A beautiful restaurant with super friendly service and a first-class atmosphere. Getting a Wiener veal schnitzel and an Italian pizza in one restaurant, and both tasting perfectly, is truly rare! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the ambience, the service and the food. The decor was also very nice with intricate ceiling design.

This is my second time here, and both times I've been very satisfied with the food and service. The staff are relaxed yet professional. The tables are large and there's plenty of space. Dogs are welcome, and we'd love to come back.

We had an amazing time at this restaurant, they had the perfect blend of authentic German cuisine with some pizza and other options. We had the pork tenderloin and a pizza, both were excellent. They have an in house beer that was delicious and for desert had the apple strudel. We also got to try their beer liquor which was slightly sweet with a little bitterness, overall very smooth and very good. The staff was super friendly, they all came and talked to us and the manager was out mingling with the customers, the overall atmosphere made it a really cool experience for our first time in Germany. Highly recommend!

We had lunch here with our son. The fries and pizza were delicious. Great home-brewed beer (Aunt Paula). Fast and friendly service; highly recommended overall.

Unfortunately, the veal schnitzel was most likely frozen, warmed up in a deep fryer. There was no original mayonnaise or ketchup either.

8:30 on a Saturday night already closed. They didn't seat us. 2 adults and a newborn baby. You can close forever.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the historic old town within a five-minute walk, "Beim Olivenbauer" is a great place to stay. They offer delicious food, good service, and fair prices. Child-friendliness, humor, and quality are at the heart of this place. We look forward to our next visit! PS: The Wi-Fi is free.

The ambiance is deceptive. We each ordered a Wiener Schnitzel and a roasted onion roast. The meat seemed as if it had been frozen beforehand and prepared quickly. The sauces were watery, and the onions were soft and limp. Not recommended!

A wonderful, sunny atmosphere! The street was quiet, and we had some sunshine, but it wasn't too hot. Service was very friendly, and the food was just as good. The salads with garlic bread were so delicious! We'd happily return again.

The menu is as diverse as the decor. They make an effort to use only local ingredients. This review is for my meal only: roast beef with onions and cheese spaetzle. The first preparation went wrong. Instead of medium rare, the meat was cooked medium well done. My complaint was accepted without hesitation, and minutes later, I had a perfect roast beef with onions.

The diverse menu offers a truly wide selection of dishes. We had a pizza like in Italy and a large, juicy steak to fill us up. The price/performance ratio was also good. I'd love to come back!

"Disappointing experience at 'Beim Olivenbauer' – Füssen: An example of what service shouldn't be." We visited 'Beim Olivenbauer' in Füssen hoping to enjoy a nice meal – but what we experienced was simply disappointing. From the very beginning, the waiter who served us was rude, cold, and completely disinterested. He responded to every question or request with indifference and a complete lack of respect. To top it all off, despite this abysmal service, he also demanded a tip – an absolute outrage. We asked for help several times and were ignored or fobbed off each time. Such behavior is not only unacceptable, but damaging to the reputation of the entire restaurant industry in the region. As if that weren't enough, he concluded by saying, "This is just a bar for tourists," as if that were an excuse for his disrespect. Such statements are not only inappropriate, but demonstrate a shockingly derogatory attitude towards guests and tourism as a whole. This restaurant is a prime example of how not to treat guests. I definitely can't recommend it. Even good food loses its value when accompanied by such disrespectful service. There are many better places in Füssen where hospitality still means something – this isn't one of them.

We've eaten there for the sixth time now. So far it has always been perfect. Today on Mother's Day it was a complete disaster. Turkey giros with tendons. 3 schnitzel pieces instead of a whole schnitzel as before. Mayonnaise and ketchup mixed in a glass instead of in separate bags and only brought when the meal was already finished. Simply too expensive for that. The beer was good and the waitress wished you a nice day.

We come often and the food is always delicious and the waiters are very friendly. In general a very nice atmosphere. We'll be back!

Oh this was absolutely lovely! The portion sizes are amazing and so generous! You must try the beers they brew themselves - if you like your lager, Aunt Paula beer is absolutely amazing. If you like to experiment with your beer then their beer cocktails and Shandy are absolutely delightful! We had the chicken salad and it was scrumptious! My husband is barely a greens guy but he polished the salad off! A must visit when youre in Fussen!

Everything's fine. 👌 The tomato soup as a starter was perfectly seasoned and the quantity was ideal. The burger was great: patty hot and well seasoned, bread fluffy and crispy at the same time, delicious sauce. You get well fed. 😉 This is my second time here. Compared to the last visit about 9 months ago, nothing has changed in quality. Very attentive service and beautiful flowers outside. 🌹
