Fries was not fresh, onionrings were soft. Burger had no sauce in the bun.

A lot of things were sold out, even though it was advertised at the terminal. The fries were only a few left. And the restrooms are pretty crappy. Next to the BK at Cologne Central Station, they're the worst I know.

Typical Burger King: eat quickly and then drive on. Compared to gas station prices, a visit to Burger King is significantly cheaper.

The burgers that come with standard cheese and the ones we ordered with extra cheese didn't have any. When we complained about this, we were given new burgers but simply with cold cheese on top. The staff weren't very friendly and initially didn't know what to do with the burgers.

Super friendly staff, spilled Coke was immediately wiped up, and we were even offered a new drink. Very friendly, and the food was delicious too ☺️👍

Everything was delicious. The burger was so hot it burned my tongue 🤣🤣 The restrooms were clean and fragrant. Those complaining should eat their burgers faster instead of waiting for them to cool.

Ordered two chili cheeseburgers with double sauce to go, unpacked them on the highway to eat. Just two burgers with just a bun and meat. No cheese, no sauce...

Rude staff!! No help offered!! Not recommended!!!! Better to drive a few more miles than eat there again!!! They should take a leaf out of other Burger King restaurants' book, preferably 0 stars!!!! And advertise coupons that don't work!!!

The Whopper was dry and cold. The fries were soft. Dirty, and the restroom was disgusting. Absolutely not recommended. There was only one employee behind the counter.

Some of the food was cold, and the fries didn't taste like those at other bakeries. The staff was friendly, but forgot part of the order. The worst thing is the "ambience"; it's disgustingly dirty, and I won't even go into detail about the restrooms, otherwise I'd gag.

The cleanliness and food quality are among the best I've experienced. The restrooms are well-maintained and clean. There are just a few downsides — the place is a bit old and could use some renovations, but overall, it's a great experience

Half of the dishes were unavailable; the fries and the sausages were lukewarm and cold, respectively. There were no milkshakes either.

The food was mediocre and the place was very understaffed. Although the employees were nice, it took a long time to get the food, even if we were the only ones there. Also there was no taste at all, no salt, bland nuggets and sandwiches.

After waiting for more than half an hour for the food, we were unfriendly informed that certain items in our order were not possible because we did not want a replacement, but only our money back for these products. The unfriendly employee deleted our entire order and told us to queue up again.

Drinks were lukewarm and barely carbonated. Tablets had limescale residue and some were still wet. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. The restroom at Frankfurt Central Station smells better and seems cleaner.

Phew, it's difficult to describe this Burger King. I've been coming here every now and then for decades. This time the restaurant was almost empty and the food was prepared relatively quickly. The taste was OK, nothing special. But the toilets don't work at all (anymore). Some are defective and broken, real puddles of water and then NO soap. Especially when you want to wash the Burger King grease off your hands. I have to admit it will be a while before I dare come here again - the competition (nearby) is much better, although that's certainly not always easy in this busy truck stop. But today (Monday) was a complete failure and looking at the other reviews it's not an isolated incident!

Delicious food, super friendly staff, especially the young man at the drive-thru. I always enjoy coming back.

I went to Burger King today and was really pleased with my visit. The service was quick and friendly, the staff were really nice and greeted me warmly. The building is a bit older, which is noticeable, but that didn't bother me. Everything was very clean, which is important to me. The restrooms were also well-maintained and clean, which unfortunately isn't a given everywhere. Overall, a really pleasant visit. I'd love to come back!

Unbelievable. Cold burgers and fries. The cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted. There were no sauces. Tables were dirty. The floor was so dirty you wouldn't even want to walk on it in white sneakers. The highlight are the restrooms. Dirty, broken, you can literally get anything from there. No soap. The air-dried hand dryer has an electric cable hanging out of the wall. Feces and blood on the restroom walls. Yuck. It's healthier to go into the nearby forest... I'll go back to the competition with three letters.

The food was perfectly normal. But the service was terrible. I waited over 20 minutes for a single burger. I don't understand that. Five people who came after me, who had ordered even more, got their orders first. What's the point of that? I ask you to leave systematically.

Already in the guest room there is a pungent smell of urine coming from the toilets. You can only enter while holding your breath - but you're still standing in other people's urine (sorry). If you speak to the staff in a friendly manner and without personal reproach, you will be insulted and insulted - that's fine. Never ever again!

I visited this burger king. The staff was very friendly. Quality of food was as you are used to and expect from burger king. The establishment was very clean. I will definitely come back here when I go back to Greece by car.

All in all, a good BK with capable staff who aren't working too hard at the moment. Solid 4 stars. Always my pleasure. (except that BK has become really expensive)

Modern Burger King, quick preparation, friendly staff.

Order placement via the terminal quickly and easily. Waiting time for fast food is relatively high. The burgers were very tasty, fresh and hot. The lattice potatoes, on the other hand, have no bite and are barely crispy. The ambience is very old - the leather from the seating is falling apart or entire parts are missing and you can see the foam.

The employees are (mostly) friendly.. I've been there several times and the Whopper tasted quite good... But the last time, it was NOTHING... The Whopper was far dry. Bun dry, meat dry, little sauces and toppings... The restaurant itself needs to be renovated... I know a lot of Burger King restaurants, but this one is getting very old... But the worst thing is the toilets...really disgusting

When you pick it up, be sure to check the bag to make sure everything has been included. Several times the burgers we ordered were not packed but you pay for them.

Take care, if you taking food for take out/in a bag, check bags. I noticed too late that 3 items are missing (out of 8 ordered). Seems like thieves work there.

Cold, totally salty fries. Double Whopper personalized, comes with salad although ordered without. 1.09 for cheese, then half a slice of cheese is on it and the burger is cold. The whole thing in the menu for 15 euros. This is outrageous. Was also the last time on Geiselwind.

Typical fast food restaurant. Watch out with the hot wings, it might induce diarrhea (excellent for weight loss after fast fat food)!

The food there is really underground. Ordered chili cheese nuggets and a chicken burger. Of the 6 nuggets, 3 were completely dried out. The burger had a taste that cannot be described. Never again Burger King!

The store is an absolute disaster. We were there on January 19, 2025 in the afternoon, went to the restaurant and ordered take-away. The employees stood around and talked loudly and had fun while the cart where they put the trash in the tray was so full that customers were already putting their trash on the floor next to it. The food was really good, the burgers had probably been sitting for a long time and the churros were missing the chocolate sauce, which unfortunately we only noticed on the motorway. The toilet smells very bad and needs to be cleaned Sorry, but next time we'll go to the competition, there's enough choice there.

Was traveling through at the time. The staff was friendly despite the high customer frequency, and the store also seemed clean. Unfortunately I had a foreign body in my Long Chicken, probably a piece of bone or something similar. It can happen sometimes, but it's not very pleasant. Support directed me to bring it to the branch. But of course that wasn't possible after a week of processing and a long distance. Despite the fact that I documented everything and sent it to support, there was ultimately no response. It's a shame actually. But I see the error less in the branch than in quality assurance.

The worst BurgerKing branch I've ever been to, no taste, no temperature, I asked for a double whopper, there was only one cold meat in between, the meat I ate was chicken, not beef, the guy at the cash register, I'm sick of you.

Rarely seen such a dirty and disgusting Burger King. We didn't eat anything because we were so disgusted. There was nothing going on, you could have used the time to clean.

Fraud. We ordered the largest portion of fries and only received a tiny bag. Despite complaining, we didn't receive the largest portion.

Food okay. Service a complete disaster. It's really not often that we're alone. Only when there are concerts coming up, but whenever we are there our order is incomplete and many of the employees speak little or very bad German... The unhygienic conditions in the toilets are a horror. No toilet paper. No soap. Everything is messed up. It makes you think twice about having to go to the toilet...

I recently visited Burger King and was blown away by the entire experience! Not only was the food delicious (as always), but I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment, especially the restroom. The toilets were spotless and well-maintained, which is something you don’t always expect at fast food places. It’s clear that the staff takes hygiene seriously, and that really stood out to me. Speaking of the staff, the service at check-out was exceptional. The employees were polite, efficient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. My order was taken quickly, and the cashier had a friendly demeanor that made the process pleasant. Overall, the combination of great food, a pristine restroom, and outstanding customer service made this visit one of the best I’ve had at Burger King! I’ll definitely be back soon.

Complete disaster! It's about 8 p.m. We order at the terminal and despite lots of employees and very few customers, it took forever for the food to be ready. With more customers, the competition is still much faster. Then my breasts were blatantly stared at the whole time (context: T-shirt without a bra, but no matter what I wear, that's not appropriate!!) The burger didn't suit my taste, the veggie pattie was too BBQ-heavy to go with the mac & cheese. However, this is a matter of personal taste. Nevertheless, the salad was an absolute disgrace. I had the ENTIRE stalk on my burger…. And that's it for the salad. On the positive side, I got plenty of jalapeños because I ordered some with them. The coke was a little less than 3/4 full and we were (somewhat unkindly) given a second one (completely full) because it apparently wasn't picked up. Both totally watery and sorry, it shouldn't have been called Cola. The onion rings could have been drained briefly because they were so greasy... All in all, I won't be going to this Burger King again, I'd rather go to the competition, even if they have a poor selection of veggie items.

I rarely eat Burger King or McDonalds, but it tastes like it's supposed to. Unfortunately, the service staff are often very annoyed. The access to the drive in... an adventure 😄

An Autohof is often a slightly cheaper alternative to a Raststätte when you are traveling in Germany. Gasoline prices are a bit lower, but if you look at the inner man, poverty is prevalent in both places these days. You see fast food chains everywhere, including here. It's just the quality you expect from a chain. Not special, but otherwise fine. The outside environment could use a makeover. Children can't play here now, too bad.

You don't need to say anything about taste and service anyway... All the same bad... I only go to Burger King if I have to... But the cleanliness, sorry, that's not possible... I didn't dare tackle anything in the toilet area!!! So disgusting... Which was unfortunately reflected at our first table, which meant we sat directly at another one...
