Unfriendly, dingy customer room and toilets. Coffee only in paper cups inside. Not exactly sustainable. Never again!

It's a shame that you go to the staff, they ask you to open the parasol outside (because the sun is very strong) and they constantly ignore it!!! So you definitely don't stay with children on the hot seats/benches!!!

An absolute, bottomless impudence happened to us tonight at 00.45. We drove through the DRIVE TRUE. Since our car cannot yet fly or jump over large garbage cans, we wanted to order coffee! In principle, this branch is like any other McDonald's branch. Unfortunately it is difficult to reach on foot. You have to walk for over half an hour to get there. Bus connection: none! We were at Altdorfer MC Donald's today. Since I couldn't open my app straight away, the nice young lady helped me. I found it very nice and accommodating.👍👍👍👍👍 We always enjoy coming back.

There are some rules that you as a worker (especially shift managers) have to adhere to. Among them there is, for example, the "waste bell"... After a while it beeps where the food is stored. The beeping cannot be overlooked/unheard. When we (a family of three) were there to eat, the workers were a bit deaf and served us over 40 nuggets that already belonged in the trash. And I can only say the same thing about the fries and curly fries. It can't get any more unpalatable than getting rubbish for money. Thank you. Goodbye forever.

I was there on a Monday at around 5:15 p.m. Since this restaurant is on the A3 motorway, it made sense to stop there briefly. I bought a Mac Smart Menu and six nuggets. You could tell that everything was freshly made. The employee was very friendly.

- no signs for table service at the terminal - dirty tables - cherry bagel was only lukewarm upon receipt - ordered 4 cookie doughnuts and were spoken to rudely, there was no McCafé here and only 2 donuts were available and you had to ask at the counter before ordering. Oh yes, the fries were forgotten and were given later when requested.

Well, what can you say about a visit to McDrive. The lady was friendly, immediately understood that the code belongs to an app order (unlike some other branches) and, above all, everything went without delays because there were enough staff on duty. As for the food, it was just a fish mac (I'll always call it that, dear McDonald's marketing) and that's the only product from the standard menu that I like. And it tasted good this time too.

The Mc Crispy tastes kind of weird (weird consistent). The coupons from the app don't work here, orders are made incorrectly, etc. Despite all of this, it is clean and cozy.

The food and service was average. Unfortunately it was quite busy which meant that we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the food. The ambience is not good and it seems too small.

After eating I drove out onto the exit road on the left towards the exit and drove over this incredibly out of place, slanted curb. Which individual planned this? Can't you just do a speed bump? I scrubbed almost all of my subfloor away..!

Don't know what's going on with McDonald's. It feels like Burger King's hygiene paper has turned to Mc. Tables sticky, overall dingy impression. Maybe RTL should do an undercover report on McDonalds Take a look at BK in Neumarkt (Oberes Moos). The store is kept clean there.

Dank der Coupons/Gutscheine schon preiswert. Am Automaten kann zügig bestellt werden und das Essen war schnell gut Abholung bereit. War wie immer lecker.

Normaler Mc Donald ... passt soweit.

Je 2 Punkte Abzug für Service weil die aktuellen Gutscheine nicht in den Terminals einzuscannen gingen und vom Personal keiner Ahnung hatte und Ambiente ebenso 2 Punkte Abzug weil die Klimaanlage so kalt eingestellt war das man regelrecht beim Essen gefroren hat. Mit Kleinkind richtig unangenehm.

This McDonald's was clean, service fast and friendly. Near a Tesla charger. We wanted a vegetarian option snack and it worked out fine.

Immer wieder wird etwas vergessen ein zu packen. Diesmal fehlt wieder ein BigMac. Entweder unfähiges Personal oder Absicht....

Am 26.12.2023 Wir werden diesen Laden nicht mehr besuchen. Unhöflich zu denn Kunden, ist nicht alles dabei bei der Bestellung und teilweise auch etwas anderes was nicht auf denn Zettel stand!! Die Toiletten ist eine Katastrophe, nix sauber und es stinkt wie am Bahnhof Toiletten. Die Tische waren voll mit Essen Tabletten . Da sollte mal dass Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen!!!

Nicht mal ein Stern für das abgelaufenen Essen würde ich geben extrem unverschämt 2 mal hinternader ausgetrocknete luftgetrocknet Nuggets und abgelaufene Apfeltaschen und cookies Taschen Altdorfer Mc Donalds unter aller Sau was da drin abgeht...... Bestellt wurde bei diesem McDonald's am Drive-In-Schalter. Das Bestellannahme-Personal war sehr freundlich. Für unsere Bestellung mussten wir allerdings ein wenig warten. Waren so circa 3 Minuten also meiner Meinung ganz Ok da es sich um eine größere Bestellung gehandelt hat. Das Essen war heiß und es wurde auch nichts vergessene. Es gibt vor diesem McDonald's einen großen Parkplatz. Im Sommer kann man sich auch draußen hinsetzen und es gibt eine Rutsche für kleine Kinder. Toiletten wurden bei unserem Besuch nicht besucht.

Essen wie immer beim Schachtelwirt. ABER: speziell in diesem Restaurant sollte dringend mal wieder geputzt werden. Der Boden war wirklich dreckig und rutschig, die Sitzmöbel auch eher verdreckt. Während meinem Aufenthalt heute hat das Personal bei mehreren Bestellungen Sachen vergessen... So auch bei mir. Das Personal wirkte trotz geringem aufkommen überfordert. Schade... Bin ich sonst anders gewohnt vom goldenen m.

Apfeltasche und Wrap waren kalt.

Der Service wird immer schlechter. Die Mitarbeiter sind mit mehr als 2 Bestellung auf einmal total überfordert & bekommen es nicht mehr auf die Kette. Bestellung von mir 1 Apfeltasche 1 Eis & 1 Milchshake. Die Apfeltasche musste noch zubereitet werden dauert ca 5 Minuten was macht der Mitarbeiter richtig erst Eis & Shake um dann festzustellen das die Apfeltasche noch nicht einmal in der Zubereitung ist; die Schichtleitung meinte als Entschuldigung das Eis & den Shake mir nochmals zugeben wenn die Apfeltasche fertig sei so sagte sie es auch dem Kollegen. Was macht der Kollege keine Sekunde später? Richtig Shake & Eis um dann wieder feststellen das die Apfeltasche noch nicht in der Zubereitung ist. Solche Sachen passieren laufend Sachen vergessen sind nicht fertig das andere steht am Fenster damit es kalt wird....

Leider bekommt man hier nicht mal auf Nachrage einen Trinkhalm aus Papier..Ich möge mich beim Chef beschweren. Nein ich mache es hier

Bei mässigem Andrang lange Wartezeit am Drive-In

Manchmal muss es einfach eine heiße Apfeltasche sein. Leider sind diese gefühlt erheblich geschrumpft (geringere Menge) und auch nur noch warm anstatt heiß. Personal ist jedoch auf Zack und freundlich. Danke dafür!

Ich bin wirklich maßlos enttäuscht! Ein Mc Donald in so einer kleinen Stadt wie Altdorf b. Nürnberg, sollte es sich dreimal überlegen, wie man seine Hygienemaßnahmen gestaltet! Nachdem wir dort gegessen haben am gestrigen Montag, den 11.09.2023, ging es mir am selben Abend bzw. Nacht extrem schlecht! Ich hatte unbeschreiblich starke Bauchschmerzen und Krämpfe und musste mich 2 mal übergeben! Ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt Lauf a.d. Pegnitz und ich werde dies zur Anzeige bringen!

Ihre Mitarbeiterin hat gerade einen Stuhl in unsere Richtung gekickt obwohl wir nur außen gesessen hatten und unseren Kaffee getrunken haben. Als wir das der Schichtführerin mitgeteilt haben kam sie hob den Stuhl auf und haute diesen hart auf den Boden verdrehte ihre Augen. Beim Gehen rief sie was auf ihrer Sprache uns zu und ging. Nachdem ich sie angesprochen hatte was dieses Verhalten sein sollte meinte sie frech ich kann das ruhig ihren Vorgesetzten melden. Bei allem Respekt aber auch das ist kein normales Verhalten.

Abends ca. 22.00h. Seit 12.00h mittags nichts gegessen. Schwer gearbeitet. Hungrig. Ich kommen zu MC Donald. Sehr schön, ich muß nicht am Computer bestellen. Ran an den Tresen. Ich frage die junge Frau, welcher Burger am meisten Fleisch drauf hat. Die Frau schaut mich an als wäre sie gerade gegen einen Bus gelaufen, dreht sich weg, das wars. Ca. 45 Sekunden später fragt mich ein männlicher Angestellter was ich möchte. Gleiche Frage: Welcher Burger hat am meisten Fleisch drauf? Er wußte es nicht. Da läuft oben die Bildergalerie der angebotenen Speisen. Und es taucht ein Bild auf mit 2x2 Fleischscheiben. Schaut sehr gut aus. Den nehme ich. Plus Cola plus Kartoffelscheiben. Mein Kumpel bestellt ähnlich. Wir bekommen eine Tafel mit der Zahl 166. Dann tigern wir zum Tisch. Nach nicht all zu langer Zeit wird das Essen gebracht. Von der jungen Dame, welche gegen den Bus gerannt ist. Wieder kein Gesicht verzogen. Jetzt unterstelle ich jetzt mal, daß sie der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist. Macht mir nix aus, wenn man wenigstens freundlich angelächelt wird. Mein Spezi schaut genau so verdattert wie ich. Also liegts nicht an mir. Gut. Ran an den Speck. Oder eben an die 4 Fleischscheibchen. Die Scheiben sind so dünn, die kannst du als Ersatz für ein gebrochenes Glas deiner Sonnenbrille nehmen. Kannst du locker durch gucken. Und dann liebes MC Donald Team.... die Enttäuschung. Die Fleischscheiben sind trocken. Sehr trocken. Und der Salat peppt das Ganze auch nicht auf. Im Gegenteil. Der Salat schmeckt so, als wäre er schon länger nach dem Waschen zum Abtropfen zur Seite gestellt worden. Ich war sehr hungrig und es hat trotzdem nicht geschmeckt. Die Kartoffelscheiben waren gut. Und das Cola wie immer lecker. Cola eben. Warum schreibe ich das so ausführlich? Weil ich weiß, daß Ihr das besser könnt. Am Tag danach habe ich einen Burger im "Stadtgespräch" in Sulzbach gegessen. Multipler Magenorgasmus. Das könnt Ihr auch. Bis zum nächsten Besuch. VG Wolf

Nach ewig langer Zeit überkam mich wieder einmal Lust auf einen Hamburger - na ja, gibt sicher sinnvollere Ernährungsformen. An der Sauberkeit gibts auch noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

War angenehm überrascht... Guter Service am Drive Inn. Freundlich und schnell. Doppel Big Mäc wurde frisch gemacht. Pommes waren schön knusprig und heiß, genau so wie es sein soll.

Typischer McDonalds, die Zufahrt liegt etwas versteckt hinter dem Aldi. Kurze Wartezeiten, genügend Parkplätze, freundliches Personal, sauberes Restaurant. Ein Kritikpunkt: dank der "Wasserspar-Urinale" erinnerte der Geruch auf der Herrentoilette an manchen Rastplatz an der A3...

Auch kurz vor 1 Uhr noch gutes Essen bekommen, einfach gut
