the burger. Again a young boy stood at the toy corner and prevented the children from playing Greetings Manfred

You can't call it fast food anymore. Had to wait 25 minutes for our food. The whole restaurant was ice cold. Food was okay, as usual.

The ambience was good and the food was good too but we gave our order and waited for 45 minutes then went to the checkout and asked if they had forgotten our order we were then simply ignored he said we should wait we then waited another 15 minutes our order arrived and it was completely wrong

Since the renovation, I haven't had a warm burger once. The cheese looks like it was fresh from the fridge, not a hint of melted. As many others have already written, who planned the entrance area here 🙈. My 6 year old son would do better.

I ordered without onion, whole onion inside.

Milkshake solid as ice cream, fries so dark that you might think they were sweet potato fries, the wrap that was ordered without onions had a whole onion in it, there are bird noises in the toilet and the cola had no carbon dioxide, it was as glossy as 3-day-old water.

We were at MC Drive waiting for our order. We were able to observe how the employees prepared the trays for the guests inside. However, we also had to observe how an employee went from station to station with a guest's tray and happily stuffed one French fry after another from the guest's tray into his mouth. When he went to make drinks, for example. We found that very strange and extremely disgusting because gloves weren't even worn. And every other employee seems to tolerate it... So that raises questions and, above all, fears about what's going on...

Füssen's new ice stadium... Unfortunately, there was a complete misplanning inside. The ambience is reminiscent of a train station hall. Colder than in the ice stadium due to the lack of a vestibule. Maybe customers should leave as quickly as possible or not eat in the restaurant at all? The children's corner was unfortunately completely closed apart from a game on the wall. Unfortunately everything became very uncomfortable. In addition, almost every order is missing at least 1 part. So always check again.

Unbelievable... it has happened several times that I order something at Mc Drive and then find out at home that not everything was there. Today I ordered a Mc Wrap Menu, Big Tasty Menu and a Happy Meal. At home I discovered that my wrap was missing. Very annoying! Unfortunately it wasn't the first time!

The drive-in is horrible. When I ordered, my order was recorded completely incorrectly. When I got my drinks, they were also given incorrectly and then the waitress spoke in a different language. When my food was handed to me, I checked it to make sure it was all there. I had to notice that nuggets were missing once. An employee came towards me and I asked him to bring the missing nuggets. Some time later another employee ran out with my order in a new bag. At home I noticed that the staff hadn't changed anything and the nuggets were still missing. Plus the whole bag was rummaged through and the fries were ice cold. Not recommended

Top Mcces branch, chic furnishings, everything is very new and super clean. In terms of taste, I've probably never tasted better burgers from McDonald's. I've only been here every few weeks, but I've never been disappointed. There are even tulips that would have been stolen in any other store, but apparently it works here :D

Great service and delicious food

Cold atmosphere, cold feet. The door felt like it was constantly open, no vestibule - bad planning.

Since the renovation, it's no longer nice to eat there, especially in cold temperatures, children and parents are freezing and it's no longer comfortable, maybe the most new-fangled MC but planning went wrong.

The McDonald’s has been renovated, the entrance and parking spaces are great. The order went quickly and was delivered quickly. Sitting is catastrophic, in cold weather it gets so drafty that it gets extremely cold, the food delivered is just thrown into the packaging and burgers are rarely warm and fresh. As soon as you notice that it is a wrong order, you wait. Then the ordered food comes but it is not 100% what was ordered.

Always be cold in the restaurant during the renovation. Had to wait 45 minutes for food!! For a fast food restaurant disaster. Slowest McDonald's I know.

Title: Very disappointing visit I was in the McDonald's branch in Füssen on January 6th, 2025, and unfortunately my visit was anything but satisfactory. The staff couldn't speak German, which made communication very difficult. This resulted in me receiving the wrong ice cream despite trying multiple times to explain my order. When I pointed out that the order was wrong, I received an unfriendly and annoyed response instead of solving the problem. I didn't feel like I was taken seriously as a customer and will avoid this branch in the future. We urgently need to work on customer friendliness and the language skills of the staff!

A few beer benches would have done the same to the interior. You come in and feel uncomfortable from the first moment. A canteen is much more comfortable. But then first place an order and go to the checkout/counter/station counter and ask yourself where the value range actually is because it is missing. Oh well. Received the order and 50/50 got what was ordered. So ALWAYS check in this McDonalds. But behind the scenes it's constantly beeping and ringing as if the bomb in CS was going to go off at any moment. As a result, employees can hardly keep a clear head during the entire working time.

Apparently there is no heating and when someone comes in through the door it feels freezing cold throughout the entire store. All the charm and coziness are missing. Purely designed for mass. Seats are uncomfortable. Burgers are barely warm either. So if this is supposed to be the most modern McDonald's in Germany, that is definitely an indictment.

Station canteen. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Sitting tight and uncomfortable. And very cold. Whoever planned the renovation may not have much idea. A wind lock would have been an idea!!! Food was good. Staff very friendly.

I read that this branch was recently renovated. Food was as usual, the coffee was good & the table service was very quick. But that was about it for the positive things. Unfortunately, in terms of ambience and comfort, this was one of the most unpleasant branches I've ever been to. Terribly uncomfortable wooden benches without cushions, absolute canteen flair. In other branches there is at least a McCafe area where you can sit comfortably. There are no places here where I would have liked to sit down. It is obviously not desirable for people to stay longer in the restaurant, or even eat here at all.

Worst conversion ever. There is no vestibule, it's great when the temperatures are below zero and you're constantly sitting in the cold draft. Construction dust on the walls, probably hasn't been cleaned yet 🤮

The staff here works extremely inefficiently! We had to wait a whole 40 minutes for our food - this is completely contrary to the concept of fast food! We observed the staff appearing extremely disorganized and unsure when putting together the orders, especially when looking for the burgers. The work was very, very slow.

So the order went through online, but when I wanted to eat my cheesecake, the cake looked like it had been thrown to me like a dog to eat and I felt terribly sick after eating it. Impossible!! Will never go to MCs again... That was the first and last time in a long time!!

Unfortunately it was packed, no table free. There were several tables where young people sat without eating, it was nice and warm, better than in the parking lot. That's not okay, MC is not a restaurant.

After the renovation in 2024, EVERYTHING just got WORSE. The idyllic atmosphere turned into an uncomfortable train station restaurant. While you were waiting, you could have easily driven to Marktoberdorf or Reutte and still gotten your food earlier. Just sad :(

Stopped in for a coke and fries. The younger white male working there was rude and you could tell he did not like his job but when we went back in, there was a middle-aged Indian man who was delightful. He even told us about the buy one large fry and get a second free. The coke didn’t taste like it does in the US, almost better!

Even one star is too much... Service is miserable and unfriendly... Staff has apparently been completely overwhelmed since the renovation... spent 20 minutes in McDrive... and then got cold food 👏🏽 keep it up...

Since the renovation, it has definitely become Germany's coldest McDonald's. Even the ice rink is warmer than this McDonald's. The heating doesn't work at all and you're immediately greeted with cold air from above at the door. Now the food is usually not warm anyway. Now it's getting cold even faster. That makes me wonder what it was converted for. They would have preferred to leave it as it was. This McDonald's saw me, so if I feel like it, I'd rather go to Reutte and go to the McDonald's there.

Today it was really chaos. There was an exchange group there. So the staff was a little overwhelmed, which is understandable. If I could give fewer stars I would, it's absolutely amazing... what's going on there I waited over an hour for my food and I held my sign up so it was impossible to miss it when I went ahead to ask what was going on because my lunch break was over the only answer was yes and now they don't want anything more or what it is absolutely bottomless 20€ just thrown in the sand the renovation etc didn't help anything absolutely bull.... .

Restaurant is under renovation. You're not allowed in. This is bad when you arrive with a child and they urgently need to pee. Service then via McDrive, super unfriendly and slow. Why not close the place while you're renovating and don't attract people and then cause us problems because you want to earn another euro.

Orders via the app are accepted, then you drive over 20 km to Füssen and find yourself in front of a construction site. Tell me, is it still okay? The trip alone cost me almost €40 there and back! I'm really mad!

Haben uns heute für 36 Euro was zum Abendessen geholt..gaaanz schlechter unfreundlicher service,das komplette Essen war nicht mal lauwarm,der Käse auf den Burger nicht mal zerlaufen.. unterste Schublade,auch die pommes und Mac Nuggets kalt,eine Frechheit diesen Frass für so viel geld....nicht noch einmal.....kenne einige Filialen aber so katastrophal war es noch nirgends.....eigentlich müsste man sein Geld zurück bekommen....

Delicious burgers, except that I am not at all delighted with the use of such buns for morning menus, they are much tougher than standard ones 🍔 The portion of cappuccino with the prefix "Grand" in the name is really very large, but it is completely tasteless, and orange juice from a bottle, unfortunately , can never be compared to freshly squeezed ☕️ We liked the German cinnamon roll franzbrötchen, hot chocolate and mint tea 🥐

Great experience with menu items not found in the States. Staff was very helpful as the electronic ordering kiosk did not provide a receipt. The outdoor dining area had a LOT of bees that were pestering the customers, but other than the neglect of pest-removal, this is a great McDonalds to visit in the Fussen area.

The meal took 30 minutes and then the personalized requests weren't even honored. The staff had completely lost track due to the volume, sometimes had over 15 receipts printed out and no longer processed them in the order. Although our pickup number is already 10 When it said finished on the screen, it hadn't even started. The staff didn't care at all about any complaints from numerous customers.

Good sanitary facilities, fast service

Since the food should actually taste the same in every Golden M branch, we usually only rate the location and the terrace. This one offers plenty of places in the sun and shade, but unfortunately it is quite noisy due to its location on the street. Very pleasing: My McFlurry White KitKat contained a lot of sauce and biscuit crumbs 😀

It was quite busy at lunchtime. I think that's pretty normal. Nevertheless, as usual with McDonald's, we didn't really have to wait for a free ordering machine and the food. Unfortunately the paper at the ordering machine was empty so we didn't have a receipt for the order. Unfortunately, the children's climbing tower with slide outside was closed.

Ordering at the good old checkout is not possible for two reasons. 1. This is not intentional 2. Staff hardly speaks German
