Here you wait 55 minutes for food because the staff can't do anything

Fries were almost non-existent, service unfriendly and why isn't the second counter open

I love Mecces but unfortunately that was nothing. I had problems ordering via the app but no one in the store was able to help me. Had to leave without eating.

Michael Manusakis would say: DISASTER! Basically a McDonalds like any other. But it's getting more and more annoying with the Mc. Everything is app based, but Mc can't seem to get the system to work reliably. Today (11/17/24) we were there to get something to eat quickly while passing through. It's not quick at all, as the ordering terminals only partially work, one is off, the other is hanging. But there is always a lot going on in Donauwörth. Nothing works at the checkout either because the customers are arguing because the app doesn't work. So vouchers not possible........ Then it's McMonopoly. It doesn't work without the hanging app either. Children are happy about the stickers and are frustrated because the shit doesn't work. After ages, everything was brought in, a coffee was won for mom, but the system collapsed again on the way to ordering. One can almost assume that the system has. Discounts and prizes are promised, but nothing can be redeemed. Many people then buy at the normal price and boom, sales are right. Mc: It wasn't just nothing today, it was nothing at all!

The tables and the floor were also cleaner.

Friendly and quick processing. Very tasty coffee.

My 9 plant nuggets contained two regular nuggets with chicken. Something like this definitely shouldn't happen.

The service via the Mc Drive is very bad, the employees are incompetent to process an order correctly (I was there three times and got the wrong thing each time)

Was here in the mc drive. I had to wait 20 minutes in my cart to go to a FAST food store. Yeah, a bit uncool. The food wasn't warmer or colder than usual, so it couldn't have been because it was freshly prepared. I think that the motivation of the employees is probably not particularly high.

It's OK It's just an American quick snack

No matter how little or busy there is - they always manage to get the fries and nuggets cold and old! Burgers are dry and on the grill and in the warming station for far too long. Service is a disaster. Ice machine constantly “off” and Cola Zero empty… It's a shame because sometimes you just want McDonald's :D

Something that was ordered is often forgotten!

Everything as usual from McDonalds. Everything was fine. Maybe the coffee was a little too hot. ;)

Very dirty. Every table was dirty and noone came to atleast wipe them off. It wasn’t even rush hour. And employees laughing behind the counter while people had nowhere to sit.

The food is really good but the order is ALWAYS wrong, so it's better to order inside than in drive thru

Sunday 10 a.m., everything was clean, staff were friendly, food was prepared well and quickly.

It's just a disgrace. I immediately put my €16.78 back at the front door. Not in my life anymore. I don't discuss things with these MA anymore either.

Cleanliness has improved in the last few months, the staff is attentive and the quality of the food is well known. Mac stop.

Service on the drive is still one star too many - I had to wait 10 minutes even though no one was in front of me - but if you look through the drive window the employees are just standing around and you sometimes start moving when you complain - it doesn't work at all - service speed is nil - and strangely enough, the shake machine is always being cleaned, although it is definitely a pasteurizing machine that only needs to be cleaned every 2 weeks - lazy, slow employees are in DON

Waited an hour for food...it's still not there and the employees just say wait.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Ordering at McDrive was kind of strange because there was no one at the “pay” counter. After I realized that I had to pay and pick it up the next day, my order came very promptly. I haven't been to McDonald's in 2 years so I didn't expect much and was promptly disappointed. Received the bag, drove off and opened the bag after 10 minutes of driving. The fries were very warm, which I thought was good, but the small package wasn't even full. The hamburgers were a joke. I don't know what these things are supposed to look like, but definitely not like the pictures. What an impudence.

Absolutely not recommended. Ordered takeaway food and of course the fries were missing from two menus. My Double BigMac was a regular BigMac with a slice of bacon on it. I'll censor the rest of the comment myself.

It was my last visit to the Donauwörther Mcs. I've almost accepted the fact that parts of the orders were always missing. It's great when you arrive home and you forgot to pack the burger. Or the fries, the day was pretty stupid when parts of the Happy Meal were missing. Unfortunately, it's almost normal and has been going on for years. But today I had enough. This time the Happymeal was forgotten again and was specially in the branch. I had to wait in line at the checkout again and order more. After about 45 minutes I had my order together. French fries were logically cold, I wanted them replaced and that was done. But the comment that the order was forgotten was my fault, was very cheeky. How is that supposed to work ? I ordered at the checkout? I've had enough, it's a waste of my money. There is also a fast food restaurant right next door. It's a shame I've always been a McDonald's fan.

Everything was fine as usual from McDonalds.

Fast service but today something was forgotten for the third time in a row. Of course you should check, but if the two waiting places are full, you have 15 things in your bag and 8 cars are waiting for you, it's just not possible. Maybe it's because you can hardly find any employees who speak German well. It just pisses me off. Otherwise a completely normal Mac.

Personally I think BurgerKing is better but for a change I also visit McDonalds

We got McFlurry in the evening. Both were only half full. It's cheeky to ask for 5€ for that.

The food is not worth the price

We were there with 3 children (rainy weather). The play area (1st floor) was closed and despite repeated requests and at least 3 families with children present, the area was not allowed to be opened on the boss's instructions. Therefore not recommended with children. The service staff were very nice and helpful.

Perfect, ordered via app in the parking lot in front of MCDONALDS and the order was ready. It doesn't get any better. Tip Top!!

I actually really enjoy eating here, but unfortunately I had a bad experience today. Our ice cream was only half full which makes me wonder why I pay over €4 for it?! I find it really cheeky I also paid for extra Oreo. Which unfortunately I didn't get.

Great place to have dinner. Pretty busy when I was there. The food is the same as in all McDonald's restaurants. We will come back another time for sure. 👍

I don't know how many stars, I fluctuate between 3 and 2. It's ok. It's just loud. Twisted. A bit dingy, although quite new. It definitely depends on how busy there is and who is there. Usual McDonald's goods.

Everything was fine, except for the waiting time

Me and my friend ate these chilli nuggets and then sat on the toilet 24/7. Not recommended. Otherwise everything is fine except these... nuggets. :)

Ordering took a while because I ordered using coupons on my cell phone, but the food was still ready very quickly

I just never get my sauces, dirty shops, dirty people, it's not the first time I haven't gotten them and the food just isn't the same without it, I would just like to burn it down for bad service & the manager there and I checked it myself and heard that they were fired!

Waren dort beim Essen, bei meinem Big Mac war die obere Etage nicht mal fertig (2. Fleischscheibe hat gefehlt), hab dann einen neuen bekommen. Strohhalme hat uns die Bedienung auch nicht auf Anfrage dazu gereicht. Gibt nur noch welche für Milchshakes. Traurig traurig….

Very last store!! Never again, yesterday I got something to take away for 100 euros, I ordered yours. It took a really long time. When I got home, less than a 3 minute drive, I realized that everything was totally cold and sloppy. Then I got angry there because I was so angry. The only thing that was said is: that’s a shame.” NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ist halt eine McDonald's Filiale, die aber sehr groß ist und sehr schnell das Essen zubereitet. Man muss zu den Mittagszeiten manchmal an den Bestellgeräten ein wenig anstehen aber das ist normal. Das Essen ist McDonald's Essen also nicht das beste auf der Welt aber trotzdem natürlich essbar. Vom Geschmack natürlich genau gleich wie in den anderen McDonald's Geschäften. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich aber sprechen teilweise kein Deutsch. Was aber nicht so schlimm da sie gut daran sind mit den Händen zu kommunizieren sind und sehr hilfreich sind, falls man wirklich mal ein Problem hat. Meistens ist diese Filiale gut besucht.

Eigentlich hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Wenn man verschiedene Burger bestellt erwarte ich auch das diese in die dazugehörigen Verpackung kommen. Sowas wie heute ist mir noch nie bei McDonald's passiert. Kann diese Filiale nicht empfehlen.

Ne ne Jungs und Mädls, wieder mal im MC Drive Donauwörth, wieder fehlt Burger in der Tüte. Ärgerlich wenn man das erst zu Hause feststellt und einer bekommt nix. Euch viel Erfolg, aber in Zukunft nicht mehr durch mich.

Bei einem persönlichen Missgeschick stand mir das Personal schnell und unkompliziert zur Seite.

Erstaunlich sauberer MC Donalds. Hier wird darauf geachtet dass du Tische regelmäßig gewischt werden. Relativ viel Personal auf der Fläche.

Haar im essen, total unhygienischer laden. Personal das essen an den Tisch bringt spricht kein wort deutsch!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe beim Essen und die haben ALLE vier Burger vertauscht durch die Wartezeiten musste jeder den falschen Burger essen. Nicht einmal einen einfachen Cheesburger mit einem einzigen Sonderwunsch haben die hinbekommen, starke Leistung. Personal unfreundlich und direkt wütend gewesen als ich darauf hingewiesen habe dass ich kein tischservis Schild bekommen haben.

Dreckige Tische, unfähiges Personal die kein deutsch verstehen und das Essen lässt mittlerweile auch zu wünschen übrig.. schade

Also wirklich die Leute hier stellen sich auch an. Es ist ein McDonalds, dafür reichts vollkommen. Wenn was vergessen wird, dann fragt doch einfach nach mensch.

„Normaler“ renovierter MC. Was soll man über das Essen sagen. War in der Norm. Tische könnten häufiger gereinigt werden. Im Aussenbereich bei gutem Wetter um 20 Uhr sehr viel los. Nein… war ok.

Waren eben dort haben ein Happymeal bestellt und haben nur pommes, burger und cola bekommen den rest einfach vergessen wir haben so auf pokemon karten gefreut und fruchtquatsch haben wir au net solche hunde ich dreh durch mit diesen Leuten hätten die mal besser aufgepasst ☠️

Wir waren heute mit kleinem Kind in diesem Mc Donalds. Erstmal stellt die Bedienung ein Tablett direkt vor dem Kind. Sollte man nicht machen. Auf dem Tisch war Platz genug. Bedienung lustlos. Man soll den Kunden nicht zeigen, dass man kein Bock hat. Die Pommes vom Happy Meal versalzen. Die Burger beide katastrophal zusammengebaut. Werde diesen Mc Donalds nicht mehr besuchen.

Super eklig!! Jeder Tisch ist klebrig und der Boden vor allem! Als wurde hier nie sauber gemacht.

Unfreundliches Personal und du bezahlst ein Menü und bekommst nur einen Teil. Lege was anderes drauf dann heißt es ich bin die Chefin und ich sage es gibt nichts anderes 👎👎👎👎

Es wäre schön, wenn man mich bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung bei McDrive AUCH RICHTIG verstehen würde.

Preise für das Frühstück im Durchschnitt deutlich höher im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald’s, der McMuffin kostet beispielsweise 3,50 €. Mein McMuffin wurde ohne Ei geliefert, obwohl mit bestellt. Konnte leider auch nicht reklamiert werden. Auch die Toilette war dreckig und hat nach Urin gestunken. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Die haben den Laden nicht im Griff. 25 Minuten Wartezeit an dem Drive In um zu sehen das nur die Hälfte arbeitet! Schlechtester MC wo ich jemals war....nächstes Mal 30 Meter weiter zum Burger King👎👎👎

Unterirdisch tapsig, da Schauen sage und schreibe 5 Angestellte einen beim Unkraut wegkratzen zu, die Schlange von Drive in geht derweil bis zum Kreisel vor. 3,69 ,- für eine Tüte Pommes ist nur rotz frech, auf den Heimweg hätte ich beinahe Kindern das Eisgeld abgeschwatzt, nur um den Schaden ein wenig auszugleichen.

Gerade beobachtet wie eine Angestellte ( junge Dame mit dunklen Haaren, klein ) mehrfach mit den Fingern in die Pommes gelangt hat und welche gegessen hat. Richtig ekelhaft für die Leute die Pommes kaufen.

Wir werden nicht mehr hin gehen

Lustloses Personal. Wieder mal am McDrive nicht das, was ich bestellt & bezahlt habe, in der Tüte gehabt. Einfach nur entäuschend!

Katastrophe: Unfreundliches Personal. Der bestellte McFlurry schmeckte einfach schlecht und nicht nach McFlurry. Weil die Maschine nicht richtig funktionierte. Die Selbstbedienungs Terminals funktionieren nicht. Und es gibt keine Strohhalme mehr. Die Kinder taten sich sehr schwer zum Trinken. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechtes Erlebnis :(

Vielleicht sollte man dem Personal einmal erklären, dass man die Gäste ausreden lässt und nicht immer dazwischen quatscht, weil man dann nämlich gar nichts mehr versteht, wegen der Rückkopplung am Drive in! Die Burger sind schlampig gemacht, auf einer Seite trocken und auf der anderen ist die ganze Soße, das alles beim Essen heraus läuft! Und das Schlimmste, McFlurry für über 4€, dieses KLEINE Eis schmeckt nach nichts, das kann man sich wirklich sparen!👎
