Ordering from Aunt Paula was our emergency solution. We had heard so many bad things about the service and the food that we didn't actually want to go. But due to the lack of alternatives and the proximity to our caravan, we decided to order on the last evening. And what can I say: We regret incredibly that we didn't do this much earlier. My goodness, the pizza was delicious and the schnitzel with fries was also impressive. We were able to pick up the order after just fifteen minutes and the staff was just friendly and great. We'll be back next year and will definitely eat there again! Great recommendation for all campers!

We came here because the reviews were so good. When we arrived we quickly saw why, because if you submit an application you get a free cheese. Of course it explains a lot. Otherwise the food was okay but nothing special and a bit expensive. Fries and garlic baguette were nothing, burgers and veggie gyros were solid. The ambience is just okay, unfortunately depending on where you sit you sit very close to the other guests. We wouldn't come anymore.

The food was very tasty. Our wishes were taken into account. My wife is pregnant and the food therefore had to be well done. They did that nicely. I ordered a spicy burger. Here is spicy, really spicy and very tasty. The staff is super friendly and speaks good English. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good and the interior is beautiful. We had a very good experience.

On our summer vacation we went to Aunt Paula's again. The food was served quickly and, as always, was hot and tasty. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit Aunt Paula again on our next visit to the Hopfensee campsite.

Very very tasty food! The portions are large, even those for children. We had a burger with fries, oriental vegetables with falafel and hummus, a side salad, spaetzle with sauce and fries for the children. Beer recommendation: definitely Aunt Paula! Very friendly staff. We would come back at any time.

Our service was extremely friendly and accommodating - you rarely experience something like that. The food tasted excellent and it was difficult to make a decision given the wide variety on offer. We would definitely like to come back and try our way through the menu.

That was a real experience, super-friendly service, lots of gluten-free options, best value for money, tasty food, really good home-brewed beer - we'll be here for a few more days and will definitely come back here more often!

We have been to the campsite at Hopfensee several times and always enjoy eating here. The food is always delicious and the service couldn't be friendlier. Highly recommended, we are already looking forward to the next time.

Everything was great and would be happy again

Went there twice during our vacation. Price-performance ratio top. Portions are about 1/3 larger than usual, but I just packed up the leftovers. With my currywurst I thought the waiter had accidentally brought me the Rießencurrywurst, but it was the normal one. Service was nice, the restaurant was busy in the evenings. You can pay both in cash and by card. I was missing a few dishes on the menu and a view of the lake would have been nice, but that's not a must.

Very nice restaurant with great service. The food tastes great and the Kaiserschmarn is great. The little ones can also keep themselves busy in the play area and will definitely find something tasty to eat.

In addition to the beautiful ambience and friendly staff, the delicious food is the icing on the cake. The whole thing is rounded off by the delicious house beer “Aunt Paula” and the brandies.

Today we had dinner at Aunt Paula's for the first time. First of all we would like to praise the campsite! It is very clean, excellently located and highly recommended. We would be happy to come back at any time. However, we can only recommend the restaurant Aunt Paula to a very limited extent. Unfortunately, the quality of the food doesn't justify the price. The salad didn't really taste fresh, and the potato salad seemed like a ready-made product. The vegan burger didn't convince us either. Although the fries and steak were good, the portions were unfortunately very small. The draft beer tasted stale and not fresh. That's why we can't recommend the restaurant. There are high quality restaurants in the area where the price and performance are right.

A visit to this Bavarian inn on the Hopfensee camping site is a must! The ambience is rustic and inviting, with a beautiful outdoor area. The food is authentic and delicious; The schnitzel and the freshly tapped beer were particularly noteworthy. The service was friendly and attentive. The children's entertainment is great. Overall, an unforgettable experience – highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars.

The food is delicious and freshly prepared. There are gluten-free dishes. The menu mainly includes menu items that tourists often ask for and eat. The prices are typical for a holiday resort, but still acceptable. Some beer specialties are offered.

Very tasty food. Big portion. The chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was my personal highlight. The employees are extremely nice, friendly, in a good mood and accommodating. We'd love to come back.
