The service in this branch was surprisingly friendly, helpful and quick. Unfortunately, this is very rare at motorway service stations. We had to feed and change our baby and were supported very nicely. During our stay, toilets and tables were regularly checked and kept clean. The branch is small and in need of renovation, but the staff makes up for it a lot. Cleanliness and friendly service are much more important to me. Compared to other providers, McDonald's at rest stops usually offers consistent quality and fair prices, which was also the case here. Thank you for the kind support!

Everything is very long. The non-takeout menu was brought faster than we paid for it and ordered it. But the WRap roll was brought without packaging - it was wrapped in wrapping paper, which stuck to the dough and did not separate from the pita bread. How is this possible! This is savings or simply not a reasonable action by employees.

There are some rules that you as a worker (especially shift managers) have to adhere to. Among them there is, for example, the "waste bell"... After a while it beeps where the food is stored. The beeping cannot be overlooked/unheard. When we (a family of three) were there to eat, the workers were a bit deaf and served us over 40 nuggets that already belonged in the trash. And I can only say the same thing about the fries and curly fries. It can't get any more unpalatable than getting rubbish for money. Thank you. Goodbye forever.

Well, what can you say about a visit to McDrive. The lady was friendly, immediately understood that the code belongs to an app order (unlike some other branches) and, above all, everything went without delays because there were enough staff on duty. As for the food, it was just a fish mac (I'll always call it that, dear McDonald's marketing) and that's the only product from the standard menu that I like. And it tasted good this time too.

Dank der Coupons/Gutscheine schon preiswert. Am Automaten kann zügig bestellt werden und das Essen war schnell gut Abholung bereit. War wie immer lecker.

Je 2 Punkte Abzug für Service weil die aktuellen Gutscheine nicht in den Terminals einzuscannen gingen und vom Personal keiner Ahnung hatte und Ambiente ebenso 2 Punkte Abzug weil die Klimaanlage so kalt eingestellt war das man regelrecht beim Essen gefroren hat. Mit Kleinkind richtig unangenehm.

MC Donalds wie erwartet, nicht negatives zu sagen.
